Description: A sound jutsu conceived after seeing the legendary Hozuki clan in action. The user would be able to suddenly turn his body into pure, low frequency, high amplitude sound waves. It would, in actuality, appear as if the user had turned into wind. However, the user's body becomes changed into sound. The user is actually able to reform and disperse at will. This can even be applied to singular portions of the user's body, or to single limbs. The opponent would not actually be harmed upon the user's body turning to sound. However, the sound waves would drive back all matter within a short range radius. This is similar in manner to (Ototon: Himei Zetsubou no Jutsu) - Sound Release: Scream of Despair Skill. Thus, the jutsu would be good to use upon being bound. While the user is capable of normal movement if a singular body parts are changed into sound, if the user were to turn just his lower body into sound he becomes capable of moving at the average speed of a sage ranked user, and able to use sustained flight. This is done by way of acoustic levitation. Furthermore, if the user was to turn his entire body into sound he becomes able to move as a cloud of sound waves (unable to attack, and extremely vulnerable to wind). The user is visible as ripples ain the air, and the opponent is able to hear him as a low pitched hum. Although matter, and energy attacks will be unable to affect the user, attacks utilizing wind are extremely effective. They become able to disperse the user's form. When large scaled wind jutsu such as Tornado Wall strike the user, his form becomes displaced to such a degree that he is unable to reform. This means that the user must be very wary while he is transformed. Upon dispersing, a loud 'pop' is heard. This is, of course, purely cosmetic and serves no purpose. Alternatively, by varying the way in which the sound waves travel, and condensing them - the user becomes able to appear as a traveling whisp of dark smoke (again, purely cosmetic).

Declined - As you know each mod has it's own criteria for cj checks and i've spoken this over with NK before doing the full check. I would of declined it personally as i find turning your body to sound waves, pretty much vibrations isn't plausable but i will allow it if you change it to be useable twice and only lasts for the turn active as in this form it's only wind that can hit you.

Description: An advanced application of the Taboo seal, which is a form of Cursed Seal based on the inner workings of the Tongue Twister Seal but inverted, the user instead of casting a seal on others places a seal on himself. The unique composition of this seal is that inside of it, is a kanji for a certain word, interchangeable at the user's will ( cannot be changed after placed, however ). After the user has used the Taboo seal, he will focus Ototon chakra onto the seal that he created on himself. This heightens the seal's effectiveness as a second one layers over it, making what resembles a double seal. This enhances the sensitivity of the Taboo Seal by tenfold, causing it's ability to detect when specific frequencies are made to be able to detect statements from around the Ninja World. Because it's been enhanced so much, this allows the spoken frequency to be able to vibrate and resonate at a rate that armors or hidden protections are revealed as well, the sound waves creating a "mental" map of the surroundings around the created frequency, or person.

Description: High frequency sound waves have been shown to be able to be converted into pure energy in the form of light. By focusing their chakra, as a jutsu is released, the user is able to quickly produce a sound wave (through some sort of body movement, snapping a finger, clapping, even whistling) which is of a high enough frequency to immediately generate a bright flash of light. This sound wave is released in the same time frame as the previous Jutsu, and aims to make it difficult to see the incoming jutsu, disrupting the opponent's sight. The sound wave would seemingly 'coat' the expelled jutsu in light, making it difficult for the opponent to see the jutsu or look at it directly, blinding the opponent if he looks at it directly for more than a few seconds. This would not work against the Byakugan, or chakra sensors.

Description: High frequency sound waves have been shown to be able to be converted into pure energy in the form of light. This is called Sonoluminescence (the process of high frequency sound waves being transformed into light), and is a well documented phenomenon. The usage of chakra to generate the soundwaves causes them to be much more potent than normal, being able to produce much brighter light than what is normally found in sonoluminescence.By focusing their chakra, as a jutsu is released, the user is able to quickly produce a sound wave (through some sort of body movement, snapping a finger, clapping, even whistling) which is of a high enough frequency to immediately generate a bright flash of light. This sound wave is released in the same time frame as the previous Jutsu, and aims to make it difficult to see the incoming jutsu, disrupting the opponent's sight. The sound wave would seemingly 'coat' the expelled jutsu in light, making it difficult for the opponent to see the jutsu or look at it directly, blinding the opponent if he looks at it directly for more than a few seconds. 3. ( Juinjutsu/Ototon: Morsmorde ) - Cursed Sealing Arts/Sound Release: Morsmorde

Description: This jutsu is based foremost on Fuuinjutsu such as the Tongue Twister Seal and the various types of Ototon Jutsu. The user creates a "cursed" seal on his arm called the Dark Mark, resembling a skull with a large intricate snake extending from it's mouth. This seal itself allows for a myriad of effect, the first and most basic ability being it allows the user to communicate with others who have been branded with the Dark Mark. Through simple touch and fueling of chakra, this allows the user to create a burning sensation which is procured through the intense vibrations resonating through the seal and being replicated in the sister seals marked across others. This acts as a sort of honing device, alerting those with the mark ( either as a group or individually ) to the user's location. In addition to this, the user is able to mark items with the Dark Mark, allowing him to summon the specific item should it be needed to him, much like a Reverse Summoning and Summoning: Lightning Blade Creation jutsu mixed. Up to 4 items can be marked each use.

In addition to this base effect, the user is able to actively stimulate the seal and cause another effect. Through direct contact with the seal, the user releases sound vibrations through the seal and it erects a cursed barrier around the field. This barrier is designed not to harm, but to hinder and taunt the opponent; when erected, those within the barrier's 15 meter radius are left unable to enter or exit the barrier. The key to it's exit and entry is the seal on the user themselves, meaning only those with the Dark Mark are able to cross the barrier. Due to it's sealing abilities, it prevents the ability to use high level ninjutsu that require concentration, namely S rank and higher Ninjutsu ( this would encompass Kinjutsu, medjutsu, S/T jutsu, Fuuinjutsu, etc - various branches of Ninjutsu itself ) and Forbidden ranked Elemental Ninjutsu. To break the barrier itself, multiple walls (at least two) must be attacked with S ranked strength simultaneously.
Note: Barrier can only be erected twice per battle with at least a 2 turn break in between use. The barrier itself is of A rank strength.
Note: The communication aspect as well as basic summoning can be done an unlimited amount of times, as long as the jutsu is posted with each use and abiding by the 3 jutsu per turn rule.
Note: While the barrier is in effect, the user can only use Sound, Lightning or Wind and cannot use any other Fuuinjutsu techniques.

Description: This technique is used after the target has used Jutsu or ability to absorb the users chakra. Intense chakra practice over time allows for the user to regain control of their chakra present within the target, and use it for the chakra needed for genjutsu. After regaining control of their own chakra, the user will force it to infiltrate the targets brain, placing them under an illusion of their choosing. Due to chakra's tendency to begin mixing at once, the user may only convert half of the chakra absorbed for Jutsu (for example, if 50 chakra points are absorbed, only 25 may be used for Jutsu, so a B-Rank technique) Because the chakra from this technique is being pulled from the targets body, they take the chakra cost for the genjutsu formed from this Jutsu.

- Due to the extreme chakra control needed, you must be of Sannin rank to use this Jutsu
- Usable once as S-Rank/twice as A-Rank/ thrice as B-Rank (alternatively may be used once as A-Rank and twice as B)

(Katon: Honoo-Chisoku) Fire Style: Blazing Speed

Description: The user forms one hand seal at end of the series of hand seals used for another Fire technique to increase the speed at which the Jutsu travels. It does this by decreasing the overall surface area of the technique, concentrating it for more pressure. The speed of that the technique is raised to can be compared to that of ( Katon: Karyū Endan ) - Fire Release: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet. As the technique begins with the end of the previous Jutsu, it occurs during the same timeframe.

-Can only be used with S-Rank and below techniques
-No S-Rank+ fire for two turns following the turn this Jutsu is used

The user then twirls, and throws it at the target as its twirling, creating a wheel with small blades/spear heads similar to the ascending earth technique's second application, on the ‘tire’ of the wheel. The target is then engulfed by a vertical column of electricity, upon impact. The technique also has numbing properties, numbing the targets body for one turn.

When in the beast humanized transformation and Once per battle, the user can sacrifice the transformation to perform a forbidden ranked Beast Impact, without the need to use a tool as a medium, instead releasing it from their own body while spinning in place, focusing immense amounts of energy in their attack, shaping it in the form of large a lion head chakra blast, and being shielded from incoming attacks upon release but, doing so ends the transformation and leaves the Inuzuka and ninken exhausted and damaged from technique putting strain on the user (-25 damage).

(Jinjū Konbi Henge: Kin'niku no ōkami) - Human Beast Combination Transformation: Muscle Wolf

Description: While fighting and one of the transformations used as a last resort, the Inuzuka will utilize the clan’s transformation techniques to combine with their ninken into a two headed wolf that has retained its claws and tail but, appears more human-like, standing on their hind legs, and with their shoulders and upper arms becoming very muscular. The arms increase the force behind user’s his physical attacks, allowing the forearms to deliver such force that it leaves a large imprint of the user’s wolf paw but, his movement becomes slower than normal since he has to put more effort in moving his arms to perform a hand based attack, allowing an enemy enough time to react and evade. While in this form, the user is durable enough to take A-rank physical attacks and they gain access to this transformation’s technique. The technique is called Beast Human Taijutsu: Wicked Release of The Hell Saw and it is performed by following a similar concept of the tail fang technique, the user will focus his or her chakra into their tail, extend, and create ninety nine extra ‘tails’. The user will pair them and spin them into a buzz-saw shape. While maintaining its focus, the user will launch the saw tails in sets of ten, forward at target (s), and deliver many beast-like attacks. The technique can be used to intercept and protect the user should their initial defense fail to shield them from a frontal attack that is manipulated to attack from an opening the enemy exploits.

-Only usable once per battle
-Lasts for four turns or until user decides to deactivate the transformation
-Only one technique per turn may be used with this transformation
-Must be a member of the Inuzuka clan
-Hell Saw counts as a Forbidden-rank move and using this ends the transformation.
-After using Hell Saw, the user takes -40damage due to exhaustion and won’t be able to move for two turns.

(Koton: Chishio no Doragon) – Steel Release: Blood of the Dragon

Description: The user will activate an ability that will allow them to completely liquefy their steel techniques for the next four turns. When applied to techniques, the user can either choose to have the steel technique retain it's shape and form and essentially behave like a solid (much like Water Release: Sword of Draining) or for it to be used in a formless wave/mass of liquid. An example of the latter would creating pillars of steel from the ground but upon emergence they are released as geysers. An example of the former is creating an armour of molten steel from the body but retaining it's shape, form and structure so it doesn't fall to the ground as a formless mass. This means any techniques this ability is applied to will behave as they usually do but with exception they will deliver severe burns upon contact with the opponent. When created from the user's body, this molten steel will not harm the user (similar to how Fire Release is released from the body). The user will not be burned if he's in contact with the molten steel after creation as long as it originated from his body (and not the ground). Activating this ability is instant and does not consume any time whatsoever. The reason this technique's activation is instant is because stand alone it does not do anything and its effects are only initiated when the user utilizes other Steel Release techniques. Applying this ability to techniques is both passive and optional (this doesn't have to be applied to every compatible jutsu while this is active).

Declined - this is strong, but make it so you have to use this before releasing a steel jutsu and say it adds fire chakra to it increasing it's heat to molten steel that can retain it's shape. Useable 3 times per battle and only earth, fire and steel in the same turn.

Description: This technique is the culmination of Steel Release and the “Arthurian” set of techniques. The user will focus their koton chakra into the ground or a source of steel to create one of the Knights of the Round Table. In the case of Gawain, he can only be created from a source of molten steel. All of the Knights have a unique ability but the one they all share is their ability to regenerate from techniques insufficient in destroying them. This regeneration takes the form of the one exhibited in Steel Release: Growth of Gaheris whereby their bodies are made up of thousands upon thousands of extra fines wires which rearrange and sew back together to undo any damage dealt to them that isn't enough to destroy them e.g. A-Rank Fire.

Galahad – The White Knight
Galahad is a shining example of what a Knight should be. He’s composed of steel almost white in colour and his abilities reflect his nature as the embodiment of the “ideal” knight. He has mastered steel release to the extent he can use all steel release techniques the user knows up to and including S-Rank. He can perform them sans handseals and techniques which come from the body will instead be created from the steel that composes his body. Every technique used by Galahad counts as one of the user’s moves per turn.

Gawain – The Red Knight
Gawain is hot tempered and quick to anger. Unlike the other two Knights, he can only be created from a source of molten steel rather than from a steel source or the ground. He hardens into solid steel on creation but his “body” retains bright red colour of the metallic lava he was formed from. His ability is his capability to control any molten steel on the field through hand gestures alone. His manipulation will always be equal to A-Rank and he can only use it once per turn. It will also count as one of the user’s moves per turn.

Mordred – The Black Knight
A corruption of all the ideals Knights hold dear, that is Mordred. His body is composed of the blackest steel and even his abilities reflect his sinister nature. Rather than using techniques, he seeks to bend and control the world to his will. He can control any steel on the field through hand gestures alone, reshaping and reforming them as necessary for his intended purpose. His manipulation will always be equal to A-Rank and he can only use it once per turn. It will also count as one of the user’s moves per turn.

Note: Lasts for four turns
Note: Each night can be summoned once, if they are summoned alone, they can be destroyed by an S rank. If all three are summoned at the same time, the power is devided between them and they can be destroyed by A rank

Description: The user will focus their koton chakra throughout their body to create a sword composed of the blackest steel in either of their hands. The blade will extend from the user’s palm until the hilt of the weapon rests in the user’s grasp. Unlike most steel release techniques, this is no ordinary weapon and is actually an attempt to emulate a cursed sword thought to be lost to history. It imparts several powerful abilities to it’s wielder but ultimately results in their death when it is destroyed or when it expires. The sword will regenerate from techniques insufficient in destroying it in one hit and it’s size can be shrunk/expanded, ranging from the size of a marble all the way up to 15 meters in length and width. This allows it to clash with and counter techniques of a moderate to large size. Shrinking the sword or returning it to it’s normal size is passive but enlarging it will count as one of the user’s moves per turn. The first ability of the sword is that it will turn anything it touches directly or indirectly to black steel (similar to Steel Release: Triumph of Tristan). It takes the petrification in the aforementioned technique one step further as it will be capable of turning even living beings into steel on contact. This will even extend to the user, their whole body transforming into steel as hard as the sword when it’s first created. They will still be capable of moving, using techniques and everything they could do before but when Excalibur expires or is destroyed, the user will become an inanimate statute of steel (essentially killing them). Since the user’s body becomes an extension of the sword while active, this conversion into steel will still occur if contact with the user is made, essentially rendering the user physically untouchable for the duration of this technique. If the sword is created while Steel Release: Glory of Galahad is active, the sword will fortify the strength of the aforementioned technique allowing the user’s transformed body to defend against techniques the sum of their collective power. The second ability is a direct result of the first and occurs only because of the user’s body being converted into steel. While the user is in this state, the opponent cannot inject chakra or any kind of energy into the user’s body and so they become immune to Genjutsu up to S rank. The third and final ability of the sword is it’s capability to enhance the user’s Steel, Earth and Fire techniques. All techniques of the aforementioned elements can be used without handseals while this is active and all of them will gain a +10 damage boost (+1 rank for techniques below S-Rank).

Outwards they look like actuall mushrooms decieving the naked eyes except for doujutsus. The mushrooms are manifestation of chakra though contained in them is compressed fire that each of them burst into a geyser of flame with a single snap of the user's finger or prematurely caused to detonate when something makes contact with them. The mushrooms though before they release the pent up fire within them, appears cold and like a normal plant as the chakra coat mask the heat they supposed to be containing.
Manifestation of the mushrooms is quick as the real attack comes only when the user snaps his fingers and the mushrooms burst or something touches them.

He would be expunging continously to the surface of his skin, elemental chakra to repel the element he wants to become diamagnetic to, though not actually cancelling out the element but would be able to walk through them without them touching him. Its just like how Neji expel chakra out of his entire tenketsus to form an invisible aura/veil of chakra which only revealed itself when Naruto hits it and when he spun. The amount of chakra imbued to the technique determines the separation between the user and the said technique thus the power of technique the user can repel. The user would choose a particular element of the basic five and while he radiates the energy of the element all over his body, elemental technique of that nature would be repelled away from him or perhaps unable to touch him due to the repelling/pushing force between the induced user and the opposing technique. This make the user seems able to walk through the said elemental jutsu but what is really happening is that the elemental jutsu would pave way as they are repelled only some centimeters away from the user albeit from a third person view, they seem both too embracing to distinguish a separation between them. Depending on the level of the chakra infused, the elemental separation differs by 2 centimeters. That is, D-rank: 2cm, C-rank: 4cm, B-rank: 6cm, A-rank: 8cm and S-rank: 10cm. While the user is in this form, they are unaffected by natural properties of the said element. For example: Even if the fire is just centimeter close, the user won't feel the heat. Secondly if it were to be doton, the user won't be affected by tremor from quakes, etc.

The spider has nothing much to do than sensing and responding whenever a foreign seal(which is not of the user or allies) is marked/placed on the user. The spider moves immediately towards the foreign seal and devours it and becomes bigger. The cowardice value of the spider is that whenever a jutsu or weapon enters short range of where the spider is currently on the body of the user, it senses it and panics in fear, trembling and quickly moving away from that spot to avoid harm. For example, if the spider is currently situated on the user's back, he'll be able to sense things short range that approaches from behind the user(mid range if the user is not wearing clothes). His cowardice however, has some usefulness to the user as the user is able to feel his movement and he knows that the spider only cowers at the presence of something approaching it thus alerting the user.
NOTE: Arachne leeches the user's chakra for it to devour sealing marks. The rank of the foreign fuin seals determines the amount of chakra Arachne leeches. 20 if the seal is B-rank and 30 if the seal is A-rank in nature.

Declined - this isn't possible in my eyes. A seal on your body that destroys up to 4 seals. That's too much. If you have a seal that countered the effects of a seal, negating it, like a lock and key to negate each other, but that would be a one off use in itself.

(Fuuin: Bachi no Kindachi) - Sealing Technique: Damocles, The Curse of Kings

Description: The user has a seal on their body (must be stated in the biography) with the Kanji for “Equal” that is passively activated when a certain condition is met. Whenever an attack over Forbidden rank in power (> 90 damage) comes within short-range of the user, the seal will release a barrier that expands outwards in all directions. The barrier instantly reaches long-range in every direction and serves to absorb chakra from the given technique in order to weaken it by half. The amount of chakra absorbed is proportional to the power of the technique but one thing that remains the same is that the remaining technique will fall to half it's original power i.e. a 120 damage technique would fall to 60 damage (A-Rank). This means this technique does not counter other jutsu in itself but rather aids the user in countering more powerful techniques by weakening them slightly. However, this technique is not without drawbacks. The user cannot use techniques of the element or skill affected by this jutsu for the same and next two turns (so three turns in total). This will also not work on solid elements/techniques but will work on pseudo-solid ones (such as Mud, Lava, et cetera), liquids and energy-based techniques. The reason this seal needs to be passively activated is so the user can use a technique in the same-timeframe to counter the opponent's weakened jutsu.

Note: Can only activate thrice per battle

✦ Declined, for starters this is an S rank that has no real restrictions outside of being usable only 3x. Also, the actual execution itself is flawed; how does a seal/barrier determine the power of a jutsu before it reaches them and touches it? That's extremely metagamey, just picture it: An unknown attacks nears you and if it's capable of dealing enough damage, something you wouldn't be able to determine beforehand, a barrier forms and weakens it. Also, reducing the power of it 50% isn't "weakening slightly" lol; that's quite a large reduction and a bit unreasonable when looked at impartially. What I mean is an attack that deals, say 100 damage, nears you. This would reduce it from Forbidden+ power to below A rank, which would be like a 2 rank decrease from one jutsu. That's too much, then what about if you have attacks of an absurd damage, like theoretically 700+ damage? At some point, a barrier is capable of being destroyed, even if it's aim is to absorb chakra, like with MIE. Plus, does the passive activation mean you can use 3 jutsu that same turn this is used? If so, I can't allow that for obvious reasons. ✦

Whether a Taijutsu technique deals one single hit or a multitude of them, each activation of this seal will defend one single Taijutsu technique B-Rank or above (will not activate against freeform). It will not activate against freeform as the attack needs to reach a certain threshold of damage (40 points) and freeform deals no quantifiable damage. The effect of the barrier is to reduce rather than eliminate the damage the user takes from being struck physically by the opponent so it will only halve the damage of any Taijutsu technique no matter how low ranked (e.g. S-Ranks will fall to 40 damage, B-Ranks will fall to 20 damage). Due to this seal only reducing damage rather protecting the user completely, it acts as a failsafe more than anything else in case the user is caught unawares by someone much faster than them. The user’s body will sustain the remaining damage after the barrier halves it’s power. Since this seal activates passively and uses chakra stored in it prior to the fight, the user is free to use other techniques in the same time-frame to better defend themselves after being struck.

Description: This is a puppet that Sasori will use similarly to his Hiruko puppet. Catastrophe is a puppet that Sasori will wear in battle, and will manipulate inside similar to how he is capable of using his Hiruko puppet to attack the enemy. By fighting inside of the puppet it allows for Sasori to be protected throughout the battle, and he doesn’t have to worry about using his main body. Catastrophe has also been modified to use puppetry attacks without difficulty. Sasori created this puppet in hopes of replacing his Hiruko body as the one he travels around in. Catastrophe greatly resembles a demonic knight. Catastrophe has two demonic horns on its head which are capable of being fired off at the opponent. The horns can reach up to mid range and counts as a B-rank, and will explode when it comes in contact with a target due to it having papers bombs coiled inside of it. From the inside of Catastrophe on its left and right sides there are valves with spare horns inside, and when the horns that was already in place have been used up they will begin to make their way upwards to the head which is also why it takes time for the horn to reload. After each usage the horns will automatically replace themselves. Spreading from his upper back are two large wings which give it added mobility as well can attack the enemy, and provide defense. Each individual wing is equal to a B-rank technique together equaling an A-rank attack/defense tool. If in short range the user can use the wings in order to attack the enemy due to their large length. The wings are also capable of unleashing a gust of wind by flapping them which would produce a blast of wind equal to a B-rank Justu. Attached to its left fore arm is a large golden shield. If the shield is used as a defensive weapon it is equal to a C-rank technique. It will also be capable of unleashing gray smoke bombs from inside of it which conceal everything up to mid range equal to C-rank smoke. On the bottom of its feet are holes capable of firing out chakra blast equal to an C-rank blast. The chakra blast allows for the puppet to fly in a horizontal or vertical manner. Metal chains are capable of beings launched from inside of Catastrophe from underneath it or from its sleeves with can be used to grapple onto objects or to bind an enemy but due to the fact they are just regular chains they can be broken through with rather ease. Catastrophe also hays an extra set on arms below its first pair, that Sasori can enable when he is inside of the puppet due to the user's body and chakra system being connected. From its eyes it holds the ability to shine a bright pink light that envelopes everything up to Mid range which causes blinding for up to two turns. Description: This is a puppet that Sasori will use similarly to his Hiruko puppet. Catastrophe is a puppet that Sasori will wear in battle, and will manipulate inside similar to how he is capable of using his Hiruko puppet to attack the enemy. By fighting inside of the puppet it allows for Sasori to be protected throughout the battle, and he doesn’t have to worry about using his main body. Catastrophe has also been modified to use puppetry attacks without difficulty. Sasori created this puppet in hopes of replacing his Hiruko body as the one he travels around in. Catastrophe greatly resembles a demonic knight. Catastrophe has two demonic horns on its head which are capable of being fired off at the opponent. The horns can reach up to mid range and counts as a B-rank, and will explode when it comes in contact with a target due to it having papers bombs coiled inside of it. From the inside of Catastrophe on its left and right sides there are valves with spare horns inside, and when the horns that was already in place have been used up they will begin to make their way upwards to the head which is also why it takes time for the horn to reload. After each usage the horns will automatically replace themselves. Spreading from his upper back are two large wings which give it added mobility as well can attack the enemy, and provide defense. Each individual wing is equal to a B-rank technique together equaling an A-rank attack/defense tool. If in short range the user can use the wings in order to attack the enemy due to their large length. The wings are also capable of unleashing a gust of wind by flapping them which would produce a blast of wind equal to a B-rank Justu. Attached to its left fore arm is a large golden shield. If the shield is used as a defensive weapon it is equal to a C-rank technique. It will also be capable of unleashing gray smoke bombs from inside of it which conceal everything up to mid range and is just regular smoke. On the bottom of its feet are holes capable of firing out chakra blast equal to an C-rank blast. The chakra blast allows for the puppet to fly in a horizontal or vertical manner. Metal chains are capable of beings launched from inside of Catastrophe from underneath it or from its sleeves with can be used to grapple onto objects or to bind an enemy but due to the fact they are just regular chains they can be broken through with rather ease. (up to four can be fired at a time) Catastrophe also hays an extra set on arms below its first pair, that Sasori can enable when he is inside of the puppet due to the user's body and chakra system being connected. From its eyes it holds the ability to shine a bright pink light that envelopes everything up to Mid range which causes blinding for up to two turns. With the Chakra threads attached to the Human puppet, now that he has realized he is in a genjutsu he begins to redirect the chakra flow of the Chakra strings into himself so now the foreign chakra of the human puppet enters Sasori’s chakra system awakening him from the genjutsu. All of this is possible because Human puppets are capable of molding chakra and have a chakra system. The user must still logically figure out that he is in a genjutsu and, does not work on Mangekyo level genjutsu.

Description: When a puppeteer is manipulaing a puppet via chakra threads they transfer their chakra into different joints of the puppet in order to control it. As the user is controlling a puppet this way one can say the users chakra is flowing into the puppet in order to control it. The chakra threads are also connected to the user's body and chakra system. Usually the Chakra thread method is used as a sort of one way valve in order to control puppets, but it can also be reversed. When using a human puppet the user transfers their chakra into the puppet, but due to the puppet being a human puppet the user is capable of using their chakra threads for another purpose. Due to the puppet holding a unique chakra system from the user, the user once their chakra threads are connected to the puppet the user can take advantage of the chakra threads and reverse their chakra flow in order for the Chakra system of the human puppet to flow back into the user spiking their chakra system awakening them from a genjutsu, but does not work on Mangekyo Level genjutsu.

Declined - your puppets don't have a separate chakra flow from you they just have your chakra strings to control them channeling chakra into them do your bidding lol. You don't store chakra in them you release more chakra through the strings for the jutsu, so there is no store of chakra in them to surge into your body to create the effect strong enough to break gen the way you want it to.

Description: The will first make a horn sign with one of their hands, and then begin to generate chakra in their index and pinky finger. The chakra being generated in their finger tips is similar to the chakra thread technique. Once chakra has been kneaded in their fingertips the user will then aim their hand towards a specific object and launch the chakra threads from their fingertips. The chakra threads will attach themselves to an object by using the sticky properties of the threads, and then begin to drag the user in that direction allowing for the user to dodge attacks or easily get around. The chakra threads were shown to have the ability to pull objects when they are attached to a puppet or when holding a puppet in the air. The process of being dragged happens pretty quickly giving the user swift movements. It is also possible for this technique to work in reverse, which just mean that it is possible to bring objects closer towards the user or even swing them to attack the enemy. The user can also use the threads in order to drag objects closer since it was shown when using a puppet the puppeteer was capable of maneuvering the puppet in any direction that they chose. When using to dodge it is unable evade large scale jutsu, and must still be within reason.

This however is only the basic application; by applying Ototon chakra, the user uses sound waves to cast a genjutsu upon the beasts that allow him to revert their minds to a primitive state, one where they rely on their normal, primal instincts and capabilities. The purpose of this is to break them down and weaken mentally to a state where the user is able to use the same Sound waves to implant ideas into the snake's mind, encoding specific commands to them. If this seal is used against an enemy technique, the moment the technique comes into contact with the seal, it will cease as it is absorbed into the seal, and immediately afterwards a barrier is released from the user as it spreads to the ends of mid range with the user as its epicentre at all times. This barrier carries special chakra blocking properties that focuses on the source of the foreign chakra first used to activate the technique launched by the target. Once in the barrier the target is restricted by the barrier's blocking properties, restricting them from using the same type of chakra absorbed, now unable to mold chakra of that same type above B rank. Description: This seal, Mayer's Band, was created by an Uzumaki prior to their village's destruction. The jutsu's purpose revolves around the ability to identify and seal foreign energy produced by the user's enemies. The seal itself is placed onto a wrist band and it is a kanji line shaped like a pentagon with open circles placed at every point of the shape. When foreign energy enters short range of the user, a circle on the wristband will emit a bright colorful light corresponding to the known energies of the Ninja World (our current rp). The circle will glow purple for Keigoku, green for natural energy, gold for Kiyoshi energy, blue for Force energy, and red for Ethereal energy (what the Katsuryoku use) within range. Once the energy is close enough the seal will release a special energy absorbing barrier around the user protecting them for that one attack before sealing the energy back into the wristband. The jutsu is quite helpful for shinobi that does not have any energy sensing abilities, but its sealing effect only lasts a limited time. After sealing its maximum amount of energy the band will only work as an energy identifier for the user, but it will no longer be able to seal energy.

Declined - now it's fine but their is a line, you either have it so that it can only absorb A rank and below as it's an A rank seal, or you bump it up to S rank seal with a restriction to match S ranks. The rest is fine now though, nice jutsu.

Description: Amanogawa is a very versatile water technique that allows the user to alter a water source within short range of them creating a compressed moving current from the source that takes the shape of a cylinder. Dependent on the size of the source, the current can be stretched throughout the battlefield taking on various path designs depending on the user, like linear, swirl, arc pathways, etc, where it will then at some point come to an end creating a stationary water circuit in mere moments. What makes this compressed cylinder shaped water circuit so special is the ability the user has with it while active. About 2m in width, these currents propel the user at nearly double their base speeds throughout its circuit allowing them fast travel while submerged within the speedy current always following route. Onlookers may find it highly difficult to completely track the user while in Amanogawa's current due to its moving speed, opaqueness due to compression, and possible wayward designs unless blessed with an advanced form of eyesight/tracking, but this does not mean it is impossible for those without these blessings to find the user, they would just have to rely more on their other senses. Still aware of their outside world the user can but shouldn't mold other techniques from water while within the current due to the definite risk of damaging the circuit, but they are free to jump out of the water current in order to attack the opponent at any time, where they can then re-enter once again. Due to the currents overall narrowness in design, when creating from a source within range this technique's overall length will be double that of the water source's volume in control, making this move suitable in cases where the source may be small, but overall the source must be at least 4m in volume in order to use. Amanogawa can also be used defensively to overpower a foreign medium-large source of water directed at the user in order to be utilized and overall redirected with this move. Normal shinobi can use this move to overtake water jutsu of lower rank while water specialist can overtake jutsu of equal rank, and the user cannot use this move to directly attack targets in any way, likewise the circuit stays highly compressed when faced with opposing sorces of chakra preventing targets from entering.

[Raiton/Fuuinjutsu: Tōkyoku no Hajimari] - Lightning/Sealing Art: Beginning Of Authority

Description: One of the underlying issues when performing lightning jutsus is the lack of source. This basic fuuinjutsu essentially attempts to disregard this weakness for the user to have an easier access to a source of continuous electricity to be used for lightning jutsus. The user will place a tag, with channeled lightning chakra, titled in Kanji (限) meaning "Authority". This tag will preferably be on the ground, or any solid areas. The seal will then create a barrier on the ground around the entirety of the solid area to a max of long range. The barrier will seep into the ground. The steps might seem long, but this process is done rather quickly. The entire area that was covered by the seal is now a barrier, a source of the electricity. The barrier is the holding of the lightning, and the user consistently channeling chakra into the seal allows for the source to remain replenished and active. From here, the user can perform lightning jutsus out of the ground, or any solid material (water can be included, metal terrain, etc). Most jutsus that would had required to be made from the body or sky can now be accessed from the ground, this adds a new dimension in performance for lightning. The key to unlock the barrier and summon the lightning is specifically the chakra of the user to activate the barrier and unleash the source to be used. These are required to prevent the opponent to have any sort of benefit with the source, making this a user-only access jutsu. Nothing else changes from the jutsus, rank, damage, length (not distance of creation, but the reach of the jutsu itself), ability, duration, etc are all relatively the same. Lightning jutsus used through this seal cannot be erected directly beneath an opponent or within a 5m radius of their current position to kill an opponent(s).

Description: One of the underlying issues when performing lightning jutsus is the lack of source. This basic fuuinjutsu essentially attempts to disregard this weakness for the user to have an easier access to a source of continuous electricity to be used for lightning jutsus. The user will place a tag, with channeled lightning chakra, titled in Kanji (限) meaning "Authority". This tag will preferably be on the ground, or any solid areas. The seal will then create a barrier on the ground around the entirety of the solid area to a max of long range. The barrier will seep into the ground. The steps might seem long, but this process is done rather quickly. The entire area that was covered by the seal is now a barrier, a source of the electricity. The barrier is the holding of the lightning, and the user consistently channeling chakra into the seal allows for the source to remain replenished and active. From here, the user can perform lightning jutsus out of the ground (only includes solid earth). Most jutsus that would had required to be made from the body or sky can now be accessed from the ground, this adds a new dimension in performance for lightning. The key to unlock the barrier and summon the lightning is specifically the chakra of the user to activate the barrier and unleash the source to be used. These are required to prevent the opponent to have any sort of benefit with the source, making this a user-only access jutsu. Nothing else changes from the jutsus, rank, damage, length (not distance of creation, but the reach of the jutsu itself), ability, duration, etc are all relatively the same. Lightning jutsus used through this seal cannot be erected directly beneath an opponent or within a 5m radius of their current position to kill an opponent(s).

[Hercules' Zen Ude] - Hercules' Right Arm

Description: This was a once cursed weapon used by unknown shinobis who later died after constant use of the weapon. It was until Venom found and relinquish parts of the curse and basically "tame the beast" and made it his own. The weapon is said to have a conscious of it's own though it isn't able to do anything offensively on it's own. To use; the user must apply the required chakra (50) to a Fuuinjutsu seal on their arm to 'summon' the weapon upon the user's arm. The weapon takes over the entire arm, cladding it in what seems to be metal, though it is made out of some unknown material. Durable yet flexible to move along with the limb. Underneath the weapon are several needle like appendages that latch onto the user to make the weapon irremovable by any means (unless the arm is cut off), unless the user wills it to or 'reverse summoning' it by performing a confirmation handseal. Due to the weapon basically having a conscious of it's own and being stubborn; if the user tries to reverse summon it back, it will leave on the following turn instead. Fighting with the user to not be sent back basically. Although seemingly attach to the arm in a outside perspective it isn't. The gaunlet actually becomes the arm itself until reversed summon. Now instead of surviving from the user's chakra only, the weapon simply has it's own chakra source (amount the user uses to summon it) intertwine with the user's own, causing a constant fluctuation. This is how the weapon survives mainly, by basically having its own chakra circulate amongst the different source (the user's), constantly replenishing itself in a sense. The weapon simply borrows -10 chakra the first 5 turns (so -50 in total) of replenishing itself, after that it doesn't suck chakra from the user again to survive. This serves a more negative side effect than good. This prevents the user from focusing chakra to perform tactics such as Yamanka techniques & Genjutsu unfortunately. The weapon was also forged & laced with the Kyōkai Kekkai no Jutsu seal to help aid it's user after causing so much trouble and negative side effects. The worse and most dangerous part of the weapon is the fact that it deals 40dmg per turn to the user's body which may prove to be very dangerous and unhealthy for many. For this same reason some shinobis don't use the weapon much and don't keep it out for long period of times. The weapon itself can be used to deflect and block against freeform strikes from swords, kunais and other weapons including opponent's fist & feet.

Now on the offensive side of the weapon the user can apply raw chakra or elemental chakra to the body of the weapon to reshape it into a basic weapon (sword, axe, spear etc). If one applied elemental chakra to the weapon, it would take the appearance, properties, strength & weaknesses of the weapon while still being attach to the arm. Using the former application one can also have a part of the body extend out (up to 2m) like a dagger to aid them in taijutsu battles. Each action only requiring 20 chakra for use and 25 for the elemental application. The reshaped weapon or the extended ones would simply be B rank in power and lasts for 3 turns before reverting back to normal.

Notes:
Requires basic Fuuinjutsu training to access & summon
If the user doesn't have a valid defense against the damage (such as healing etc), after using the weapon for 4 turns, they will be unable to use the arm for the rest of the fight.

I know you aren't in favor with techniques with several ranks, but this technique can't have one rank because it depends on the chakra inside the technique.

Declined - The pressure explosion has been done before, but to counter absorbing i just don't think it can, i mean depending on the absorbing method. So like Pein through up a barrier around himself to absorb a mass attack, or when he was nagato, he got hit then drew in kirabi's full cloak pretty fast to heal himself. I just don't think this would be possible with the effect you desire. Maybe just maybe you could do it as vibrating chakra, causing an unsteady flow of the chakra within the jutsu being absorbed making it harder to draw into their body or item absorbing, doubling the time it takes to absorb said attack?

During such, the opponent has to maintain the absorption technique/weapon in play in order to fully absorb the technique and if he stops the absorption proceed for any reason, he would get him by the remains of the technique.

Description: Normally, wind and wood don't have much in common, however, this technique is where everything changes. Specially designed by Hashirama to supplement Mokuton, "Futon: Kinjirareta Gattai" uses the natural traits of wind to push Mokuton even further. After performing one handseal the user can activate the technique individually, or at the same timeframe of another technqiue, depending on the user's move. With such activation, any Mokuton technique made by the user gets coated by a condensed, thick coat of wind. This coat of wind takes the same shape as the Mokuton technique in order not to effect the purpose of the technique, going as far as the slightest details go. The said coat of wind acts as a shield and rather insulator of elements that happens to have superiority in the elemental nature, such as but not limited to lightning. Basically, it remove's it's elemental weakness due to it insulating wood from all sides. But that also happens to cause it it's elemental superiority, so it rather becomes neutral. That is until the wind coat is destroyed by technique of equal rank following W&S, and the wood gets exposed exposed, then the elemental W&S returns to normal. For such reasons, another usage was introduced which is pseudo-coating the techniques with wind. By doing this, the user coats a specific part of the Mokuton technique which leaves the rest exposed, leaving the exposed part to the same destiny as any normal wood technique. The wind coat happened to have another effect on not only Mokuton, but also any other solid element like earth. Due to the condensation of the wind coat, it caused the molecules of the enveloped element to be pushed even closer to each other, which enhanced the strength and solidity of the said element, granting it boost to dmg. The concept of the technique was then generalized to include all solid elements due to it having the same effect on them as it did on Mokuton.

Even though this technique was created by the slugs, it was passed down to those who have access to the slug contract. This user will simply channel chakra around their whole body, releasing it, causing a shell or armor of slime to surround the users body excluding the eyes and nostrils, taking on a green color. The slime has multiple purposes for the user. The slime thats present on the feet of the user allows the user to glide on the ground as if they were skates. The main purpose for this is not only to aid the user speed but it allows the user to bypass any sharp objects that may be present on the ground beneath the feet, be it sharp glass, sharp grass, razors, etc allowing the user to become completely unharmed. This technique also aids in taijutsu, making the user immune to physical attacks be it kenjutsu (Unless channeled with chakra) and taijutsu (this does not include eig techniques and kaitos taijutsu), making the strikes slide right off the users body. This of course is a double edged sword as the user cant chain handseals and hold weapons without them slipping out the hand. But the most unique ability about the slime is the ability to absorb water at a rapid pace up to 10x its volume. Once water technique strikes the user, the slime will simply absorb the water at a rapid pace, not only absorbing the water technique but causing the water technique to lose its momentum allowing the user to be immune to water. The absorbed water can then be used to release more slime from around the body.

Declined - I'm pretty sure this wouldn't protect you from leaf dragon god, but it would cause attacks to slide off your body. 10x it's volume in water is too much. Make it two times and can last up to 4 turns. Describe the slime a bit, it could be like jelly that absobs the impact and hardens on contact, other slime might just splash off you.

Description: This is a common technique for the cone snail art family, or any snail family. Derived from the toad stomach techniques exclusive to toads but with alot of unique twist. The user will reverse summon him and his opponent inside the shell of a large cone snail. The shell is 5 Meters wide, 20 meters high (this is due to the shell unique cone shape) and 10 meters both and forth of both the user and the opponent. The shell of the cone snail is infused with large amounts of chakra, making it very hard and sturdy, but not impossible to break. The unique thing about this technique is that, once the user reverse summons both him and his opponent, it is pitch black, and they are summoned on the body of the cone snail. Once this happen, similar to toad crushing stomach, the user will cause the body of the snail to absorb the body of his opponent down into the main body. As the opponent is being absorbed, the snails body will contract, crushing the opponents body the deeper it gets dragged down into its body. If the opponent gets fully absorbed, his whole body would not only be crushed but will also suffocate.

Note: The shell due to its hard nature, it will take A rank to break the shell. Once broken both the user and opponent are returned to the field.

Description: This technique is a multi-purpose technique allowing the user to do both piercing and/or blunt impact utilizing the added weight, and light weight earth technique. The user will mold chakra into their mouth, spitting out a senbon twice the size of an original senbon but still small towards their target or opponent. The user will either do the boar handseal which will add large amounts of weight into the senbon. Though the appearance doesnt look harmful due to its small nature, once the senbon strikes a body part it will cause major blunt damage (enough to deal major brusing, and even fracture or break the bones if struck twice in the same spot. The technique will indeed become slower losing 1/4 its speed. While on the other hand, the user can do the tiger handseal which will reduce the weight of the earth senbon. This will not only allow the senbon to speed up tripling its speed but give it piercing damage. Due to the reduced weight of this technique, it loses alot of its momentum, only being able to pierce the body up 2 inches deep which in most case is normally used to irritate the opponent or even serve as a distraction.

Description: This technique is a variation based on the usage of C's lightning illusion technique. Applied to a lightning technique the user has already formed. He will form two handseals supercharging the electrons within the lightning jutsu with additional chakra. As seen with Chidori high concentrations of lightning chakra can be caused to make distinctive loud noises that closely resembled that of millions of birds constantly chirping . This noise however will remain dormant within the charged electrons until the moment the jutsu strikes an opposing jutsu or the opponent. Once it has struck it's mark the dormant addition will cause the lightning jutsu to explode violently creating a deafening cracking noise very similar to a high pitched thunderclap. This can cause temporary loss of hearing to the opponent if he happens to be in short range of the jutsu. However similar to C's usage of the illusion flash pillar the user will be able to cast the opponent in a genjutsu using the loud clap of thunder as a medium. Sound created by the thunderclap or if the user knows sound release, a sound genjutsu using the loud noise of the thunderclap as a medium.

The mixture of the two elements amplify the sound of the lighting which closely mimicked the sporadic noises caused by a flock of a million of birds. The lightning technique acts as a vocal point in order for the genjutsu to take effect . The effects of the genjutsu would be to simply cause an unbearable amount of pain which would feel as if the opponent's brain was repeatedly being beaten into, giving the effects of thunder and vibrations "stuck" in the opponents head and body , believing to feel these intense effects on their brain mostly since that's where the birds were mostly aiming at to get a quick kill and great meal. With this intense pecking within the victims head and body , it would nullify advance cognitive ability and quick thinking for physical reaction. Along with the pain distorting the opponent's ability mold chakra effectively (won't be able to perform S-Ranks and above) due to this intense pain occurring inside one of the important chakra points of the body; the brain.

Although very slow this can be used as a ultimate defense and offense attack against the opponent because it covers the whole area at which both parties are fighting and once eye level they are highly undodgable. The only way to counter act this jutsu is either to finish off the user before the petals reach you or to create a shield of your own and wait till all the petals fall. If the petals hit the opponent then they will cause immense burns on the skin which wont kill the opponent but it will hurt a lot and if hit by enough of them will cause the opponent to pass out.
NOTE: Can only be used once per battle.
NOTE: If you happen to destroy them all before they hit the ground then they will merely reform and fall again. The petals cannot be destroyed and will only stop falling once every one hits the ground.

‡ Declined ‡ Are these actual petals that catch fire or are they made of flame from the first place? If it's the former, I don't see this doing any damage or even being a viable technique. Katon techniques can only be created from the user's body, sent through the ground or materialized within short-range of the user.

One of his most useful and diverse creations was Same Kuchiyose: Same Ha no Guraindā ▽ Shark Summoning: Grinder of the Shark Tooth. After performing the necessary hand seals, the user would reverse summon anyone they wanted to within range into a huge cavern with natural light bending from the outside. The walls and the roof of the cavern were made of a crystalline-water, allowing the light to be let in. The width of this hardened water cave, however, only extended forty meters in diameter and forty meters 'b]high[/b], much like a dome. The "floor" of the crystalline-water cavern was as huge as a lake's worth of water. This is due to the fact that some sharks can be summoned with their own water source, and this is where they reside and it would need to come from somewhere. If the user wanted to, they have the option to release ten extra chakra and perform one extra hand seal as they reverse summon everyone, to have the crystalline-water cave walls, roof, and the water below to become littered with small and large shark teeth varying from size to size. From the highest point all the way down onto the edges of the walls, the shark teeth were pointing towards the center of the cavern except the teeth that would be summoned in the water. If the teeth were summoned and someone used the water below as a source of water for techniques, it would gain an additional twenty points of damage (not including forbidden ranked water). Plenty of "basic" shark live in the water below, and if one is not a signed contract summoner for sharks and they become submerged, the sharks speed towards whoever has become submerged and would begin to tear them to pieces with their powerful and sharp teeth (opponent must be bleeding or be submerged for one turn).

‡ Declined ‡ Still not keen on the idea of Reverse Summons but I'll allow it. As long as people don't go overkill and try to amass multiple ways of reverse summoning the opponent. This needs to have some kind of turn limit (whereby everyone that was summoned to this place is returned to the original battlefield). The damage boost is overkill and just out of place in this technique. What you could do is change the property of the water in this cave e.g. make it sticky or some kind of variant of water.

Note: The compressed reduces the target joint's speed by 5 points i.e if a target's leg speed is 20 and this jutsu is used on his ankles, his leg speed gets cut down to 15 as they aren't used to the immense weight and also the damage from this joints is reduced by 10 i.e say...if this jutsu is used on a ninja's wrist, the punches or palm thrusts jutsu the target pulls off from this hand gets a - 10 damage as long as this jutsu is active.

Plus, twice per usage, at the cost of 5 chakra the user can manipulate the compressed air in the sense that the user can move the compressed air anyway and any direction they want e.g After using this jutsu on a target, the user wills all four bracelets of compressed air to move five meters to the right, since the bracelets are on the opponent, the opponent's body would be dragged along against their will.
Note: Due to the weight of compressed air on the opponent, their overall speed is halved, and also the damage from the opponent's joints is reduced by 10 i.e say when this jutsu is used on a target, the punches, palm thrusts or any attacks and jutsu the target pulls off that requires the strength of his hand gets a - 10 damage as long as this jutsu is active, however this also affects the opponent's kicks too making this jutsu a perfect counter to leg weights. Description: By activating this genjutsu though the click of a finger, or any sound the user releases sound waves that travel towards the opponent and induces a genjutsu. The target will find them self inside their own psyche presented by images of all their memories before them as well as finding them self binded by strange tendrils that are connected to their body. These images of past memories begin to fade in front of the victim signifying each of their memories actually being destroyed. As this happens the strange tendrils begin to tear the target apart slowly piece by piece causing tremendously agonizing mental strain. As the images of the memories continue to fade, the tendrils continue to rip the victim apart until there is nothing left of the target. This signifies that not only has the target's entire memory been completely destroyed but their mind as well, this rids the target of a large portion of the target's mind to make them lose what makes them who they are, and induces a vegetative stupor state.

Description: This technique is a variation based on the usage of C's lightning illusion technique. Applied to a lightning technique the user has already formed. He will form two handseals supercharging the electrons within the lightning jutsu with additional chakra. As seen with Chidori high concentrations of lightning chakra can be caused to make distinctive loud noises. This noise however will remain dormant within the charged electrons until the moment the jutsu strikes an opposing jutsu or the opponent. Once it has struck it's mark the dormant addition will cause the lightning jutsu to explode violently creating a deafening cracking noise very similar to a high pitched thunderclap. This can cause temporary loss of hearing and vision to the opponent if he happens to be in short range of the jutsu. However similar to C's usage of the illusion flash pillar the user will be able to cast the opponent in a genjutsu using the loud clap of thunder as a medium. This can be a visual genjutsu using the bright light created by the thunderclap or if the user knows sound release, a sound genjutsu using the loud noise of the thunderclap as a medium.

‡ Declined ‡ Not a bad idea but robbing the opponent of both senses is too much. Also, it's hard to gauge if an opponent will be short-range of a clash due to several factors (speed of techniques, if the opponent is currently moving, et cetera). You can increase this to mid-range and tone down the effects.

Description: The user claps his hands while radially releasing instant sound waves throughout the ground and atmosphere. This creates a field of sound energy which allows the user to manipulate surrounding earth and earthen constructs at will by decreasing it's masses in turn, the earth techniques will gain speed from fueling additonal sound waves into them. This causes the vibrations of the waves to easily force earth and earthen constructs up with the violent chakra without the user coming into direct contact with the earth's surface. All seals apply except for those that require a gesture involving the ground. Those gestures will be substituted by an additional can seal to whatever earth jutsu.

Description:Upon hearing the sound of lightning ,the target will instantly feel the effects of this jutsu.The user uses the high resonance and amplitude of the violent chirping noises as a medium for casting genjutsu. The user combines his Ototon chakra with a previous lightning jutsu's sound effects and induces the target into a sound genjutsu. The mixture of the two elements amplify the sound of the lighting which closely mimicked the sporadic noises caused by a flock of a million of birds. The lightning technique acts as a vocal point in order for the genjutsu to take effect . The effects of the genjutsu would be to simply cause an unbearable amount of pain which would feel as if the opponent's brain was repeatedly being beaten into, giving the effects of thunder and vibrations "stuck" in the opponents head and body , believing to feel these intense effects on their brain mostly since that's where the birds were mostly aiming at to get a quick kill and great meal. With this intense pecking within the victims head and body , it would nullify advance cognitive ability and quick thinking for physical reaction. Along with the pain distorting the opponent's ability mold chakra effectively (won't be able to perform S-Ranks and above) due to this intense pain occurring inside one of the important chakra points of the body; the brain.

The lightning technique acts as a vocal point in order for the genjutsu to take effect . The effects of the genjutsu would be to simply make the target see a flock of birds which would constatly swarm near them, limiting their vision while the birds peck at them repeatedly, causing slight yet constant pain . Using their beaks, the birds would be "nailing" the opponent still, causing them to become paralyzed as well. Since the target is indeed paralyzed, they will not be able to weave any seals.

Description: The user will have a seal on their body with the Kanji for a specific element and it will lay dormant until the user is physically struck, be it by an attack, weapon or an opponent. Whenever the user is physically interacted with (e.g. punched, stabbed, shot), their body will instantly exhibit all of the properties of the chosen element. This doesn't mean their body merely has the properties of the element but rather when interacted with the targeted part(s) of the body will passively dissipate into storm energy or harden into steel (effect depends on the chosen element). If for example the user is stabbed and they turn into storm energy, the bladed weapon would merely phase through their gaseous body and leave them unaffected. On the other side of the scale, if the user's body hardens into steel then the attack will simply do them no harm. After the attack or strike has passed through them, their body will automatically revert itself to it's normal appearance. Since this technique usually only applies to specific parts of the body, any unconverted portions of the user's body can still be moved/controlled/used as normal. While in this form, the user can only use the element they transformed into, the element's it's composed of and any combination of the aforementioned element as well as any non-elemental abilities. This technique enables the user to defend against A-Ranks and below of neutral elements (B-Ranks and below for weaknesses, S-Ranks and below for strengths). If the user is struck with an attack that will neutralize their transformation, the two cancel one another out and the user reverts to their original form. If the user is struck with an attack that overpowers their transformation, the user's body reverts to it's original form and sustains the remaining damage (after the collision of techniques). The only exception to this rule is if the two chosen elements have no sort of interaction with one another (e.g. Fire and Lightning), in which case rank differences will not matter.

Declined - the seal i'm fine with, but reduce it to useable twice and i can't believe i'm saying this but can you add detail. Does it only work on one body part or the whole body, what happens when you're stabbed, use this to turn your stomac to water on impact and someone then uses nagashi through the sword while the blade is still in you with this word active, does that then destroy the seal and leave you in your normal form with a blade through you?

(Fuuin: Kichigai Kouyou) - Sealing Technique: Mad Enhancement

Description: The user will passively apply a seal with the Kanji for "Madness" on their body. This technique will both distort how their body but also their techniques appear. A barrier of chakra will form over their body in the form of a black haze of chakra cloaks the user's body without obscuring their sight. The haze casts anyone who looks upon it in an external genjutsu (A-Rank) that constantly shifts the user's outline like an off-focus photograph, thereby obscuring any discerning marks or features. The mist-like illusion also causes his image to double or triple randomly, making him appear to be a hallucination. It essentially creates the effect of the user's body flickering from side to side across a one-meter area too fast for the eyes to track without the creation of after-images. This isn't to be confused with the user moving back and forth, this effect can solely be attributed to the genjutsu induced by the haze and will occur even if the user is standing still. This throws off techniques which require a clear line of sight or concentration on the user's position. This effect will occur regardless of the opponent's tracking speed. As for the user's techniques, their distorted image will depend on it's state of matter. Solid techniques will appear pitch black with red lines of light across them, liquid techniques will appear as blood, gaseous techniques will appear as a black smog and energy-based techniques will appear a dark-red colour. This lasts until deactivated.
