The palm spreads 3 meters out & the 5 claws extend to 2 meters , it surrounds the opponent and closes in clenching itself. When the opponent is caught he is electrocuted leaving them paralyzed.

Raiton: Taiden shita Kyōki |Lightning Release: Charged Madness

Description: The user begins by channeling their Lightning chakra throughout their whole body. Instead of releasing the chakra the user continues to contain it within their body having the vibration further increase leading to an excessive flow of chakra running throughout, Due to this the user's chakra begins leaking letting off short bursts of small electrical currents around their body(being small rapid bursts of current, they have no effect on the opponent, but slightly numb the user due to consistently being in contact with the skin).
Chakra also begins leaking within the user's body having small shocks randomly occur internally, as a result the user is sent into a "Shocked" adrenaline rush which is partnered with the slight numbness left throughout the body due to the bursts of shocks created, leaving the user unable to feel the pain of melee attacks, but having the body still bear the brunt of any damage done. Even though numb, the user's (being in a state of "Adrenaline Shock") muscle are forcefully pushed to be able to further tighten having the user able to clench their fist & add more force behind their strikes. While in shock, the user loses any sense of fear/doubt within themselves, basically having the user's body mainly act on striking the opponent or defending/countering from an opponent's attack(acting on reflex), making it harder for the opponent to predict how the user will react. The user having their muscles in a constant state of tension, leaves a Sharingan user having to predict movement as normal.
To continue the effects of this jutsu, the user is limited to B Rank or lower Lightning Jutsu as to not use too much of the contained chakra. Due to the constant vibration given off within the chakra flow, foreign chakra is unable to smoothly run through the network, having its effects negated(such as Genjutsu). This Jutsu aids in Taijutsu attacks, boosting damage given +15, speed & striking speed risen(Still viewable by normal eyes & still able to react to the user, but with great focus & being psychically prepared). After the jutsu ends, the user is left feeling any pain dealt from previous Taijutsu attacks & still having to wait for the numbness to subside, due to this the user is unable to defend from Taijutsu attacks without suffering an extra +5 damage.
Even though the user had constantly contained the chakra(acting as a reserve of sorts), due to the strain they are unable to perform jutsu up to a certain rank(B Rank) for a portion of the battle(Two Turns). Not having an actual form or shape such as an aura, Wind jutsu are treated as neutral when used to attack the user. The speed added from this jutsu is not stacked on to the speed of what the bio can achieve, speed is set to that of the description.
- Usable Once.
- Lasts Three turns.
- Only able to perform up to B Rank Lightning Jutsu whilst jutsu is in effect.
- Left with the described after effects for 2 turns.
- Can only be taught by Method.

-Declined- You contradicted yourself with your description, look at the two colored portions, if you condense this much lightning chakra inside, it won't make you numb but rather "explode" from the inside out, chakra follow a pathway that's called the gates, condensing this much chakra with the gates being closed would lead to either messing up your chakra flow, or forcefully opening the gates, without proper training in the gates either way you'd die, also when you are numb you can't expect yourself to counter attacks easily, i like the concept that you thought of, but unfortunately it doesn't work in this RP.

Description: The user begins by performing the Snake Handseal, as they do this their Lightning chakra begins coating both arms while the user presses both fists against each other, the user will then rapidly pull both arms out extending them to their sides as a long sharp blade of Lightning forms reaching out to 1.5 meter each blade beginning from the elbows. Due to the user's chakra continuously being pumped into the blade, it takes on a dense form allowing the blade to Slice through Solid objects with much greater ease (Like a hot knife through butter). Because the blade takes on a dense form it can also slightly burn on contact and as it is filled with the user's chakra, they are left unaffected.
- Can only use Lightning jutsu that do not require handseals while active.

The sphere will then zigzag through the ground, causing a small tremor that causes the opponent to lose balance, then rise above the ground just before hitting the target.

(Futon:Tenjin no Mai) - Wind Release:Sky God's Dance

Excadrill is the second in command of the moles and one of the strongest among them under the boss. Excadrill is 45 cm and wears jagged axe-like armor pieces on his arms as well as a jagged axe-like helmet placed slightly covering his face. He uses his 'shovels' to aid him in digging or for striking his target. Unlike most moles who specialize in earth based techniques, Excadrill is the only mole to be able to perform fire jutsu up to S-rank without handsigns.

The user will first perform 5 hand seal and place there opponent into a genjutsu. In the gen the opponent will see four toads appear, each toad is wearing traditional samurai armor with the kanji for toad on the armor, one toad appears at each cardinal point. The toads as soon as they appear lash out there tongues wrapping the opponent up. After being wrapped up by the toads tongues the opponent will then feel the tongues crushing them but in reality they are immobilized and open to attack.

The user will channel there water chakra either into the air or into a existing water source. Then either using the moisture in the air or the water from the water source they will give it shape. The basic shape of the water is that of a female. The user can manipulate the looks of the basic shape any way that he desires but it still has to retain the basic female shape. The water nymph cant use any water jutsu's. The nymph is solid enough so that it can affect physical objects (i.e push and pull). The nymph can combine with the user forming a sort of water armor. The armor looks just like regular samurai armor. The armor can with stand one fire jutsu up to A rank. While the user is wearing the armor they take greater damage from lightning attacks.

-Usable once per battle.
-No water A rank and up for the next two turns.
-No lightning can be used while wearing the armor.
-Last three turns.
-Turning into armor counts as a move.
-The nymph can be regenerated twice per battle as long as it hasn't turned into armor and there is a water source to regenerate from.

The user will then launch the snow from the clouds having it attack the opponent. The user if they desire can perform another hand seal while the the snowballs are falling to have them combine together to increase the size of the snowballs, up to four times there normal size.

Meerkat Anatomy and Appearance
The Meerkat is a small sized mammal that has a long and slender body with a long and light but black-tipped tail that can almost double the animal's total length. Meerkats are sandy to light brown in colour with eight darker stripes on their back, markings on their sides (which are unique to the individual) and a lighter face and underside. They have elongated muzzles with a black nose and dark coloured bands around their eyes. Meerkats have long, sharp claws on their front paws that are curved and can grow up to 2cm long and help them to both dig their burrows and to find small animals that are buried beneath the soft sand. The fur of the Meerkat has actually adapted remarkably to the differing desert conditions, not only helping to keep the animal cool during the boiling hot days, but also acting as a layer of insulation to keep it warm during the freezing-cold winter nights.

Description: this is a frying pan that is as tall as a shinobi around 5'9" tall. with a long handle from the pan itself. The pan is capable of generating katon release through manipulating Katon chakra. The user carry's it on the back similar to how you would carry a katana on your back with a strap. The pan itself is carried n your back with a leather strap. Now attacks for the pan can only be attacks not requiring any handsigns and which only require manipulation of the elements to form Katon release attacks. This weapon can utilize the multi size jutsu as well as this weapon was used by the akimichi clan women similar to how a akimichi staff enlarges in size while having multi size jutsu in effect. You can use the pan to redirect Katon attacks only up to s rank as forbidden techniques will warp the frying pan making it useless.

Note- can only redirect up to S rank Katon techs by using the frying pan.

Will not hold up against paper bombs though. The armor infused with chakra basically sits on top of the user And expands into a shell which is being held up by the user. The user can reinforce the armor using his or her chakra to prevent an enemy from cutting through the armor.

Twice per battle Bonnie and Clyde can release a surge of chakra around the summoner creating a sphere shaped barrier equal to an S-rank non elemental barrier, This barrier also disrupts the summoners chakra allowing the summons to break the summoner from A-rank and below genjutsu, But this also prevents the user from using jutsu while it's active.



Note: Bonnie and Clyde can only be summoned twice per battle.

OPED! Unreasonable! We don't allow summons with such abilities to last more than 4 turns nor do we allow summons to be summoned more than once. And you're summoning 2 summons which can be described easily as boss-level summons in their abilities. Make this reasonable or its a DNR.

The sphere can rapidly expand either on command by using the Ram handseal or stay compressed and hit it's intended target, When the sphere expands it size grows 5-meters incinerating everything within.

(Chough Bunshin no Jutsu)- Chough Clone Technique

Description: A technique similar to Itachi's, the user produces clones by projecting their chakra towards dozens of choughs. Because it uses choughs as a medium, it requires less chakra than the normal Shadow Clone Technique, while still being able to perform techniques. When the clones are struck, or if the user servers their chakra from the technique, the clones will revert back into birds, which can cause confusion and distract their opponent, if they are happened to be caught within the sudden scattering of birds.

If the target(s) is hit by one of these blots, they are paralyzed for 1 turn. The user if wanted, can also manipulate each of the balls respectively and move them around in order to assault the opponent with a lightning strength of B rank, wich can paralyze for 10 seconds. This is an alternate version of the technique, where instead of releasing bolts from all of the balls/orbs at the same time, the user manipulates them themselfs. The user can manipulate from 1 to 3 orbs/balls at the same time only. If used within short range of the target, only 6 orbs may be placed above them, mid range 12 orbs, and long range 18 orbs.

This will also cause the targets vision to become blurry due to the force of the grip. If not stopped the hand can deal serious damage to the neck itself. Though the user can mimic the movement with his left hand as if he was actually choking the opponent, this will allow the user to crush the opponents throat if and only if the user mimics the movement of the hand. This restricts the users ability to use other justu if he chooses to do so. The released chakra used to initiate this justu cannot be seen by the normal eye.

Okay, I like the idea, but I need to clarify a few things. First issue, no, you can't make the chakra invisible to the normal eye, secondly, I need to know more about the hand. When you mean, you can form it anywhere, how large is it? Is it just the hand? Where does it come from exactly? How long does it take to form?

This is an advance genjutsu/water combination where the opponent immediately sees himself bound from behind(like pretta path holding sage-Naruto while sucking his chakra) by an earthy creature that looks like an elvish golem which becomes stiff immediately leaving the opponent bound and unable to move. At the same time he is bound, another elf would rise 5 meters infront of the opponent holding a katana. This Figure is fully erect split seconds after the oponent is bound, then it pushes forward stabbing the opponent with its earthy katana. The katana would pierce through the opponent and into the first earthy figure binding the opponent and it becomes stiff too leaving the katana hanging through the opponent. In real life as soon as the genjutsu is trigered, the user kneads his suiton chakra underground, making an elvish humanoid golem made of water to rise from beneath/behind the opponent restricting him just like in the genjutsu. Everything in the genjutsu happens in real life but the only difference now is that both figures are made of water meaning the opponent takes the full damage the katana stab which in real life would be a katana made of water.

Kulios is a small Hooded Pityohui with the size of a dog. He wears a blue armor on its back and a Kirigakure headband tied around its neck showing their loyalty to the village. However he is but with very large and light feathers even he as a whole is a very rare one among his species being enourmously lightwieghted which naturally grants him immense speed that he can only be traced by 3 tomoe Sharingan and Byakugan. He can communicate with his summoner through Pitohuian Language.
Abilities:
-Kulios can't use any Ninjutsu except for Pitohui arts.
-Has immense flying speed traceble not to normal eyes but 3 tomoe sharingan and Byakugan and although 2 tomoe sharingan and Rinnegan would have difficulty tracing it as they'll see its blurry after-effect but they can still able to react to it
-He can easily detect body presence/heat, spiritual pressure and heart beat which he would memorize at first contact. This allows him to locate people he has met before anywhere they might be.
-He also has some amount of neurotoxins though not enough to kill but can cause paralysis
-He can't be ridden as he's small and very light but can perch on its summoner's head without any stress/load on the summoner

-Paralysis from his neurotoxin only lasts for 2 turns

Because Cortana is a very advanced piece of weaponry, the user must continue to add chakra, which can be added at any range. If Cortana is seperated from the user she can find her way back by telepathicly locating him, which she can only do with the user. Cortana can not use any jutsu as she is just a chakra produced hologram. If the user decides to drop the chakra adition, Cortana will fall to ground and the user will have to pick it up.

Description: Once the user has taken the red Chilli Pill and its effects take place in the users body they channel their unique chakra into their hands while taking a wide stance with their arms bent by their ribcage, and their hands held out with their fingers close together and their thumbs bent inwards. They then highly condense their unique chakra and shape it around their hands rapidly layering the special chakra on top of each other with each layer being thin, hardened, and holding a tremendous amount of the special chakra. The user then begins to rapidly thrust their hands forwards in a random manner, at various angles in front of them, while exerting a tremendous amount of energy behind each thrust allowing the user to perform a great number of thrusts in mere seconds. The energy output of the thrusts causes the condensed chakra layers to be rapidly launched off of the users hands, which they then form into V shaped projectiles, creating a wave of numerous V shaped projectiles launched in a wide radius towards the opponent. Once the wave is released the user then manipulates all of the projectiles at once and claps his hands causing each V shaped projectile to break in two, multiplying the wave of the projectiles even more. The wave of projectiles reach a maximum of 6m long and 6m high making it a very hard jutsu to dodge. Due to the shape of the chakra projectiles and the amount of energy put behind them, the projectiles cuts through the air with little to no resistance allowing them to travel at barely trackable speeds. The opponent would only see a barrage of small blue blurs approaching them at high speeds. This results in the opponent being hit by multiple highly condensed high speed chakra projectiles back to back all over their body which cause bruises, bone fractures, bone displacements, and multiple lacerations. This jutsu is said to resemble thousands of small migrating phengaris butterflies which its name was based upon. This attack takes a lot out of the user physically, and can even kill a Three Colored Pill (3CP) user if done while they are exhausted, but those who have obtained Calorie Control have a less detrimental effect. This is a hidden NinTaijutsu of the Akimichi clan.

(Fūinjutsu: Soromon no fūin) Sealing Arts: Seal of Solomon

Description: This is a special fūin seal made by Zanda. This seal is placed on the users body before battle and is small enough to fit on the user's wrist if they wanted. This seal consist of 8 small circles that surround a bigger circle and its main function is sealing away foreign chakra that tries to enter the users body. The seal starts off in absorption mode where it reroutes any foreign chakra trying to enter the body towards itself, closing 4 of the 8 circles, each time foreign chakra is sealed away. When all 8 circles are closed the middle circle then begins to close and where it will reveal two Kanji's for "Switch" on the surface of the closed middle circle. The user can then perform two hand seals at any time, where he will then channel his chakra towards his index and middle fingertips engulfing them in chakra, and place their two fingers on the "Switch" kanji where they will then turn the middle circle 180 degrees. This turns the seal on to its release mode where it will now have a direct link to the users chakra system. The middle circle will open and release the sealed away foreign chakra into the users chakra system so they can use most of it as their own. Due to not knowing how to create higher level fūinjutsu, the user will be able to add 1/3 of each foreign chakra amount absorbed, to their next two attacks boosting its power. Every time 1/3 chakra of each foreign chakra amount has been used then the 4 small circles will open up and once all 8 have open again the seal will vanish. This technique protects the user from foreign chakra attacks but prohibits the user from entering any modes that require foreign chakra while in absorption mode, because the seal would just absorb it.

Description: The user performs 3 hand seals before taking control of the air currents around the battlefield. They will then channel all the air current towards one spot of the battlefield and once the currents from all sides of the field come together they push each other upwards towards the sky. This creates a constant upwards draft towards the sky that is large enough to encompass a short range radius in the spot of the users choosing and reaches to a medium range height. This draft is strong enough to lift a human off balance off of the ground and keep them in a hovering state, at this point they can regain their balance, above the ground as long as they are within the draft. Creatures with wings caught in the draft will lose control, due to the fact they will of gained to much lift, and they would be blown backwards out of the stream. A human can escape the stream by propelling themselves somehow out of the range. A big enough flying summon can easily escape the stream, and even disrupt it, by continuously flapping their wings. Wind techniques cannot be used within the stream nor can they enter the stream by outside means. Projecting fire techniques used within the stream will be blown upwards or misdirected if it is a strong enough jutsu. If a fire stream is used within the wind stream then the wind jutsu will canceled, but if the user uses a fire stream jutsu that enters the wind stream from the outside, they will combine to make a large Pyro pillar with increased strength. (Regular jutsu combination strengths apply). Fast moving jutsus with piercing abilities move through the stream unaffected by its lift due to its wind resistance.

The person trapped in the technique is able to use water or earth techniques to escape from the orb.

By using the hardest minerals found in the ground, the inside of the creature is capable of swallow techniques without breaking apart due to the force. After the creature enters the ground once its first leap is finished, it performs another leap, spitting the opponent's technique back at them, mixed with sharp pieces of pebbles and rocks. This is done through several seals located inside the creatures mouth which seal and then unseals the chakra. The creature then returns underground and disperses back into earth/rock. The earth pebbles and rocks released by the creature are equal to C-rank. However, due to the opponent's technique being swallowed and returned, the technique loses a single rank once released back at the opponent (Ex: S-rank water is returned as A-rank water + C-rank earth). Sorry but fuuin is not only for the release part but also for the absorbing part. Earth doesn't have those properties. It may be able to suck in raw chakra (like some cannons) but you can't suck a technique into an earth technique. The sealing part needs more explanation and needs to be in a way that enables the seal to actually absorb the technique . However, one minor thing: releasing it already exists. There are seals that already absorb a technique and then release it back. So that part still needs to be worked out in a way that makes it unique and approvable. all in all, the principle and raw idea may be good but its still poorly explained and developed. Work on it much more.

Solitude, the stoic entity of lightning, and Frenzy, the mischievous entity of wind are released from their cages. They each stand eight feet tall, and are composed purely of their respective natures. When released from the sky, they are able to join together, having Solitude spin around Frenzy (or vice-versa) as they hurtle towards the ground. Additionally, each is able to hit different locations simultaneously. The speed and cutting power of their descent is so great that they can pierce up to five meters deep within the ground, and leave the area short range in all directions around their positions charred and destroyed if they choose to do so. To those without the aid of doujutsu, they merely appear as white and blue streaks in the sky. Once they hit the ground, they are able to rebound back upwards into the sky, to descend once again at a different time as long as they have not been destroyed/defeated.

It slides onto the users arm and seals itself with fuuinjutsu edged into the alloy to respond to the users chakra unto the users body. He called this weapon Akira. Akira sustains itself by slowly extracting chakra form the user throughout the typical day so that sound waves are consistently compressed and ready for use.

Akira's ability is within its unique construct. Its constructed with inner hundreds of tiny holes and tubing that run along its form that compresses sound waves. For example: Like how a user would play a flute instrument by blowing air into the flute while holding the notes, thus compressing the air to form a tune. Akira makes use of that style by compressing the air that circulates around the user through the holes and from basic movement creating unique, compressed sound waves that the user can manipulate. Akira can also be thought of as a medium for performing sound techniques with ease and with more versatility pertaining to the weilders need.

Abilities Notes:

- Akira is a sound instrument that has the ability to project melodies or sound waves that reach up to long range and can be used for supplementary purposes.
- Using Akiras sound waves, it can be used to create small, medium and large, defensive sound barriers when sound chakra is applied that are short range from the user.

Love the core idea and you worded it really well which is refreshing with the latest customs i've been checking the past hour. Here is what you need to edit: Shield form can only be used 3 times and make it only A-Rank and define its range and size. The twice per battle low frequency ability needs to be removed. Its too unreasonable and it mimics existing sound techniques although in a much more powerful variation. I assume you will submit the melodies separately and specify whatever is needed...if so, there is an issue: it will collide with ZK's Melody Arts and Roku's Music Arts and that will make it immediate DNR even if you have their permission.

Description: The user casts an illusion on the opponent(s) that triggers when they run or move about on the battlefield. It creates the illusion that they are actually running or moving to their desired destination when in reality their bodies are being pushed to the max by running in place, accelerating faster in a trans state affected by the illusion. If the ones targeted stop moving in the illusion, then it will appear as though they stopped running just as they were supposed to. Though in reality their bodies are still moving with the preempted thought to run making their heart race and stamina be pushed to the max eventually causing them to collapse from exhaustion and fatigue. After one turn, their bodies muscles begin to weaken making their actions slower then expected. After the second turn of running they begin to have shortness of breath and gasp for air becoming nauseated and dizzy. After the third turn their bodies begin to collapse form the strain on their physical body. If not stopped by the fourth turn, they will incapacitate themselves for one turn.

Note: This illusion works in a similar manner as False Surrounding & Sly Mind Affect, using the user and the environment to create the illusion they are moving as supposed to when actuality they aren't going where they desire.

It can be channeled high enough to shatter human sized boulders, and low enough to cause slight disorientation, and nausea to the human body. If a person was hit by full force they would be sent flying backwards with cracked bones and hearing loss for two turns.

Description: The user rubs their index and thumb fingers together on either hands channeling sound chakra into them, allowing the friction to release a concentrated burst of sound waves towards the target. The sound wave originates from the fingers and is sent towards the target(s). The sound frequencies are controlled by how much chakra the user channels into his hands. It can be channeled high enough to shatter human sized boulders, and low enough to cause slight disorientation, and nausea to the human body. If a person was hit by full force they would be sent flying backwards with cracked bones and hearing loss for two turns.

Description: The Time Wizard's Staff is a 2 meter long staff found years ago by the user. The handle is a light blue with a gold spike at the bottom and at the top is a small red, blue and gold clock. The strange material that forged the staff ages ago is indestructible, has shown no signs of rust or decay and appears to be some kind of non-magnetic metallic alloy as Magnetic ninja have attempted to magnetize it and failed. Despite its strange coloring and simple design the staff posses a unique power, when held in a proper wielder's hand the staff is able to be used as a medium for a powerful Genjutsu, the hands of the clock spin and when they stop any enemies that the user inserts his chakra into is induced into an illusion where time rapidly speeds up around them and their bodies age 100 years in a matter of seconds. After years of using the weapon the user was able to control his flow of chakra through the weapon to be able to cast his own genjutsu through the staff as well not only the staff's unique illusion, however at the cost of spending extra energy to cast the same illusions he would normally be able to perform with hand seals. When casting other Genjutsu the face of the clock flashes red and blue.
If a person who has not been accepted by the staff touches it they will be placed in an S rank illusion where their entire body ages rapidly and their body dissolves into dust in a matter of seconds rendering them unconscious, even if it's chakra is initially rejected it will continue to pour chakra into the enemy body until either the illusion sets in or the constant flow of foreign chakra destroys all of the tenketsu in their arm.

-Can only use the Time Genjutsu once per battle. Genjutsu is A rank, lasts 3 turns and counts as one of the user's jutsu use.

One of the 5 great Monkey warriors that serve under Monkey King Enma, Wukong is 2 meters tall, wears a sake-stained white shirt and a blue sleeveless Haori over it with his name written on the back and white pants. Under his clothing Wukong's body is covered in brown fur. Wukong carries a jug of Sake and his black steel Bo with him at all times.
Wukong is a close combat expert with speed that matches Enma however he lacks the same raw strength as Enma due to his lack of training as he is more often then not, drunk. Due to his near constant state of intoxication he has become a natural in the drunken monkey style as well as being very proficient with his Bo.
Twice per battle Wukong is able to infuse his Bo with chakra and strike an attack or enemy with it, discharging the chakra into the target and causing great damage from a blunt chakra discharge that shatters Earth techniques up to A rank and cause bone shattering damage to a human body.
His speed is comparable to a Sage Ranked Taijutsu master and his strength is easily comparable to that of the 4th Raikage without his Lightning Armor, Wukong is capable of using Taijutsu techniques, mostly those from Strong Fist and not taking damage from Ninjutsu and Taijutsu attacks C-Rank and below.

Chen is the Monkey warrior with the greatest Defense next to Monkey King Enma's indestructible staff form, being able to use Earth Release to harden his body to the levels of steel which gives him a B rank defense while active. His special training has given him equal strength to that of even Monkey King Enma however at a loss of his speed. His speed is comparable to a Sannin Ranked Taijutsu master but his strength is easily comparable to that of Hashirama with chakra enhanced strength.
Chen is capable of using Taijutsu techniques, mostly those from Strong Fist and is immune to taking damage from Ninjutsu and Taijutsu attacks C-Rank and below (B rank and below while in his hardened state). Like Enma, Chen is able to transform into a specialized weapon in the form of a black bodysuit that covers the user's limbs up to the ankles/wrists and their torso up to the neck, in this form his defensive powers surpass their previous levels and can defend from up to A rank attacks to the user's body within reason.

Description: While the opponent is under the effects of Illusionary Technique: Candy Beam, the user will further manipulate their chakra flow and induce a more powerful second genjutsu by making a gripping motion with the hand they cast Candy Beam with much like Gaara's Sand Burial technique. The opponent's mind, currently fooled into thinking the body has been transformed into a candy structure will be broken apart or otherwise destroyed causing severe mental damage and stunning the opponent for short time. The mental damage ends the genjutsu however the damage caused will be enough to force even other skilled genjutsu users to their knees after feeling like their entire body was crushed in the user's hand.

Description and Background: Lemurs are mammals also known as the primates of the ninja world...

Finding: The lemur are a peaceful bunch, they lived a peaceful and calm life; never partaking in the mischiefs of the ninja world nor forming an alliance with shinobi. They lived a calm life, that was until the faithful day; it was a day like no other, for some reason a boy called Vayne had been reverse summoned into the land of Lemurs. The Lemurs at first attacked the boy but the boy simply took the attacks, nothing snazzy was made, he simply refused to hurt innocent animals despite them attacking him. This action lead to the chief of Lemurs approving the boy worthy, worthy of being the successor of the Lemur contract.

Location: The lemurs reside -as do all summons- in a place unique to them. Lemurs are inhabitants of a place dubbed "The Land of Bliss" the land outstretched a distance equivalent to that of Land of Fire, and naturally in such a big land a large variety of Lemurs lived. After the forging of the contract with the human Vayne recreational centers were created as well as human worthy dormitories, this was done in order to provide comfort and rest to those lucky few that sign the contract. Also there is a pond a chakra pond in the land of bliss, this pond is only usable by the lemurs, through this pond the lemurs can 'keep tabs' on the user, this is in order to reverse summon the user when they are in a pinch.(Just a pond to avoid meta-gaming)

Abilities: Upon the various Lemurs only a select few are combat ready, but despite being low in numbers there attack force is great almost insurmountable. Lemurs have the ability to communicate telepathically with the signers of the contract, they are also generally well skilled with the usage of their tails, this helps them greatly in battle, it provides them with a advantage over humans and summons alike since their tails act as an extra arm. Furthermore Lemurs are skilled with Taijutsu this is due to the fact that they can stand on their hind legs, and basically live off food that is located in locations that are "hard to be reached under normal circumstances; trees for example" Also due to them being Nocturnal animals they gain a +15 to damage delivered by them when fighting in the night, conversely they have a -10 damage to techniques delivered by them during daytime.

I will also like to take ownership of the sub-species related to Lemurs.

Description: Judgment is a pair of cloves created to those of the Bartholomew clan. The gloves were formed through countless years of trial and error, with those years the gloves gained special abilities;
-The gloves gave a damage boost to all Bartholomew clan techniques through a device located on the outer part of the gloves, the devices lead to the amplification of the speed rate and damage delivered by the used technique. It gave a massive +15 damage to the technique, and a speed boost equivalent to 1.5X more.
-The device on the outer part also had the ability to shoot small needles from the 'holes' on the outline of the palm. The needles were made up of the special chakra that the Bartholomew used, in essence it was like a basic repel technique of the Bartholomew, but in a more compressed form. The needles were of B rank equivalent and can only be used 3X per battle.
-From the inside of the gloves the inner part of the device had an ability that can only be used once per battle, it 'massaged' the palms of the user, with the massage any damage done to the palms of the user via Bartholomew techniques(the ones that prevent paw art techniques for X turns)and will lead to the user regaining the ability to use the technique, for example a technique requires that after being used the paw arts can't be used for 2 turns, with the massage the 2 turns are took away. The maximum turns that the gloves can 'negate' are two.
-The user will get a +10 damage to himself when hit by lightning and fire techniques, since the gloves have the reverse function of the first ability.
-All abilities count towards the jutsu limit of the user.
-Gloves only usable by members of the Bartholomew clan.
