( Fuuton: Sata-n Wa ) - Wind Release: Saturn Rings

Description: For this technique, the user will focus a mass of fuuton chakra into their dominant hands index finger. The user will then use a mass id chakra control to form sharp spiraling rings of wind around their finger. The reason for the chakra control is so that the user don't cut off his/her finger. The user will then point their finger outward, releasing these rings of wind ( max = 3 ). As the rings are released, they will expand themselves. The first ring will be 6 meters in width and is as thin as a blade of grass. The second ring will be 4 meters in width, the third will be 2 meters in width.

-Must have mastered Nin
-Must be S-class or higher
-Must have mastered Wind
-Can only be taught by Light

Description: The user will focus his/her fire chakra to his/her hands, specifically into the index and middle fingers of both hands. After the chakra is there, the user will form a gun like shape and start moving their hand up and down in a slow motion releasing the chakra .The chakra will shoot 5 from each middle, and 5 from each index in total/max 20 small yet powerful projectiles of fire will travel towards the opponent. This technique is released in rapid sucession. The projectiles are shaped like the users finger tips, despite being small, the projectiles pack quite a 'punch' mainly since they hit a focused area, and in that area high degrees of burning will occur, the technique is mostly used in urgent times were the opponent needs to be finished off quickly, the technique will be q good choice since it affects a cellular level.

-Can only be used thrice.
-Must have mastered Katon.
-Projectiles are shape like the users fingers.
-The user through a single usage can shoot 5 projectiles from each finger, so 20 is the max.
-The fingers must be relaxed in order to be able to shoot, meaning the user can't shoot projectiles if her/his hand is formed in a fist.

General Description:
Nightjars are medium-sized nocturnal birds with long wings, short legs and very short bills. Most have small feet, of little use for walking, and long pointed wings. Their soft plumage is cryptically coloured to resemble bark or leaves, making them excellent at blending in with their surroundings. They have beaks that are much wider than it is long, and it opens wide both - vertically as well as horizontally. The resulting big gaping mouth allows it to more easily scoop up it's prey in flight. Its large eyes are placed on each side of the head (laterally) - which significantly increases its visual field. A reflective membrane behind the retina (tapetum) enhances its vision at night by augmenting the light-gathering ability of its eyes.
Background:
The Nightjar hails from a secluded forest hidden on the peak of a deadly mountain that is always covered in storm clouds making the area seemingly always nighttime. This Dark and ominous looking place is referred to by many ninja as Mount Hakurei. The Nightjars are a race of incredibly stealthy birds that take great pride in their mastery of stealth. They have been hidden away from humanity for a long time on the peak of Mount Hakurei until now that is. Their mastery of stealth and disguise makes them a great asset to ninja for scouting dangerous areas/enemy territory. Nightjars aren't very strong but in exchange of their lack of strength they have human intelligence which can help them get out of tight situations that involve clever planning. The nightjar also have a secret weapon they keep to themselves called the nighthawk. The nighthawk are said to await orders from their masters in a cavern somewhere in the depths of Mount Hakurei. Nighthawks are about the size of a human due to some sort of mutation perhaps from eating some fungi/bugs in the caves they live in. They aren't known to have much intelligence at all since they have been locked inside a cave their entire lives due to discrimination from the nightjar.

It is a great counter against jutsu aimed at impairing vision, such as the Kirigakure no jutsu because no one has the ability to suppress the electrical pulses given off by the human body.

Description and Background: Wyverns are a rare species of reptiles often regarded as mythical. It’s a Draconic creature with 4 limbs, two legs and a pair of wings similar to its ‘cousin’ which gained much more attention ,the ‘dragon’ having 4-6 limbs and depending on the specie a pair of wings. Although similarities exist, wyverns are much different than dragons in both behavior and anatomy, more aggressive the previous in any manner while dragons are civil.
Where the habitat of a dragon is generally close to the land, Wyverns prefer living in high altitudes like mountains and trees that have lived thousands of years. On rare occasions they would occupy abandoned buildings created by humans. Being reptiles, wyverns have a set of unique capabilities, something common in the animal group. Mating among wyverns is forceful, young ones are born in eggs and their gender depends on the amount of heat the egg received during development, wyverns tend to breath fire over their eggs to aid this. To protect the young one from the extreme temperatures, the scale-like shells of the eggs are heat/fire resistant.
As they grow up, to sharpen teeth and biting strength for hunting, they practice over mountains by biting the rocks with their bare mouths. A fully grown wyvern would have the bite strength of approximately 2000 kgs (1200 kgs is an ‘average’ crocodiles bite strength), with teeth sharp and strong they rip off their prey with relative ease but more than that, platinum from the mountain rocks get attached in their mouths making their bites deadlier, the attached platinum when struck inside flesh causes metal poisoning to its preys where wyverns themselves are immune to it.
Wyvern require a lot of food to keep their functions running, their gut bacteria digests food and release hydrogen which is stored in a separate bladder linked to the oeso****us. They use this hydrogen in two ways, breathing fire and flight. Having platinum stuck up in their mouths, wyverns could exhale hydrogen from their mouth which reacts with the platinum and oxygen in the air creature and combustion which released in the form of a stream of fire, (varying ranks, the method is natural therefore would not require any chakra cost or technique however, there is more to it). Wyverns have several characteristics typical of flight. The honeycomb structure of their bones allows them to be light, while retaining their strength. Huge hearts are also typical of flight, as chest muscles would need vast amounts of oxygen-rich blood in order to move the large wings. Although they possess large wings, the wing-span/weight ratio of wyverns is not enough for the wings to give enough lift. Their capacity to hold hydrogen further lightens them to fly, they can migrate in relatively high speeds by reaching a high altitude, having a huge heart and lung capacity makes them fully functional and buoyance keeps then above the air. Their anatomy makes them both agile and incredibly strong allowing it to lift objects 3x its original weight without losing any speed. Given their functions, their hierarchy is based on sizes. A larger wyvern would have more strength and capacity to hold hydrogen inside allowing it to breathe a larger body of fire. Since the hydrogen capacity, although they keep great reserves isn’t unlimited, there is a limit to how much fire they could breathe. Thus, going back to size in determining how strong a wyvern is in its wilderness. Lack of Hydrogen does not however affect flight since it has more to do with light weightiness then hydrogen.
Wyverns are prideful creatures in nature, they consider snakes and reptiles inferior and their prey even worse. They have a competitive side when against dragons and would often spar to determine who holds supremacy as species. Although rare it is possible for wyverns and dragons to mate among each other and the offspring could be either a wyvern or a dragon, making it possible for a wyvern to have a dragon sibling. They do not allow humans to make contract with them in a superiority complex so long they are unable to overpower them fully. Humans would teach them how to communicate and control chakra although not being able to perform hand seals leaves the ability useless. But combined with their techniques, wyverns would get stronger as a summoning creature. Humans would draw sealing scripts and patterns over their wings (like orochimaru draws 3 tomoe over his snakes) allowing wyverns to channel chakra within them and induce basic illusions to whomever that looks at their wing patterns. These scripts would again be used for elemental combinations, by sealing elemental techniques prior to battle such as a wind blast which would be in conjunction to fire breathing.

Description: “Los” Rathalos are medium to large-sized flying wyverns, with their most notable features being their crimson appearance and huge fire patterned wings. They are sometimes referred as the “True wyvern” due to their fiery natures, earning them the title of “Los” (Spanish for king) among wyverns. They possess the general features of wyverns like breathing fire and poisonous bite, their chakra nature is fire and they are capable of using their Fire nature in unique ways. A Rathalos can breathe a stream of fire as well as shape his breath into fireballs (S rank). Its own scales resist heat allowing it to ignite its own body in fire as a defensive measure without any harm to itself (S ranked). When enraged, its chakra undergoes a change making its roars much more intense and visible (as well as slower slightly) as it shakes the air; the high frequency of its roar makes the waves transverse allowing them to radiate its body heat. Rathalos could easily evaporate water bodies with its roar, and a living creature coming in contact with it slowly begins to petrify, this ability is called the Flames of Wrath. Rathalos also has a secondary ability called Flames of Grace, activated the moment he forges a blood contract with the user: The ability generates a psionic field(as a result of a blood contract) around the user whenever rathalos is in play granting him immunity to rathalos’ fire and roar type attacks to ensure user does not get in the way. The two abilities makes rathalos one of the strongest summons to control.

OPed Oped Oped. You know fairly well this is too much... >_> Also, why do you refere to it as a plural name? I don't get it. Are you trying to say you can summon more than one of these? or is it one animal or a subpecies,. what? Because, with all its properties, this is ONE animal...not a group f them you can summon at will.Also, obviously, something like this can only be used once per battle.

Description: “The Underwater Terror” Plesioth are large Piscine Wyverns. They are commonly found in jungles and desert water caves. Plesioth have shiny blue scales and their head is shaped like that of sharks. Their moist scales when in contact with light, release a rainbow aura which functions as camouflage making them only semi-visible. They are commonly seen in the water, but they have adapted legs for hunting. They have wings capable of flying but they are better swimmers than they are flyers. Despite being water based creatures, Plesioth are incapable of using water release techniques. Instead, they use sound based (not to be mistaken with sound release) attacks, much alike sonars, in order to detect their prey. They can also create powerful (B rank, A rank when underwater due to sounds increased effectiveness in water) shockwaves in order to push back and stagger opponents. Their bite attacks vibrate, causing their prey's muscles to loosen up and paralyze. When enraged a Plesioth can use a unique skill of manipulating water around itself, by vibrating the water molecules around nearby bodies of water making them violent, and shaping them into waves, walls, jets and orbs. This ability can be used simultaneously with the users own water release techniques, whose vibrations make the water strong enough to neutralize an earth technique of the same rank. An average Plesioth is about 30m tall including the wingspan.

Summoning Technique: Brachydios (Kuchiyose: Burakidiosu)

Description: “The Crushing Wyvern” Brachydios is a Brute Wyvern. It is a deep indigo in colour, with a shiny, armored hide covered in many plates and ridges. Unlike all other Wyverns, Brachydios sports a pair of long, highly developed forelimbs instead of wings. Brachydios underwent evolution differently, having its wingspan reduced to hardened “fists”. The two blades at the end of each fist remains as a sign that these fists were once wings. Using its long tongue, Brachydios coats its powerful "fists" and protrusive horn in a volatile substance secreted from its salivary glands. This "goo" gives the aforementioned parts a distinct luminous green glow, it is also capable of shooting this substance out from its mouth. By slamming the ground or its prey with its fists or horn, Brachydios can deposit a puddle of the goo, which, once detached from his body, quickly undergoes a powerful chemical reaction and violently explodes. The substance itself is also sticky. If a person is struck directly by one of Brachydios' fists or horn attacks, it will adhere to its body and within moments, explode. Brachydios is also capable of leaping far distances using its powerful hind legs which it uses to deal devastating attacks from above to completely crush the opponents with its strong fists. Brachydios is about 50m tall and most renowned for its strength and sturdy body, wyverns who are already powerful enough to lift up objects larger then themselves. Brachydios without the ability to fly only uses it to enhance damage potential and resistance. It is swift with its punches and dexterous with its stance. Like Toad technique “Fruit Cart Destroyer”, Brachydios could be summoned directly on top of the opponents (only higher) to deal a powerful induction attack with its fists.

Too big. Really really too big. Can only be summoned once. Also, clarify what rank does the goo explosion does, how ar can it shoot it, etc. Define it. Not liking the food cart destroyer thing but meh... As long as he is at best 10 m tall.

The user is able to control up to 3 swords if they want.

Description and Background:

Kuroyuga's are wild blue lions with white and blueish mane that quickly can be noticed. It is a very majestic animal that runs wild alone with his mate. They have sharp fangs that seem to crush somebodies skull completely. Kuroyuga is originated from Kirigakure or Amegakure because of it's blue skin. Kuroyuga is also known for it's soft paws and his speed, being able to stealthy hide from enemies though Byakugan can track them and Sharingan can slowly feel the movement of chakra. As a Lion-like creature, Kuroyuga can run fast a quick and is able to climb tough. Also Kuroyuga is able to smell or feel chakra on his foot or nose to Mid-Range and has a Keen eye sight, seeing further than an Eye can see. They are as big as the Ramen Guy's building, though they can grow really fast.

Description: This weapon has been passed down through the Namikaze clan for generations, before finally becoming the sole property of Minato Namikaze, the weapon is of a unique design, with a trigger used to activate the sealing technique, being around 35 inches long, Once in the possession of Minato he attuned the weapon with the unique abilities of the FTG, with a unique sealing formula along the side of the fine weapon it carries the unique ability to gain the properties of S/T manipulation, passing it along the blade in to the targeted object, with this ability it is literally able to cause the atoms and molecules of whatever it hits to be transported to the location of another FTG tag, this effect makes the blade a fearsome weapon capable of destroying enemy techniques and weapons, with further manipulation Minato is able to open a localized S/T barrier absorbing an opponents technique and redirecting it back at them in the form of a slashing attack creating a wave version of whatever attack has been absorbed.

Once absorbing a technique the blades rune vanishing and the swords shape changes completely, gaining a completely different appearance.

Description: A unique sealing technique, this technique causes a large barrier to form covering a layer over the earth it prevents any techniques that could be used to move under the earth, also the barrier reaches high to the sky capping at seventy feet in the air.
Once the barrier is formed it slowly begins to drop by ten feet every turn, the barrier is invisible to the naked eye from the inside, and each turn the barrier compresses it slowly builds up air pressure, applying a crushing feeling to those trapped inside the barrier.
After seven turns the barrier completely flattens leaving anyone inside the barrier completely crushed inside it.

Description: A simple technique in essence, Shiniki allows its user to manipulate the nature of his following wind techniques. The techniques will retain their original properties but will, through Shiniki, be gifted with additional attributes.

Shinrei | Ringing of a Bell – The user manipulates his wind techniques to include the maddening tones of Sound. Through fluctuations in the user’s chakra and the wind itself, fūton techniques enhanced by Shinrei will affect the inner ear and brains of whoever is in the way even before the blast connects. Though most of the sound waves are contained within the wind techniques themselves by chakra, waves of certain frequencies slip through the barrier and precede the wind. The sound that antecedes the ‘core’ of the wind will induce minor effects on the target such as: loss of balance, headaches, nosebleeds and temporary loss of hearing. The severity of the damage depends on the rank, size and compression of the wind technique; and multiple hits will make the effects more serious, up to the point of causing the opponent to lose consciousness.

Minami | South – The user manipulates his wind techniques to include the arid winds of the South. Through an addition of fire chakra after the initial technique has been fired, fūton techniques enhanced by Minami combine the slicing properties of wind with the high temperatures associated with fire. First one (shinrei) is oped in the effects any and every single wind technique would produce in the opponent. Second one (Minami) means this technique is not a Fuuton technique but a Katon...and it has been done before and it collides with some CE.

Description: Myo, the sensei Leopon, mixes his chakra with his inner vocal cords and roars loudly, controlling the vibrations of the vocal area and the sound being released. The sound being released can be manipulated by Myo in 2 different manners, 1 to cause a physical defects, or to disrupt an incoming attack by the enemy. When Myo does the 1st type manipulation, the sounds travel towards the target, and enters the enemy at high speeds (Enters through the ears). The sound waves then bounce around inside the inner ear causing the enemy to hear a loud ringing in their ears and can then cause disorientation (From disturbing the Vestibular). Type 2 manipulation, the sound is released to cause massive vibrations and frictions with an incoming stimuli such as a fireball, causing it to be disrupted and disperse in a matter of seconds. The faster the incoming projectile, the faster it disintegrates.

Hime has some Leopon Art techniques that is unique to Hime herself. Hime is nearly the size of a lion, with a thin and muscular body, but her legs are shorter, like a leopard's.

When released the arrows travel in a straight trajectory at fast speeds, they are equally effective against all elemental techniques (except dark release which absorbs chakra) but can be weak individually.

As God comes close to the Opponent, The Background of Heaven blows up in flames as God turns into Satan as it chases the Opponent. The Opponent would be stuck in a world full of Fire and Suffering. In Reality, The Opponent falls to the ground, twitching and having muscle spasms.

Description: Shrine is 1 of the 2 Legendary and Elder Lesser Birds of Paradise Summons.. He is Dark Gray with silky white feathers on its head and under its feathers. His beak is also White ,and He has a bright red cross on its stomach, Also being able to talk like regular humans. To summon him the user has to channel and focus their chakra. Once done the user will then bite their thumb, wipe the blood on the LBOP tattoo then do 4 handseals ending with the tiger handseal.. Shrine will then appear on the users shoulder, no bigger then a regular size bird. This LBOP is very unique and similar to most elder summons. He is allowed to use S Rank Earth Jutsus and dont require handseals to do them. Several Unique things about this summon. In order for him to do earth jutsus he will shave off one of his feathers infused with his chakra and strike it to the ground. While thats done, he has a chakra connection through the ground through his feather he struck in the ground. allowing him to channel earth jutsus from where that feather is stuck at. Though he is a regular size bird with 1 handseal from the user, he can grow in size similar to Pains Bird holding up to 2 full-size humans. And the last unique thing about this summon is that he is able to transfer chakra from his elemental affinity into the user by remaning on the users shoulder. Giving the user more chakra for earth techniques.

The resulting attack will result in the respective Leopon being sacrificed, such as, if Ippo the Flame Guardian is being sacrificed, the resulting sacrifice will equal a huge meteor like attack.

Description:
This sword is a long black katana with a distinct red edge and its hand-guard has flower-like edges. Black thread is wrapped around the hilt of this sword in such a way that white diamonds are vertically running down the hilt. The scabbard this sword is held in is all black except for the end of it which has a gold section attached to it, the same goes for the end of the hilt as well. Along the scabbard there are twelve circles that are separated into thirds but are still close together. This sword was carried by a famous and well known samurai called Ryuma. He was well known for being the man who has not fallen in a battle against a ninja. He carried Shusui into every battle he faced and always came out alive. This was because Ryuma studied ninja and their way of fighting. He then thought of ways to counter the ninja way of combat. In order to combat against the elemental ninjutsu all ninja carry within their chakra systems before a battle he would store a large amount of chakra in his blade making it extremely hard and incredibly difficult to break, it was near indestructible. Shusui would be able to cut through three strong elemental jutsu per battle but each time he did this the sword gave out his chakra and in turn decreased the hardness of the sword. So after he cut through the third jutsu the sword would be more prone to breaking than it would be at the start of the battle. Shusui always thought that each part of a sword should be useful to the wielder, even the scabbard. But just holding the sword wasn't enough for him he wanted something more. So he had the scabbard crafted out of a special metal, the same as the sword's blade, that would allow him to channel chakra into it. Before a battle he would channel a large amount of chakra into the scabbard and then during a battle if he lost his blade and was cornered he would slam the bottom of the scabbard off the ground, releasing the built up chakra as a huge blast which surrounds him and knocks away anyone around him up to mid range away from his position. However this was not enough to stop any elemental ninjutsu so if any were used they would continue forward, the chakra blast causing them no hindrance. Shusui died graciously on the battlefield, it was unknown as to who killed him but his legendary sword was missing and most likely in the hands of a ninja. Shusui actually met a ninja he deemed formidable enough to wield his blade that day on the battle field and with his dying breath he bequeathed Shusui to him and to this day that ninja carries the sword with him where ever he goes taking care of it and honoring the weapon just as much as Ryuma did.

Restrictions:

  • This blade can only be wielded by Tsuna...
  • The first time this blade is used to cut through an elemental ninjutsu it can be A-Rank but the second time it is reduced to B-Rank and for the third and final time it is reduced to C-Rank.
  • Because of its hardness the blade gains extra weight which makes it harder to swing around on the user but as it cuts through ninjutsu the blade becomes lighter and easier to swing around.
  • Once the chakra has left the blade because of this it is more prone to breaking and it cannot but through any elemental ninjutsu for the rest of the match.
  • The scabbard chakra blast can only be used once per match and counts as a jutsu in the turn it is used.
  • If the blade is broken during a battle it cannot be used again in the users next match but it can be used in the one after that.
  • The user is only able to channel their elemental affinity chakra into the blade and use it to release a blade made of it, which is equivalent to A-Rank, once per match

The user first performs the following handseals Ox → Bird → Rat → Tiger → Dragon → Boar → Snake. Once the user claps his hands together forming the snake handseal he releases his built up water chakra and spreads it out to long range shaping it like a dome. Once the jutsu is fully active there appears to be no difference in the battlefield, the only thing that has changed is that a thin layer of moisture has appeared at the limits of the technique, with the user at the centre point. However the dome does not move with the user once it is made and cannot be moved by the user. Once the dome has been made the user has full control over all of the water molecules inside the dome. The user does not need a water source for any water jutsu because he can easily use the molecules of water in the air to manifest his water jutsu instead. The user can not take control of the water molecules inside the opponent's body, he can only sense them.

Note: The dome stays active for two turns only.
Note: The user can only sense the water molecules inside the opponents body, not bend them to his will.
Note: When inside the dome the user to does not need to use handseals or a water source for any water jutsu.

Samurai Sabre Fragmentary Armament | Samurai Guntou Fuzen Busuou

Description: After several years of training, the samurai were able to unlock partially the secrets involving the Samurai Sabre Technique (SST), and were able to deduce a way to work on the technique on it's maximum. In order for this technique to work properly, the user must have his sword or any utensil with already channeled SST. The trick of the technique involves the chakra used on the SST. By using the constantly transmitted chakra, the user will transmit a certain amount of chakra through out his body in order to create a slightly-tick coat of samurai sabre armor in a specific area of the body, such as the hand, chest, etc, though the coat will not be able to cover the totality of the body. The maximum area that can be protected is approximately an open hand (a 7.5 centimeter radius of a circle, though the circle will take the shape of the body like a stamp for example). The technique is able to defend against kenjutsu, taijutsu and concentrated ninjutsu (elemental also applies) of the same rank and lower (Though it depends in the technique is being defended against, as this technique can only protect a small specific area).

At contrary with the lower technique, this technique cannot protect against highly concentrated attacks, but is able to protect from large non-concentrated (spread all over the body or most of it) blunt attacks, and non-concentrated elemental techniques of the same rank or lower.

Description: The technique uses high chakra control to manipulate the chakra applied in a untensile or sword to create a pair of wings in the samurai's back. The wings size are around the length of the person's height to balance the weight, and glow a white-transparent color. The samurai is incapable of using any offensive ranged technique that shoots from the sword as he/she requires constant input of chakra through the sword and lower back. The reason why the technique is capable of working is simple, but beautiful nonetheless. The wings become an extension of the samurai's body, which he is free to manipulate, such an extra pair of arms (like how he puts Samurai Sabre Technique and is capable of manipulating the shape of the chakra through it). The samurai will view the wings as extra hands with swords, using his dual wielding ability to fly.
-Once active it can last up to three turns, but can be deactivated at any time.
-The technique deactivates automatically if the samurai shots a wave of chakra from his sword.
-The technique can only be used up to three times.
-The speed during flight is relative to the rank of the user (speed in air is same as in ground).

Fuuinjutsu: Su-Pa-Tokuisei | Sealing Technique: Super-Singularity

Description: Through years of research in Space/Time techniques and Fuuinjutsu, the Fourth Hokage was able to develop a standardized technique capable of making instantaneous rips in spacetime continuum for a brief moment. This phenomena has been witnessed in the manga in multiple occasions, such as Obito's Kamui or the grand scale of Minato's S/T Barrier. Though Minato is capable of creating huge momentary spacetime ripples, this fuuinjutsu does only an very small version of the effect. Minato will first begin by placing a seal with the kanji [Space] within any solid surface. Then, by the activation of a single handseal, the fuuinjutsu will be activated, creating a miniature ripple in space time. The ripple is approximately the same size as the seal (five inches), but is capable of creating an impressive gravitational pull, which can affect anything within 360 degress of it, though of course if placed in the ground, the force applied to the earth would be miniature compared to the hole itself, thus only affecting the exterior. Anything within short range would be sucked up into the small hole, where it will momentarily gather to create a big mass. As the hole is too small, it won't be able to absorb anything bigger than itself inside the ripple, thus only works as a way to create a temporal gravitational force. Objects caught by the ripple will stay on a "suspended animation" incapable of moving. The force reduces by the square distance, thus anything within mid range and farther won't suffer from the force (Ninjas far from short range will only feel pressure). If the opponent is caught within short range of the technique, they will be temporarily suspended motionless by the force applied in their bodies (unless escaped by S/T), which will be then shown as physical pain after the technique deactivation. The technique though, is basically made to re-direct or even stop a thrown mass/energy from its original course, if it falls within the range established. The small ripple only lasts around five seconds due the refined chakra to produce the job. The technique itself works more of a distraction than for its actual offensive capabilities.
