This would of course cause immense damage to the surrounding area but also to the user themselves.

-User cannot use hydrification related techniques for 4 turns they must also remain stationery in this time-

Description: The KeyBlade was a blade made in Celestia The home of the Blue Jays. It was given to Klaus by the great Sage of Celestia after completing a challenge given to him by it. The Keyblade has a special bond with the wind element boosting all wind techniques power by +10. The KeyBlade also has the ability to be infused with wind chakra making it have a longer range and boosting its meele power. Another ability of the Keyblade is that the user can release wind orbs which he can direct at the enemy. Each Orb released by the KeyBlade's user equals a D-Rank wind technique in power and it consumes 10 chakra per orb released. The KeyBlade can also be thrown freely up to mid range and the user can just extend his hands and it would return to him istantly.

-note-
The wind orbs released by the user of this weapon counts as 1 of the threee moves per turn.

Raiton: Raitingu Dokuro Bomu (Lightning Style: Lightning Skull Bomb)

While the user balls up his hands and by channeling the users Raiton chakra in between them the user can then mold and shape his chakra into a skull form. The user can then release all of the stored up lightning in his hands and blast it forward with great speed. When the skull hits the opponent a great blast of electricity will then erupt and spread to a 8ft diameter, electrifying anything in range.

Kuro Ken Akuma (Dark Sword of Demons)

Description:
Said to be forged out of the depths of the underworld, this sword was made out of the strongest metals in the universe and is said to be indestructible along with a chain. This sword was founded by Kenesu's Grandfather during the ninja war and was kept secret and safe until the day he died. Kenesu's Grandfather passed it down to him with his last breath. Over the years the sword was infused with Kenesu's chakra so it can only be recognized by him.

Ability:
The sword has the ability to transform into a different form. The sword itself in the first form is a large claymore that takes two hands to carry and is very heavy, powerful when used but slow. The second form of the sword is a much sleeker, faster, less powerful but swift. The transformation happens when Kenesu channels his chakra into the blade and "feed" the blade. The sword then forms into a much sleeker style which is much easier to carry and swing. The sword can also be infused with Raiton chakra to make it more faster stronger and more durable. While infused with Raiton chakra the sword is surrounded by lightning making it hard for the opponent to come close to it. The sword can also blast out an electric wall around the user to protect him (4ft diameter). Once the opponent comes in contact with the electric wall the electricity will damage (temporally) his nervous system making it difficult for him to move at all (defense) The sword is very attached to Kenesu chakra and can vibrate when the sword picks up an unusual amount of static electricity is in the air to warn Kenesu.

The user then brings his hand down in a fast vertical motion and as he does so compressed wind materialized above the opponent crashes down, slamming the opponent onto the ground.
-The impact can merely cause a slight concussion but floors the opponent completely.
-Can only be taught by Tybone.

Description: A Bow forged in the ages of the First Great Ninja War. It was a magnificent weapon used by only a few who had enough chakra to use this beauty. It was a black bow made out of carbon fibers flexible enough to fire arrows far distances. The Bow was never alone, it always was with it's quiver making it a set. The Quiver was what made this weapon fearsome, the bow alone could only fire powerful arrows really far however the Quiver was filled with different Fuuinjutsu sealing tags rolled up and fit to an arrow. Each arrow's with a different Fuuinjutsu seal holds a different fletching allowing the user to distinguish the differences. The Quiver holds a great deal of arrows and at the bottom is a generic seal to let out more if they user runs out. The Quiver holds 20 arrows as it is each Fuuinjutsu seal is placed on a maximum of three arrows. Their is a Fuuinjutsu seal for each element on three arrows within the quiver and when the user flows his chakra through it from any distance they blow up giving off the equivalent of an A ranked blast. However doing so cost an extra 10 chakra to do so. After every three arrows shot the chakra amount enlarges by 5 extra until it reaches thirty. The last five arrows in the quiver without elemental seals contain generic seals for splintering shots, rope on the arrow, paper bombs, flash bombs and stun bombs.

Lastly, make sure that none of these arrows are infusable with chakra(Aside from the fuuin) because that would be reaching the similarities of my Sniper Arts.

Description: This is a lightning technique that is as complex as it's rank is. Not only does it wound the user's hand once done it also strains him mentally. When using this technique the user begins with simple shape manipulation forming a lightning orb in his hand. Once done he pumps a massive amount of chakra into it enlarging it. Once it has been enlarged to the point of having a meter diameter the user manipulates it with it's electricity flowing through it and unleashes tendrils of electricity that the user can manipulate. They move incredibly fast and are hardly trackable with average eyesight however can be seen coming and are possible to react to. The complexity in this technique comes from the user's side, he manipulates the tendrils of lightning to move unbearably fast and in a lightning pattern, zig zagging in whichever direction the user wants. This is tough on the user because he can make it zig zag out of the way of countering techniques or if his opponent attempts to dodge he can manipulate the trail of lightning to follow his opponent in zig zagging patterns until it reaches them and shocks them. The trail of lightning slowly pulls away from the lightning orb in the user's hand and he can make as many lightning tendrils as he wants at the cost of splitting their power and range. Once done the lightning chakra having rested in the users hand burns him no longer allowing him to make handseals for a while, the chakra consumption weakens him and the mental strain hurts him.
- Once used the user cannot make handseals for five turns
- 10 damage to the user due to the mental strain and the pain in the hand
- No more lightning techniques above C rank for the rest of the match
- When the lightning tendrils split into two they can only go mid range
- If their is a third lightning tendril it can only go up to short range

Description: Arrogante is a large, double-headed battle axe with a pair of rounded blades and a slit-eye pendant in the middle of its focal point. Despite it being roughly the same size as himself, the 2nd Mizukage wields this weapon with a single hand relatively easily due to his great strength obtained from his Hozuki style training. The Mizukage has been able to combine his water style with the axe and flow water chakra to the slit-eye pendant enabling him to use different techniques with it. This axe can easily cut through steel and most earth based techniques (B rank and below)
-Can only be wielded by characters with great physical strength (lifting several hundred pounds or more)
-Only allowed to be uses by Professor Sarutobi and those he allows.

~Declined~ Remove the kenjutsu enhancement considering that is soley for swords. You need to include that cutting B rank and below earth techniques counts as one of the user's three jutsu. Also bare in mind that each custom weapon can only have one special jutsu made for it.
The water styles I mentioned I was going to submit as separate jutsu if approved.

Description: The user will make three handseals then focus their fire and earth chakra into their back, then mold the chakra into a large curved double edged blade that wraps around the users body, extending out to just outside of mid range once the blade is created the user will then begin to spin rapidly, catching the opponent in the curve of the blade causeing the opponent multiple slashes across the back and/or chest if the opponent isnt caught inside of the curve on the blade. due to the size of the blade it become brittel and dull the next turn after its molded.
- Blade will only last for 2 turns after being molded.

The the scales cause damage buy being physicaly touched, the scales are strong enough to withstand attack from the Kaguya Clans Shikotsumyaku, reducing the Kaguya bone to pieces due to the scales having spikes on them. The Scales cover the body for four rounds then begin to shatter, from the legs up to the sholders. The Scaled skin makes the user imperviuse to A-Rank and down Taijutsu.
- The molding of the chakra takes two moves out of the user three per post.
- The shattering takes place the four post after the post with the justu on it.

~Declined~ Considering this is pretty much an advanced version of the Iron skin technique, you would need to add a note in which you can only use earth and fire style techniques while the scales are active around your body. This is because you're constantly emitting chakra out of your body to keep the scales formed and move accordingly with your body motions. Lastly, I'd like you to add a usage restriction and clarify if its "posts" or "turns". If its turns then you are going to have to lower the turns that it stays active.

Description and Background:: Smilodon often called a saber-toothed cat or incorrectly a saber-toothed tiger, is an extinct genus of machairodonts. This saber-toothed cat was endemic to North America and South America, living from near the beginning through the very end of the Pleistocene epoch (2.5 mya—10,000 years ago). The nickname "saber-tooth" refers to the extreme length of their maxillary canines. Despite the colloquial name "saber-toothed tiger", Smilodon is not a tiger; the latter belongs to subfamily Pantherinae, whereas Smilodon belongs to subfamily Machairodontinae. Smilodon is most famous for its relatively long canines, which are the longest found in the saber-toothed cats, at about 28 cm (11 in) long in the largest species Smilodon populator.
These canine teeth were fragile and could not have bitten into bone; thus, these cats did not use their long teeth while taking down prey, due to the risk of breaking them. Only when their prey was totally subdued did they use their teeth to simultaneously sever the blood supply and strangle the windpipe, instantly killing the prey.
Despite being more powerfully built than other large cats, Smilodon actually had a weaker bite. Modern big cats have more pronounced zygomatic arches, while Smilodon had smaller zygomatic arches which restricted the thickness and therefore power of the temporalis muscles, and thus reduced Smilodon’s bite force. Analysis of its narrow jaws indicates it could produce a bite only a third as strong as that of a lion. There seems to a be a general rule that the saber-toothed cats with the largest canines had proportionally weaker bites. However, analyses of canine bending strength (the ability of the canine teeth to resist bending forces without breaking) and bite forces indicate the saber-toothed cats' teeth were stronger relative to the bite force than those of modern "big cats". In addition, Smilodon could open its jaws 120 degrees, whereas the lion's gape is limited to 60 degrees.
It has been suggested that Smilodon's smaller temporalis muscles (controlling much of the bite force) were not used in the killing of prey; rather, Smilodon stretched its jaws around the throat and pressed its canines into the prey with the use of its immense neck and forelimb muscles. The penetration was the result of the neck flexors instead of the jaw muscles, according to this hypothesis

Description: Lucifer, this name was given to the holy double headed spear that has been said to have pierced Rikudou Sennin himself in his left side of his rib cage gaining the name , while this spear was inside of Rikudou it absorbed some of his blood into the blade, that's why it gained the unholy name. This spear was found later in the holy mountains of Iwagakure sealed away in an sacred shrine, it was later found by a shinobi from Iwagakure, but the spear was in terrible condition so the man, re-forged the two-headed spear by coating it with a special materials. Very rare minirals found only in the mountains of Iwagakure deep within, the blade gained a highly silverly color almost blinding, and the spear itself gained a black with sacred golden colored markings (kanji) on it and a red ribbon tied on the top, the founder also remade the sheat with the same rare material thought he upgraded it making it spilt in the middle forming two large swords, with the sheat being completly black covered in red kanji markings and three ribbons tied to it. The spear itself is indestructible it cannot be destroyed, making it quite effective in blocking and deflecting incoming attacks from basic weapons, the user can also break the spear in half, making it two smaller swords. Anything above a A-Ranked attack would hit Gehenna out of the users hands, but the weapon itself cannot block elemental attacks. Lucifer Gehenna is very heavy to the point that dropping it flat on the ground would leave a huge indentation on the ground, allowing only its choses master to wield Gehenna.

The abilites of this weapon are, that it is able to channel earth chakra through both blades, and whatever the blades cut or touch turn to dust or stone, the user can decide.
The user is able to manipulate the form of the blade, for example into a; Hook, Scythe, Axe etc. Thought not the hilt because it was originally a spear.
The user can choose any B-Ranked earth technique and boost it with two ranks.

~Declined~ When I first started reading it, it was very much approvable up until the point of the A-Ranked attack and everything below it. Are you trying to say that none elemental B rank and below attacks can't knock the sword of your hands? Which may in fact mean that you can block those attacks with ease. Also, I can understand a spear that can be detached into two swords but now you want it to also shape shift into a whole 'nother number of weapons? On top of all that you want to the ability to turn anything the sword touches into dust or stone AND boost B rank earth techniques by two ranks? Grossly OP.

(Sennin Fuuin: Ero Toki) - Sage Sealing art: Pervy time

Description: Before the battle, the user will have placed a special seal on their body while in sage mode. As they did, the would have have sealed 100 chakra points worth of natural energy into this seal placed on their body (like how jiraiya sealed the black flames into the scroll). The user will then perform one quick handseal thrusting their hands outwards releasing the seal. Upon doing so, they will release the large blast of natural energy outwards in all directions from their body. This is purely for damage, the user can't use this natural energy for sage mode. (see video below)

Note: Useable once
Note: Must be placed on bio or stated at the begining of the battle.
Note: No fuuin jutsu for 2 turns
Note: Can only be used by those able to control natural energy.
Note: This takes up two of the users 3 jutsu for the turn.

This barrier is similar to that of the one we saw in the chuunin exams that the sound 4 set up. This means if anyone touches it they will be hit back back a burning blast of chakra from the barrier.

The shark's size is about twice the size of the average Great White Shark. After making contact with a solid object or barrier the shark shall spin for a few seconds, at which point the technique will detonate with a powerful force equivalent to Deidara's C2 clay, sending water flying for twenty meters at speeds fast enough to slice through flesh.

The waves of flame are 10 feet wide that travels out to the edge of Mid range before fading into embers. If used on the ground the fire will cleave and gash the earth as it goes along. As it cleaves the ground it breaks apart the earth tossing around smaller rocks and minerals and other debris making it even harder to escape unscathed. Because of this, it makes it seem as if the waves of fire are "exploding" outwards, as shredded crystal minerals formed from the rapid heating of the earth fly towards an opponent. After the fire passes over the earth, it leaves glowing red gashes and cracks in the earth from the intense heat making it impossible to grow plants in those areas of the earth.

~Declined~ Exactly how big is the reservoir? Exactly how many anacondas erupt from the ground? How big are the anacondas? You need to specify all these things, they are way too vague. Also you can't simply focus fire chakra that way, you need a traveling medium like the earth to send fire through it and heat up the water. Yes there are a few customs out there that create fire out of thin air but that's not how it works.

~Declined~ If the wave travels to the edge of mid-range and then turns into embers, it means the embers travel into long range, so why is this technique up to mid range? Yes the wave goes up to mid range but the effects of the attack are still reaching up to long.

Previously, the closely related gelada (genus Theropithecus) and the two species (mandrill an drill) of genus Mandrillus were grouped in the same genus, and these Old World monkeys are still often referred to as baboons in everyday speech. They range in size and weight depending on species. The Guinea baboon is 50 cm (20 inches) and weighs only 14 kg (30 lb) while the largest chacma baboon can be 120 cm (47 inches) and weigh 40 kg (90 lb).

-Anatomy and physiology-
All baboons have long dog-like muzzles; heavy, powerful jaws with sharp canine teeth; close-set eyes; thick fur except on their muzzle; a short tail; and rough spots on their protruding buttocks, called ischial callosities. These calluses are nerveless, hairless pads of skin that provide for the sitting comfort of the baboon. In all baboon species there is pronounced sexual dimorphism, usually in size but also sometimes in colour or canine development. Males of the Hamadryas Baboon species also have a large white mane.

-Behavior and ecology-
Baboons are terrestrial (ground dwelling) and are found in open savannah, open woodland and hills across Africa. Their diet is omnivorous, but mostly herbivorous; yet they eat insects and occasionally prey on humans, shellfish, hares, birds, vervet monkeys, and small antelopes. [6] They are foragers and are active at irregular times throughout the day and night. They can raid human dwellings and in South Africa they have been known to prey on sheep and goats. Their principal predators are humans, the lion, both the spotted and striped hyena and the leopard. They are however considered a difficult prey for the leopard, which is mostly a threat to young baboons. Large males will often confront them by flashing their eyelids, showing their teeth by yawning, making gestures, and chasing after the intruder/predator.

Description: The user performs the Snake hand seal and then places their palms on to the ground in front of them. After this is done the user channels their Chakra down into the earth and out towards the enemy. The user lowers the earth underground creating an underground chasm 2 meters in front of the enemy. When the enemy moves over the Chasm the small crust that hides the Chasm from the surface breaks due to the weight and the person who walked over would falls in. The Chasm is 3 meters wide both ways and 7 meters deep. The user can also recover the Chasm after the enemy has fallen in if they wished to.

Notes:
- Have to leave one turn between usages.
- The user doesn't know the Chasm is there, no physical signs will indicate its presence either. (Unless they have a technique stating otherwise - Chakra sensing/Byakugan)

Description: Toop is a wood puppet that has iron bands, around its body, waists, and forearms along with having four arms. Its arms are made of jointed screws, along with its abdamen, Toop has a top like piece for its legs which has a groove down to a point similar to a screw, which its spins on while being controled. Toop is able to spin its hole body around and knock its self into the opponent. Toops body semperates into eleven pieces, at the arms which also detach at the wrist, where Toops head, abdamen, and lower body (the top like piece he stands on) also detach from one another; all places that detach are attached by a screw like part which needs just a little pull then unscrews. Toop can be used whole body or in pieces to spin and then screw the opponent in many places or in a single point if Toop is full bodied, and the waist area screw is able to screw deeper into the lower body to make his body one full peice the screw can also be undone then use that part as legs for the puppet while using its orginal legs as a destraction. Toop has two canisters of senbon in all of his arms, that can be shot out of each hand, Toop also has a large amount of smoke bombs in its head that he will release from its mouth.
- Toop's orginal legs being seperanted from the waist screw, count as using another puppet.
- Smoke bombs can be used 1 time per turn.
- Senbon can only be released 2 times per turn.
- All joints mentioned to detach, detach very quickly.

Toop has a top like cone which it spins on to move along the ground very fast, the cones underside (the bottom layer that is seen) has a small 3cm blade that wraps around the cone and creates a drill out of the top. The top can be detached and used as another puppet. Each of Toop's arms contain 2 bundles of senbon, in the upper arm and forearm. While Toop's head also contains 6 smoke bombs, which release them through his mouth. Toop's body is also able pull its arms, waist, and head into its body and be used as drill able to break through the thickest rocks.
- Toop's original legs being separated from the waist screw, count as using another puppet.
- Smoke bombs can be used 1 time per turn.
- Senbon can only be released 2 times per turn.
- All joints mentioned to detach, detach very quickly.

~ How close to the opponent ? Oh, and I'm sorry for having the gall to not approve a technique that includes a description that, I don't know, KILLS THE CASTER ? I'm sorry for trying to get you to fix it and ensuring your fights don't devolve into arguing with newbies who might point that out. I'm sorry I didn't live up to your ever-so-reasonable expectations that it's MY DUTY to edit the descriptions of jutsu to make them approvable for the hundreds of jutsu I check, and for informing me it's not the DUTY of the GUY WHO SUBMITTED THE TECHNIQUE for making sure its error-free. Next time, even if you submit a technique that says accidentally that it harms you, I'll be sure to approve it and then point out in any fights you use it that you killed yourself. Thanks. ~

I must apologize for having to do this once more, but to ensure that we can keep the thread checked I'm forced to close it for a few days once more. As some may know, i haven't been much online due to RL issues this past week which means its one less person to check cjs and that takes its toll on the thread. Because of that, the thread has at this moment 5 unchecked pages which means it will only grow and get out of hand from this point forward. So, to keep it controlled and checked, i'll be closing it for a few days. I hope you can understand and I give you my word that we'll do our best to reduce the time its closed to a minimum and hopefully it can be opened again for the new cycle of submissions.
