Kemuri Su-tsu ( Smoke Suit)

Description:Crafted from the study of ways to employ smoke into a fighting style, Yero Yuki modified his already existing basic smoke devices, to craft a suit of smoke. By filling a pack on his back with massive amounts of compressed smoke and crafting an exoskeleton filled with small pores to release the smoke in controlled bursts, he has crafted his very first smoke suit. Form fitted to his body, the suit is made of a system of various steel vents that can release the irritating smoke to confuse enemies. By applying his chakra to the suit, it builds pressure that causes the pack to press the smoke out of the vents, allowing the user a veil of smoke to mask his movements and irritate the eyes, nose, and mouths of enemies unfortunate enough to come into afflicted area. The smoke itself is permeated with the user's chakra, allowing himself to retain to some degree of sensing the opponents movement as their vision is obscured. The steel exoskeleton only runs along the user's spine, ribs, arms, and legs, allowing the user freedom of movement. Furthermore, the slim vents are coated with an insulator along the side that meets with the user's skin, preventing the heat and electricity that the user uses from being conducted back and electrocuting the user. Once the smoke begins being released the smoke cannot stop until it has run out of compressed smoke in the suit. Included in the suit, are a gas mask, and googles, that protect the user from his own creation. Smoke released from the suit in this manner is easily manipulatd into smoke jutsu, as the user has already applied his chakras to the smoke. The exoskeleton also has two small plates in the users palms and knuckles, allowing the user to use the suit as a defense from sharp objects. Due to the weight of the suit, once the user removes it, he gains a small speed boost equal to half of his current rank or simply put 1.5*
-Takes 5 turns for the smoke to run out once activated
-Can only be activated once per battle
-Speed boost lasts 4 turns


 Declined  No speed multiplier...thats the same as saying he opens 1st gate. The smoke can be used for smoke ninjutsu but no sensing. No insulation. You won't electrocute yourself but I don't want you saying you're immune to lightning because of how its worded. If you want this smoke releasing ability you need to rank it and define range and make it count as a technique. I was actualling thinking you were making a nice weapon by making a substitute to the normal wrist launcher thing that smoke users use but instead you simply tried to have a bunch of ridiculous boosts and immunity. Disappointed.​

Description and background: Slivers, are a mesomorphic parasitic insect. The species similarly to bees possess a hive mind mentality, few learn or have the ability to differentiate, therefore most are foot soldiers, that those that have developed a mind of their own obey. The hive mind of these creatures, goes deeper then just sharing thoughts, they also, are so severely linked in that, any changes one sliver makes to its physical form, so shall the others. Those that think for themselves, retain this part of the hive mind. This makes the creatures very versatile, to be able to grow appendages, or protuberances depending on the situation.(A jutsu would be made for being able to do so). Slivers, are at their strongest in a group, being able to execute attacks in combination utilizing their hive mind. On the other hand, when alone most slivers appear to be confused, and generally won't do anything that could put them in danger. Slivers being parasites, can attach to a host(Contract summoner only). Whilst attached, they will constantly feed off the host's chakra, but in return will be able to lend them the slivers base traits and abilities such as their hive mind capability.(Additional jutsu would be made for lending each aspect of the sliver traits). Some slivers, due to their size could never attach to a host, or they would kill them, only slivers smaller then the summoner may attach.

(Jie Quan Dao: Suji Ishuku) Jeet Kun Do: Muscle Contraction

Description: The user will run chakra through their hands and When the user is being punched or kicked the user with fast reactions as well as fast movements that "Jeet Kune Do" provides, will quickly react by taking their palm and swiping the punch or kick away. The user can either hit the opponents Fist/hand/foot directly or hit their wrist, mid forearm, ankle or mid leg section to swipe away the attack. but will send their chakra through the opponents limb, and cause the muscle they touched to contract, making the muscle cramp up. Giving the opponent severe pain and trouble using the muscle for one turn but they must stretch the muscle or else it will be cramped for two turns(The pain is limited up to just a basic cramp nothing more). The user can then strike the opponent whilst the opponent is distracted by the pain of the cramp. This technique wastes no movement and charging of the chakra will take one second. The movement of the user himself is limited to his own skill of what he has learned whether he is a specialist in Taijutsu or a Taijutsu master and Jeet Kune Do's abilities which is being able to move limbs in a fast pace, the speed they can intercept would have to be a little slower than the users speed. This technique cannot intercept swift users, EIG users, Sage Mode users or any other speed enhancing modes/techniques that would grant the opponent those levels of speed or speed that's above the user. Due to the boost that Jeet Kune Do training provides, the user tries to be faster as well as to move like water to get around opponents attacks as they were taught to. So it is by this the user can only intercept Non Enhanced Taijutsu. The movement speed of the user is only slightly above that of a normal Strong Fist user. However, coupled with the increased reaction time it makes the user capable of defending against most moves of Strong Fist with ease.

- Usable 3x per match
- Only causes cramping of the muscle they touch.
- The muscles aren't damaged at all, just cramped and will return to normal after 1 turn if they stretch the muscle out, otherwise it will be two turns.
- Can swipe away Taijutsu up to B rank.
- Must know Jeet Kun Do

(Jie Quan Dao: Intaseputo Nigiri) Jeet Kun Do: Intercepting grip

Description: This technique takes advantage of Jeet Kun Do's grapple abilities instead of just directly intercepting and striking. When the user is faced with a small scaled jutsu that's connected to a limb like Rasengan or Chidori, the user with sharp reflexes will grab the limb of you one using such a technique. If it's a technique held within the hand for example the user with grab the wrist/forearm. If it's on the foot, the user will grab the ankle/calf. It will depend on how big the technique is. Once the user grabs the target, the user will then direct the opponents limb back towards the opponent, forcing them to disable their jutsu or else be hit with their own attack. Whilst doing so, the user is free to attack with their own technique such as a non handseal wind jutsu for example or other Taijutsu, making this actually pretty effective in close combat. The speed of the grab is limited to Jeet Kun Do's abilities listed in the Custom Fighting Style.

- Must be a Jeet Kun Do master.
- The speed is limited to Jeet Kun Do's capabilities.

Description: The user whilst spinning the intercepting Nunchaku will channel their fuuton chakra through them. Once done they will begin to spin them around counter clock-wise as they release the fuuton chakra from them creating a strong constant gust of wind that's able to push away projectiles and projectile like techniques of equal or lower rank. A more unique ability of this is being able to also spin them clock wise pull certain light weight things in by reversing the spinning rotation and utilize the fuuton chakra to catch certain fire techniques of C rank and below that aren't compressed. So fireball jutsu like techniques but not techniques that are high in density because the ability works as a vacuum, sucking in the flames, but fire that's high in density would just explode upon hitting the nunchaku. The user can then sling the Nunchaku back towards the target, releasing the flames back towards them.

- Can only be used by Yard
- Can be used 3 times but must wait one turn before using again.
- Can only be used when wielding the intercepting nunchucks.
- Must spin the Nunchaku first and then use.


 Declined  All good except the return of fire part. Thats not how wind and fire interacts and a wind technique like what you describe produced by these nunchucks cannot achieve that.​

Description: The Daedric Greatsword is powerful, demonic ninja sword made of the finest ebony ingots from Blackreach. The sword itself measures 47 inches in length and designed to have a single serrated edge. It has a narrow, long hilt with a very small and rounded blade that can be used to slice, jab and jabbed the end of it is. Because it is classified as a "greatsword", it is meant to be held with both hands when used at all, as the whole sword is fairly heavy in weight.

Abilities:

  • This sword can used in conjunction with Katon. The user would channel fire chakra into the sword and it will envelop the entire blade, causing it appear to have veins of fire and glow a pale red. When used Katon, the blade would cause intense third degree burns when even the slightest contact is made. However, the flames can be "put out" when struck with a Suiton technique that is B-Rank and up. [Channeling the fire chakra counts as one of the 3 turns]
  • This great sword is able to split in two, making it light enough to wield in both hands.
  • The demonic power that is infused within the Daedric Greatsword consumes the user's chakra whenever it is wielded.
Restrictions:

  • Can only be held by me (HatakoUracha).
  • This greatsword is indestructible.
  • the user cannot perform techniques that require hand seals while wielding the sword.

Description: once the target comes in range the user will perform the bird handseal then by using his steel chakra he/she will make up to 100 very thin strings (seen by naked eyes) to emerge out of the ground or any solid earthen structure around the target. The strings have arrow points that allows the strings to pierce through clothes and hardened skin (either by steel release or earth release) and allows the strings to cling to the target's skin. The strings are very hard and unstretchable but they're flexible. This jutsu can be used to completely bind the target and preventing him from moving at all.
note: can be used 6 times per battle with only 1 turn cool down between each usage

Description: The Futae No Kiwami is a technique that focuses on pulverizing an object in two hits. While using this attack your speed is increased a lot, by overusing the muscles, but after that your speed will decrease drastically.It is said to be undodgeable and nearly unblockable. Opponents that have a great speed and are faster than this technique are able to evade the attack. The strength of the move's "nine heads" will differ greatly depending on the strength of the user. Because of the great speed and many slashes in a short amount of time, it could be used as a technique to defend/counter and attack at the same time.

Description:The user draws their sword, and channels their chakra into it. Whenever the opponent sees the blade they'll get caught in a genjutsu. The user makes the opponent believe, that the user holds his sword vertically in front of him, and whenever he shouts a limb, or a part of the human body, the opponent will see and feel a cut/slash appearing there on their body. So If the user shouts 'Right Shoulder', the opponent will see and feel a slash appearing in his right shoulder, and see the blood streaming out of it, like he's being cut with an invisible sword. In the genjutsu the opponent is able to move freely and try to attack the user, but in reality he's just immobilzed, standing still on his place. Because of all the stress put on his body inside the genjutsu, he'll feel the pain when he's being released, but nothing actually happens to his body.

 Declined  You're trying to make this more powerful than it is. Its at best a B-Rank Genjutsu and the target has no reason to be immobile while he's being affected by it. Also, channeling chakra into your sword won't put someone into a genjutsu. I assume you were trained in genjutsu. If you don't understand that part please refer to your sensei and ask him how genjutsu is performed. He or she should have explained that to you in training. Must have slipped his mind for some reason.​

Description and Background: The Puss Caterpillar or woolly slug is the most poisonous caterpillar in the USA. This little monster will spit acid at any ‘attacker’ and is loaded with poisonous spines all over its body that cause extreme reactions on contact with human skin. Because these creatures can be mistaken for cotton balls as they are quite striking in appearance, people rashly pick them up and really suffer for it. This creepy crawler likes citrus trees, elms, oaks and many different garden plants.

This technique can be used for transportation, dodge attacks, or even attack by allowing the Gold dust to be a median for a gold dust source.

(Genjutsu: Hadesu No Mon) - Illusionary Arts: Hades' Gates

Description: While performing the process to summon something (such as one of the Rashōmon gates) the user channels his chakra into the opponent placing them within an illusion. From within the illusion, a Gate appears in the sky and slowly opens. After completely opening, 5 chains shoot out of the gate and wraps themselves around the opponent's arms, legs, and torso, and begins to pull them. As the chains pull the opponent they are unable to move freely and upon being pulled completely into the gate, the opponent will be able to see nothing but a complete hell and be completely surrounded by flames.

Restrictions:

- Can only be taught by yours truly.
- Anyone taught this jutsu is unaffected by it's effects.
- The flames surrounding the opponent render the opponent unable to move.
If they do the flames will engulf them, inflicting 40 damage. (mental stress of being burned continuously without dying)

Alternatively this also gives the user enhanced scenes allowing them to hear, smell, and even become more sensitive to touch. The enchance scenes allows feats such as being able to detect the position of a user of the silent killing technique by the slightest footsteps or even their smell). (of course not comparable to an Inuzuka's sense of smell but not far behind either)

Restrictions:

- Can only be taught by yours truly.
- Only usable once per battle.
- If used while under a genjutsu, the other effect (enhanced scenes) persists through the remainder of the turn.

Description: An Illusionary technique in which the opponent believes that he and yourself has swapped bodies.... as a side effect of the swapping of bodies, the opponent will not be able to hit the caster (Would you injure yourself?).

- Only usable twice per battle.
- Any damage inflicted from either party will break the genjutsu.


 Declined  Make a decent description please. How do you induce this illusion? Handseals? Magic? And you need to explain it much better. Nothing would happen to either parties besides seeing themselves in eachothers bodies. They wouldn't attack themselves because they would be seeing themselves not actually targetting themselves. You don't even make much sense there.​

(Suiton: Mōse no chikara) Water Style: Power of Moses

Description: To perform the technique, the user places his hands in a praying position while releasing his chakra into a large watersource. To make the technique work, the opponent needs to stand on the watersource, which means that it's best performed on lakes, rives, seas, etc. After infusing the watersource with his chakra, the user would forcefully split his hands and pull them away from each other, symbolizing the splitting of the water. Suddenly, the water beneath the opponent would split, leaving him suspended in the air for a moment. This would force him to fall onto the bottom of the water source after which the user would clap his hands together, once again, symbolizing the reunion of the separated water sections. The forceful joining of the water would crush the opponent beneath the amount of water. Depending on the size and depth of the watersource, the opponent would need different amounts of time to reach the bottom. The water can be joined prematurely but this way it loses on power. The full potential of the technique is achieved when the water is joined with the opponent at the bottom.

Fuuton: Torune-do tsubasa-Wind Style:Tornado wings

Description: The user performs a set of four hand seals which allow him to gather wind chakra on his back. Once the user feels he has gathered enough he releases it and manipulates the wind chakra into four small tornadoes, two on the upper back and two on the lower back. This allows the user to fly in the air for only two turns.

- This technique counts as a move once it gets to the second turn meaning, once it gets to the second turn the user can only use two moves.
- Can only be used three times per battle.

Once the wind grenade explodes a large gust of wind goes in all directions with category 5 wind speeds exceeding over 190+ mph , Ripping trees out of the ground , Moving the user & enemy back a range short to mid mid to long, Niether the user nor enemy can see because they cannot maintain to keep there eyes open due to the intense wind speeds.

Description: The user will focus their fuuton chakra into the air around the opponent to generate several compressed, tennis-ball sized orbs composed entirely of wind. The orbs encompass the entire area short-range around the opponent and exhibit suction properties similar to those exhibited in Wind Release: Vacuum Bullet, albeit on a much lesser scale. Unlike its superior counterpart, the individual bubbles of wind have a level of suction power only capable of pulling in small items and weapons such as: kunai, flash bombs, shuriken, etc. A unique property about the wind orbs is they all possess many ring-shaped encirclements (not unlike Saturn's rings) of sharp abrasive winds hovering over them, providing the technique with a distinct offensive edge. Should the opponent make brief contact with these rings, they'd only be afflicted with minor grazes and cuts along their body, however prolonged contact can significantly worsen these wounds. The harmonious drone of the noise produced by the suction orbs, results in an intense howling-like noise which drowns out all sound. As the orbs suck in objects in, the rotary-like movements results in the weapons orbiting the spheres gaining both speed and momentum. Through the use of a single handseal, the user can dispel all but one of the spheres of air and expand the remaining one to the size of a beach ball. Consequently, the inflated sphere of air possess both a higher level of suction and cutting power, making it capable of pulling in and mutilating the opponent. The resultant effect is the opponent begin forced to collide with the weapons/tools previously orbiting the smaller orbs of air, before being shredded to pieces by enlarged sphere. Furthermore due to their nature the orbs of air produced in this technique are also highly combustible.

Description: The user will perform three handseals and focus their doton chakra throughout their body before spewing the built chakra as a flimsy earthen-material (Similar to the one created in Earth Release: Rock Scale Slab) into a nearby water source at a considerable speed. After plunging into the water source, it will begin absorbing the surrounding moisture to grow in size and become more flexible (compared to other rigid earthen structures). The globule of earth will extend countless rocky tentacles outwards (in every direction) as it does this, their size growing exponentially until they reach the surface. While doton constructions are typically rigid and sturdy, these tentacles are flimsy/flexible since their insides are full of water. Since the tentacles grow larger the longer they're completely submerged in water, deeper water sources will produce greater sized tentacles whilst more shallow ones will produce ones of smaller magnitude. The tentacles which emerge closer to the user will lift them into the air and form a protective fortress of writhing tendrils, whilst the tentacles around the opponent(s) will seek to impale, entangle and crush their targets to death. The maximum size the tentacles can reach is equivalent to the size of the spikes produced in Earth Release: Destructive Rising Rock Pillars, at which point they'll reach full saturation and become unable to absorb any more water to gorge their size.

Description: This technique is a close counterpart of Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu. The user will place their dominant hand on a nearby feature of the terrain (e.g. trees, boulders, spikes, statues) and begin focusing their chakra into it. After doing so, the user will make up to a thousand shadow clones of the target feature of the terrain. With this technique, the user can create a large forest from a single tree or a massive field of jagged rocks from a single earth spike, demonstrating this technique's ability for vast alteration of the landscape. Since all of the clones are real and not illusions, they can all be interacted with. Much like the technique this jutsu derives from, the replicas made will be identical in every way, including appearance and any explosive/sealing tags they may have had at the time of duplication. This technique is also ideal for hiding from Sharingan and Rinnegan users as the duplicated features will be infused with the user's chakra, making them ideal to use as cover. Description: Using iron sand already present or by bringing iron sand from the ground, the user manipulates the iron sands to create iron wings on their back. These, wings allow the user to take flight and can be formed in air and on the ground. They work similar to how normal iron sand techniques work by levitating via magnetism, in this case the iron sand is connected to the user in the form of wings, when they levitate like an iron sand jutsu, they bring the user up with them. If the iron wings take a hit causing the iron sand to break apart they can be controlled into reforming the wings. These wings can also serve as the basis for other iron sand techniques b rank and below, by using the sand from the wings instead, this however will end the iron wings technique. Must be used by Sandaime Kazekage Bio.

Description: After performing three handseals, the user spreads chakra through the ground, creating an intricate pattern of circles and kanji around the user and a round a target, roughly in two circular drawings, the Twin Suricate Fields, 10 meters radius, centered in both. The drawings portray a series of smaller circles geometrically arranged, each with the kanji "穴", for "Lair" and the lines are composed of nearly imperceptible symbols. In a similar fashion as (Fuuinjutsu: Kami Komyunikēshon) Sealing Arts: Scroll Communication technique, both drawings are connected to a same storage dimension, with multiple in and output entrances, marked by the Lair Kanji.
The chakra for this technique simultaneously draws the sealing formula and carves it on the surface of the ground. As long as the user feeds it chakra, or until the chakra is negated by sufficient power, it will keep the formula together, allowing even non-rigid surfaces (that can't be carved) to hold the drawings. Once the chakra is lost, the carvings keep the structure of the sealing formula alive, until all kanji are broken.
The seals of the Suricate Fields cannot seal or unseal anything without a proper Sealing technique, making this technique more of a medium for a sealing procedure than an actual mean of sealing. But it does have a supplementary property of connecting 2 different Lair seals, which permit the creaton of a inter-dimensional tunnel. When something is sealed into a Lair seal, it can be immediately unsealed through a different Lair seal, without changing momentum or structure, and be released in any direction.
Each Suricate Field, contains 73 Lair seals. Each technique creates 2 Suricate Fields. All the seals, 146 max, are in communication, and occupy a different space on the surface (if both fields don't intercalate). The nearly imperceptible symbols that make the lines of the fields vary with each usage, making each twin Suricate Field unique.

Description: Seailing Arts: Slicin up my eyeballs is a set of 4 fuuin tags that are placed on both arms and legs. These tags are filled with a good amount of the user's chakra and are set to react to a certain amount of momentum from the limbs that they are attached to whilst no elemental chakra is being molded by the user, as the elemental chakra would not be able to be molded correctly if the chakra from the seals are released during the molding. When the user uses taijutsu techniques the seals release the chakra within them at a precise timing similar to "(Chakura Chikara) - Chakra Enhanced Strength" into the limbs which boosts their strength. The user must first activate the tags first and once activated the chakra only works for a certain amount of moves.

The pentagram reaches into the edge of mid range all around and the chains all covered in kanji bearing the word "Absorb". As such, when within the radius of the pentagram the chains will activate with a purple glow and start siphoning away both of their chakra including the techniques they make, drawing the chakra into the chains like a magnet and making any technique above A rank unusable,with the chains being the medium that is draining the chakra away. The purple glow the chains exude are similar to the violet flame pillar technique because touching any of the chains before the technique is over or destroyed will cause the person touching it to be painfully engulfed in purple flames. This is made possible due to the chakra the technique has drained "fueling" it. This technique can be destroyed easily by destroying 2 of the pillars with an A rank technique.

Description: This seal utilizes one of the most basic functions of seals, which is to seal almost limitless amounts of an object into a small seal.. This particular seal is the size of a standard sealing tag and contains three times the amount of water as "Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave" creates and works like a gate. With the user's chakra controlling how much the gate opens. When the user wishes to create a water technique that needs a water source he will channel his chakra into the seal. The amount of chakra the user channels into the seal (eg 20 points of chakra for a B rank, 40 points for a S rank) controls how much water is available from it.Depending on the amount of chakra focused into the seal, it will release the needed amount of water for the desired technique and not a drop more. Since the user is molding his chakra in conjunction with the release of the water, it seems as if there is no time between the release of the water from the seal and the actual forming of the technique. The rest of the water will remain in the seal and thus can be used for future techniques.This seal lets the user use large water techniques that require a source when in a place where it would normally be impossible. Unlike techniques that create a water source, this doesn't give the opponent a water source to work with, thus making this seal a very good alternative for water source creating techniques. Since the user is only focusing his chakra into the seal so that it will leak the correct amount of water, the user isn't wasting excess chakra.

 Declined  Tenketsu part has to go completely. Thats beyond your level of mastery over fuuin and its oped. Also, I don't understand why is is a fuuinjutsu. You also need to define how long they last while still being able to be triggered. You basically place the kanji seals on the ground in locations of your choosing and when something approaches they trigger the lightning chakra and burst. Thats all ok but don't forget these kanji are visible and need to last a certain amount of time. If this paralyzes, then why do they do damage? Who can resist such a technique and how can you counter it? Also, don't forget, the kanji aren't elemental in nature, they are fuuin, so earth techniques A-Rank and above can still destroy them and render the technique unusable. If feasible and logically used.​

 Declined  Lasts too long, should be S-Rank which you can't submit and you have it wrong. If it shiphons chakra from you directly, it makes it impossible to use high rank techs, if it syphons chakra from techniques it makes it impossible to use low ranked ones and only high ranked ones can be used. Thats how fuuin works. If you target your opponents chakra source, you limit what he can do in terms of not being able to mold high amounts of chakra. If you target his techniques, you render the use of low rank ones impossible as you weaken what he releases thus only strong enough techniques can be used and make it through. But I'm not seeing how you can make this an A-Rank and you can't submit S-rank fuuin without fuuin mastery.​

The user is able to add images to the reflection however, such as making the opponent see a creature behind him, or see a spike rising from the ground to his left, or him seeing himself sinking into the ground (in this case his legs would be unable to move as the opponent believes what he sees to be true). The effects of this Genjutsu differ depending on what image the user chooses to make the opponent see, if the opponent sees cuts on his body, he'll feel pain. If he sees a monster behind him, he'll want to kill it and will turn around etc.

Description: The user marks their face and faces with blood. The user forms ten hand seals. The user claps their hands together summoning(no smoke) the gate of hell. The gate comes from the ground and is a fast summoning. The gates finally open shows a swirling portal that is black and red. The portal its self can be used as a defense(able to block B rank and below) also but its main purpose is to be used with a genjutsu called "Demons Come Forth".
-No other summoning in the same turn
-No summon two turns after


 Declined  Hells gate? We don't even know if there is hell in narutoverse. We know there exists the underworld but if it has gates or not... We don't know. And in the end this is just a version of the Rashomon techniques.​

Description: The user makes four hand seals and places the opponent(s) in a genjutsu where they see the gate of hell and demons fly, crawl, walk, and run out of the gate. The demons would go and attack the opponent(s). This genjutsu is a special genjutsu. It can be placed on muliple opponents. The demons would slash, peck, kick, punch, and rip apart the opponent putting a strain on the opponent having them actually think the attacks from the demons actually happening. The demons are nothing but illusions so any attacks against them, they would phase through them like nothing happen.

-No genjutsus two turns after
-Must have used Hell's Gate in the same turn or turn(s) before
