Kuchiyose no Jutsu:Apu King of the Camels (Summoning Technique: Apu King of the Camels)

Description:The user cut their palm, and preforms a string of 5 handseals, summoning Apu. Apu is the leader of the camel's. He is a giant double humped camel standing at about half the height as Gambunta. He can use up to S rank water jutsu, without the need for handseals, using his large water supply in both his humps. Because of his large frame, he is very durable and can withstand very harsh temperatures and terrain. He can communicate with the user by speaking. Although he is gigantic, he can still move very quickly, having many similarities of a horse.

Approved Edited. Ok, if he can use water techniques then he can also use that one. Pushed it to S-Rank techniques and reduced his size. He's already too big to be used in battle decently anyway so he was too big. No summon that has abilities can stay on the field more than 4 turns. Also, he doesn't have hands so you need to be careful when you say your summons can use techniques... If they don't have hands and you don't mention it, they can never use techniques that need handseals which will make them virtually useless.
