Murushierago | Murcielago

Description: Ulquiorra's signature weapon, this ominous katana was forged by a master sword-smith whom resided within Kirigakure. Murushierago appears to have the appearance of a standard sword, the only notable distinction being it's emerald colored sheath and hilt. Crafted from some of the toughest metals in existence, making it nearly indestructible, the blade provides Ulquiorra with several unique abilities for a short period of time. The sword has a natural affinity for water, allowing it to dissipate A rank and below suiton jutsu within reason, meaning that it cannot stop techniques that involve a very large quantity of water being sent towards the user logically, techniques proportional to or larger than Water Release: Giant Wave Crash, for example. The weapon achieves this by disrupting the suiton chakra from within the manipulated water, causing the attack to cease. This also means that in order for the dissipating ability to function the weapon must in some way make contact with the water technique being dissipated. Furthermore, the weapon may only be activated upon the verbal command from the user, "Enclose, Murcielago". After four turns of activation the weapon will lose it's dissipating ability for the remainder of the battle and cannot be activated again for the remainder of the battle.
Abilities:
-Activates upon the verbal command "Enclose, Murcielago"
-Has the ability to dissipate A rank and below suiton jutsu (Within reason)
-Ulquiorra and his weapon will become surrounded by a black plasma like matter with an emerald green hue (This is purely for cosmetic/RP reasons and serves no other purpose)
Restrictions and Notes:
-By utilizing the dissipating ability of Murushierago the wielder sacrifices one of the three possible move slots
-Lasts four turns once active and cannot be activated again for the remainder of the battle
-Can only dissipate thrice per battle
-Weapon must make contact with the water being manipulated before being able to dissipate it
-Can only be used by an Ulquiorra biography

(Meiton: Soukutsu) Dark Release: Haunt

Description: After absorbing a technique via Dark Release: Netherworld Gates the user will quickly clasp their hands together and place their hands outwards in front of them, palms facing away from themselves. They will then proceed to expel the absorbed chakra to form a 4 foot tall demonic silhouette consisting of pure dark chakra directly in front of them. The silhouette has no lower torso and travels towards the opponent at a slightly slower speed than the water bullet technique. Similar to how heat seeking missiles work in that they do not travel in a simple linear path but follow their target the silhouette, consisting of the opponent's chakra will recognize the target's chakra signature and pursue them until it is destroyed or contact with the target has been made. Upon contact with the target no external damage is suffered however massive internal damage is dealt. The silhouette follows all forms of strengths and weaknesses in relation to dark release and although it is semi-transparent cannot phase through any solid objects.

Description: The user will begin by gathering a small amount of concentrated dark chakra into either of their bicep brachii. Once the user is under the realization that they have been affected by a genjutsu they will then use shape manipulation on the gathered dark chakra from within either of their biceps to form a thick needle of dark chakra that will pierce the minor muscle from the inside out. The user makes sure to pierce the upper portion of the bicep in order to ensure that their brachial artery is unharmed. Furthermore, due to the nature of Dark chakra, the needle will simultaneously cauterize the piercing wound, effectively releasing the user from the genjutsu while preventing the user from bleeding out.

-Can only break out of A-rank and below genjutsu
-Can only be used once per battle
-Can only be taught by Mudo

(Kemuri Genkotsu Rendan) - Smoke Fist Barrage

Description: The user upon releasing smoke out of a helping tool, for example wrist launcher, will proceed to manipulate smoke to create multiple extending fists that will stretch out to cover a wide radius, punching a desired target with great speed, in comparison to Fuguki Suikazan's Hair Spears. The user must use precise chakra control and ably compress the smoke into the created fists to do damage. Having sensory skills will give these fists a better accuracy because due to speed of this technique, it's not easy to aim perfectly. The purpose of the fists is that they can launch a target into the air, or knock it down.
Notes:
- Usable only three times per battle.
- Can make a maximum of ten extending fists.
- The used smoke cannot be utilized for making another Smoke technique in the same turn.
- Can only be used by a Smoke user.
- Can only be taught by Thoth.

Ok the incinerating the opponents chakra supply part is irking me. This barrier would, from what I understand, drain the chakra of those inside (a certain amount per turn) which would prevent them from using above X-rank techniques while inside it. The barrier itself will be able to sustain up to X-rank attacks from both inside and outside. While inside, they should be immune from external techniques as anything that could be used to attack who is inside would break the barrier.

I believe we are at a misunderstanding about this technique, the formation of the barrier is to give the opponent something to react to. and the flash (once happens) marks the end of the barrier. This technique is similar to " " in the way it's preformed, only instead of attacking the opponents physical body, it attacks there chakra.

Description: The user will focus chakra into there hands and clap them together. This will release a high frequency sonic boom that will be released in a 360 degree radius. This Jutsu can knock back solid objects and disperse Lightning equal in power. If this Sonic boom makes contact with an opponent it will knock them back and cause a deafening ringing within there ear. This Jutsu is Ideal to use against Earth Technique and can shatter Earth Release of one rank higher to dust.

Description: The user will coat there hand in Sound Chakra causing the air molecules around it to form into a drill that vibrates and spins at a high frequency. The user can then use this Sonic drill to attack an opponent by punching them close ranged and/or releasing it as a forward one directional blast similar to a high powered beam of sound.

Description: The user first will perform the required hand seals, Dragon → Boar. They then will direct their chakra into the ground, in the necessary location. The user will mold the appropriate creature, and cause it to "leap" out from the ground, where the creature opens its mouth and swallows the opponent's technique up to S-rank. This is done through several seals located inside the creature’s mouth which initially seal the chakra. By having multiple tags spaced along the circumference of the mouth, it reduces the concentrated force of the absorbed technique at a single point. Once swallowed, secondary seals located throughout the inside of the creature labeled with the kanji for, “Secrete” are activated. Depending on the element absorbed (cannot swallow lightning-based attacks), these seals release the chakra onto the creature’s exterior, covering it in an armor of the absorbed element. After the creature enters the ground once its first leap is finished, it performs another leap at the opponent, covered in the armor. (Ex: The creature absorbs an A-rank fire attack; the fire is secreted through its skin to cover it in an armor of A-rank fire + A-rank earth) This technique works best on techniques that have a mostly defined shape, and not on huge scale attacks like Wind Release: Pressure Damage.

The user will either utilize existing weather conditions (doesn’t necessarily have to be chakra-related weather, as long there are clouds), or create their own clouds within the sky. The user will then release their chakra gathered within the clouds at incredible speeds, downwards onto the battlefield. Solitude, the stoic entity of lightning, and Frenzy, the mischievous entity of wind are released from their cages. They each stand eight feet tall, have a humanoid shape, and are composed purely of their respective natures. When released from the sky, they are able to join together, having Solitude spin around Frenzy (or vice-versa) as they hurtle towards the ground. Additionally, each is able to hit different locations simultaneously. The speed and cutting power of their descent is so great that they can pierce up to five meters deep within the ground, and leave the area short range in all directions around their positions charred and destroyed if they choose to do so. To those without the aid of doujutsu, they merely appear as white and blue streaks in the sky. Once they hit the ground, they are able to rebound back upwards into the sky, to descend once again at a different time as long as they have not been destroyed/defeated.

Description: The Galactic Stars are a pair of bladed, sentient, shuriken ear-rings which are stuck to the user’s ears by chakra. When desired, the user can flow elemental or basic chakra into the shuriken to massively enlarge them up to four times the normal size of a windmill shuriken. With the added chakra coat that enlarges them, they stand more resistance to chakra infused attacks sent at the user. The bladed ear-rings can be used to defend from attacks, while the user can also detach them from the ears and send them spinning at the opponent. The user is able to maintain complete control of them up to a mid-range distance. When levitating in the air, they are able to be passively controlled by the user to perform complex aerial maneuvers. This is achieved through processes similar to that used in the “Wind Release: Rotating Shuriken” technique. The chakra coating around the shuriken allows the user to manipulate and completely control their movements within the air. Each shuriken has the power of an A-rank technique when enlarged. Once the user has finished utilizing the shuriken, they revert back to their normal size and rest once again on the user’s ears. This enlargement ability can be used up to four times per battle.

Description: A technique which essentially allows the user to write a 'program' in which the next used technique(s) will follow. This technique allows the user to create an invisible pathway of chakra, this pathway can essentially follow any route that the user wishes, twisting and turning or looping and curving. The creation of the pathway remains to be rather fast, allowing the next jutsu to be performed as if the two techniques were a cohesive whole. The next performed technique will then essentially follow the built chakra pathway. For instance, should the user utilize this technique to create a curving pathway towards their opponent, and then follow up with a projectile technique such as 'Spear of Darkness', the spear of lightning will instead of going straight towards the opponent, follow the curving pathway so as to flank the opponent from the side. The pathways can affect either a single technique, or multiple techniques, dependent on the users wishes. However it only affects the users, and possibly allies techniques, and has no effects, neither positive nor negative on the opponents jutsu. The pathway could be a simple wire of chakra, which a technique would follow, or a tunnel of chakra, in which a technique would more or less travel inside, perhaps streamlining itself to do so. An advantage of using a more wire like version would be that, the user can alter it's curvature through physical contact. The ends of the wire however remain fixed in place, unless manually moved, and can also be placed or attached to objects through physical contact, allowing techniques released to travel along a wire to 'home' in on said item. While this can still be done with tunnels (to a certain extent), it's generally more taxing or time consuming.

The concept isn't bad but its a bit too much and it can be easily abused. You need to work on this to make it something that can't be exploited. The way it is you can make any thing you want turn into anything you want. A straightfoward fire stream can even be turned into a mayhem tornado of fire and it can even be used to turn techniques which are otherwise easily counterable into oped moves. I will give you the chance to work on this because of the core idea but honestly...not shaping out to be approvable.

The ends of the pathway however remain fixed in place, unless manually moved, and an exclusive advantage of a wire is that it can also be placed or attached to objects through physical contact, allowing techniques released to travel along a wire to 'home' in on said item. On the flip side, this jutsu is limited by the number of curves that a technique can withstand, since each time that a technique is forced to curve it exerts its own power to do so, while this originally may not create much of a difference, it can become taxing to a jutsu after a certain number of consecutive turns. The number of turns that a technique can withstand is generally determined by its element, but can also be determined by its own specific properties. When a jutsu exceeds its limit the technique begins to lose power, decreasing by 5 cumulative damage points with each turn, therefore after the third excessive turn a technique would have lost 30 damage points in total. In general, wind techniques and applicable earth techniques are capable of only withstanding one turn, lightning techniques two, while fire and water are capable of lasting through an almost innumerable amount of turns due to their properties; 'malleability' and 'fluidity'. More fluid applicable earth techniques also fall under this category, while solid fire techniques fall under the wind category. (A curve signifies a change in direction, it could be an actual curve or even a straight angular change. A full loop counts as two curves.)

In reality, at the beginning of the Genjutsu, the illusionary Knismesis, may warrant a plethora of different reactions, or perhaps no reaction. For instance the crawling sensation created by the light touch may create the urge to promptly scratch, twitch or cringe. As the Genjutsu progresses, the opponent may begin to experience Gargalesis. Although emotionless bios such as Sai will most likely be immune, or have some level of immunity from this effect. However those that do not posses immunity will likely begin to feel ticklish, perhaps undergoing bouts of laughter, or perhaps erratically waving their arms in a attempt to rid themselves of this distraction. Of course, because this is a Genjutsu, there can be no prior anticipation to the 'tickling', therefore it's usually far more effective and productive than if you were to tickle someone physically as no physiological defense can be formed. Needless to say the tickling can make it incredibly hard for the opponent to concentrate, leaving them rather vulnerable. As the Genjutsu goes into its final rather gruesome stage, places such as the armpits, knees, ribs and soles of the feet would be heavily affected. Making movement of these regions either incredibly difficult, or in a few occasions impossible as long as the opponent remains in the illusion due to the pain and the feeling of tendons, muscle and sinew being burned and torn within the Genjutsu. The excruciating pain felt within the illusion will likely have an impact on the opponents mind, leaving the opponent in mental pain and ailing them with mental exhaustion. Technique is very interestngly written, yes but you can't control how your opponent reacts. Even someone that is prone to be tickled can still control himself. You must understand that you can exploit reflexive actions with genjutsu but you can't control your opponents actions with it. How he reacts to the technique is his own decision (so to speak). I can't approve this as it is because its simply technically flawed. Try finding a use for this other than tickles unless you find a way to make sure that regardless of who is the target, tickles will be a sure result of the technique (*hint hint hint hint* and I will say no more).

Therefore while an enemies reaction to the Knismesis and Gargalesis may be different (Eg, they may not laugh, or they may burst out in hysterics) , the experiences of Knismesis and Gargalesis are forced, thus eliminating the reliance on an enemies personality and personal habits. Although naturally, an enemy who has never been ticklish before would have even more reason to suspect a genjutsu - a slight pitfall in the technique. Of course, because this is a Genjutsu, there can be no prior anticipation to the 'tickling', therefore it's usually far more effective and productive than if you were to tickle someone physically as no physiological defense can be formed to limit a reaction until you actually begin to feel ticklish. What you added is not needed in any way and makes little sense. Ok, I'll throw you a bone here: Make it so that the first part of the genjutsu is to increase the sensitivity of the targets sense of touch and his overall sensitivity to such a degree that tickles will be felt, regardless of him being affected by them normally or not. Also, drop this to A-Rank otherwise its virtually unreleasable. Your problem was just that you needed to add something that explained how enemies who would be otherwise not affected by tickles would be affected by this. You can achieve this by using genjutsu to overestimulate a given sense (touch in this case) to such a degree that he'll feel ticklish regardless.

Description: A technique where by performing two handseals, the user is capable of creating many orbs of wind up to the size of a large human head. These wind orbs remain to be static in nature, and due to their properties they're also incredibly translucent, thus making them difficult to see even by some of the most veteran of Ninja. Although the orbs aren't necessarily invisible, and can be detected by keen opponents, especially at exceptionally close distances. When an opposing force, such as an enemy, comes in contact with an orb of wind they begin to swiftly expand outwards, becoming visible and of course pushing the enemy along with their expansion. Therefore their expansion results in an inevitability of one orb coming into contact with another, at which point the expanding orb pops in a gust of wind which can induce rather notable blunt and brute wounds on unsuspecting opponents. Of course, a wind orb coming into contact with another would result in that orbs expansion, at which point the next orb would begin to expand, popping and therefore the process repeats, creating a chain reaction. Due to this, this technique can prove to be perfect to prevent an opponent from taking flight, or making unwanted movement. The user however is exempt from this, and is capable of navigating through the fields without triggering the orbs, unless they wish to do so. The combined size of the wind orbs would equate to the size of an orb with a radius of 4 meters.

This triggers the jutsu and allows the user to manipulate the earth anywhere within a 20 meter radius of himself. He'd mold the ground to create up to 200 life sized Ants out of earth that emerge from the ground itself. The ants emerge at different areas, in either small or large packs, ranging from only 10 raising from a spot or 200 raising from a spot. Due to the ant's tiny structure they make no noise when emerging and doesn't make any sounds either. This, along with them being so small would make it near impossible to notice them if you aren't a chakra sensor or doujutsu user (able to pin point their Chakra). The ants after being created, lock on to an enemy's chakra signatures and all swarm to that point, converging upon the opponent from numerous directions unnoticed. At any point in time, whether the ants are in contact with the opponent or not, the user can command them to explode. Each ant is created with compressed chakra within their body that explodes outward when commanded, doing damage to anything within close range of them. If 50+ ants are detonated at once, it'll affect anything within mid range of them. If 100+ plus are detonated at once the explosion will reach out to long range, dealing severe damage to anything in range. A single ant alone holds enough explosive power to blow off a good portion of a limb if in direct contact with the opponent when detonated..

Once the chakra is within the earth the user manipulates the earth to make an abundance of sprinkler head shaped pieces of earth to emerge all around the field. The sprinkler heads themselves would have countless holes in them which face every direction except for downward. With the sprinkler heads raised, the user manipulates earth to flow through the heads and begin shooting out an adhesive earth substance or compressed earth bullets.. The adhesive substance comes out as if it was water from a sprinkler system, being very thick and sticky as it touches anything. The adhesive liquid earth covers majority of the ground making it to where whoever steps on the ground within range of the sprinkler system will be stuck to the ground unable to move. The adhesive earth can even be used to directly be shot at the opponents to cover their body with the sticky substance and prevent their entire body from moving, as if someone poured large amounts of glue onto them. The solidified earth that can be shot out of the sprinklers simply act as bullets to pierce through A-rank defenses and below. The bullets are shot in a large abundance at numerous angles and directions just like the adhesive liquid, thus making it perfect to attack several opponents at once or stop opponents from escaping its wide area of affect..

On the other hand, one could make the pain tolerance low also. Making a small cut from a kunai feel like getting a limb torn off.

How can you see if you are surrounded in black clouds? chakra cost per turn? The affection of nearby gases is something that would be more akin of wind release or wind based techniques, not storm release. I also think this should be A-Rank, not S-Rank. Remove the gas part completely. The paralysis on touch part should be something like "causes slight numbness and temporary paralisys on touch" nothing more. And why wind? Why would the fact that you are focusing water and lightning chakras (storm element) prevent you from using wind? If it prevents you from using wind, shouldn't it prevent you from using earth and fire as well? Remove the references to the CEs. Last go then its DNR.

(this genjutsu essentially is used to inspire sheer terror in the opponent, making them too distracted to be able to defend from the next attack)

You can create a situation through Genjutsu (basically something they feel, see or hear) but you can't in any way predict how your opponent will react to it. You can't make him feel emotions or manipulate his emotions. You can only manipulate things regarding his senses and automatic reflexes. Also, this shouldn't, in any way, be a S-rank.

Description: The user causes the opponent to see a horrifyingly evil bunny burrow out from its hole and attack them and overpower them, no matter what attack they throw at it. The longer the bunny is around; no matter if the opponent is attacking them or not, the more fear and terror will cloud the opponent’s mind. The fear and terror will give the opponent a sense of fleeing from the bunny. As it seems to grow more and more powerful by the second, the only thoughts left in the opponent’s mind will be of the bunny, horror, fear and fleeing, which gives the opponent no other choice than to flee from the bunny. In their desperate, forced attempt to flee from the horrifying beast, they will become so frustrated with the abject of failure of their attacks that they become too incensed to think straight to be otherwise occupied with the bunny (hell if I know how some people act with bunnies..)
(This genjutsu essentially is used to inspire sheer terror in the opponent, making them too distracted to be able to defend from the next attack)

My check since last time is still valid: you cannot make an opponent feel an emotion through non doujutsu genjutsu. Not only that but you have no way of knowing how your opponent reacts nor can you condition it. What if he is a maniacal saddist and decides to be eaten up by the rabbit? Will he still be forced to flee? You cannot achieve that through genjutsu. Also, like I said before, this isn't in any way an S-Rank illusion

Description: The user will send a chakra wave towards their opponent to trap them in this genjutsu, just like any regular genjutsu. As the opponent is trapped they will hear a weird growl-like scream sound which will instantly knock them out of their concentration. Upon being distracted for a second or two bound in confusion of what they just heard, the opponent will start to see white chubby rabbits that stand on two legs, some with blue and some with red eyes. Screaming as they go, they will start to run towards the opponent, and jump on them, creating a huge pile of fuzzy chubby white rabbits. The rabbits seem to keep appearing out of nowhere and jumping on the pile. As soon as the opponent will see the first rabbit, they will be paralysed in their confusion of both the visual and the noise which the rabbits make, whereas when the rabbits start jumping on them, they will start to get crushed under the weight of the chubby rabbits as well as going deaf from the screaming close to their ears. As this happens the opponent will fall to the ground in pain, grabbing their ears, believing to be crushed and deafened by the rabbits. What actually happens is immense stress on the opponent’s brain which forces them to believe they are actually in pain and became deaf, which will give the user the chance to attack freely.

Genjutsu doesn't happen because you send a wave of chakra to your opponent. that part needs rewording. This genjutsu needs to have handseals. I don't get why noise alone would distress a ninja and paralize him nor seeing the rabbits. I understand that a wave of rabbits doing all that is annoying but it doesn't hardly seem enough to paralyze a ninja or prevent him from moving neither in the illsuion neither in reality.

Sometimes sacrifices must be made for the goal of exterminating one’s opponent. The user’s clone(s) perform one handseal and extend their arms out towards the opponent as they almost immediately start to burst out in flames. By sacrificing a clone, one is able to create an incredibly hot burst of flames which is aimed at the opponent, burning them severely. Due to the extreme heat of the fire itself, the opponent will burn their skin severely, slowing them down significantly and making it overall harder to move.

✘Note: The closer the opponent stands from the clones that use Okunote: Saisei Kasai, the more severe the burns on their skin are, as well as the amount of skin burned, which may cause trouble for the opponent later on, but can have some serious effects during the fight as well. As only so much of the skin can get burned before one would die, the opponent should at least be at midrange to avoid the possibility of being burned to death.
✘Note: The technique can be used by all the clones of the user that are able to use the jutsu. If one clone uses the technique, it would cost them 50 CP. If two clones use the jutsu, their total used CPs would be 50+20=70 CP, which would by divided over the two clones 70/2=35CP per clone, etcetera. Same goes for damage points, but they are all directed at the opponent(s). Once there are more opponents who are targeted by the technique the damage points get divided.

Also, if this doesn't cause damage to the user it cannot be called a forbidden rank. Forbidden ranks are forbidden because they cause damage to the user in exchange for this absolute power.

As it's namesake suggest the weapon has a small reddish seal inscribed on the blade, which renders the weapon completely immune to the fire element. By imparting one's entire supply of fire chakra into the blade, the blade's end will glow red-hot allowing it to sear away flesh and cut through steel with ease, while the weapon's innate abilities unlock making it a truly fearsome weapon. When the user's chakra is present within the blade they lose all ability to preform fire-based jutsu on their own instead using the blade and a single handseal as the medium for many common fire jutsu. The weapon also gains a unique ability to detect heat signatures within a small radius that spreads out to mid-range and is communicated to the user through chakra transfer, however should a A-rank or above fire jutsu be used by either the user or opponent then the heat sensing ability will cease to function until the end of turn. Fireseal's last and final ability allows it to take it's immunity to the next level by allowing it to absorb and seal any fire-based technique of equal rank or lower once per turn,which can be then stored in the weapon's seal causing it to glow and increasing the power of the next fire jutsu by half the absorbed techniques damage points.

(While the opponent is experiencing the increasing heat/burning sensation, their optical nerve is what is actually taking strain. The delusional heat and apparent frontal optical pain is directionally proportional to the damage getting done to the optic nerve in the brain.) The dodging taijutsu part is not explained deeply enough. I don't like the expression "lightning fast". The whole Training sessions parts is a no go. This is usable. Stays active until you use something else and costs a given chakra per turn to keep using it. Simple.

Upon contact with the victim, the chakra from the drop of rain will enter the target's mind and they will be put under an illusion - Where they will suddenly feel their ears being filled endlessly by rain, creating a bit of discomfort and hear loss, it will also be induced into their eyes, endless rain falling upon them so much that they can't see clearly but rather in a blurry fashion. Since the sand is solid compared to rain which is liquid, this can be quite the distraction to those not accustomed to it. But its true purpose lies in the user's ability to use this sand as a starting point for their sand techniques, given the range is correct. When the rain storm ends the battlefield is covered in a five inch layer of sand.

Description: Jugo has shown on more then one occasion the ability to heal those around him as well as himself by absorbing another's chakra and body then converting that into usable chakra and body to heal near fatal wounds and restore chakra . He's also shown the ability to give away portions of his own flesh to injured comrades healing them at the cost of his size and strength. For this technique the user through the use of his Sage Transformation will extend two needle-like protuberance one from each hand, or from another part of his body. He then skewers one of these needle-like growths into a hostile target while skewering the other into a friendly target he then proceeds to suck out the hostile target's chakra, along with organs and/or flesh which he then converts to usable chakra for the ally, he also converts the flesh and organs allowing him to heal the friendly target. He can make the needle-like growths take on an almost barbed like hook that becomes hard to remove from the opponent. It can completely heal fatal injuries, ones that would be life threatening if not attended to properly. This leaves the hostile target as nothing more then a shell. The user can use this on himself as well converting the chakra to a usable source for himself as well as using the flesh and organs of the opponent to heal his own. The jutsu restores 150 chakra points per turn and can heal even fatal wounds such as punctures to vital organs as well as total organ loss and threatening wounds to the body and can be used to reform limbs but cannot heal wounds like decapitation.

-The jutsu can be used for two turns and if successful for that amount of time the opponent is left as nothing more then a shell like those shown in the anime and manga.

These wings can sustain flight and can be sustained for an entire battle as long as he remains conscious. They can be used to create gusts of wind comparable to C rank fuuton and can be used pull off jutsu such as ( Futon: Tatsumaki Heki ) - Wind Release: Tordado Wall that can be created through the use of wings. The wings also allow use of Fuuton Jutsu that are formed through bursts or gusts of wind without the use of hand seals. Jutsu that require precise control like (Fūton: Shinkū Taigyoku) – Wind Release: Vacuum Great Sphere and (Fūton: Shinkū Renpa) – Wind Release: Serial Waves are exceptions and not able to be formed through this manner. Wind jutsu that require fans can also be created through the use of the wings and the wings can be used to attack the opponent directly using sharp hook like growths from their tips

Description: In the anime it's been shown that Natural Energy can cause explosions this technique is based on that principle but to a much smaller scale then that of the technique shown in the anime. The user must have a means of sensing and absorbing ambient Natural Energy, instead of molding that Natural Energy with their own chakra to create Senjutsu chakra they force the Natural Energy out of their body and into an object or an opponent this sudden burst of Natural Energy creates small explosions of force like that shown in the anime only much weaker. It's enough to break a few bones and cause some internal damage like bruising of the heart and lungs through the force but isn't fatal on it's own. However it can be used in conjunction with most Taijutsu to create stronger more focused damage with a punch or kick and can be great for causing crippling internal damage.

Description: In the anime it's been shown that Natural Energy can cause explosions when released from the human body this technique is based on that principle along with Jugo's ability to release Natural Energy into another person infusing their body with Natural Energy, Jugo instead of molding the Natural Energy with his own chakra like a Sage to create Senjutsu chakra will force the pure unaltered Natural Energy he absorbs out of his body and into a medium or an opponent infusing their body with a strong sudden burst of Natural Energy which in turn creates a small internal explosion of force like that shown in the anime only much weaker. This can also be accomplished by a user of Sage Mode while using Sage Mode. It's enough to break a few bones and cause some internal damage like bruising, tearing and rupturing of internal organs through the force but usually isn't fatal on it's own unless precisely directed to attack vital organ. However it can be used in conjunction with most Taijutsu to create stronger more focused damage with a palm-strike, a punch or kick and can be great for causing crippling internal damage. With this jutsu the user is in no way creating or manipulating a shroud of Natural Energy or creating Senjutsu Chakra but instead releasing a strong burst of Natural Energy from his body into an opponent or medium forcibly infusing it.

Hikari no Megami | Goddess of Light

Description: The Hikari no Megami is a legendary sword said to be created and weilded by the ancient Japanese sun goddess by the name Amaterasu O-Mi-Kami. Overwhelmed by guilt and despair over her brother Susanoo's evil actions, she exiled herself from humanity in a cave. Amaterasu felt lonely and bored after spending a long time in the cave and thus using part of her life force created a sword with sentient capabilities(possessing a mind of its own). She named the sword Hikari no Megami (光の女神, Goddess of Light) because upon creation it inherited her ability to create limitless amounts of light as long as it is being charged with chakra. Having a mind of it's own, the sword became her only companion in the dark cave. They communicated by an unknown means and grew to become very close friends. Before she died, Amaterasu wrapped Hikari no Megami in bandages and took her to the cave she had created her and left her there with hopes that "someone worthy" will find her.
Looks- Hikari no Megami is a strange looking sword. The blade is much longer than a standard Katana's, roughly the size of a nodachi, with a guard which extends inward from its center, similar to a shinai. Its hilt is white although most of it is wrapped in bandages, as is its sheath. Despite its chipped and seemingly worn-down look, the blade is extremely sharp.

Abilities- The goddess of light is a sword that is able to create limitless amounts of light as long as the user keeps charging it with chakra. When Hikari no Megami shines, it melds with all other light. When the user releases it, he can use that light to take control of shadows and attack his opponent with them.
Hikari no Megami’s ability also allows it to manipulate light for other various effects, such as:
#1. Invisibility: Ability to make the user invisible to the naked eye, by surrounding him with light. It is equivalent to a C rank technique [Chakra: 15(+5 to keep active); Damage: N/A; Range: Short].
#2. Blinding Light: Ability to create a large area of light around opponents, disrupting their visual perceptions, causing confusion and decreasing their chance to fight back against attack. It is equivalent to an A rank technique [Chakra: 30(+5 to keep active); Damage: N/A; Range: Short-Long] and is usable once every 2 turns.
#3. Illusions: The light released from Hikari no Megami reigns over the dimensions that surround the opponent and alters them, thus creating this alternate dimension of light. The user's ability is to use this light to alter another's perceptions, allowing him to make his opponent(s) see what he wants them to see. It is equivalent to an A rank genjutsu (Chakra: 30; Damage: N/A; Range: Short-Long) which can be used once every 3 turns.
#4. Luminous Intensity Manipulation:
Allows the user to focus chakra in a technique or an object and either increase or reduce their luminous intensity. This does not have any effect on the rank of a technique, just the light output. By narrowing the beam angles emitted by a technique or an object, the light output is increased. By enlarging the beam angles, the light output is reduced. It is equivalent to an A rank technique (Chakra: 30; Damage: N/A; Range: Short-Long) which can be used once every 2 turns.
#5. Blade of Light:
Dissolves the user's actual blade and replaces it with a blade made of pure light. If the blade is broken, it can completely cover it to allow the battle to continue. The user can also create blades of light separate from his sword, using them as projectiles to fire at his enemies by swinging his sword. Dissolving and replacing the user's blade with pure light does not count as a move. On the other hand, firing the projectiles does count as a move which is equivalent to an A rank technique (Chakra: 30; Damage: 60; Range: Short-Mid). The user may fire a maximum of 6 blades of light per swing once every 2 turns.
#6. Swallowing Orb:
Causes a multitude of twinkling lights to appear, which then form together around an opponent, creating a huge sphere which engulfs everything within a significant radius(Mid-Long range from the user). Anyone within that range will potentially get caught in it. Immediately following that, the sphere collapses in on itself, using the compressed light to crush everything within it. It is equivalent to an S rank technique (Chakra: 40; Damage: 80; Range: Mid-Long) and may be used once every 3 turns. The user must first form one handseal before executing this technique.
~This sword is sentient and is able to communicate with its owner by an unknown means.
~It is able to sense light rays passively and so is aware when there is an obstruction in their path because these linear rays can only be changed when there is an obstruction in its path.

Description: The Hierro is a technique that enhances the resistivity and sensitivity of the user's skin to its utmost limits. By releasing a burst of raw chakra from their body into their skin and condensing it, their skin is hardened immensely. The hierro is not layer/covering/armour surrounding user, but a reinforcement of their own skin using chakra hence non-doujutsu users and non-chakra sensors remain oblivious to this reinforcement as it will simply be seen as what it is, the user's skin. The reinforcement made available to the skin allows for enhanced protection against pathogens and excessive water loss. Precise control over insulation, heat regulation, absorption and sensations such as heat and cold, touch, pressure, vibration, and tissue injury.
~Being raw chakra, this technique is able to block up to A rank elemental chakra, S rank raw chakra.
~Once activated, it lasts for 4 turns and the user must wait 2 turns before activating again so as to allow the skin return to normal.

Origin:
Starfishes originate from a secret coral reef called Las Marianas. It lies in the deepest part of the world's oceans; The Mariana Trench in the arc of the Mariana Islands.

General Description:
Starfish or sea stars are echinoderms belonging to the class Asteroidea. There are more than 1800 different species of sea star. Most sea stars are predators. Although starfish are invertebrates, they do have a kind of skeleton. The bodies of starfish are composed of calcium carbonate plates, known as 'ossicles'. These form the endoskeleton, which takes on a variety of forms such as spines and granules. Most starfish have five arms, called rays that come out from a center circle (disk). If a starfish has more than five rays, it will often have rays in multiples of five; there could be 10, 15, 20, or even 30 rays on one starfish. The aboral or upper surface may be smooth, granular or spiny, and is covered with overlapping plates.
Starfish have tube feet operated by a hydraulic system and a mouth at the centre of the oral or lower surface. Starfish, like many sea creatures, are able to regenerate (grow back) parts of their bodies. Starfish are better at regeneration than most other creatures. Not only can a new ray grow when a ray is cut/torn off, but if the affected ray has even a small piece of the central disk still attached, a whole new starfish can grow from the one ray.

Las Marianas Star Toxins: Starfishes contain a very toxic poison known as Saponins. When stung/bitten, the saponins is lost into the wound, thus the target are plagued by a sharp stinging pain, persistent bleeding due to the haemolytic effect of saponins, nausea, tissue swelling, numbness and paralysis. Large dose of saponins, are lethal to humans. Saponins occur throughout the life-cycle of the starfish. Thus there are saponins similar to those in the adult tissues in the larvae and juvenile stars.
Seastars may possess at least an eye on every one of their arms - so a 5-armed starfish has 5 eyes, a 40-armed starfish has 40 and so on.

Summon General Abilities:
Sea stars vary in sizes and shapes and thus by harnessing their chakra a ninja who has signed this contract will be able to summon starfishes as little as the tip of their finger to those large enough to go head-to-head with the giant frogs of Myobozukan.
This poison from sea stars may be injected into a target's body via their spines(extendable and retractable), tube feet, mouth or other weapons which will be included in the respective summoning jutsu. The toxin(saponins) produced in starfishes will be manipulated using chakra. Versitility of this toxin will be made manifest in subsequent submissions of techniques known as Star Arts.

Summoning:
The contract holder or signer of the starfish summoning contract is able to summon sea stars from Las Marianas. The summoner, using different amounts of chakra may summon starfishes of varying sizes, abilities and weapons. Larvae and Juveniles may be summoned if the summoner at their own will uses a minimized amount of chakra or if due to circumstances beyond their control the summoning is unsuccessful. Larvae and Juvenile Stars possess chakra and poisons(although in quantities smaller than a sea star) individually and may or may not utilize the Star arts.
Larvae takes 2 turns to develop into a species of starfish while Juvenile Stars take 1 turn. Sea stars require a water source to be successfully summoned, or may bring a water source with them when summoned. Since they originate from the deepest part of the oceans of the world [6,000 m (20,000 ft) below the surface], starfishes/sea stars, being very conversant with water are thus able to sense water passively.
