Description:After preforming the necessary hand seals the user summons Kichiro,the Guard of the King.He was personally chosen by Kichiro to be his personal guard.He is double the size of Sasuke's hawk (which he summoned in his fight with Danzo) and has white feathers covering his whole body with the exception of his tail feathers which are brown.He is a rather grumpy bird,and isn't very communicative.He talks only when he is asked to or has to say something.He has mastery over Doton but can't use them without hand seals.His feathers are formed so they resemble fingers so he is able to prefrom hand seals.He wants to be respected,and he will respect a person once the person proves themselves to him.
Note:Can only be taught by -Cobalt-.
Note:Every move used by Hiroko counts as the users move.

Description:The umbrella is a specially made umbrella,created to be used as a deadly weapon.It is a black Japanese fashioned umbrella made of bamboo which was reinforced with very resistant metal thus making it nearly unbreakable.It can be used for several purposes such as attacking or defending.It has a handle which is 1.5 metres long.Inside the umbrella's handle,a katana that is about 1 meter long is hidden which can be drawn when needed.The sword has no special abilities,though it can channel elemental chakras.The user can send Fuu chakra into the umbrella which can make the user float through the air,though that will not be very fast.It is fast enough to dodge a kunai coming from mid range at high speed.Also,by spinning the umbrella the user can release a rain of about 100 senbon at the opponent.But the umbrellas strongest ability is that it can absorb any water technique up to A rank (excluding A rank techs).This makes the umbrella a great tool for both offensive and defensive purposes.

Description:After preforming the necessary hand seals the user summons Mayu,the Queen of the Gull's.She is Kichiro's mate,and the strongest female gull.She is a highly temperamental Gull and can become very vicious if angry.She dislikes being summoned unless she is really needed.She is slightly smaller than Kichiro and has white feathers covering her body,with the exception of her tail feathers which are a light blue color.She is big enough to carry 3 people on her back.She isn't very strong but she makes that up with her speed.She can fly at incredible speeds but if she overloads with people she loses speed.She has mastered the Lightning Release and can preform all techniques without hand seals (excluding the Forbidden ranks).It will take time to get her to respect a summoner,but in time she will.

Once the user has touched an opponent whilst this jutsu is active, it creates a magnetic field in which the user of the jutsu can sense,therefore can pin point the location of an opponent once touched, in addition due to the opponents strong magnetic presence the user of the jutsu can easily throw magnitised shuriken, kunai and other metal weapons, with great success as the object fly straight towards the opponent.

General Description: Velvet ants, which is a common name for the Mutillidae family, are a collection of several species of wasps who's females resemble ants. Their name "velvet ant" refers to their dense pile of hair which most often is bright scarlet or orange but may also be black, white, silver, blue, or gold. They are known for their extremely painful sting, facetiously said to be strong enough to kill a cow, hence the common name "cow killer" or "cow ant" is applied to some species.
The exoskeleton of all velvet ants is unusually tough (to the point that some entomologists have reported difficulty piercing them with steel pins when attempting to mount them for display in cabinets). This characteristic allows them to successfully invade the nests of their prey and also helps them retain moisture. Like related families in the Vespoidea, males have wings but females uniformly are wingless.

Descrrption:This blade was once used by a God Death Reaper General, seeing how most death repears had a one sided scythe he had a 2sided scythe to show he was Superior and diffrent from the rest. legend has it that his own death reapers turned agenst him to gain power but knowing him . he being a stubborn person he was going to die with nobody in the seat. Nobody was going to take him down. so 2countless days he fought his own men. it was only about 30 of them. but little did he know. his own weapon was draining power out of him. his final kill was also his death. the sword is said to drain your power once weak. a magnetic field to drain your electrons in your body when its most vulnerable.

Abilities #1:By twirling it around real fast you create a force which blocks a magnetic items,Iron sand under A Rank and Gold Sand under A rank (Can only be used 3times), And it sends back the attack with half the damage

Abilities #2: Speeds up your movement by +10

Abilities #3: Every hit the user gets with this weapon they become more and more of like a magnet

Note:Once he uses one of the special abilities, the blade starts draining his power (-20) per each turn until he puts it away

~Declined~ Rather then making the water more slippery (which would be extremely hard chemically), say you mix it with oil of some slime. Also, never refer to the speed chart, so change the way you deal the damages.

Description: After creating a source of rain the user will either himself release poison gas into the atmosphere or have a capable summon do it for them. In the sky the poison will mix with the rain causing the rain to become purple in color. The poison becomes diluted by the water, but is still dangerous. Each turn in the rain the enemy receives damage and becomes slightly slower and weaker. Each turn their speed and reaction ability is reduced the equivalent of one rank while they take ten damage. The effects of the poison last for several turns before wearing off. The user is also vulnerable to the poison unless they have a way of nullifying it through either natural resistance or another technique.

Description: This "technique" is the result of a high fat diet and years of drinking unhealthy amounts. The person accumulates a large amount of weight through the formation of a thick layer of fat around their body. The thick layer of fat acts as a cushion against incoming blunt attacks, greatly reducing the effectiveness of things such as punches or kicks. It also acts as a buffer between the muscles and organs of the body. For instance a cut that would spill the intestines of a normal sized person would fail to reach the insides of a person using this. It will still hurt and leave a large wound, but won't be life threatening. Being an anhydrous tissue, fat is a poor conductor of electricity. As a result the person is protected from paralytic affects from unfocused lightning techniques. Fat is also a very good insulator of heat allowing the person to maintain a relatively stable internal temperature in cold weather, though they may be prone to heat exhaustion. The excess weight also reduces the person's speed and agility by the equivalent of one rank.

~Declined~ While I find it refreshing to see someone wanted to become morbidly fat instead of ripped like a DBZ character, you've overextended the abilities of your technique. While it does make it harder for electricity to be conducted toward your organs and muscle, the result is simple; severe burns. When electricity isn't channeled, it's because there's a resistance hindering it; meaning it will be released in the form of heat and or light. So all in all, your fat would cause you to be more succeptible to get burned to the second and third degrees when hit by lightning (be it focused or non-focused). You're the opposite from safe when it comes to lightning.

I'm okay with the resistance to cold, but to what extent? Also, while you can't use the speed chart in your jutsu description, did you really thought that with all those boost I'd accept a mere 1 rank drawback? You need a lot more restrictions and physical drawbacks.

Description: The user will place their hands parallel to each other in front of their chest as if they were praying. They will keep the hands as close as possible without actually touching and begin circulating an electrical current through their body, arms and hands in a circular pattern turning their body into a make-shift parallel plate capacitor. As the charge circulates a positive charge builds in the left hand while a negative charge builds in the right. The continued movement of electrical current through the system causes charge to build up to critical levels between the two hands. At that moment the user pushes their palms forwards breaking the circuit and releasing the built up energy in the form of a massive blase that shoots forward. Because what's being released is purely energy, the actual attack portion of the attack isn't composed of chakra and is much more like a directed explosive blast. The backlash from the blast harms the user, specifically the hands.

~Declined~ You're making me write a lot O__O.

If you want to use science when making customs, you have to get your info straight. A capacitor will discharge between one plate to the other when it reach a critical point (based on the capacitance of your capacitor). If this limit wasn't reached while all your electrons were gathered into one of your hands, then breaking the circuit wouldn't do anything. Why? Simply because the one place where all those electrons want to go in to a possitivelly charged spot (your other hand). Since that other hand has basically no electrons in it, it is most likely the most possitively charged spot on the field, meaning your discharge would naturally flow from one hand to the other, severely burning you.

The very basic of a capacitor is to "unleash" an arc of lightning composed of electrons when even the resistance caused by the air in between the two plates (your hand in that case), isn't enough to stop the electrons from moving. Conclusion, there's no way all those electrons would be unleashed as a wave, and even less chance they'd go anywhere other then toward your other hand.

The little raccoon's claws are very powerful and can injury someone easily. Due him being awake mostly during the day he can see further then most of his other raccoon family. One person can ride him however it can't be for to long. His ears are quite perceptive like most raccoons. He can hear various movements quiet easily being able to hear 50–85 kHz and worms moving in the ground or other quiet noises if he concentrates.

It's a 2ft long sword made out a special metal which can absorb doton chakra into it making it take a bit of a rock appearance. It has a gargoyle face for a hilt giving it's the name gargoyle. This sword is unique in a sense because instead of making high level jutsu more powerful then the rest it allows the lower rank jutsu to become more powerful as gargoyles have always been a kind of a tricksters. The sword has no true owner so anyone can wield it in battle which makes it a easy target to be taken.

The sword like previously said has a ability to manipulate temperature to a certain point.The user has the choice of canceling any A-rank or Below water or earth jutsu much faster than by doing a regular jutsu,it also gives a advantage that it looks like the user was hit by the jutsu. It works by infusing either cold or hot temperature into the jutsu itself.(this is done by slashing or stabbing) the jutsu.This can also be used on a regular sword of the opponent if it is close combat.

*The special ability does count towards the 3 moves per turn rule.
*The special ability can only be used once every 3 turns.Meaning you use it,than wait 2 full turns for it to cool down,than on the third you can use it again.

Description: Mephisto is a legendary weapon which origins are unknown. Tales tell that it comes from the God of Hell himself, forged with his own blood and effort. Other stories tell that was created by Masters of the Dark arts, which enable them to create this terrifying weapon.
The weapon has mysterious abilities, such as the capacity to absorb/cut through ninjutsu. The user receives -5 of damage every-time he absorbs (such as Fire and Lightning) or cuts through elemental attacks, supposedly because the wielder of the weapon suffers from Hell itself.
By absorbing an attack, the user is able to channelize this attack through his sword, and amplify it with his own chakra, making his attack an equivalent of an S-rank technique. Depending on the element (or non-element) absorbed, the user is able to shot the wave of energy of the same affinity.
The user is unable to absorb other techniques until he has liberated the previous technique absorbed.
-The sword can cut through B-ranks and below, but it counts as one of the three moves.

Their wings are designed in such way, that they are able to make handseals (their wings have 5 feathers, this 5 feathers are used like fingers to make handseals). Even though they are masters in their own field, they are old, so their capacity to fly at high speeds have decade, and they are only able to fly in a slow-mid paced speed. The user can summon both Keas in his shoulders, or in the ground, depending in where the Keas are summon. If the Keas are summoned in the user's shoulders, they will strongly close their claws in the user's skin, sticking them in place (by doing so, the user loses -5 of health, but does not affect his perfomance). The Keas are unable to fusion to the user, has they aren't able to combine genetically.

If the opponent comes closer and closer to the burst, the opponent will feel weaker and weaker, losing self-confidence and falling in the ground, stunning him for one turn. This defense can defend against Forbidden and below Lightning (except Kirin) and S-rank Wind Jutsus. If the opponent is caught in the burst area, he will be stunned and suffer moderate cuts in the flesh. The burst though, is highly flammable and can combust with B-rank fire and above.

The abilities the user obtains are the following:

-The user's five senses, speed, and reflexes are enhanced beyond the normal capabilities of the average ninja. The sense of smell is now capable of tracking the opponent if the user has lost sight of him/her. The users eyes will form silver patches over them that extend from the temple to the nose.

-The strength of the user also is increased to a level that can stand up with Sakura's strength. The hands & feet take a claw-like appearance using manipulation of wind chakra and underneath the users arms small underwings will form from wind chakra as well that allows the user to fly.

-After Hiero Mode is worn of, the users body will be exhausted because of the drastic changes his body had to undergo.

Note: Mode only lasts for 4 turns

It can be launched into Mid-Long range as a projectile it slams into the opponent with enough force to smash bones and it will explode outward releasing waves of chakra that can knock the opponent unconcious if hit directly. It can also be used as a devastating short range punch that can if hit directly in the chest can stop the opponent's heart.

It's like saying that one particular chemical can induce many different reaction when used in the same manner and environment.

The user gathers up his chakra and focus it to his hair. The hair then spreads around the whole body, and turns long and blue, and the face of the user turns into the face of a beast with sharp teeths. The arms of the user turns into giant muscles, and the user grows claws on his feets and hands. When in Hank mode the user can run 5 times faster then he normaly can, punch 5 times harder and jump 2 times higher. Entering Hank mode only takes the user a few seconds, but while entering the user can't use any jutsus. Clones can use Hank Mode (Normal, Lightning, Water, earth clone), but their mode only lasts one round, and only one clone at the time can use Hank mode. When in Hank Mode the user runs so fast that he can only be seen with opponents that have Sharingan with atleast 3 tomes or Rinnegan. When the user is is Hank Mode he's able to withstand the attacks of A-Ranks and lower, because of his thick skin and muscles.
~Note: While in Hank Mode, the user can't use Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. Only Tai and Kenjutsu.

This keeps the opponent trapped, and gives the user the oppertunity to strike a blow at the opponent.

The user place the opponent under a Genjutsu by sending chakra signals to the opponents brain. When the chakra reach the brain, it goes trough the memories of the opponent in a second. Then as the ge jutsu has started without the opponent eaven realising it, the user make the opponent see that the user summons a door and the door door appears in front of him. The user then goes trough the door and dissepears. The opponent gets forced into folowing trough the door, and when he goes trough it, it dissepears and replaces with a huge black hole, where he's stuck. This is when the opponent knows he's under a genjutsu, and can try to break free. For all this time, the user and the opponent are just standing infront of eachother, and now the user can take the final blow on the opponent. However, if the user manages to break the genjutsu, the user can't move for one round.

The Blue secret technique is a combination of the black secret technique and the red secret technique, aswell as many other that ~The Norwegian~ has made. The Blue secret technique allows the user too make new puppets, that's not human puppets and can't use any ninjutsu, and also the Blue secret techniques have several unique puppet techs, aswell as the common puppet techs.. The puppets in the Blue secret technique can have special weapons aswell. All of the puppets in the Blue secret technique must be summoned from a scroll.

This is basically a powered headbutt. It can be used to temporarily stun an opponent when aimed at the nose or forehead in order to give the user a chance at a counter attack.It can also be used as a counter to taijutsu techniques that involve the use of fists, when a punch is about to hit, the user can use this technique in order to break the fingers of their opponent thus disabling them from weaving hand signs and using that hand for taijutsu techniques. The user can add known elements to this technique by adding the nature element and focusing it in the forehead area. Fire element will burn opponent once it collides,Water element would distract the opponent because water would enter their eyes as its colliding,Earth element will make the an earth formed horn causing this technique to be deadlier, Wind blows the opponent away after contact is made, Lightning electrocutes the opponent paralyzing them as soon as they make contact and slowing their reflexes making them paralyzed for one turn.

For example if the user were to add fire element their forehead would look like the picture depicted below.(Besides flaming hands)

Description: Kakashi focuses on his opponent and becomes enraged about something the opponent has done. He releases massive amounts of chakra through out his body that increase his Ninjutsu and Taijutsu as well as make his movements flow easier and his hand seals faster. He calls upon the vast number of jutsu he has aquired over the years. Being the "Shinobi who has Copied 1000 Techniques" he easily recalls each and knows what to do in a moments notice. He relies on his killing instints releasing all thought of life and death both for himself and his opponent. He makes the firm decition that if he must die his opponent will as well. His Raiton jutsu gain a considerable amount of power. With the aid of his Sharingan tracking the opponent is near effortless and the fluid movements he gains from this mode make it possible for him to keep up with what his Sharingan tracks. Making fighting easier but there is a major downside to t \his jutsu. A lot like his MS it puts vast strain on his body enough to render his body alomost useless after deactivation. He will have enough chakra after this mode is canceled to fight for 3 more turns before collabsing from shear exaustion. His Raiton jutsu suffer to after this mode is deactivated forfieting the ability to do raiton jutsu faster due to his Speciality.
