(KaDoton Hijutsu: Tera Seiryoku) Secret Fire-Earth Release: Terra Force

Damage: 100 (-40 to the user due to the strain on the user)
Description: The user slams both of their fists into the ground releasing a mass amount of chakra into the ground forcing 10 large pillars of Fire/Magma/Earth Energy to erupt out of the ground around the user and collide high above him forming a massive sphere above the user. He then jumps high into the air and without grabbing the sphere he will either slam the technique into the opponent or throw the sphere at his opponent. The Sphere will then explode upon impact of the opponent or will carry the opponent away from the user then proceed to explode. The explosion is easily strong enough to completely destroy a large cliff side leaving a crater or destroying a mountain.
Note: Can only be used once, and the user loses 25% of their health, thus placing them in a fatigued state.
Note: Can only be used by Zanji or taught by Zanji.
Note: Cannot use Fire or Earth techniques A-Rank or higher for the next 3 turns.
Note: Is unaffected by an opponents Explosion or Implosion Techniques that affect Earth or Fire Techniques. Due to the user mixing a mass quantity of his own chakra into the technique, and the mixture of elements.
Note: Can only use 2 techniques per turn for the next 3 turns.
Note: The opponent would be unable to stop this with a regular water technique due to the elemental combination used to make this.

~Both Declined~ You didn't work on the "strong enough to destroy a large cliff side leaving a crater or completely destroy a mountain." I put in bold last time. Also, it's just too big IMO, makes it OP. It would destroy half the field with it's sheer size.
o_o I bolded all the edited areas and took out the destructive power in the description itself. Lowered them in Rank and edited the restrictions a tad

Description: The user release his fire chakra into his sword to set it ablaze, then he spins around whilst releasing several waves of fire from the sword to hit the opponent. This takes the user full attention so he cannot do anything whilst spinning and whilst he's spinning he leaves himself open for a counter attack.
- Spinning lasts half a turn.
- The user cannot use any fire jutsu 2 turns after.
- Can only be used 2 times per battle.
- Can only be taught by Dean Kaguya.
*Best used after using a Clone technique*

- Can only block upto 1 only A-rank technique of any element. However, it is cancelled by an A-rank water technique.
- No fire techniques 2 turns after.
- Lasts for only 2 turns.
- The user cannot use any techniques of any form because he will have to concentrate to maintain the wall for the 2 turns.
- Can only be taught by Dean Kaguya.

~Declined~ Please elaborate on the description. From the restriction (bold) I understand that you need to keep your hands on the rock, but do you need to touch the ground/rock to initiate the jutsu? Also, work on the part where you say it squeeze the opponent; can it kill him?

Note:The user must perform 2 fire Jutsus in a row to be able to stop Using this Jutsu or to start using this Jutsu.

Description:The user will then expel lightning chakra all around his body. The lightning chakra around the user’s body will then manifest itself into a swarm of up to 50 Senbon made up of pure lightning from around his body. With a simple flick of the user’s wrist the user can fling the Senbon in a storm like barrage and if the senbon are able to strike the accurate spot on the opponents body then a specific part of the opponents body can go numb and become nothing more than a useless limb, incapable of motion or movement.

Note:Can use 3 times per battle
Note:The user must have performed another lighting Jutsu in the previous turn to perform this Jutsu.

~Declined~ I really don't like the bold part because it could lead to several arguments. How do you intend to prove to your opponent that you've just hit "this specific part" of his body? Take it all off and work on the restriction, you usually restrict yourself from using lightning before a jutsu, not the opposite (in order to save up your chakra).

When this seal is released, a special armor is summoned onto the user that was forged in the buzzard realm with a special alloy built for speed and defense that is also inbued with the chakra of the Buzzard Ingram, Storm Skyress' daughter and fuses with the user's own chakra. It grants the user immense speed aswell as a sturdy defense of being able to block incoming things besides jutsu and explosives. Due to their fused chakra, jutsu in need of chakra are enhanced and due to the armor and speed, physical attacks are more powerful.

Note:+5 levels to the user's speed
Note:After deactivation the user is limited to B-rank and lower jutsu for 2 turns

~Declined: You need to elaborate a LOT more on your abilities if you want to get this one approved. "Great speed", "great strength", "being able to block jutsu and kunai...etc", this is all so vague. What are the limits of your technique? Make it restricted cause modes are really hard to get approve~

(Ingram Yoroi) Ingram Armor

Description: Shinobi who have signed the buzzard contract and are capable of summoning Storm Skyress get a special seal on their right shoulder. Its called "The Ingram Armor" and it was forged in the buzzard realm with a very special alloy that is capable of channeling and absorbing a special form of chakra only found in the Buzzard realm (Similar to nature chakra but its not found in the normal world). The armor is a bit different as it is more of an exo-skeleton, partially fusing with the users own body. The armor regulates the body causing chakra to channel more fluently aswell as muscles to work to their full capacity and at the same time pumping that special chakra to fuse with the user's own. This causes the user's ninjutsu to be enhanced in power and also causes him/her to become faster and stronger. The user moves so fast that things around him becomes slightly blurred when moving at full speed and he/she gets the strength to crush boulders if using full stregth and stop large objects in their tracks. The armor also gives the user a good defense. He/she can take the full force of blunt attacks, swords, etc unless given special properties. The user can withstand the power of C-rank attacks and below due to the armor and special chakra to reinforce it. After using the armour, the user will be worn out and take damage from muscle exhaustion.
Notes:
-Can only last 3 turns at the most
-After deactivation, the user can only use B-rank ninjutsu for 2 turns
-Can withstand C rank attacks besides Lightning and fire. (D-rank for that)
-This armour is also fused with the users chakra and so the user can block weapons that are thrown without any added jutsu. So it wouldn't block a weapon that had it's speed boosted by wind jutsu.
-Can be activated twice but it must be sent back to buzzard realm and take 5 turns to absorb the special chakra.
-Can't use genjutsu in this armour
-The user takes 25 damage from muscle exhaustion after useage and needs two turns to recuporate.(The person loses strength and speed on a large scale. Couldn't even beat up a todler xd)
-No taijustu after deactivation until done recuporating

Description: Tetsusaiga is a special great sword carved with a special alloy making it as hard as cold steel and special feathers from the lightning buzzard, allowing it to channel lightning chakra for more cutting power. The fur at the end is a conductor, so the user is unaffected by Wind Scar. Due to its sheer size, it can over come smaller weapons such as Katanas, staffs, nunchucks etc. unless it has special properties. The weapon also has a special ability called "Wind Scar" where the user releases a blast/wave of yellow lightning that levels almost anything in its path. The weapon itself can absorb lightning of B-rank and lower to add to the power of Wind Scar.
Notes:
-Wind Scar is equal to A-rank Lightning
-Wind scar can be used 4 times
-Counts as one of the three used justu per turn
-Can only absorb lightning of B-rank and lower
-Can only absorb one lightning tech every 3 turns

Description: The user will release a seal that summons Bacusaiga, a special great sword that amplifies dark release techniques. Bacusaiga looks like a giant fang with a handle and the sword itself looks like it resembles space itself. The sword causes all dark release techniques to increase in size and power. This can only happen when the great sword is being wielded. If the person is simply wearing it, nothing will happen. That is because the handle has a special seal that will channel reserves of dark chakra into the user through the sword itself. The draw back of the weapon is that the user can only use Dark release techniques and the two elements that make it while wielding it because it takes away the ability to change chakra natures unrelated to dark release. The Sword only has enough reserves to amplify 4 techniques. The Great sword's sheer size can over come small weapons such as nunchucks, katanas, etc. unless given special properties.
Notes:
-Can only amplify 4 dark techniques in a battle
-Cant amplify techniqes of S-rank and higher
-Can only use Dark, Fire, and Lightning Release techniques while wielding it
-Can only be wielded by me and who I let use it.
-If wielded, it has to be wielded for the rest of that turn and can only be put away the following one.

~Declined~ It's almost acceptable. Lower the added damage, +20 is too much and add a restriction that makes it impossible to use anything else then dark, fire and lightning for 2-3 turns once you've used the sword to enhance a technique.

Description: After Kazuma witnessed Kagutsuchi use Susano, he was inspired and developed his own version of it. The user releases a large amount of Darkness and makes it very dense using chakra manipulation. The Darkness takes on a shape of a demon with half its body gone. It developes a shield on it's wrist with a broad sword and spear that are held by Narukami. The user can manipulate Narukami to move any part of its body without the user moving, although if the user does move, the armor will move with him/her. The sword and spear are equal to A-rank and can level almost anything they hit. The spear can be thrown but its unusable afterwards. Even after the shield is gone, Narukami can still be used to fight.
Notes:
-Shield is destroyed when struck with 80 points worth of damage.
-Can last 3 turns or is destroyed when struck with 60 points worth of damage after the shield is gone and cant be used again
-Can only be taught by Taiketsu Yagami
-After deactivation, no dark techniques for the following turn
-The armor is so dense that it takes a toll on the person inside, causing his body to ache and slowing his movements

-The user won't be able to sense the opponent while the opponent is 1.5 meters above ground.
-Hence this is a really slight stream, it takes not even a second to be able to sense the whole long range.
-Must have mastered Raiton, and be a Sannin or above, due to the chakra control.

Description: Mrs. Beaver, has joined to the group of one of the oldest beavers out there. Mrs. Beaver meet his man along time ago when she was eating some wood, and then she saw this great man fighting with Mr. Bear, his long rival, she decided to join forces with Mr. Beaver, in order to beat the big bad Mr. Bear. Mrs. Beaver can cast both A-ranked water blasts up to 5 times, and S-ranked Fire blasts up to 3 times, as its capable of infusing its blasts with his owner's jutsu. Due to her shy personality, she's was living underground for her whole life, hiding from the surroundings, and she's very sneaky.
Notes:
-Due to her always digging and being familiar of being underground, she became an excellent digger, as she's capable to dig underground to long range, and able to match speeds with a human, maybe faster, via underground.
-She's able to dig out a huge space underground, having the surface collapse in. If long ranged, it takes 1 turn.
-Can only be summoned once per battle.
-Because of her rather wide/thick/flat tail, she can defend with his tail against any lightning and wind jutsu up to S-rank as in 1 times (-15 damage to the user), as in A-rank, 2 times (-10 damage).
-must have signed the beaver contract.

Description: The offspring of the two elders, the Beaver Prince. As the battle get's heavier and more furious, his attitude will turn more furious, rather evil, wanting to destroy everything. Hence for all his life, he played in a pond, and beaver dams, he became skilled with the water, on a really high levels. Because of his ill attitude, he will become extremelly unstable as psychologically, and able to push out, matching ranks of a forbidden in water blasts, while he's out for at least one turn, meaning he's able to do it, in the 2nd turn and for the rest of the battle. After he has released all his anger in that matching forbidden water blasts, he'll lose consciousness for 1 turn. The most time he stays on the battlefield, the more evil/crazier he get's meaning for the 1st turn, he'll be only able to perform A-ranked, he's able to perform water in the 2nd turn, matching a forbidden rank, but if he releases his anger (the forbidden water) in the 2nd turn, he needs to rest for 1 turn, but if he releases his anger, after the 2nd turn, he'll be able to perform A-ranked water or lower, in the next turns (meaning if he releases his "anger" in the 3rd turn, there is only 2 more times, he can perform A-ranked or lower ranked water.)
Note:
-Either of the Mr or Mrs. Afcanc can summon him also.
-Due to his condition, he can only stay on the battlefield as long as 5 turns.
-Due to his crazy appearance, the user takes -20 damage, when he's summoned.
-This beaver is big enough, that he can carry it's user, tho only when traveling in water.

This little beaver is able to smell onto long range, but if the field is wet, or covered in water, it's able to sense the whole field, due to her affinity to water. She's a really fast creature, due to her cautiousness, as able to match her speed to a human, maybe faster. Because of her affinity to water, she's able to cast S-ranked water blasts up to 3 times, and A-ranked water blasts, up to 5 times.
Notes:
-Stay on the field for 4 turns.
-Every jutsu this beavers uses counts as a move in the user's turn.

-Either of the Mr or Mrs. Afcanc can summon him also.
-This beaver is big enough, that he can carry it's user, tho only when traveling through water.

After the war, Sandaime Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi created "law" thanks to which it must never be used, only in the War in which Konoha would need big help. It wasn´t used in 3rd Shinobi Great War, but on the start of 4th Shinobi Great War, Godaime Hokage Tsunade gave this weapon to Migualon J.J., shinobi from Amegakure who decided to help them in this very hard war.

And if the opponent even try to touch the spinning sphere, the opponent will receive a major injury due to razor sharp feathers..

It works by infusing either cold or hot temperature into the jutsu itself.(this is done by slashing or stabbing) the jutsu.This can also be used on a regular sword of the opponent if it is close combat.
*The special ability costs 45 chakra
*The special ability does count towards the 3 moves per turn rule.
*The special ability can only be used once every 3 turns.Meaning you use it,than wait 2 full turns for it to cool down,than on the third you can use it again.
