(Hayaton Mo-Do)- Swift Release: Swift Mode
Type: Supplement
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 40 to activate and -20 each turn. On the 3rd turn it takes from the users reserves.
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user will perform the "boar" handseal and gather a great amount of their swift chakra. They will then perform the handseal once more releasing it throughout their body, muscles, organs ect. In return they gain incredibly faster movement similar to that of shadow-less flight which can be tracked by 3T and 3T users can react to it. along with increased senses and reactions. The user will also force regular chakra to their muscles pushing them to their limit and the user will send small amounts of swift chakra to certain locations of their eyes increasing tracking ability to where they can track their own movements. The user will be able to perform a row of 10 handseals in the time it takes to do 2 hanseals. This mode lasts for 3 turns and afterwards the user is almost drained of their swift chakra and can't use swift techniques for 2 turns.

- Only usable once per battle.
- Only lasts for 3 turns.
- Can't use any swift techniques while in this mode or in the same turn as activation.
- Can't use wind or lightning techniques while in this mode.
- Can't use swift techniques for 2 turns and then can only use 1 per turn.
- User is slightly slower for 2 turns after this mode is over due to soreness of their body. In this case the users speed will decrease by 2 ranks. If they were a normal sage ranked user than their speed is reduced to that of a sannin. Then on the next turn their speed will go up by one rank and on the turn after that it will return to normal.

(Hayaton No Jutsu)- Swift Release: Swift Technique

Description: The user through the use of swift release will perform the "Boar" handseal and move from Short to mid range. This technique is similar to that of shadow-less flight and can be used to dodge some attacks.
- Can't use wind or lightning jutsus in the same turn.
- Can't use any other swift techniques in the same turn.
- Can only be used 3X per match.
- Must have a swift release bio.

~Declined~ Be specific as to how you can dodge attacks and which types of attack you can dodge. Otherwise this jutsu is just a 3 time escape from anything.

(Katon: Kaen Sono Uchiha)- Fire Release: Flame Of The Uchiha

Damage Points: +10 to fire -10 To wind jutsus
Description: Uchiha's are known for not only their kekke genkai but for their great use or "mastery" of the fire element. This style of fighting shows the true skill the uchiha clan has with the use of the fire element. The user will gather Katon chakra for 2 turns. They will then release it throughout their body enhancing their fire jutsus strength by allowing them to add more katon chakra to each fire jutsu easier at the cost of their wind elemental chakra suffering from it. They will be able to send some of the katon chakra to certain locations of their body and releasing it (see below for details) causing small fireballs to be released from those points that are equal to C rank. This is mainly used for close combat and the flames only reach out to short range.
Fist work.
The user will send katon chakra to their fist and release it causing a small C rank fire ball to erupt from their fist and come at the opponent/target.
Foot work
The user sends katon chakra to their heels and will release it shooting out a small fireball at the opponent.
Notes:

- Each fire ball counts as one of the users 3 jutsu per turn however due to them being low and short range and small fireballs ranked they do not require handseals.
- Can only be used by an uchiha biography who has mastered katon with aact's.
- Can only be used once per match.
- Lasts for 3 turns.
- The user must gather the katon chakra for 2 turns before using this and thus cannot use katon jutsus for 2 turns before use.
- The user can also only use 2 jutsus per turn while gathering the needed katon chakra.

~Declined do not resubmit~ The reason for this boost is just ridiculous. Aren't Uchiha's strong enough as it is? Anyway, there are already plenty of Fire modes out there so yours can easily be considered a copy. Similar techniques already exist.







(Fuuton: sansaku Oite Tenkuu Gikou)- Walking on air technique:

Description: The user will use their fuuton chakra to fix the air particles in the air around them/underneath their feet and use it to land and stand on. They fix the particles by adding to them making them much more dense and can only be used for the purpose of standing on air or landing on air as well as they can only add to air that's within mid range. It cannot be used for attacks in any way.
- Must be at least sannin rank to use due to chakra control.
- Must have mastered fuuton with aact's.
- No S rank wind in the same turn

For the next jutsu I did a lot of research on the cm, sasuke's personality and abilities of chakra and the effect/abilities the curse mark can place on the user.

Description: This is only to be used when in a serious fight when all else has failed. Sasuke will suddenly start to get extremely paranoid making him focus more on hearing and sight giving him smewhat increased senses and will start to slowly go insane by the thought of not being able to kill his foe. He will unleash 70% of his chakra throughout his body increasing overall physical strength and endurance. His eyes will stay locked on his opponent as he slowly starts to lose himself more and more. Chakra will continue to release but he won't be able to tell nor will he be able to tell of how much pain he's in at that moment and with this going on his body is tensed up and in severe pain from the strain of releasing that much chakra at once. Due to so much chakra being released from him the curse seal will automatically activate to inject chakra into him as a natural reaction as seen in the chuunin exams. The curse seal of heaven gives the user 80 chakra. Once activated Sasuke will go into a pit of pure psychotic rage where he will release the chakra his curse mark brings to him and will use 20% of it in techniques adding more chakra to them so that he can perform jutsus and 80% using it to increase movement further this is at greater cost tho. The effects it has on his body are severe as just the regular curse mark effects caused him pain in the anime/manga and sometimes so much that he couldn't move after completing a rather simple task. This gives 5 times those effects due to him taking the chakra that is being used to try and aid him away. With this, his every movement is based off of his own unconscious yet motivated mind to go completely all out against his foe. Every move he makes that's driven by him in that state is forced with his own chakra like how he used his curse mark in the forest of death to gain almost double his usual speed and strength. Since he is said to be nearly as fast as rock lee without weights in the anime/manga also with the wiki saying they are actually equal in speed in the wiki chart and he has activated his curse mark while unconsciously using his chakra to increase succession and speed of movements this puts him at around 4X the average Ninja's speed. He will use up nearly 10% of his chakra each turn and after 3 turns he will die from chakra exertion. Since his chakra is being used up so much that on the next turn he will only be able to perform B rank jutsu while his chakra continues to drain in this state then on the 3rd turn he can only perform C rank jutsu. The user can only use curse mark of level one while in this state of mind, going any further would put too much stress on the body when there's already enough.

Advantages: 4X speed and slightly heightened hearing and sight mostly a 15% improvement induced by fear/paranoia.


Notes:
- Only able to use if you haven't used S rank on the previous turn.
- Must not have used Basic ninjutsu for 2 turns before this jutsu.
- No Ninjutsu while in this state, just elemental Ninjutsu.
- No Genjutsu while in this state either.
- only B rank the next turn and C rank on the turn after.
- Can only use 1 jutsu per turn.
- -10 Damage per turn altogether = 30 damage but either way, user still dies.
- Using any other modes will kill you in this state.
- You die after 3 turns no matter what.
- This restriction will defeat any hope of being alive after the 3turns are up no matter if they use a jutsu that will keep them alive or not. After 3turns the user is paralyzed from strain and can't use any jutsu as they have no chakra at all but that's only to eliminate any chance of using a jutsu to keep yourself alive after this.
- Can obviously only be used by a sasuke uchiha bio with curse mark.
- Can't exceed level one curse mark while in this state.
- This is not necessarily a "mode" that you can deactivate. Meaning once you use this there is no going back.

Description: Freestyle art is a completely supplementary Taijutsu style, which is specially designed to supplement almost all forms of Taijutsu and Kenjutsu. The user performs either a gesture with one of his limbs or makes eye contact with the target, either method works. The gesture or eye contact will place the opponent in a Genjutsu, where he sees the user attacking him in any way the user chooses. Simultaneously with this, the user focuses chakra into his feet and follows up with any type of Taijutsu or Kenjutsu attack. By using Kagami no Gyakuen along with an attack, the user is able to increase the effectiveness of the attack. If the attack involves approaching the target in any way, this particular branch of Freestyle Art will enable the user to integrate very confusing and blurry moves into his attack, thereby making it very hard for the target to follow the users movements. Kagami no Gyakuen also enables the user to severely increase the brute force behind his attack by integrating marginal improvements in the users stance and the attack itself. By shifting his weight forward to add momentum and by maximally torquing his body, the user drastically increases the strength of the attack. By stepping forward along with the attack and pivoting along with the attack, the user drastically increases its speed, and decreases the amount of time where he is left vulnerable because of the attack. If the attack is a simply punch, the user can also drastically increase the power behind his attack, simply by tightening his fist upon impact. Kagami no Gyakuen is used along with a Taijutsu or Kenjutsu technique, it’s not a technique that actually takes any time, it’s simply adjustments and improvements that drastically increases the effectiveness of a technique.
-The genjutsu is C-ranked and optional.

Description: Kyoku is a technique that allows the user to drastically increase the natural effects music has on all living beings by using his chakra and very life-force as a catalyst. To utilize this technique the user will need an instrument, almost everything can be used for this task, including the users own voice and the ability to whistle. By playing different genres of music, and music with different paces and beats, the user is able to invoke several effects. In general, responses to music are able to be observed. It has been proven that music influences humans both in good and bad ways. These effects are instant and some long lasting. Music can be used to change a person’s mood, and has been found to cause physical responses in many people simultaneously. Music also has the ability to strengthen or weaken emotions. To remove the factor of perception, which would otherwise often causes the listener(s) and the performer to perceive the music in completely different ways, the user will infuse every tune with chakra. This is not sound-related, since it doesn’t involve any manipulation of sound; it is merely a chakra infusion of the sound-waves produced by the instrument, which strengthens the effects they have on the listener(s). Generally, the chakra-enhanced effects produced by the user are rooted in the ability to feel different moods and emotions; the overall technique is therefore called Mood. There is a limit to how many beings the user can affect with the chakra-enhanced sound waves, for the rest of the listeners it will be like listening to perfectly normal music.

機嫌 (Kibun) | Mood
Music can be used to change a person’s mood, with or without his cooperation and willingness to listen. Music can be used to induce several moods, it can rob the most bloodthirsty warrior of his will to fight, and give even the lowest human the courage to fight a God. There are an infinite amount of moods and emotions, but the general overview of Kibuns mood-inducing abilities during battle looks as such:
娯楽 (Goraku) | Entertainment – At the most fundamental level, music provides stimulation. This branch of Kibun gives the affected a strong will to fight that cannot be quelled. This branch of Kibun also slightly increases the effectiveness of the affected, giving them a slight boost of strength and speed due to their induced will to fight and survive.
再生 (Saisei) | Revival – When used correctly, music can decrease the negative backlash of injuries. This branch of Kibun serves as a strong painkiller; it can calm the affected down and release the tension in their bodies. Without being so tense, the affected will become more flexibility, and the music will assist them in getting a calm overview of their surroundings.
強い感じ (Tsuyoi Kanji) | Strong Sensation – If the right music is played, it is possible for music to provoke strong sensations in the affected. This branch of Kibun can send the affected into a state similar to that of a mad adrenaline rush, simply by awakening their bloodlust with music. It is also possible to cause a painful sensation to hit the affected; the pain can affect almost any point on the affected bodies and can easily be mistaken for an attack. The strong sensation can also be one of pure ecstasy and glee; such a strong sensation can overwhelm all but the most strong willed, and will often cause the affected to act rashly and interrupt their current action.
転換 (Tenkan) | Diversion – Music naturally distracts the mind from unpleasant thoughts, this can be finely tuned to serve a number of purposes. This branch of Kibun can momentarily distract and interrupt the affected. Diversion can also be used to slightly manipulate the affected beings thoughts to use another tactic. The distraction music creates can also be used to avoid negative emotions and feelings temporarily. With mastery of music, it is also possible to slightly project the music towards another area to mask the user’s precise location.
排出 (Haishutsu) | Discharge – When used correctly, it is possible to release emotions with music and free the mind. This branch of Kibun allows the user to rid the affected persons of any undesirable emotions and replace them with another. Discharge can also be used to free the affected from illusions by rearranging the emotions they feel, thereby shattering the illusion, or by simply playing a very loud sound that will induce pain in the affected beings eardrums.
精神作品 (Seishin Sakuhin) | Mental Work – Music can affect the memory and brain in a number of ways. This branch of Kibun allows the user to manipulate the memory slightly. Some genres of music, and especially classical music, are able to activate both the left and right half of the brain. The simultaneous left and right brain action maximizes learning and retention of information. The information being studied activates the left brain while the music activates the right brain. The simultaneous usage of both half’s of the brain allows the affected beings brain to process information much easier, and therefore react faster. This branch of Kibun can also be used to place affected in states similar to illusion, this can be achieved by making the affected explore their minds and become lost in old memories, or simply by inducing daydreams.
慰安 (Ian) | Solace – Music can be a great source of solace for the lost. This branch of Kibun allows the user to greatly increase a group’s efficiency. Solace forges a bond between the affected that binds them together and strengthens them as a whole. The strengthening isn’t as much physical as it is psychological. It involves making the affected share some of their immediate and more obvious emotions through the music and by forcibly making their bodies release more adrenaline into their system, making it feel natural due to their sudden urge to protect their comrades. Solace also allows the affected to feel a greater degree of acceptance towards the possible outcome of the battle they are participating in, removing the chance of hesitation and other lingering doubts.
Restrictions:
-The user must be playing some kind of music at all times as long as this technique is active.
-This technique can only be used once.
-This technique lasts until deactivated.
-This technique can maximally affect 5 beings. When the technique is activated the user chooses maximally 5 targets and thereafter he can only change 1 target once per turn.
-All illusion and illusion-like states this technique employs can be broken free of through pain, though not through a chakra infusion/foreign source of chakra or by the usage of Kai.
-The usage of one of the branches of Kibun counts as 1 of the 3 moves that can be used per turn, the same counts for the abilities of each branch.
-Elemental Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, clones and summoning technique cannot be utilized while Kyoku is active, and all existing clones will disappear during activation, as will all summonings.
-Elemental Taijutsu can be used, but there is a 15+ added chakra cost to every technique utilized.
-As it is the very life-force of the user that is used for this technique, the users body will shut down and he go into a coma 2 turns after the technique ends, only fully trained medical personnel will be able to stabilize him. If stabilized, the user will awaken exactly 1 week after the technique ends.
-Ather the technique ends, the user will be unable to use S-ranked and above techniques.
-No more than 1 branch of Kibun can be activated simultaneously.
-Can only be taught by Zero Kelvin.

First of all, this is really one of the projects i've been burning for, please do not label it with a Declined. Do not resubmit, i'm ready to take as much time as i must to get this approved.

I have RokuNR's permission to make something that even closely resembles his Music Arts, as long as i don't copy his techniques: I honestly don't think this technique is anywhere near what Roku made.
BTW, i was told by Nexus not to put spoilers around my techniques, therefore i haven't put spoilers around them .-.

Kakudai Keirakukei | Expanded Chakra Network

Description: Through continuous and straining usage of the chakra network, the users chakra pathway system and Tenketsu points have expanded slightly to allow more chakra to pass through the users body at high speed. The human body is very quick to adapt compared to other species and plants, and with extensive training and usage it should theoretically be possible to expand ones chakra coils and Tenketsu points, to allow the user to access and utilize techniques faster. The longer the user has been utilizing his chakra network, the bigger his chakra coils will be, as such, a Genin will hardly benefit from the this ability, whereas a Sage will feel a significant change. The expanded chakra pathway system and Tenketsu points makes it much easier for the Hyūga clans Jūken to be utilized effectively against the user.

Merodīāto Genjutsu: Kiku no Tanoshi | Melody Art Illusionary Technique: The Joy of Listening

Description: Kiku no Tanoshi is one of the most advanced non-Dojutsu illusionary techniques. The user plays a single tune that causes the affected to become hopelessly caught in an illusion. There will be no evidence that the affected has been placed under a Genjutsu, even methods and techniques that usually release a being from an illusion without fail will be useless against this technique. The only way to escape this technique is to inflict pain in the affected beings ears. This illusionary technique is the perfect counter-measure against affected beings who would try to block their hearing to escape the effects of Melody Art techniques. The illusion makes the affected firmly believe that they cannot hear anything, it is possible to use this Genjutsu to block out specific sounds. But even though the affected feels as if they cannot hear and even if they actually can't hear, they’re still affected by Melody Art and other sound-based techniques because of this illusion.
-Can only be used while Merodīāto: Kyoku | Melody Art: Music is active.

(Yari Mayonaka Kage) - Spear of the Midnight's Shadow

Description:
In the outskirts of the endless desert an unknown Nara had forged a spear with the blackest chakra metal in the ninja world. The spear was made to forge with the Nara's shadows to control the darkness and power it. When the user wields the spear it increases their shadows techniques. The spear is able to be thrown if the user aims correctly and hits the enemies shadows it traps the enemies shadow so then the user can use imitation. Normally the spear would only be able to hit at short range but the user is able to increase the range to mid by using the shadow inflicting the spear to extend the shadow into a sharp point.

Notes:
- Usable 4 turns per battle
- If spear is thrown and makes contact with shadow; Spear is useless for rest of battle
- Increases Shadows by +5
- Shadow can extend range of spear from short to mid
- Throwing spear counts as a move.
- Drains 10 chakra per turn spear is used

The spear is able to be thrown if the user aims correctly and hits the enemies shadows it traps the enemies shadow so then the user can use imitation. Normally the spear would only be able to hit at short range but the user is able to increase the range to mid by using the shadow inflicting the spear to extend the shadow into a sharp point.

The blade itself is indestructible, making it quite effective in blocking and deflecting incoming attacks from basic weapons. This wouldn't work on attacks such as lightning or wind as that would blast the sword out of the users hand. A short length of chain with a broken link at the end dangles from the base of the hilt. Tensa Zangetsu is a special blade forged in the hawk village with sacred methods that allow the sword to draw in natural energy at half the speed of a normal ninja. This only works when the sword is in one of the users hands and they state that they are doing so. The user is able to focus their charka into the sword surrounding it with fire charka, thought this fire turns to black due to the sword's effect. This fire increases the damage of basic kenjutsu by +10 damage. This lasts for up to 3 turns and can be used once per battle.

Description: This in an ancient art passed down through the generations of sword masters. After the samurai begin to use ninjutsu that the sage of the six paths taught them, kenjutsu was becoming a lost art to most apart from the greatest of sword users. When ninjutsu was first introduced, several sword masters came together trying to combine the flow of chakra and that of the sword to heighten their abilities. In the end they found a special method of how to do it. In a battle, they would wear their opponents down as they store a certain amount of chakra into a seal they would create on their chest, that is shaped like 2 swords crossing. Then after a few minites they would release this chakra throughout their body and into their mind. In doing so, they would release the body's limiters that holds back the bodies capabilties in battle. This would stimulated the nervous system, increasing the bodies reaction time. It would increase the amount of chakra into the muscles increasing the power of all tai/ken based abilities. On top of this it would increase the bodies natural reactions entering a new state of mind to become an ultimate sword master. This new found speed, power, and reactions would help them to defeat the greatest of sword users, but it came with a price. This increases the users speed, power and reaction times by x3

Note: Once used, this jutsu take 2 turns to gather enough chakra to activate and gathering the chakra for this jutsu takes up 1 of the 3 jutsu per turn.

~Declined~ There is a very similar technique existing but it was solely made from water so I'll give you a change to work it out. First, it's OP the way it is now. You're basically invincible to all taijutsu/kenjutsu, work that out. Also, make it last for 1 turns and twice per match. Add some restrictions related to the jutsu you can use after water (can't use S-rank and above for X turns...).

Then the user compresses more of his chakra into his palms completely covering his palms with it( visible to naked eye) and then the user pushes his right hand forward sending a blast of chakra shaped in the form of a huge palm at the target(this blast of chakra is not visible to the naked eye).The palm has enough power to push back the opponent dealing him major damages like rupturing his internal organs.The attack has power to push back attacks aimed at the user.

The Yuki Clan took the meteor, and forged a sword out of the core of this heavenly rock. As the sword was formed, it gleamed heavily and continued to send out a soft blue light. The user of this sword gets a +15 damage point boost on every Ice Release jutsu used, as well as slowly freezing anything it comes in contact with. Of course not the wielder, considering it must be one of the Yuki Clan to wield this. The sword also comes with a most secret technique. It gives the user the ability to use send out a wave of ice from the tip of the sword. This wave can be used as a direct attack or shield). It also has the ability to let the user use any ice-release attack without any hand seals.
Note: The wave can only be used once (so the user has to choose for the offensive or defensive side)

~Declined~ OP. Work on all those abilities...this sword is almost stronger than the 7SM. Take out the part about it reducing all hand seals to zero for ice jutsu. Work on it, you stacked many abilities that could have been hard to approved if it was the only this sword possessed.

The users chakra aligned on the also stones serves as a source of the element he wants to use which allows him to freely manipulate each of the elements to form anything he wants if the jutsu requires a source to perform. If the user wants to use any particular element, he/she draws the chakra from the corresponding stone and using the chakra from the surrounding plus a little from within, performs the jutsu.

~Declined~ many things wrong here. Why is it forbidden? I see no restrictions and no reason why it should be classified as forbidden. Check out all the bold parts, they need to be fixed (how huge is that torrent? Similar to the jutsu used by Oro when fighting the 9 tails? Infections and air bubble? One of those effect if left very vague and the other is an instant kill the moment the bubble reach the heart; which is unacceptable in both cases. Lastly, make it as fast as a kunai (even there's it's a bit far-fetched IMO)).

Wind chakra: can inject air into the opponents body causing an air bubble in the heart, the bubble travels slowly and will kill the opponent in 3 turns.

Water chakra: thins the blood of the opponent causing them to become dizzy and disorientated, this issue lasts for 3 turns. During these 3 turns, the opponent will mess up every other handseal and have to correct himself. Meaning his handseals become doubled.

-When my attack gets blocked Exceed automaticly gets dropped to normal state(level 0 from any level)

Description: Shinobi who have signed the buzzard contract and are capable of summoning Storm Skyress get a special seal on their right shoulder. When this seal is released, a special armor is summoned onto the user. Its called "The Ingram Armor" and it was forged in the buzzard realm with a very special alloy that is capable of channeling and absorbing a special form of chakra only found in the Buzzard realm (Similar to nature chakra but its not found in the normal world). The armor is a bit different as it is more of an exo-skeleton, partially fusing with the users own body. The armor regulates the body causing chakra to channel more fluently aswell as muscles to work to their full capacity and at the same time pumping that special chakra to fuse with the user's own. This causes the user's ninjutsu to be enhanced in power and also causes him/her to become faster and more reactive. The user gets speed and reaction time beyond a normal shinobi. The user's speed rises to that of a taijutsu master. Of course, due to the new level of speed and regulating of his/her system; The user gets the reaction time to match.
Notes:
-Can only last 3 turns at the most
-After deactivation, the user can only use B-rank ninjutsu for 2 turns (that includes elements)
-Can be activated twice but it must be sent back to buzzard realm and take 6 turns to absorb the special chakra.
-Can't use genjutsu in this armour
-The user takes damage from muscle exhaustion after useage and needs a turn to recuporate.(The person loses strength and speed on a large scale. Couldn't even beat up a todler xd)
-No taijustu after deactivation until done recuporating
-If activated a second time. After deactivation, the user will colapse from exhaustion and lose the battle.

Slip Stream is only big enough to carry two people on her back, but her small size has no effect on her power. When Slip-Stream is in the air, she moves so fast that if you where standing there as she flew by, all u would see is a black blur pass u. Also just like almost every other buzzard, Slip-Stream is capable of using wind style techniques up to A-rank. What gave her the rank of guardian is her original technique called "Slip Stream Assault" where she cause her wings to become sharp as swords by using wind manipulation and uses her awesome speed to slash the opponent at breakneck, causing major damage which would have the equivalent power of S-rank.

Description: Just like most other contract signers who can summon items from those respective worlds, people who have signed the buzzard contract eventually learn to summon Air Trecks or A-Ts. The original contract signers created these to almost fly with the buzzards and where called "Gravity Children" by those who used them. Air Trecks can be considered modified skates with special abilities that allowed the users to do remarkable things. The naturally granted abilities of summoning the air trecks are being able to move fast without using a lot of energy and having more air time when jumping while also being able to wall ride on earth or riding across water by channeling chakra into the wheels. (Similar to walking up a tree or walkin on water but with air trecks) What really makes them special is that they can be equiped with "Regalias" which give the air trecks a special ability. The regalias known so far are the "Wind, Flame, Jade, Thorn, Fang, and Gem Regalias". Each of the regalias have a special abiltiy that can give the user an edge in battle although only one can be used per summoning.
Notes:
-Can be summoned 3x
-The skates last 5 turns each unless summoned back
-Can only be used by those with the Buzzard summoning contract
-Can only be taught by Taiketsu Yagami
-The speed of the user while wearing these is even faster than if he/she was running. (Example: I would move faster than a Sannin who is a taijutsu specialist)
-The user can have the skates by themselves without the regalia but if they have a regalia equiped, they must post the jutsu for that regalia which essentially count as two jutsu for that turn

Description: The most useful of all forms of regalia. The A-Ts are able to do this because of its build up. The wheels and soles are able to channel and compress air around them, allowing for a variety of wind based nintaijutsu such as "Infinity Atmosphere Pile Tornado". The next ability is that the user can release a seal on the back wheels unleashing the "The Wing Road" where the back wheels will construct into wings. This will allow the user to glide through the air and ground while also being able to jump as high as mid-range, making it seem as if the user was flying! It also makes "Infinity Atmosphere wind Road" nintaijutsu even more powerful.

The walls and roof are solid and infused with the users chakra, making them almost inescapable, also because the walls and roof are so close to the opponent that he cannot stretch his arm. After the opponent is trapped the user stretches his arms before him, palms out, and summons a huge amount of water that will form a layer of water on the ground that reaches 1 meter above the roof of the stone ‘locker’ in which the opponent is trapped, and thus changes the battlefield into a lake. When the water is summoned and the user stands on top of it he uses his focused chakra into the roof of the ‘locker’ to make it collapse, allowing the water that pressed upon it to crash onto the opponent, drowning him.

This is a self inflicting Genjutsu, just liek Izanagi. By activating this jutsu, the user places them self under the influence of their own Genjutsu. While under the influence of the jutsu, the user alters their own perception of time so that it appears that everything is moving in slow motion, whereas usually, you would alter an enemy's perception of time. Once your perception of time has been slowed down, you enter your own new "Time Zone" where you can walk around normally, while everything around you "seems" to be moving extremely slow.

My idea for this jutsu, is for one to control time in relation to yourself, and alter my own perception of time. By doing this, I would be able to enter a zone of time, where everything is either slowed down, or the latter, where time is sped up. One would go about doing this the same way Izanagi is used, by placing ones self under their own Genjutsu. Then, like Tsukuyomi, I alter my own perception of time, and enter my own distorted "Time Zone."

Description:Is a black and gold gauntlet that has a small chain linking it to a stinger-like blade on the wielder's middle finger. The gaunlet is comprised of Steel, making it incredibly strong and resilient. The "stinger" is about twice as long as the normal length of one's middle finger, slightly increasing the users striking distance. Inside the stinger, a compartment for poison is hidden. Upon striking, or even cutting an enemy, the poison is released into their blood stream. This poison takes effect on the surrounding muscle tissue, numbing the enemy in that area. The poison will slowly spread to the rest the enemies body, throughout the remainder of the fight (Around 6 turns to completely numb the body) The colors and pattern of the resemble those of a hornet, fitting for it's name. In this form, Suzumebachi is still capable of withstanding an opponent's sword attacks, by using the stinger and gaunlet portions.

~Because of the shape, and size of the Gaunlet, it makes it difficult to perform handseals, and thus the user is unable to use any Ninjutsu that require the use of handseals while wearing it.

Once your perception of time has been slowed down, you enter your own new "Time Zone" where you can walk around normally, while everything around you "seems" to be moving extremely slow.

My idea for this jutsu, is for one to control time in relation to yourself, and alter my own perception of time. By doing this, I would be able to enter a zone of time, where everything is either slowed down, or the latter, where time is sped up. One would go about doing this the same way Izanagi is used, by placing ones self under their own Genjutsu. Then, like Tsukuyomi, I alter my own perception of time, and enter my own distorted "Time Zone."

Description:Is a black and gold gauntlet that has a small chain linking it to a stinger-like blade on the wielder's middle finger. The gaunlet is comprised of Steel, making it incredibly strong and resilient. The "stinger" is about twice as long as the normal length of one's middle finger, slightly increasing the users striking distance. Inside the stinger, a compartment for poison is hidden. Upon striking, or even cutting an enemy, the poison is released into their blood stream. This poison takes effect on the surrounding muscle tissue, numbing the enemy in that area. The poison will slowly spread to the rest the enemies body, throughout the remainder of the fight (Around 6 turns to completely numb the body) The colors and pattern of the resemble those of a hornet, fitting for it's name. In this form, Suzumebachi is still capable of withstanding an opponent's sword attacks, by using the stinger and gaunlet portions.

~Because of the shape, and size of the Gaunlet, it makes it difficult to perform handseals, and thus the user is unable to use any Ninjutsu that require the use of handseals while wearing it.

Once a Magnet Zombie is destroyed the remaining metal from them isn't poofed away and can be used for other attacks.

-D Rank Summons have no turn limit but are very slow and weak can have up to 4 out at a time due to barely empowering them with movement. have a simple ability that can be used once per zombie.

The weapons can be taken out of the scroll and used for magnetism jutsus quickly by using some of the already flowing chakra being used to control Arnold himself. Arnold also has 50 bomb tags all located inside its head and should the need arise can be detonated with a single hand seal, using arnold's head and shoulders as sharpnel to damage the enemy (if in short range)
-If the weapons are used from his scroll Arnold loses a turn of use due to taking the magnetism chakra from him to quickly control the weapons.

Description: User claps his hands together and summons a 6th huge scroll that, like his other 5 scrolls contain one of his Magnet Zombie creations. This huge scroll contains Eustrass Kid's most monsterous Magnet Zombie to date, the Bullseye creation is as tall as Gamabunta and dressed in a huge black robe, on its forehead is a massive Bullseye hence the name.
After unrolling the scroll and summoning Bullseye underneath the user (user is standing on the scroll when performing the summon and his head after the summon) the user opens a compartment in Bullseye's head then steps into it then closing it effectivly keeping himself inside bullseye's heavily armored head and begins focusing his chakra into the head and body and after 30 seconds a huge wave of chakra is released from bullseye who extends his arms straight out to each side (making the aftermath seem like a large scale shinra tensei), destroying everything around him leaving a deep crater around him. This, being Kid's largest zombie is very heavily armored and made of very rare chakra metal that allows kid to infuse with his chakra and thus use this powerful blast from the inside of Bullseye without taking damage. After the blast wave Bullseye remains on the field but user is too drained to use him again for the rest of the battle.
-Only Magnetism bios can use.
-Cant use any other jutsu after Bullseye is used that turn.
-Blast leaves a huge crater up to mid range the size of konoha after pain destroys it, long range ground isn't destroyed but anyone above ground during the blast would be hit with enough force to stun for 2 turns.
-After using this the user can't use magnetism jutsu for 4 turns, can't use ninjutsu above c rank for 2 turns and can't summon any magnet zombies for the rest of the battle.
-Only Professor Sarutobi can use.

~Declined~ No Shinra Tensei rip-off, change that part and explain how magnetism could create a blast. Why is this even forbidden? There's no physical drawbacks whatsoever.

Description: The user begins by concentrating on a command that they want the target to perform. They then hold out their hands in the gesture that is used for Mind Body Switch Technique. Using a similar method to the Mind Body Switch Technique, the user releases this command through their hands, however, the user only projects this lone thought, thus their consciousness stays in their own body. The thought then travels in a similar manner to Mind Body Switch Technique, in that it travels in a straight line and is released from the hands. When the thought enters the body of the opponent, it overpowers their control on their nervous system and forces their body to carry out the command issued in the thought. Because the thought is simply overpowering their control on their nervous system, the user is able to witness/be aware of what is taking place.
Note: The effects of this justu last a maximum of ten seconds. Thus, should the command not be carried it out within ten seconds, the technique ends anyways.
Note: Once the command is complete, control of the target's body is instantly returned to themselves.

Because of this, the target's strategy/move is interrupted as they are unable to fully comprehend the thoughts that are rapidly fleeting into their mind.
Note: Because of the large amount of focus this takes, the user is unable to perform other actions while doing this.
Note: Because of the general uncertainty/confusion this technique causes, the target is unable to decide on a tactic.

The air isn't moving in a vortex/spinning pattern. It is all just being pulled directly at the target. Because of this, the amount of pressure being put on the target prevents them from moving as well as doing a severe amount of damage to their skeleton and organs. Because of the fact that the air around the target is moving towards them, anything that is in the air will also be pulled towards a target. This includes people standing near the target, which could also include the user. Any others (once again, including the user) caught up in this will be put under the same effects as the target once they reach the center.
Note: The air effected by this jutsu will span a five meter radius from the target.
Note: Can only be used once per match.
Note: Once this technique has been used, the user is unable to perform B-Rank or above wind techniques for the rest of the match due to chakra exhaustion.
Note: Due to the amount of chakra this jutsu uses, only one other jutsu can be used on the turn this is used.
Note: Due to exhaustion, the user's speed and reflexes will be slowed for the turn this is used and the following turn.

Description: Upon making the tiger handseal the users water chakra is seeped into the air. After one complete turn water materializes around the user to form a prism of water that completely surrounds them engulfing the entire area around them(50m x25m x50m). The dome can act like a prison that captures user and nearby targets. Prism also functions as a water source for jutsu. All within must escape with two turns of activation, or will drown unless they can breath underwater. Undetectable (when "charging up") unless chakra sensory or chakra reading doujutsu is used.
Note: Usable twice per battle
User can only use one other jutsu same turn this jutsu is used.
No ninjutsu for one turn after second use.
