Note; Can only be used 2 times in a battle. Doujutsu can see through this, but gets the user of the doujutsu blind slowly if seen too much of it(Effect of ultraviolet light rays), The opponent have to stay in the doujutsu state to see properly.

Description; A Taijutsu style Minato uses with combination of his time/space, using stunning attacks in combination with great speed stopping opponent from countering.
Note; Takes 1 usage of FTG per usage of this technique, all seal are applied on the target without him knowing while linking combo's. Only Minato Namikaze can perform this technique.
Attacks;
Instant Thunder Blade; The user dashes towards the opponent and disappears at the very last moment of contact appears behind and slashes the opponent.
Flash Assault; The user flares the opponent reflecting light from his kunai and quickly kicks his chest knocking him in the air passing a seal and appears behind the opponent as it hits.
Light Beam Kick; The user suddenly appears in front of the opponent by a already passed seal and flip kicks him followed by a reverse flip kicks, then slides down the opponent kicking him from the back.
Light Particle Kick; A technique so fast it breaks the highest lvl. guards cause the opponent does not receive enough reaction time. The user kicks the opponent with a hidden kunai and appears behind him with a massive barrage of stunning kicks greatly damaging the opponents face neck and chest.
Rising Thunder Flash; The user jumps and kicks the opponent in the air followed by a aerial flip kick with both legs from beside and appears behind slashing through.
Falling Thunder Blade;After using Rising Thunder Flash(without finishing blow), the user appears above the target and stabs him drilling down till reach the ground.
Instant Bullet; After a aerial flip kick the user flips behind the opponent starting a mid-air dash slashing the opponent.
Shooting star flash; After a combo of kicks the user appears above the opponent at 60 degrees angle and dives drilling down.
Instant Triple Blades; After a barrage of kicks knocking the opponent high, the user flicks above the opponent giving a flip kick pushing him down and appears below followed with 2 slashes and 1 stab killing the opponent.
Instant Light; The user flicks randomly around the opponent continuesly attacking him from all sides and confusing him.

*User is unable to use fuiinjutsu for 2 turns afterwards.*
*Since the users heart rate is slowed down, they can only use 2 jutsu per turn for a turn.

(Kuchiyose: elemento ryuujin)- Summoning: element dragon god

Description: The user summons an elemental dragon into the battle field. the dragon is able to jutsus based on its element and they could fly. the dragon is the same size as gama (except for yin yang. they are half the size and metal dragon)
there are dragons for every element. this like a normal summonin jutsu, the user must bite his tumb and do the hands to summon the dragon and the dragon could some user.
to summon dragon, the user must a sperate contract wit each element dragon. only the god of dragon contract allows the user to summon all the elemental dragons.

god of dragons- the strongest of all dragons. he able to control all the elemental dragons. he has only fire element. the fire from the god dragon is strong enough to turn rock into lava.

off of the users back that was handed down to him from generations of sound ninja after taking off these swords he focuses chakra into them and strikes one into the ground if one is striked in the ground it sends a medium sized tendril towards the opponent from the ground and comes out underneath the opponent hitting the opponent for 60 damage if both swords r put into the ground two tendrils are sent but the second tendril is decreased in power so it deals 80 damage.
Note: This jutsu can only be used three times.

Description: The user focuses his chakra to summon a special toad that was made to use his voice the toad was taught to use nothing but his horns and sounds. This toad can do three things called "acts" The acts are:
First act: The toad uses his fast legs and horns to tackle the opponent head on.
Second act: Sending off a loud croak pulsing into the opponent and making a ringing sound into the opponents ears
Third act: Sending loud vibrations through the whole terrian sending ringing into everybodies ears except the user and himself.
Note:The toad is the size of the user
Note: Must master the sound style before using this summoning and must have toad summonings.

A truly devastating move, there are four stages to it.
As a one second chant is said two vises of chakra form around the opponent's wrists and hold the hands out in a crucifix position
Next, as the second chant is said, a chakra vise grabs the opponent's neck and head and tilts it upward so the opponent is facing the sky.
As the third chant is said, two chakra vises grab the opponent's legs. preventing them from moving.
As the final chant is said, all the vises project chakra spikes, and then constrict with devastating force.
The vises cannot be broken out easily, though a sufficiently focused beam of a high rank ( and not a wide area explosion ) will be able to break them.
* Can only be used once per battle.
* Does 35 damage to the user
* No Wood/Ice Release , Doujutsus or Strong Fist Taijutsu till the end of the match.

The user manipulates their chakra into countless ball-bearing sized spheres. These spheres can be controlled by the user by doing hand movements ( much like a conductor in a orchestra ), and when grouped together, form a spinning mass of chakra.
Another way to use this technique, is to allow the spheres to merge with nearby objects, filling them with the user's chakra, allowing the user to manipulate them with the same hand movements. Of course, the user cannot manipulate the opponent / opponent's jutsus.
* User can only use two techniques per turn as long as the user chooses to keep this technique active.
* Costs 25 chakra to the user per turn
* No Wood/Ice Release , Doujutsus or Strong Fist Taijutsu till the end of the match.

its too much like gravity jutsu
I really dont think its like gravity techniques. They blow the opponent back or toward. This is either a grouped mass of chakra or allows the user to manipulate inanimate objects by filling them with the user's chakra - something ninjas anyway often do.

2: Could you please bother to read the rules about custom submissions thoroughly. Because then you would know you can only post 5 submissions each week; you posted 11.

Description: The user will imbue their hands with a massive amount of ice chakra. For five turns, the user's hands will gain a blue glow and certain ice-related powers. For one, anything the user touches begins to turn into ice. E.g. If the user touches a tree, the entire tree is encased in ice, still in the form of a tree though. The user can also touch the ground to make an area of 10 yards in every direction turn into ice, though an ice-user able to use this jutsu is also an ice-user that is able to stand on the ice easily without slipping. If the user touches a lake or river, the entire body of water will become frozen, despite its size. This jutsu also affects people that the user touches, if using a taijutsu move that involves using your hands, or simply by touching the opponent, they will be completely frozen.
Note: The jutsu itself lasts five turns and can be used freely throughout battle, although the user must wait 4 turns between using it. If the user does use it before those 4 turns are done, both hands are completely fozen in ice, stopping them from using a jutsu to free themselves, that spreads along the users arm and body, encasing them in ice in a single turn.
Note: The user can freely release this jutsu along the ground in a form similar as Chidori Nagashi, by placing their hands on the ground, and releasing it from all angles around them, freezing the ground around them for 30 yards instead of 10. This can only be done if the jutsu has been active for less than three turns (and including the third turn). If active for more, the jutsu will not have maintained enough chakra to successfully do this. When this ability is used, the jutsu is released and the user can't use it again for 4 turns as stated above.
Note: This jutsu freezes nearly anything that the user touches, meaning that if the user has a weapon or even attempts to throw a kunai, it is encased in ice, making it unbearably heavy. This does not apply to the user if they are of Sannin rank or above.

Description: The user will create a hydra of ice. The hydra can be created in one of two ways, it can be created in whole, meaning that it's a body, tail, and three heads (that it starts off with) and will be as large as about three tall trees stacked on top of each other. The second way, is that the heads can emit from a source of ice (like a frozen lake). The hydra, like all hydra's, will grow two heads for every one that is sliced off (if it is made from a source of ice, then more heads will emit from the source). The hydra starts off with 3 heads, and can have a maximum of 10. When the maximum is reached, and if a head still comes off, that head will come back but no additional one. The hydra has extremely sharp teeth that can rip through something as thick as a tree, and can shoot out a freezing blast of ice that's equal to its rank.
Note: The user must wait 3 turns between use of this and can only use it 4 times per battle. But there is no limit to how long this lasts.
Note: If the user makes the hydra emit from a source of ice, it can become a full hydra at any time. It can also sink into a source of ice if it is a complete hydra. When it is in a source of ice, only the heads show, and they can sink in and come back up at any time.
Note: The hydra can disperse itself or any of it's heads at any time. If a head is dispersed, the opponent is attacked with ice senbon. If the entire hydra is dispersed, senbon will rain on most of the battlefield, excluding where the user stands.

The user focuses their chakra into forming eight swords made of chakra that materialise around the opponent. The swords have a white hilt, and a black blade, with the kanji for "River" engraved on the blade.
The swords circle the opponent, until the user commands them ( by thinking ) to do otherwise. Since these swords are made of the user's own chakra, the user can make these swords move around as they wish.
The movement of these swords is thrice as fast as the speed of a normal, thrown shuriken.
Note: Any technique that is used to affect weapons may be used on these swords

Humans, from their evolution from cave-dwelling people, are conditioned to fearing certain bodily expressions or movements ( for example, shifting your weight slightly to attack a person , or a look of absolute anger on the face ). This technique takes advantage of the fact, since the user performs those expressions/movements, placing the opponent in a state of absolute, paralysing fear.
Note: This technique paralyses a very low level opponent for up to twenty seconds, a slightly lower level opponent for up to ten seconds, an equally leveled opponent for five seconds, and a higher leveled opponent for two seconds.
Note: If the opponent sees the user attack them when they are paralysed, there is a good chance they will break out of the fear and fight back ( if they are the same level or above )
Note: This technique reduces in its effectiveness with use, since the opponent will grow accustomed to the stimuli. After the second use, the time the opponent is paralysed is cut in half, and then further in half with the next use, and so on.

The user releases a burst of chakra in the shape of a demon, that is ( at most ) equal to a C rank technique. However, the real purpose of the technique, is a genjutsu that accompanies it, unnoticed by the opponent, since they think the demon is the actual technique.
The genjutsu plays with the opponent's mind, causing an irrational anger at the user. The anger the opponent feels for the user slowly rises with every turn.
The opponent's blood pressure slowly rises due to the anger, adversely affecting them. Another side effect is that the opponent will be willing to do whatever it takes, even at the cost of getting hit, to kill the user. After two turns, the opponent's blood pressure rises so much that they will rupture their blood vessels, causing internal bleeding. By the fourth turn, the opponent will be dangerously close to death
Note: Since the opponent will realise the true purpose of the technique if they manage to break it once, the second use onwards will not be effective at all to deceive the opponent.
Note: This technique costs 15 chakra per turn to maintain the illusion placed on the opponent.
Note: An unfortunate side effect of this technique is that the opponent, due to their anger, will gain +10 power to Taijutsu, and +15 to Ninjutsu, however, their anger will reduce their Genjutsu casting capabilities, or Medical jutsu capabilities due to the fact that those technques require precise control.
Note: If the opponent is already in a rage for some reason, then the time taken by this technique reduces by one turn.
Note: If the user dodges the opponent's attacks and taunts them, the opponent will damage their own heart due to their explosive anger. On the other hand, if the opponent manages to connect with a technique, the blood vessels under pressure will be able to stand the anger better, and the opponent will take 10 damage less.

Discription: By focusing your chakra into an enemy hand sighn you can disrupt their chakra and cancel their jutsu. Much like the anti summoning but with hand sighns. Like in ninja school they said if you dont get the chakra just right it will not work and may even hurt you by doing this your chakra strings become more active for a turn making you a little faster and stronger for just one turn.

NOTE: only usable 2 times a fight.
NOTE: must know sage mode
NOTE: dont need to be in sage mode
NOTE: After use cant use again for a nother 2 turns.
NOTE: cant be used till at least turn 2
