No, These aren't Actual summons. they are "Magical Bullets" that are fired froma gun style jutsu i have most are gone after the turn i use them depending on what the Bullet does.
Summons usually stay on the field most of the match while these just do thier inteded job.

The idea of this jutsus came from a manga called Kurohime. and its ITS EXTREMLY GOOD manga

-I do not know this manga and these don't seem realistic to me, like "shooting bullet that spawns dragon-

(Hyouten: Furosuto Haji) Ice Style: Frost Grip

Description: The user will imbue their hands with a massive amount of ice chakra. For five turns, the user's hands will gain a blue glow and certain ice-related powers. For one, anything the user touches begins to turn into ice. E.g. If the user touches a tree, the entire tree is encased in ice, still in the form of a tree though. The user can also touch the ground to make an area of 10 yards in every direction turn into ice, though an ice-user able to use this jutsu is also an ice-user that is able to stand on the ice easily without slipping. If the user touches a lake or river, the entire body of water will become frozen, despite its size. This jutsu also affects people that the user touches, if using a taijutsu move that involves using your hands, or simply by touching the opponent, they will be completely frozen.
Note: The jutsu itself lasts five turns, although the user must wait 3 turns between using it. If the user does use it before those 3 turns are done, both hands are completely fozen in ice, stopping them from using a jutsu to free themselves, that spreads along the users arm and body, encasing them in ice in a single turn.
Note: The user can freely release this jutsu along the ground in a form similar as Chidori Nagashi, by placing their hands on the ground, and releasing it from all angles around them, freezing the ground around them for 30 yards instead of 10. This can only be done if the jutsu has been active for less than three turns (and including the third turn). If active for more, the jutsu will not have maintained enough chakra to successfully do this. When this ability is used, the jutsu is released and the user can't use it again for 4 turns as stated above.
Note: This jutsu freezes nearly anything that the user touches, meaning that if the user has a weapon or even attempts to throw a kunai, it is encased in ice, making it unbearably heavy. This does not apply to the user if they are of Kage rank or above.
Note: This jutsu can only be used 4 times per battle.

Description: The user will create a hydra of ice. The hydra can be created in one of two ways, it can be created in whole, meaning that it's a body, tail, and three heads (that it starts off with) and will be as large as about five tall trees stacked on top of each other. The second way, is that the heads can emit from a source of ice (like a frozen lake). The hydra, like all hydra's, will grow two heads for every one that is sliced off (if it is made from a source of ice, then more heads will emit from the source). The hydra starts off with 3 heads, and can have a maximum of 10. When the maximum is reached, and if a head still comes off, that head will come back but no additional one. The hydra has extremely sharp teeth that can rip through something as thick as a tree, and can shoot out a freezing blast of ice that's equal to its rank.
Note: The user must wait 3 turns between use of this and can only use it 4 times per battle.
Note: The hydra can stay for 5 turns.
Note: After those five turns, the hydra will lose the ability to regrow heads, and two heads will be dispersed per turn.
Note: The hydra is only rideable by an experienced ice user (Kage), and anyone else who rides it, including allies, will be frozen where they stand.
Note: If the user makes the hydra emit from a source of ice, it can become a full hydra at any time. It can also sink into a source of ice if it is a complete hydra. When it is in a source of ice, only the heads show, and they can sink in and come back up at any time.
Note: The hydra can disperse itself or any of it's heads at any time. If a head is dispersed, the opponent is attacked with ice senbon. If the entire hydra is dispersed, senbon will rain on most of the battlefield, excluding where the user stands.

The salamander has the ability to divide itself into multiple small salamanders. Everything this salamander touches is turned to water. Can only be used once per battle, lasts 5 turns and the user can only use rain jutsus while this jutsu is active. 20 damage to user and +10 chakra per turn.

(Taijutsu: Kinkou Of The Aisu Shokou) Balance Of The Ice Princes

Description: The user releases a massive amount of chakra and putting it in their feet and ground, causing a massive mount of balance, grace and speed, causing the kind of grace you'd have on ice, run at speed. The user will run and balance over to the target and switch the massive chakra into their hands and frontflip over the target and twisting around, pushing out the massive chakra out of their hands into the opponents back and back of neck, causing difficulty to move backwards, or anything by back, and also slowing breathing causing a bit of problems, like slowing down and needing to relax after just a few things. This move will make most taijutsu attacks that are aimed at the user will be difficult to strike with.

The user uses their Wind Element Chakra to make four tornadoes out of slicing wind surround the opponent. If the user wants or if the tornadoes are dispelled by the opponent, four dragons made of wind will rise from the wind near the opponent, qwhich do blunt-force damage, breaking bones. The tornadoes remain on the battlefield as long as the user maintains their chakra input.
Note: The user can use this technique only twice per battle
Note: If the user creates the dragons before the wind is dispelled, it costs 20 chakra, but if the dragons are created after the wind technique is dispelled, it costs 30 chakra.

Note: This is not a Battle Jutsu
Description: This is almost the same process as the one required to create Chakra Metal ( Used on chackra conductive weapons). Instead of molding the metal with chakra, the blacksmith sucks any chackra from it. This metal doesn't conduct chackra at all, and doesn't let it get through it.
It's purpose its to block chackra attacks, such as genjutsus, and to hide the chakra presence of the person/object inside it. The metal can be reduced to powder without loosing it's effect.
*it can block chakra but not the consequences of it, for example, it can stop a Genjutsu from controlling our mind, but it can't stop a fireball from burning*

-No blacksmith can do this. Visit Nexus and tell him to drain everything from this sword and then resubmit-
This is not a sword. And what I'm requesting is just that, drain everything from metal. I need this to start making puppets and armours with this material. I'm an inventor

All Echidnas will have these abilities- Like all the Echidnas in the family they are able to dig underground with there nose and move swiftly underground and shoot multiple spines at the enemy or while undergrouind can shoot them out of the ground,they all have very sharp claws as well.All Echidnas will be able to mix there element with these abilities

His attitude is very agressive and he doesnt care what the danger is as long as the job gets done.When it comes to letting someone sit on his head he doesnt care but hell give them a test and thats if anyone gets to knock him down then he has absolute respect for the individual.

Wars element is lightining.He can make his scythe or the spines that attached to him electrocute anything that touches him.He can use lightning jutsu up to S-rank.

By drawing hydrogen particles near then, burning them in the presence of oxygen in the air creates a flame releasing ultraviolet rays instead of ordinary, creating a partially invisible flame.
Note; Can only be used 2 times in a battle. Doujutsu can see through this, but gets the user of the doujutsu blind slowly if seen too much of it(Effect of ultraviolet light rays), The opponent have to stay in the doujutsu state to see properly.

Note; Takes 1 usage of FTG per usage of this technique, all seal are applied on the target without him knowing while linking combo's. Only Minato Namikaze can perform this technique.
Attacks;
Instant Thunder Blade; The user dashes towards the opponent and disappears at the very last moment of contact appears behind and slashes the opponent.
Flash Assault; The user flares the opponent reflecting light from his kunai and quickly kicks his chest knocking him in the air passing a seal and appears behind the opponent as it hits.
Light Beam Kick; The user suddenly appears in front of the opponent by a already passed seal and flip kicks him followed by a reverse flip kicks, then slides down the opponent kicking him from the back.
Light Particle Kick; A technique so fast it breaks the highest lvl. guards cause the opponent does not receive enough reaction time. The user kicks the opponent with a hidden kunai and appears behind him with a massive barrage of stunning kicks greatly damaging the opponents face neck and chest.
Rising Thunder Flash; The user jumps and kicks the opponent in the air followed by a aerial flip kick with both legs from beside and appears behind slashing through.
Falling Thunder Blade;After using Rising Thunder Flash(without finishing blow), the user appears above the target and stabs him drilling down till reach the ground.
Instant Bullet; After a aerial flip kick the user flips behind the opponent starting a mid-air dash slashing the opponent.
Shooting star flash; After a combo of kicks the user appears above the opponent at 60 degrees angle and dives drilling down.
Instant Triple Blades; After a barrage of kicks knocking the opponent high, the user flicks above the opponent giving a flip kick pushing him down and appears below followed with 2 slashes and 1 stab killing the opponent.
Instant Light; The user flicks randomly around the opponent continuesly attacking him from all sides and confusing him.

Description: The user charges their bodies with a lot of lightning chakra and then they release chakra from their feet to boost their speed in the attack and they then send the lightning chakra into the arms and strike the opponents upper body dealing 18 fast strikes and discharging the built up lightning chakra through their fist into the opponents nerves which will cause the opponent to become paralysed from the electric currents and the final strike is a fist punched into the chest and pushes in and the user twists their wrist and then releases the lightning chakra into the heart which then seizes the circulating chakra for a moment making the opponent unable to perform hand seals or concentrate their chakra for one turn. (When contact occurs this causes damage to the user by burning their lower arms from the electricity and the user cant perform any elemental attacks or taijutsu requiring the use of their arms for one turn).
