Description: The user gathers his lightning chakra onto one of his feet. He starts channeling the chakra throughout the place the foot is stepping on. This can be either solid ground, a tree (by channeling through the trunk of the tree and the ground) or anything solid. The chakra is shaped as a lightning cable which is as thick as five inches. This can travel throughout the ground and pierce through little soil. The tip of the cable is sharp and the cable itself is made of pure lightning. The cable is still connected to the foot. A disadvantage is if the user moves that foot, the cable will disperse. The cable can appear anywhere, as long as it travels hidden. It travels really fast and it is very silent, even an Inuzuka would be unable to hear it. If the user chooses to, he can make the cable appear anywhere. It appears like a spear from the ground. It comes out really fast and makes a little chirping sound like the chidori. Since the tip is really sharp, it can stab almost anything. When it collides with other jutsus, it will create a massive explosion.

Description: The user inhales deeply before exhaling a fine stream, burst or wave of quicklime dust. This fine dust reacts violently with water rising in temperature to 150°C (302°F) and begins to solidify into a very hard and dense rock-like cement. Unlike the variant which uses a large mass of quicklime this technique uses a small amount that can disperse through the air sticking to an opponent's skin as well as the mucus membranes in their eyes, nose, and throat due to breathing it in. Because of the vigorous reaction of quicklime with water, quicklime causes severe irritation when inhaled or placed in contact with moist skin or eyes. Inhalation will cause coughing, sneezing, and labored breathing along with chest pain and a burning sensation throughout the affected area. It will then become mild to severe burns with perforation of the nasal septum, abdominal pain, nausea and loss of rationality and the inability to think and react properly. Although the quicklime itself will not cause a fire, it can ignite combustible materials such as paper, explosive tags, wood release techniques as well as plant based matter.
If used in combination with a fire technique the quicklime dust will produce a bright and blinding light/flash that can be used to blind the opponent momentarily or set in motion a genjutsu. This is due to the limelight effect wherein when quicklime is heated it produces a bright light. The user is able to alter the amount of dust created from a small amount roughly enough to fill short range up to a massive amount enough to fill the entire battlefield but to do so will need to use varying amounts of chakra. A lot like the Hidden Mist Jutsu the dust cannot be pierced through by sharingan users.

Thoughts?
This sounds quite useful, and I feel like it could be approved, but it sounds almost un-counterable. I mean, your opponent can't see or hear it at all, so they could only react once it breaks the surface. And even then, by countering they activate an explosion. I have seen a lot of CJ declined because they have no weaknesses, so I would either take out the silent part, or nerf it in some other way. Great idea though.

This is pretty great. I mean, not only would it do as you described above, but countering with water would result in even more trouble than before. The only thing I would be weary of is someone using wind to blow the dust back at you. Other than that, awesome idea.

Afterwards the opponent's hand that was holding the blade will be severely burnt and the whole arm will be completely limp. The electrical current will last up to five seconds and then the user will let go and the opponent will be dazed and weak.

Does this sound right? Should I adjust it to also work against punches and kicks?

How does the user grab the sword without losing their hand? Seems a bit far-fetched. I think you should make it so that you channel an elemental chakra through a limb so that it is capable of stopping a bladed weapon from cutting the area that is coated with chakra, instead of what you've created. Just my opinion though.

Description: Elucidator is a sword colored jet black and silver. The sword was forged using an incredibly powerful steel which has always throughout history been incredibly rare. This steel has been found to be indestructible. The Elucidator has three spikes right above it's handle, one of them alone on a side of the blade and the other two together on the other. The Elucidator has been noted to be quite heavy, which has lead some of it's previous wielders to give up on using it. If the wielder is strong enough though, it is very possible to swing this sword around using a single arm.

Abilities of Elucidator:
By channeling the user's doton chakra into Elucidator, a single object can be turned to stone by making contact with the sword. Entire swords and armor can be turned to stone instantly and if the user desires, have them crumble. This ability has been found to have a far less drastic effect on human skin. If Elucidator after being charged with doton chakra makes contact with human skin, the maximum effected area is 4 centimeters by 4 centimeters by 4 centimeters in a perfect cube shape. Only places which have made contact with the sword can be effected by this, which means if the sword touched the opponent's right forearm, then their left knee cannot be effected. This ability can make solid objects of lower rank turn to stone and/or crumble as well.

◊This ability can only be used twice per battle
◊Note that this can be used as a normal sword if no chakra is being channeled into it
◊Elucidator will backfire on any users of the sword who aren't Leathercandle or people who have been allowed to use it by Leathercandle when foreign chakra is channeled into it, causing the user's entire body to turn to stone

I had an idea pop into my head about making this as a CJ, though I'm not sure if it would be overpowered, since it's basically a one-hit kill technique. Suggestions, if any?

Make it a hyuuga clan jutsu then it MIGHT be aprovable.Or get someone who has med nin training to submit it.

Description:
The user will form the Ox>Bird>Rabbit hand seals and focus their suiton chakra to create a body of water short range from them. This water is 5m tall, wide and long and will be shaped to resemble the head of a goat with curved horns. The user will imbue a huge amount of chakra into this water and give it a few certain special properties in doing so, though they also damage themselves slightly in the process. This body of water once formed will immediately rush at the opponent at high speed in an attempt to slam into them with great force(S rank in strength). The water will relentlessly hunt down the opponent in an attempt to complete its purpose, if it misses it will turn itself in a wide arc and attempt another straight charge, all without the need for the users direction. Thus the user has no control over the technique once unleashed.

The water will use its high speed to smash through any obstacles or techniques that may be in its way(following elemental adv/disadv) and due to its speed it can clear small gaps in the ground without losing height(Up to 5m). The technique is constantly taking in moisture from the air around it to sustain its volume and speed as it moves, and by virtue of this trait if the technique were to be destroyed or dispersed in some way its final special aspect will come into play. Even when this technique is dispersed, due to its nature of constantly absorbing moisture from the surrounding air it is able to reform itself at the users side and begin its charge once again. It cannot however do this if there is little or no moisture in the air and it would fail to reform.

Note:

~The attack itself is S rank in strength
~Can only use techniques up to S rank while this is in play
~The user is unable to form hand seals for two turns after this technique due to the strain and takes 10 damage points

I was going for it charges and if it misses it turns in an arc and charges straight again, ill edit it so its clearer.

Description:
The user will focus their chakra and form the Boar>Dog handseals and create a (basketball sized) orb of water that floats in the air next to them, about 1m away. The main purpose of this technique focuses upon the creators next use of a projectile technique or a technique that originates from them and moves towards the opponent. For when this occurs the orb of water will release a simple blast of water that is B ranked, this blast of water will combine with and accompany the technique that the creator used if it is compatible. It will continue to do this for each compatible technique that the user employs automatically, until it is destroyed or dispersed. Due to the nature clash this does not work on fire techniques. This technique will take a small constant toll on the users chakra to replenish itself with water as it is being used.

Note:
~Lasts 3 turns before dispersing
~Can only be used 2 times
~Cannot use water techniques above S rank while this is active

A variation of this technique creates a candle stand with up to three candles and three of the same selected element which can target up to three different targets.

Description:
The user first focuses wind chakra in a desired part of their body. Next the user strikes the opponent in some way. Very quickly after the initial impact from the taijutsu/ freeform, the opponent will feel another hit. This "Second Impact" is from the user releasing the wind built up in the part of their body which they just used to attack. The wind will hit in the same place where the "First Impact" (the taijutsu or freeform) happened, and feels the same pain as they did from the "First Impact", though it's power may vary depending on the "First Impact's" rank. This technique can send the opponent anywhere from short to long range, and can crack bones as well. The wind is very hard to notice due to the fact that it is built up in the users body and not around it. This can also be used in a defensive way when blocking or redirecting punches, kicks, etc. The user releases their built up wind chakra right after they make impact with the opponent, damaging the enemy and depending on what the user wants, from anywhere short to long range.

It is important to note that once the technique is executed it cannot have its predetermined path changed. The technique is also different in appearance compared to the chakra saber in that it appears black with a red aura.

Declined: too vague (don't use terms like incredible speed. This is too subjective). Enough power to burst an adversary? what if he uses enhancements? what if he is from the Kaguya Clan? If this is a custom weapon (which it appears to be), how can you only use it twice per battle? Maybe i'm missing something but this is too vague. Also, your first note is Iaido? What?

The user focuses their katon chakra in their stomach, then brings it to their mouth. They expel a fireball roughly the size of a baseball towards the opponent. Once this fireball makes contact with the opponent or their summon or clone, it sticks onto them and grows outwards in five "arms" or extensions. These extensions are inside of the body of the opponent, and go down each arm, leg, and their head, all connecting to the original fireball. The fire is so hot that it can disintegrate even the bones in the opponent's body along with their flesh and insides in general.

-Can only be taught by leathercandle
-Can only be used thrice per battle
-Kaguya's bones cannot be melted/disintegrated by the fire because of their strength

Background: Wan was always aware of techniques like chakra arms and things of that nature, especially having witnessed such techniques from the jinchuriki leader of his village. Wan was jealous of the utility these techniques offered and sought to find a simple way to recreate that himself. Also being aware of Konan's paper ninjutsu, Jiraiya's hair ninjutsu and already existing cloth ninjutsu, Wan decided to approach it by using a similar method. Wan found that he could use his chakra to manipulate his scarf as if it were a part of him. He could manipulate it easily since it was such a familiar object and he trained hard to create techniques in order to utilize this ability in battle.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: This fighting style involves using a scarf as an extension of the body like extra limbs. The style gives the user a new way to perform ninjutsu and techniques similar to elemental taijutsu. Users of this style are able to channel any of the five basic chakra natures through their scarf in order to perform the techniques. Infusing it with suiton or doton temporarily turns it into that element. Infusing it with raiton, fuuton or katon surrounds the scarf with the element just like they would with shuriken. They are also able to multiply the ends so there are more than two and to make their scarves grow and lengthen similar to Jiraiya's hair. Infusing them with chakra drastically increases their durability. Users can manipulate them to be used like limbs or make snake-like strikes or grasp things like a constrictor. Users can also use freeform with normal chakra to do to things like throw kunai with their scarves.

Additional effects and Restrictions:

If a user performs consecutive scarf jutsu using the same element they get +20 damage on the second jutsu. This does not affect jutsu that are continuously active except for during their initial activation.

Users do +20 damage when performing a scarf technique using their primary element specialty.

Users do -20 damage when infusing their scarf with an element other than their primary and secondary specialties.

Users can only use this style with elements that they have mastered.

To learn this style users must be at least sannin rank and have completed an element.

Description: The user performs two hand seals and places the opponent into a very complex and elaborate genjutsu. Unlike most genjusu that exploit a single series of events changing something minor, augmenting what a person sees, hears, feels or smells or a single source of pain this genjutsu does more. It bombards the opponent's senses with several different feelings. Pain, pleasure, ecstasy, euphoria, torture, hunger, fatigue all felt at once in unison overloading the sense of touch making it so the user cannot distinguish what his body is doing forming hand seals becomes near impossible as does movement. The opponent feels bones breaking, skin being flayed, hair being pulled, blunt force trauma etc all at once while also feeling things such as feelings of euphoria flooding the body. Not only does the genjutsu bombard the sense of touch with several feelings at once it overloads the sense of hearing, sight, taste, and smell. The opponent hears several sources of noise whispers, echos, sirens, the sounds jutsu make when produced such as the crackling of lightning or the whooshing of wind the flowing of water and even the burning of fire. Sight becomes hard to control as the opponent sees flashes, colors, visions of friends and enemies, and alternates scenarios that all play out in unison making it nearly impossible to focus or gain a baring on what they can actually see. Finally the sense of smell is bombarded with several smells such as chili pepper, flowers, and various other things that overload the ability to smell.

Description: The user sends a pulse of doton chakra into the ground which pools under the opponent until the user either stomps his foot or taps his foot lightly against the ground. When the user stomps or taps his foot against the ground a circular piece of ground with a one meter diameter spins below the opponent in either a clockwise or counter-clockwise motion at a rapid pace. If preformed at the timed perfectly this can leave the opponent wide open to be attacked from the front because as the ground turns the opponent is forced to turn with it if his feet are placed upon the ground.

Description: The user forcefully reabsorbs all of the chakra (Sono Niiro Ontou Te) The Red Right Hand and The Devil's Left has absorbed at least one turn before it's natural deactivation absorbing all of the remaining chakra and having it forcefully inject itself back into their chakra pathway system giving them back all of the chakra that wasn't used.
The guards themselves absorb the chakra directly from the user's chakra reserves meaning it can be given back in times of need to allow the user to continue fighting. Since the user is cutting the CW off early and regaining most of the lost chakra the user does not suffer from the drawbacks mentioned in the custom weapon. However their chakra pathways take internal damage from the now considered foreign chakra being forcefully pushed back into the user's chakra system in seconds. This damage takes time to be repaired and due to it the user must mould extra chakra to use additional jutsu.
Notes:
Can only be used once per battle
User must mould an additional 15 chakra for each jutsu he uses after this technique
Damage takes four turns to heal after the fourth turn the user no longer has to mould additional chakra
