What Howard said and also why would your opponent be immobilized? People always try to gain stupid benefits from genjutsus. ~.~" That clan restriction should be gone too. Also add proper restrictions. A-rank jutsus require usage limits and how long it last? Explain where the bee's coming from, how fast they reach the opponent and how they attack. Explain the italic part a little better. The opponent would only feel pain after the bees directly stabbing him with their stings.

Description: Thousands of years ago, there was a lone some village in the Land of Eki, where all the villagers to a vow of peace. Never to fight even if their own life is endangered, the only exception was the protection of family and loved ones. Kids were taught this from an early age, meditation was also practiced at minimum 4 times a day to keep everyone at one with themselves. Within this village were great craftsmen throughout out all the land, that made tools with the heart for defending. Other bigger Villages and tribes with well over a thousand people wanted these craftsmen and their creations to in attempt to become rulers of the entire land of Eki. The village hidden in Ketsueki, the biggest in all the land and by far the most powerful, came to the lone village destroying everyones homes and killing the people of the village in search for the craftsmen and what they seen as "weapons". One of the Five craftsmen gave his son a pair of Gold earrings with what appears to have aqua colored diamonds[from chakra being stored within them] after the son put the earring on they became one with him. The intruders eventually found the last craftsman and his family hiding within a tunnel built under their home, each being pulled and executed, the son being the last one pulled from the tunnel, when they tried to kill him a barrier of chakra appeared reflecting theyre jutsu. This son with the only tools ever found, made by the legendary craftsmen , after 20 years went on to become King of all the land of Eki, finally bringing Peace. The earrings became know as "The Kings Peace", and their abilities are known to Block and/or Reflect nearly anything threatening the holder.

Description:
King Beegeta is a giant sized bee, a few meters longer/taller than the Giant Bee, and has 4 black stripes in it's mane. Its anatomy slightly differs from normal bees by having a jaw of razor sharp teeth, a deadly stinger capable of piercing thru A rank defenses (Short ranged). It can take up to A rank attacks and remain unharmed(within reason). It can also fly up to 4 people on it's back swiftly and can understand basic communication. King Beegeta is proficient at Katon jutsu, and as such can perform Katon jutsu's up to S rank without the need for seals. Twice per match, a member of the Kamizuru clan can activate King Beegeta's special attack, Galick Gun, spewing it's B rank honey attack in a stream or a more spread out pattern (Short-Long ranged, See Giant Bee) and using S rank Katon chakra to heat the honey almost to a boiling point, increasing the strength of the honey attack to S rank and causing burns to the enemy before cooling and binding them in place.

-Can only be summoned once
-Has the same abilities as the Giant Bee summons
-All its abilities count as moves
-Galick Gun can only be used twice per match, with 1 turn cool down before re-using

Description: After performing Fire Release: Scorching Rage the user will knead high levels of Katon chakra thru out their body, concentrating the levels of chakra to a high degree, and release the kneaded chakra thru out their body into an violent explosive blast of fire that reaches 10 meters in height, it's concussive power leveling anything in it's path and leaving a deep crater with the user as the epicenter. The attack will cause collateral damage when used, slowing down movement by 2 ranks the following turn as well as affecting chakra molding abilities

-Scorching Rage must be posted the turn this is used
-May only be used once per battle
-Cannot mold chakra above A rank the following turn, and no Katon chakra for 1 turn

Muskarts are a rare race who originate from a lake named Regen which is located in Amegakure no Sato. They've been kept secret there and groomed for battles that were to come in their path. It is the period of Third Great Ninja War,that the lake was discovered by now long lost warriors. Nobody knows what exactly happened to the warriors. Many tails come from the place but not one can even scratch the surface of why they never came back.

Muskarts are chubby yet agil animals that usually stand on their hind legs. Their size varies from being sized as Gamabunta after the time skip to being much smaller. Easily adaptable to any kind of climate,being able to spend prolonged time underwater. Body of Muskarts is covered in short,thick fur which is medium to dark brown or black in color, with the belly a bit lighter; as the age increases, it turns a partly gray in color. The fur has two layers, which helps protect them from the cold water and also gives ability to some of them to release external layer of fur in shape of sharp needles that are able to pierce through enemies. They have long tails covered with scales rather than hair and, are slightly flattened vertically, which is a shape that is unique to them. Specific future of having scales enables them to cover themself with the tail and use scales for defensive purposes. When they walk on land, their tails drag on the ground. Specific for Muskart summoning is their ability to wield and operate with swords,small daggers,shurikens and similar as well as their ability in close combat fights especially because of their claws,which are long and can easily be used to get a hold of target,hook to the target,pierce through target and similar. Because of their body structure Muskarts can easily slide through mud terrains,terrains covered in water as well as rain.

Btw I think you wanna give them too much abilities/properties. A Gamabunta sized muskrat that has a fur able to pierce opponents, has big enough claws and teeth to harm/kill the opponent and even uses weapons? Looks a bit too much for me. I'd stick with the size, fur thing and claws at max and forget about weapons.

Description: This weapon is mainly for defensive and offensive purposes in Short Range combat such as close range taijutsu. It is a set of multi-plated arm guards that run up the side of the wielder's arms leaving no visible skin. They are both form fitting thus able to block thrown objects such as Kunai and Shuriken quite easily but if they are connected to an Explosive tag of some sort the user must still deal with that as the Guard won't block the explosion or flash. The guards surround the wielder's arms and are made of two special types of metal both are quite malleable and versatile the metals have a special property; the metals are able absorb the wielder's chakra directly from his chakra reserves without his permission or consent storing it then infusing their punches with the chakra much to the same extent Sakura and Tsunade do but the user won't have to focus on the chakra level like Sakura and Tsunade, the Arm Guards do it for the wielder maintaining chakra flow from the user to the Guards. The punches are enough to crack bones and bruise and batter the body. The stored chakra can also be focused into one massive punch deemed "La Muerte" in which the chakra gathers at the finger tips and infuses into the wielder's punch/hand the chakra in no way forms a blast but absorbs into the part of the arm guard that covers the fingers and then into the user's hand. The punch is not so much driven by muscle power but by the chakra that is infused into the punch it can be accomplished with either fist. The user must make contact with the opponent however for the punch to effect the opponent if done so the punch is enough to shatter bones and bruise and bash internal organs. La Muerte is easily able to break multiple ribs in one shot and bruise and bash internal organs such as the lungs, heart, and stomach depending on where the punch lands if used properly this can make breathing much harder and put excess pressure on the internal organs making quick movements painful and in some cases almost impossible. La Muerte is comparable to an A rank attack as that is how much chakra is focused into the punch. The Arm Guard can also be used defensively to block Basic Taijutsu attacks up to B rank but can only be done 3 times per battle. La Muerte kind of resembles Jugo's CM punches in a way as well as Tsunade and Sakura's chakra infused punches. The blades on the guard are sharp enough to easily cut flesh and defend against sword strikes as well as kunai and other bladed weapons. They are both insulated and therefor make very bad conductors halfing the damage created by most raiton techniques they can be imbued with the user's own chakra natures however much like that of a sword or a kunai.

The armor itself plays upon the emotions of the user able to change form twisting and warping with their body in intricate ways. It has a base level of sentience an artificial intelligence created by the user's strongest emotions and shares an almost parasitic relationship with it's host. It knows of the host's chakra system and can tell when they are under genjutsu or control by an outside force as it is constantly syphoning chakra directly from the host's chakra system. The colours of the arm guards change reflecting changes in the user himself. Finally the user can fully consent to the guards' absorption of his chakra, and instead of fighting against it let it devour vast amounts of chakra this lets the guards morph and twist creating a complete set of armor that allows the user to bypass his usual limits. It can temporarily fix injuries by binding bleeding wounds with shody metal patch work, as well as reinforcing broken bones, and fixing dislocated joints by piercing the flesh from within the armor with thin barbs and spikes if required. These barbs and spikes as well as the force created by the guards movement can force dislocated joints together and reinforce bones temporarily though this process can be extremely painful. This ability can also be used to break genjutsu in the same regard as a kunai or sword used to create pain to the user.

Notes:
-La Muerte counts as a jutsu and can only be used 3 times never in the same turn
-The binding of bleeding wounds, reinforcing of bones, and relocation of joints counts as a jutsu, so does the genjutsu breaking ability
-Punches while wielding this weapon can easily break bones
-Blocking of Taijutsu attacks counts as a jutsu as only a jutsu can block a jutsu
-The guards can be activated only once during the battle and deactivated once during the battle
-Can only be activated for a span of 5 turns another 4 turns are added if the user then consents to the chakra absorption process. This can only be used once.
-The user will not be able to use hand seals or Basic Ninjutsu for 3 turns after the deactivation of the final chakra absorption process and any wound the armor was temporarily fixing is left released and will need medical attention to heal

I think so (not that it counts for much) You ranked the effects and added a few new things, but nothing super OP. I don't see why it wouldn't be.

Rain has chakra in it. Rain falls into the ocean. So over time that rain and chakra has built up inside Ame's ocean. This could end up being something similar to Tsunade's chakra seal on her forehead. This could be a mode for Shinta/kage's that allows them to take their chakra back and give them a boost. It can also give ame members chakra when in need. Or this could turn the ocean into a giant ass tiger

a water tiger that is created from water in the ocean, it can transport someone across the ocean or fight along side them

We have a jutsu that takes chakra from rain and inducces a genjutsu. What about one that directly feeds ame nin chakra? We'd never have to worry about the chakra limits we have. Since vincent is a med nin, he could do something with healing us through rain

Description: The was developed by the Shodaime and Sandaime Amekage. After living on earth for hundreds of years, there were times when Vincent Valentine wanted to go unnoticed. For years, he crafted a leather material that made virtually no noise when you walked around, and blended in with the rain of Amegakure, making it very hard for a non sensor or non dojutsu wielding shinobi to track you down. The Sandaime Amekage then added to the armor a fuuinjutsu [Ura Shishō Fūinjutsu] to make sure no one would get the armor outside of Amegakure.

Description: The user will perform a set of three hand seals: Dog → Rat → Tiger and gather a large amount of fire chakra in their body. They will release it outwards, throughout the entire terrain, performing nature transformation to change the nature of the chakra into the warm properties of fire. This jutsu revolves around the heat from the fire chakra/fire. By sending a large amount of fire chakra and mixing it with the air provided by the terrain, the user will be able to create a sort of 'heat wave' affecting everyone, including the user, within the 'heatwave'. The effects of it are quite simple. First, every fire technique used by the user will be enhanced. This is enhanced by manipulating the heat from the heatwave and incorporating it with a fire technique, drastically increasing its heat. Secondly, all wind techniques performed within the heatwave, despite it being the users or the targets, will be weakened as well. This is due to the fire element being superior to the wind element, and by performing a wind technique in the warm heatwave atmosphere, wind techniques within the atmosphere will be weaken. Lastly, and probably the most notable feature of this technique, it is able to sense any being, including summoning within the heatwave. The user would be familiar with the temperature of the 'heatwave' due to it being their own chakra, and by examining the temperature levels within that heatwave, the user will be able to distinguish a human body from everything else. However, this is limited to anyone who is in the heatwave, including summonings. And of course, a target underground would not be sensed because they are passing the perimeters of the heatwave.
Notes and Restrictions:-
- Can only be used once per battle
- Can only be taught by Ace.
- Lasts up to 3 turns
- Performing F-ranked fire techniques within the heatwave is acceptable, however, due to the extreme heat, it will add an extra +30 damage to the user, as a second recoil damage

Naichingēru no Yoroi - Armour of the Nightingale
Type: A

Description: The , is a single piece suit that was developed over many years to provide the wearer an upper edge in the natural environment of Amegakure or any rainy environment. Through the use of a pattern embedded into the armour, the bearer is able to camouflage into the rain, making them impossible to see at long range, while making them appear as nothing but a feint silhouette at mid-rang to the naked eye. The boots are also designed in such a way as to reduce the splash sound made by the boot when running or walking on wet ground, to such a degree that only an Inazuka's Ninken would be able to hear it. The armour has such a high heat capacity, that any form of heat sensing used to track to the wearer, would be ineffective; instead appearing as the normal background heat, applicable in rainy conditions only. The same heat capacity also gives the wearer an immunity to C-rank Fire and C-rank Ice jutsu.
Built into each suit or armour is a unique fuuinjutsu seal that only the current Kage and/or First Officer of Amegakure has knowledge of. Yeah, that's what I've got from that. Not sure what else to place as a restriction, or even if it's something that can be approved. I'd assume we wouldn't be able to wear this and use a CW, but that's up to the checker to decide I guess ;P
Overall, this can come in handy with some of our approved customs and can amplify our tactics immensly... again, if it's approved.
So if anyone has things to add, or constructive... constructive... constructive criticism, please chime in as it will be for everyone to use. ^^

A cool idea but most likely people will just meta game the hell out of it for example. "With my bio's incredible eye sight that she was born with I can pin point your shape as the rain drops splash off your armor" and so on you catch my drift. Though i don't think it'll get approved as is i think the fire and ice immunity are a bit much, Id say take them out. Maybe replace it with a small buff to rain based jutsu while the user is wearing the armor? Just a thought, though it couldn't be much either, perhaps a one rank increase on techniques involving rain?

Description: The user will perform a set of three hand seals: Dog → Rat → Tiger and gather a large amount of fire chakra in their body. They will release it outwards, throughout the entire terrain, performing nature transformation to change the nature of the chakra into the warm properties of fire. This jutsu revolves around the heat from the fire chakra/fire. By sending a large amount of fire chakra and mixing it with the air provided by the terrain, the user will be able to create a sort of 'heat wave' affecting everyone, including the user, within the 'heatwave'. The effects of it are quite simple. First, every fire technique used by the user will be enhanced. This is enhanced by manipulating the heat from the heatwave and incorporating it with a fire technique, drastically increasing its heat. Secondly, all wind techniques performed within the heatwave, despite it being the users or the targets, will be weakened as well. This is due to the fire element being superior to the wind element, and by performing a wind technique in the warm heatwave atmosphere, wind techniques within the atmosphere will be weaken. Lastly, and probably the most notable feature of this technique, it is able to sense any being, including summoning within the heatwave. The user would be familiar with the temperature of the 'heatwave' due to it being their own chakra, and by examining the temperature levels within that heatwave, the user will be able to distinguish a human body from everything else. However, this is limited to anyone who is in the heatwave, including summonings. And of course, a target underground would not be sensed because they are passing the perimeters of the heatwave.
Notes and Restrictions:-
- Can only be used once per battle
- Can only be taught by Ace.
- Lasts up to 3 turns
- Performing F-ranked fire techniques within the heatwave is acceptable, however, due to the extreme heat, it will add an extra +30 damage to the user, as a second recoil damage

-Declined- Too much abilities, omnidirectional blasts were made countless times before. No heat sensory either, it is unique to snakes (or made before already). Also maintaining this technique would make you only be able to perform fire techniques. DNR.

To be honest, I was thinking about a similar jutsu, just with wind. Instead of the heat wave/blast, simply fill your environment with your fire chakra by releasing it into the air. Mid range at max, since it would require an immense amount of chakra to maintain and use at long range. You say you would strengthen your fire jutsus with your fire chakra in it. Well ok and all, but the heat itself would also help your opponent's fire techs, even if it contains your chakra. Heat + heat = even more heat. Remove the sensory ability too and rework your description about it's strength. This -> "This is due to the fire element being superior to the wind element, and by performing a wind technique in the warm heatwave atmosphere, wind techniques within the atmosphere will be weaken." won't work either. Basically you say "because it's hot in here, your wind tech is weakened". Wut? Instead say your fire chakra weakens all and every wind chakra inside the technique. Btw what about fire/wind combinations? Describe that too. Wind fuels fire, but you say it weakens every wind chakra. So what it is now? If you wanna make it, in your place, I would make it a dome of fire chakra up to mid range that lasts for like 3 turns. While it's on the field, it would weaken the opponent(s) wind techniques, while slightly fuel your own fire and wind techs. Fire would get a bonus heat to it, increasing it's lethality, while the wind carry the heat as it travels, also increasing it's strength.

Description: The , is a single piece suit that was developed over many years to provide the wearer an upper edge in the natural environment of Amegakure or any rainy environment. Through the use of a pattern embedded into the armour, the bearer is able to camouflage into the rain, making them impossible to see at long range, while making them appear as nothing but a feint silhouette at mid-rang to the naked eye. The boots are also designed in such a way as to reduce the splash sound made by the boot when running or walking on wet ground, to such a degree that only an Inazuka's Ninken would be able to hear it. The armour has such a high heat capacity, that any form of heat sensing used to track to the wearer, would be ineffective; instead appearing as the normal background heat, applicable in rainy conditions only. The same heat capacity also gives the wearer an immunity to C-rank Fire and C-rank Ice jutsu.
Built into each suit or armour is a unique fuuinjutsu seal that only the current Kage and/or First Officer of Amegakure has knowledge of. The only way I can see it being approved is just like the umbrella in the armory. Make it a custom village thing and somehow get approved. Tho it would still fall into the category of a CW. I would rewrite the whole thing too. First thing is the camouflage. Just a pattern wouldn't be enough to camouflage the wearer. For that you need to be really far and/or create a really heavy rain. But that is still debatable. Giving the suit it's own chakra and make it "reflect" the rain drops would be way more effective. Just imagine it reflecting hunderds of rain drops on it's surface. It would be like the rain camouflage tech. To not make any splashing sounds, you should also use the suit's own chakra and use it to stand on the water. Just like when you walk on a water source, but it would always be active. The fire/ice immunity is just plain stupid. Just because it could shield your from the heat or cold, doesn't mean you would be immune to the attacks. They could set the suit on fire, or work as a solid projectile and pierce through. About the seal, I don't know. If it would only work in Ame territory, the suit's chakra could be used for that purpose too.
