You're right, it really is a C rank xD I used it recently (probably why you pinpointed it now), and I remembered how awesome that custom is. I don't mean to sound cocky, but sometimes I just have these really great simple ideas. I wish I had more of these xD

(Doton: Usagi no Bibiri) Earth Release: Cowardly Hare
Rank: C
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user creates 10 small hare-like earth structures, which appear from the ground at least 20 meters from the opponent, all around. Their purpose is to approach the target and once they touch it, they blast outwards, with a small explosion, just like Paper Bombs. They're as fast as normal hares, but they're also as coward. They hide underground while the opponent is looking in their direction, and only move when in the opponent's blind spot. The transition between hidden and moving is almost instantaneous, and while underground they're undistiguishable to the naked eye (Can be seen or sensed by Byakugan and Chakra Sensors)
*Can't be used twice or thrice at a time. The user can only create a new set of hares once the first one has either reached the target or blocked in the way there*
*Can only be used thrice*

This is meant to have handseals, I usually make them with 1 or 2 handseals, even though the description mentions none. I had the idea for this from reading a Manga (or was it an Anime?) where they were calling someone coward in a cute way, and it was Bibiri. I just felt in love and decided to make a jutsu out of the word (Yeah, lol, I tend to do that sometimes xD). I guess this one came out good.

Basically, it creates 10 hares around your opponent. Everytime they're in their blindspot, they move, at hare top speed. Everytime they're not, they merge with the ground. This transition is extremely quick, and won't be noticeable, despite how fast the person moves. They will then try to reach the person to whom you used them against, and will detonate with the power of a paper tag (Which is quite big, nonetheless).

A problem I tend to find is that, since after you use it, you basically stop the input of chakra and are able to use other jutsus, you get all these events happening and it gets hard to keep track (you use these, but they don't reach the opponent right away, then you start preforming fireballs, and your opponent starts preforming jutsus as well, and it gets hard to keep track). I usually just start saying a couple of them start detonating after a couple of jutsus are thrown.

About blindspots, byakugan users have no blind spot, generally. You can create blindspots by creating mists, or jutsus to create more hiding place. Likewise, if your opponent is on a visual genjutsu, everything is a blind spot. If your opponents have sensing abilities but can't see the hares, they will start moving nonetheless (thus your opponent is able to know of the hares, despite they "cowardice" xD)

Don't forget to add Bibiri on your custom thread

( Genjutsu/Ninjutsu: Soeki Kyuuzou ) Illusion Arts/Ninja Arts: Pest Proliferation
Rank: A
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30 + (Decoy Jutsu)
Damage Points: N/A ( Non quantifiable)
Description: The genjutsu begins by replicating a weak, easily releasable genjutsu (by Kai or small pain) and place it on any number of opponents within range. An example would be False Surrounding, changing the area around the targets. When the target moves to release it, the second, stronger, genjutsu will recognize the output, be it a chakra peak caused by pain or a Kai. This is based on the notion that certain genjutsus, for their complexity and strength, require sharper pain or bigger chakra outbursts in order to be broken, anything smaller will not affect the genjutsu. After having recognized the peak, the genjutsu will duplicate and repeat it in increasingly higher frequency. This will overload the opponent, preventing the usage of complex jutsu (S and above), genjutsu or summoning jutsus, and exhaust the chakra reserves, equivalent to a chakra cost of a Kai for each peak. The repetition of the chakra peak that exhausts the chakra reserves touches the Ninjutsu in it's technique, as it copies and sends out chakra signals that affect the chakra system physically, but in a very raw and primitive manner, highly distant from the Kurama KG.
The Second Genjutsu clears the effects of the first one, and changes it with slight ringing noises, body palpitations and slight dizzy vision. If the used method of release was pain, it will recreate the pain by adding it to the body palpitations, seemingly making the body sore. These illusions are presented intermittently.
*The phsyical effect of the second genjutsu only serves to exhaust the chakra reserves, not to make the illusion of the technique real. Thus no damage is done physically*
*Can only be used once per battle*
*Allows multiple targets, but not multiple layers of this same genjutsu*
*Costs as 2 jutsus*
*The weak jutsu gets released upon the usage of Kai, small pain spikes or other means of releasing it. The second, stronger, genjutsu, will react to any method of countering the first genjutsu that would suffice to counter an A ranked Genjutsu.*
*High Ranked users will counter both genjutsus with a single Kai usage (because the second genjutsu is an A rank).
*After the second genjutsu kicks in, although it restricts the usage of complex jutsus, will still allow different methods of countering, such as higher pain peaks, or 3rd person infusion of chakra , despite the primitive physical part of the genjutsu (ninjutsu)*
*The user can't preform Summoning techniques or other Genjutsu in the same turn. Can only use 2 jutsus in the second turn. Can't use Forbidden techniques in the same or second turn*

Ok, few technical facts:

1. Number of Handseals is set by this technique, not Decoy. 0
2. Range is set by this technique, not the Decoy. Short-Mid
3. Limit of opponents is set by this technique, not the Decoy. Limitless
4. Cost of the Decoy is set by the Decoy itself.
5. This is about weak genjutsus, so it's everything up to B (Since the technique is an A). But the purpose of this technique is to get your opponent to break from the genjutsu (So noticeable C's should do the trigger)

Anything else is well described in the technique, I guess xD
Questions?

I'm just a little unclear about the affects of the genjutsu based on the description. It's a confusing to me becaues of all the reading. I was wondering if you could give me an example of usage here in the training thread and explain it to me a little better :ghehe:

Lol. Basically you choose a weak genjutsu (it must be weaker than A, and is something that your opponent would want to use kai on). The more noticeable the better, as your purpose is for your opponent to release it.

At the same time as you preform the weak genjutsu, you cast a passive genjutsu, which will linger on your opponent's mind. This is A ranked, so if your opponent uses kai capable of release A ranks, then you're done for.

Okay, if you met all the conditions, what will happen is that the second genjutsu will repeat whatever the opponent did to release himself from the genjutsu. Basically speaking:

If he used kai, he wasted 15 chakra. The second genjutsu then starts repeating the peak, which means that, everytime you say so, your opponent will loose 15 chakra. If, through the course of a turn, you claim he did 10 chakra peaks, your opponent will loose 150 chakra, until you exhaust his chakra reserves. You can go nuts with it.

So let me see if I have this correctly;

First you use a weaker genjutsu and then this one immediately after. Once you've done that your opponent will attempt to break through the technique with kai. After that, this genjutsu will repeat the kai the opponent used to release himself from the other technique, which means he repeats the chakra cost?

And I have control over how many times he supposedly does this within the illusion?

Indeed.

Likewise, if the opponent uses another method, like bitting the inside of the cheek or his thumb or something like that, in addition to the pre-established 15 chakra drainage, you also get to retrieve the same pain, although spread out across the body. Something like having your opponent's body sore continuously

My turn now :p

Genjutsu: Souzoubutsu Joushou Tora no Jutsu (Illusionary Technique: Manifest Rising Tiger Technique)
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage: 60 (At the end of the 2 turns)
Description: After preforming the necessary seals (Hare → Boar → Dog → Tiger) The caster creates the illusion of four large bangle tigers rising from the ground below their opponent. The tigers will then proceed in a formation formation to pin down the opponent, sinking their claws and teeth into the legs, and upper body of their opponent (tigers may attack by biting into the lower ribs and kidney areas, the pectoral, arm and/or shoulder regions...will be specified by caster). The victim experiences several hundred lbs of force applied to them not to mention a powerful jaw strength, pinning them to the ground. The victim will naturally topple over in the real world from the illusion and the perceived force applied to him.
~Can only be taught by Reborn
~ Jutsu lasts 2 turns
~Renders victim unconscious after 2 turns from pure trauma (almost 2 tones of pressure, blood loss perceived)
~Can be used 2 times per battle

We'll begin with Manifest. This is a fairly basic technique that you probably wouldn't find any problems with using. This technique is more of a pain+paralysis technique wrapped in one. The way you describe the tigers to rise from the ground and where they attack your opponent is very important as you can possibly immobilize them while causing them a severe amount of pain. After I learned you're voodoo technique I began thinking of a little more about the application of this technique. You can cause certian body sensations based on where the tigers bite/put weight. For one, if there's a 500lb tiger on your chest, the preassure would cause the feel of suffocation, or if the tiger is biting down on the neck you can get that same feeling as well as severe turama from the sharp teeth piercing through your vitals. That could cause issues with one's ability to comprehend and react effectively. However you'll get those people who will try to say they remain level headed, blah, blah, bullshit, blah, blah metagame. However it's whatever.

Also in the added event that people attempt to free themselves from this genjutsu through a chakra surge from a higher technique, I always try to take that into account. If this is done successfully, I always begin making a plan for methods of release like the Super Added Weight or Light Weight technique in the event people try to cause a surge in that manor. Or look at anything else within their customs that could cause such an occurance. That being said, if you expect it, you have an advantage, compiling your thoughts and thinking of a counter beforehand. Although it's not set in stone what they'll use, but if you prepare yourself for a general scope, you have an easier time working with things.

Genjutsu: Kyuumin Shobatsu(Illusionary Technique: Dormant Punishment)
Type: Supplementary/Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage: 60
Description: The user will channel their chakra into their opponent's chakra via the Rat seal. The user's chakra will then remain dormant until the victim uses a technique B-rank or above. The resulting amount of chakra needed will cause the user's chakra to activate like a switch to cause the affects of the illusion. As the victim begins to channel their chakra for the technique they use, they will see several spiked chains shoot up and restrain them, wrapping all around their body and dragging them to the ground. The chains will gradually become tighter and tighter and the victim will feel the spikes of the chains sinking deeper into their bodies and also the lack of air from being restricted. Eventually, after so much tension, the victims will fall unconscious.
~This technique remains dormant for 3 turns only
~The technique (if activated) will render one's opponent unconscious after 2 turns.
~Can be used 3 times per battle

My Favorite technique in my arsonal, beside Blood of the Enemy. This technique is essentially a pre-emptive strike against two of the ways of genjutsu release. The Genjutsu Kai and the chakra surge from a stronger technique. You only need to begin to gather chakra and the moment it spikes to that equivalent to a B-rank, you're trapped under the illusion. Regardless of what you're trying to gather, such as an S-rank elemental technique or what not. You'll be cut off from your concentration and the technique will take affect. This is a great technique to use immmediatly after a high ranking technique which is fast acting and/or happens in close proximities to your opponent where they would need to counter with a techniue equivalent to B-rank. Even if you don't manage to capture them in the affects, you still have the advantage if this is done correctly. They'll be foreced ot use C-ranks and below which gives you room to apply more preassure or to prepare for greater attacks. Even if people are sensors or Dojutsu users, they can't just say they check their chakra for no reason. If they're focusing on one aspect, they can't be focusing on another, meaning if they were fighting you focused on your chakra natures, looking at you and the field around them, they won't have inscentive to look inside themsleves unless there is some anomolie that happens as a result of the genjutsu, which does not happen with this technique until activated. It is subtle and near impossible to detect upon casting to the actual activation of the affects unless sensors are looking into their bodies already.

Also if they use that as their excuse, you can use that to take advantage and use elements or chakra without them being able to tell right away.

Magen: Shini Yuragi no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Mind Tremor Technique)
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage: 60
Description: This is a technique meant to cause temporary confusion. The user will make the Dragon → Hare seals to initiate the illusion. Once cast, the victim will experience their vision to blur and appear to be as if it were being shaken and spun around in a very chaotic manor. The victim's chakra will be disrupted in their brain to a point where the damage causes a slight tremor in their brain, which will also result in a severe headache. The headache mixed in with the vision distortion will cause the victim to be very unbalanced while trapped in this illusion and also makes it difficult for them to focus while affected by this technique.
~Can be used 4 times per battle
~The inability for the victim to focus completely due to the severe headache and vision equilibrium distortion means they can't focus on techniques above S-rank while in the state of this technique and will have difficulty standing and moving
~This technique lasts 2 turns, after the second turn, the victim will succumb to vomiting as the stress becomes too much of them, the inducing of vomit will be the breaking factor.
~The user of this technique can't use genjutsu for the next 3 turns after this jutsu is cast.
~The user cannot use any other genjutsu while this technique is active nor can he use techniques above A-rank

Finally Mind Tremor, a technique that I am looking to edit as it's very restrictive for an A-ranked technique. Basically this technique distorts the...well you explained the technique to me so much better on Msn so I think you understand it :p, now I believe this can be a project that we can enhance together and make into a stronger technique, if you'd like? Definatly lower the restrictions.

( Katon: Jomei no Karasu ) Fire Style: Raven's Purge
Rank: A
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Point: N/A
Description: After 1 handseal, allows the user create a localized fast burning ember that reduces a patch of organic materials like leaves, mushrooms, plants, to ashes in moments, releasing a large cloud of smoke. These clouds will hold a specific compound or subtance that the organic material was holding, such as toxins, venoms, poisons, etc, quickly purging them into the air. With a second handseal, the user can control the hot smoke into vanishing harmlessly or aggregate it on an opponent. Can be used on opponent's techniques up to the rank or user's own created with no rank restriction, only size.
Works on dead animals, never bigger than a human, or a small group tiny animals, never bigger than a normal insect.
*requires a 1 turn cool down*
*Can only be used 3 times to overcome opponent's techniques*

(Katon: Kitsune no Uen ) Fire Release: Devious Fox
Rank: A
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user preforms a row of 5 handseals, and places her hand on the ground. From each finger, an extremely fast string runs along the floor, against the opponent, that then multiplies into a series of wires that engolf the opponent, locking his movements and burning him severely.
*Can only be used twice per match*

(Katon: Raion no Honba) Fire Style: Lion's Lair
Rank: A
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user expels a great amount of fire chakra throughout her body, quickly growing a flaming sphere outwards until it reaches the limits of short range. With one handseals (One hand) the orb condenses on itself, concentrating all on the user's hand, which can then be released as an horizontal crescent.
*The user is covered by a thin chakra coat that prevents the jutsu from burning her*
*The user can't use fire jutsus higher than A rank in the next turn, and will have to wait at least two turns to be used again*

For the first technique, it's primary objective seems to be to carry out the poisons and toxins of tecniques used by your opponents through first inscinerating their source and then transfering their toxic properties. This seems like it would be a useful technique to use in conjunction with your Mushrooms, mainly due to the fact that this technique itself, has no use limitations on the number of times it can be used on friendly techniques. For you, this technique would work a great deal. On my hand, I could potentially use this against organic techniques of my opponents such as your mushrooms, but I'm limited to uses. The smartest thing would be to have an arsonal of techniques that would allow me to use this technique to its fullest potential. Major downside to this technique though, is that it that it's primary objective doesn't involve fire rather the cloud and smoke caused by the flames. Even if Katon holds superiority to Fuuton, I feel that a strong enough/wide enough wind will disperse this cloud of smoke and make this technique moot. You do have manipulative control to manuvour the cloud yourself but you to motion it around a large wind technique seems more difficult. Also, while trying to manipulate the cloud, you're bound to this technique before you can use another.

This technique seems to have more disadvanteges in my view. Its a slowly progressing jutsu, five hand seals and then releasing strings of fire that require travel towards you opponent in order for it to take effect. In this RP five hand seals is more than enough of an oppening for people to exploit, simply because the emphasis is all about speed and people feel that they are always faster than their opponent on technicality ish. Also, not to mention this technique binds you to it meaning you cant preform another jutsu after this one has begun, not without ending this technique itself. To me, this would seem to be of a more close ranged technique to use. You'd need to find a way to create the hand seals fast enough and then make sure this is an instant capture. That being said, there is the combonation of this technique with the NB Genjutsu; Hands of Apollo. I you can successfully activate the Hands, you can fool your opponent's perception of time with the speed at which you perform handseals. A flurry of 15 appears to happen within a second when HoP is active. Cut that in thirds and you've created the handseals necessary for this technique in less than a second in your opponent's eyes. This narrows the window of time for them to intercept this technique and if done up close, by the time you place your hands on the ground and release the technique, the speed of this technique should pretty much take onld of them in less than a second.

This last technique is also a useful tool in genjutsu release. This technique describes releasing chakra from around their body, releasing it into a sphere. That would mean every chakra point is expelling chakra and allowing for genjutsu techniques of B-ranked and below to be rendered easily. Another usage is the fact that this technique has an expansive range, width wise. The crescent wave of fire can't be avoided on the horizontal plane. However, that doesn't say much for the verticle plane. This technique doesn't provide that same expansive range vertically wise so it's easier to defend that way either by finding a way over it or creating a barrier that protects you width wise whch wouldn't need to be that big, only enough for one body. That is, provided there are not several opponents.

Good analysis on all three, but before moving on, I want you to find mine and Scorps jutsu exchange thread (the latest one) and read everything we say about the Raven Purge technique
