If Hagoromo has eyes and body, this might mean his brother had nothing. Hagoromo's brother was probably blind and had to use his other 4 senses without Sage Mode or any special power.

I highly doubt Sasuke accepted anything from Hashirama. The way he tried to attack Madara proved it. Even if he did, Hagoromo gave him his yin powers, which will remove Hashirama's chakra so Sasuke can get a powerup.

Sasuke doesn't have the Sage's Rinnegan. Naruto doesn't have the Sage's SM. Sasuke has the Juubi's eye and Naruto has juubi's body. Nuff said.
