I think Storm 4 should have them, at least as DLC. If not, then I think The Last Naruto and The Last Sasuke have the same feats as the Boruto ones.

The Last Sasuke has the same purple lightning feat as Boruto Sasuke. The Last Sasuke might even be his prime since little is known of his abilities until storm 4 is out. See the purple lightning around them?

Hagoromo or Hamura?

Sasuke fully mastered Rinnegan and can use Kaguya's powers. But wait, he mastered Naruto's signature jutsu Shadow Clone Jutsu even more than Naruto! He doesn't even need hand seals! What a boss!

Naruto needs a powerup to remain as Sasuke's rival. He clearly does. I think Sasuke needs to summon Gedo Mazo and seal all 9 bijuu into it, then seal it into Naruto. That way, Naruto will reach Madara's level which is near Sasuke/Kaguya's level.
