How does that mean His RSM>MADaRA RSM.

BM / KCM NAruto Speed/reflexes >> MAdara (before becoming JJ)

so if you give them same power is perfectly normal that Naruto would be faster since he was before getting power up.

For example:

If you give same SM to Asuma and 4 Raikage.

WOuld that make Asuma fast as Raikage ?

MAdara have more chakra and regeneration so he wins.
