You do realize his Limbo would be weak, as he only has 1 Rinnegan, he can never achieve full potential of the Dojutsu. U_U

How exactly is having 'only' 1 Limbo weak? Limbo is still one of the strongest jutsus we know of, and a single non-Juubi Limbo took a shit on all 9 Bijuus. So please, it's far from weak, it's like having an immortal invisible shadow clone that doesn't split your chakra in half.
