Sasuke's simply because, Naruto's special abilities are mostly passive, while Sasuke's are active. I would like to train to get them and improve them, rather than being born with them already and they improve through time. Also in RPG games, I favor the active skills more than the passive

Sasuke has the potential to use/learn/master all jutsu. On top of that there's the 6 paths abilities, Amenotejikara, and all the Sharingans powers,

If there was an option both I would choose it. Naruto's powers because of TNJ and Sasuke's powers because of the Susanoo and his dimension shifting abilities where I may be able to get to any place I wanted.
