What the title says. Like in pure kenjutsu skill. Itachi had some really cool tricks like what he did to Kabuto's horn when Sasuke missed catching him minutes before I think Itachi has better kenjutsu skills but Sasuke makes it up with his new eye and teleport and is superior with them
