I already made so much theories about that , to put them simple :

1- She wants to have a great power and big army to help her people on another planet ( the place she came from ) .

2- Making another fruit ... which is different from the first fruit ... which is ( Elixir of life ) .

3- Her planet was destroyed .... and all or most of her people dead in some celestial wars ..... so she needs so much Chakra

To recreate her planet and bring back her people to life again .
