If you look at the colored photo of Mito you wouldn't say she looks like Kaguya.I guess when the colored pics of Kaguya come out she may not look like Mito afterall..I'm not sure though..:dunno:

The first pic is a flashback from the manga, but yeah anime flashback animation ruins every character details. If you compare anime Mito complexion with Kishi manga Mito a lot of details are lost. This is the only half decent Mito pic from the anime I could find
