Aside from the Sharingan i would have to put Orochimaru above Sasuke but i think Orochimaru has displayed true skill and mastery within the art of kenjutsu add that with the conjunction of his snake summoning makes him a more fearsome opponent

Im going with condensed chakra maybe in the form of a bullet and sense he has the Byakugan he can possibly hit the opponents tenketsu points at a rapid rate depending on how fast his machine gun can shoot so in a way it could be his own style Jyuken

Based off of today's episode Kakashi's use of his Purple Electricity technique looked a little aggressive compared to how he used Raikiri back in the day but overall i think its a better and more powerful jutsu compared to Raikiri

From what we've seen so far Konohamaru is the only Jonin with his own assigned team but everyone else seems to be left in the dust in that regard...So does this mean there fewer Jonin around this new time of peace?

Im slightly leaning towards Shino due to his bugs having tracking capabilities but the fact that Gaara can fly easily gives a great tactical advantage as well
