Aside from the Momoshiki fight Boruto never threw his Rasengan why is that?

It’s kind of a plot nerf atm. Had he thrown it the one or two times he’s used the rasengan since the situations probably would of been better for him. It is kinda dumb tbh, unless he just doesn’t cause maybe he can’t throw a normal sized one?

Judging by the color of the ki blasts, it looks like it is from resurrection F (or from the anime adaptation), but I don't remember that particular scene of Goku jumping around on the water.

It is really bothering me not knowing where it came from. I even looked to see if a second trailer for the Dragon Ball Super movie came out.

I assumed it was resurrection of f just by the quality and ssb lol. I’d have to watch he movie again to be sure
