Why is there only a few Jonin teaching the New Gen?

From what we've seen so far Konohamaru is the only Jonin with his own assigned team but everyone else seems to be left in the dust in that regard...So does this mean there fewer Jonin around this new time of peace?

Chunin and Special Jounin can lead their own teams too. Shikadai confirmed that Anko is a Special Jounin. Konohamaru's sensei Ebisu was one too.

I don't mind there being fewer Jounin. The ranking system went down the drain in late part 2, with many weaklings becoming Jounin, and many, many strong leaf nin being stuck at genin or chunin. I'm guessing they're trying to fix that by having more Genin than Chunin, and more Chunin than Jounin.

Shino is a teacher, Moegi is a instructor and im pretty sure Udon is as well, Anko is a special Jonin but they all have one thing in common they arent captain nor do they have they're own assigned genin team

Yes but who? It seems like everyone is caught up in doing something else then being a captain of a genin team, Anko is the only one that comes to mind that seems actually available to be a captain, i would say the new Ino-Shika-Cho would fit her perfectly though
