Nah. Sasuke's gotten to a celestial level now, he's like a hawk, he rises above everyone else in Kenjutsu. Hebi Sasuke, maybe, but even Hebi Sasuke's Kenjutsu was considered lethal. With his Sharingan, escape from his blade was nearly impossible. The reason he lost against Killer Bee was obviously due to lack of experience. Before then, he had never met his match or even someone possessing superior Kenjutsu, so he underestimated him a little, which caught him off guard when Killer Bee turned out to be more proficient than he was, and his unorthodox fighting style was too peculiar to follow with his MS. Otherwise, had Sasuke had been faster and more adept at handling sophisticated word styles and been adapting or malleable, he would've adjusted much quicker and been more challenging. Regardless, Orochimaru is at least Hebi Sasuke level, as he couldn't go toe to toe with Killer Bee and live. Unfortunately, Sasuke even without Sharingan playing an auxiliary role to his sword play is superior in every way. His sword style has risen to a level greater than all swordsman this series ever exhibited. He can even incorporate aerial kicks into his sword style now and channel lightning through his sword at the snap of a finger.
