Description: Hebi No O(Short version:Hebi) was after Dei Dei made is stretchable scarf. He made this sword whip out of the same material just more stronger. Hebi is a 6-part segmented blade; each segment is wider than the one preceding it from the hilt with 2 pick-like protrusions on the front and back of each segment, with the ones on the front much longer than the ones at the back. The segments are connected by a stretchable thread that is a very strong material, making Hebi more useful as a whip than an actual sword, though it can serve as a regular sword just as easily, thanks to Dei Dei swordsmanship. Hebi's guard and handle remain the same as a normal katana. While Hebi can be stretched to incredible lengths in its whip form, Dei Dei has a limit of three consecutive attacks before having to bring the segments of Hebi back together for recovery -which makes him fairly vulnerable during this time interval. To make up for this, Dei Dei has to have a plan ahead of time. It is also wrapped in bandages when not in use and the bandages is attached on the hilt which acts on the user will.

-Mid range is the limit it can reach
-It can be used three times back to back when it is stretched out. After the third use it has to retract to recover for one turn.

Description: These Water Bearers was created by Solf to have a unique water weapon in battle. He made two hilts that are called Bearers. The Bearers are made of a material so the user can channel their chakra and manipulate water sources or even the moister in the air for varies objects such as weapons, shields on top of them. These two hilts are the perfect weapon for a weapon user and water user. The user channels their chakra and absorbs some water or moister in the air and using shape manipulation shapes the water into any weapon or shield the user like to fit for the situation. The highest rank of the object that is made of water is A rank. The user can have already have water in the bearers but they must state this at the beginning of the battle.
-Only used when the air has enough moister to make the weapon of chose of the user or a some type of water source is in the area of short range of the user to use to use to make the weapon of chose of the user.
-The weapons made from the water still go by the elemental advantages and disadvantages
-The weapons when made also feel like the real weapon when used

The user can see the light from the corner of their eyes.

Description: the user properly performs the summoning technique before summoning the elder toucan. Grandpa Toucan is blind but somehow very aware of his surroundings. he is large enough to stand on the user's shoulder and doesn't leave that position until he returns to his home. Grandpa Toucan wears a withered gray cloak and the colors on his beak are faded which really shows his age. He is the oldest of the toco toucans and therefore speaks the ancient language of the toucans which only the contract signer and the boss toucan are taught thru training. As he speaks the language the sound of his voice causes those that are used to his voice to become immune to genjutsu as long as he is summoned and at the same time put those that aren't in an A-rank genjutsu.

Description:legend has it that there was a warrior in the ninja world that was so strong that he never lost a battle, including the battle between him and nidaime hokage, tobirama senju. After a while the warrior had gotten bored from all the weaklings he had defeated. After hearing legend about the power of two dragons in the distant land he traveled to face them but not for power but for the thrill of battle he had been longing for. After defeating the dragons, their power was absorbed by the warrior’s wakizashi and katana. the blade is made of dragon scales and the sheath made of dragon claw thus making both the blade and the sheath indestructable. Knowing that this power would make future challenges less entertaining due to the combined strength of his skill and the dragons’ power he discarded them leaving them for someone weaker and less skilled.

Abilities:

Kirikaeru: the wakizashi’s ability after cutting the opponent the sword can grant the ability to switch places with the opponent after focusing chakra into it.

Kakeru: the katana’s ability after focusing chakra into the katana multiple blades can extend short range from the original blade making it more difficult to avoid. The blade returns to it’s original state after chakra is withdrawn.

The user rotates his legs around his body, shifting his weight from one hand to the other and back again as his legs pass. This process can be done much quicker if the user was of Sannin rank and higher.

The user rotates his legs around his body, shifting his weight from one hand to the other and once his head is tilted infront of his body he pushes himself off the ground with his hand and does a front flip where the back of his heel hits the opponent in his abdomen region slamming him into the ground. This process can be done noticeably faster if the user was of Sannin rank and higher.

Description: The user releases his chakra towards his opponent using ANY, VALID, medium, such as earth, water, or even through a wind gust trapping him in a Genjutsu where the opponent sees a mirror coming out of the ground infront him. The mirror has the exact same reflection of the opponent's image, but the -Mirror Reflection of the opponent- is being controlled by the user himself. This Genjutsu is aimed to shock and affect the opponent's brain by releasing a huge amount of the user's chakra towards the opponent making him disorientated to such a degree that he starts to imitate his mirror reflection instead of it being the other way around. The user then is able to control the opponent's movements using the reflection for (5) seconds, before the disorientation effect fades away and the opponent starts to realize that he's in a Genjutsu. The user cannot use the same element he used as a Chakra channeling medium in the same turn, ( example; The user used a wind gust as a medium to channel the Genjutu's chakra to the opponent, then he may NOT use any wind technique in the same turn ).

Note: Can only be used (2) times per battle, and each time has to be separated by at least (2) turns before using this technique again.
Note: If the user made handseals for a technique, the opponent will make the same handseals but CANNOT create the attack unless it was in his Jutsu arsenal from the beginning.
Note: After the (5) seconds, the opponent still needs to figure out that he's in a Gen before releasing himself from it.

Description: The user will perform 1 handseal and focus lightning chakra into his palm, releasing it and manipulation the lightning into the shape of a rasengan-sized orb of lightning, then the user will gather fire chakra and spew out a large amount of it around the lightning orb, to serve as a coat. The user will then trust his palm foward and extend the orb into a large and fast beam of lightning, helped by the fire to twirl/spin around the lightning in ring formation, creating a fire/lightning beam combination. The shear speed of lightning and the devastating strength of fire combined with lightning make this technique deadly, and it's speed is bearly able to be tracked by a 2 tomoe sharingan. Regular naked eyes would see more of a blur move towards them. Thanks to the fire around the beam of lightning, this beam can pass through and overpower wind techniques, and thanks to it's lightning destructive strength it can also tear through and rip apart earth techniques. Due to the tremendous strength of this technique, the user's palm after using the technique is rather burned and paralized for the entire turn, not only this but the huge amount of chakra applied and controled spent on this techniques renders the user to be able to only use A rank and below Lightning and fire techniques for the following 2 turns of the match.

Description:This armor looks like something out of a nightmare. It is very simply decorated, it is as black as night with a helmet that completely covers the user's head. The history of the armor is a simple and bloody one. It was forged by a material as black as night called Ebony. It was melted down, and formed into the armor by one of the first Nara clansmen. That Nara has since passed it back and forth through his clan. The armor has the ability to manipulate already existing shadows. It can manipulate these shadows into B rank tendrils similar to the shadow stitching jutsu. The difference is that the shadow tendrils come out of the armor itself, and are controlled by the user. They can move up to mid range, and there are a fair amount of them. These tendrils can be used to stab, grab, rip, and trap the enemy. Like normal shadows, the shadows from the armor can be extinguished with complete darkness, or extreme light. The armor obviously being armor in it's very nature can protect the user from simple tools such as shuriken, and kunai. The armor's other ability is it's ability to create a surge of chakra through the user allowing him to break out of C rank and below genjutsu (of course he would still need to know he was in the genjutsu). If someone other than Killua zoldyck attempted to wear the armor, that person would be consumed by shadow chakra and stabbed in the stomach. He would then be tortured, being stabbed repeatedly by the shadows until he finally succumbed to his wounds and died a slow painful death. The armor has no chakra of it's own, so it must feed on the chakra of the user every turn it is in play to function.

Restrictions

-Cannot be put on during battle, only before or after.-
-Lasts only 4 turns-

If the hammer hits the opponent, it has the potential to send him flying in the opposite direction in addition to electrocuting him. The materialization then disperses.

Description : The user releases from the palm of his right or left hand, a highly compressed senbon of wind. The senbon is slightly larger than the ordinary senbon, but being made out of wind, just makes it as invisible as a regular senbon. With a single fling of the arm towards the intended direction, the user is capable of launching the senbon at greater speeds than the average senbons, thanks to the senbon being made out of wind. The primary function of this technique is to intrude enemy techniques, reach the very core of the technique and explode, releasing an all-round raging blast of wind. As though disassembling the technique, it takes it apart from the inside, causing techniques to falter before this technique. That is the main purpose of this technique, though it could be mistaken that due to it's quick speeds and sharp piercing ability, it could be utilized to just pierce through the enemy, killing them instantly, just like that. However, an unwritten law oversees the usages of this technique. The senbon is incapable of piercing into human flesh, instead, it releases the blast of wind, knocking the opponent out cold, but not causing instant death. If they wish to rejuvenate, they may possibly be able to if the situation allows for it.

How would a senbon made of wind, meaning it has a very small scale do such things? that's unrealistic for one, why would you say that the needle is as invisible as other senbons, other senbons aren't invisible, you should've said "as visible as other senbons" core of the technique makes no sense, i'll leave the changes up to you, you even didn't restrict the kind of elemental or techniques it works, so this basically works against everything.

Description : The user concentrates his wind chakra at about ten different spots in the air around his opponent. They have their distance between each other, and are placed at different angles from the opponent and are significantly near the opponent, but no where less than a meter. The tenth spot where the wind chakra is concentrated at will have to be directly placed over the opponent's body, at chest-level, behind, front or to the opponent's side. After the user get's the wind chakra in place, the user snaps his fingers and the wind chakra takes the form of bubbles of wind, that pops when in touch with any kind of surface, be it sharp or blunt. Upon being popped, it releases a sharp blast of wind that pushes the opponent into the direction where the wind sends them, which is directed by the user upon placement of wind chakra. The wind chakra that was placed directly onto the opponent acts as the techniques's trigger. Immediately after it becomes a bubble, it pops due to being so close to the opponent. It becomes much like pinball, where the enemy is the ball and he gets pushed around at high speeds, knocking against the other bubbles. Every bubble pop hurts the opponent. Within a few seconds, the technique would be over, since there aren't really a lot of bubbles. By default, if no changes was made to the final bubble, it will send the opponent flying into the sky, letting him fall back towards the ground. Most of the bones in the opponent's bodies would have already been broken upon the last bubble being popped as all the bubbles together rivals the level of S-rank.

This is a rip off of bubble Ninjutsu used by Utakata, wind doesn't form bubbles, only water does and with some form of shape manipulation, Utakata needs a bubble blower to do that, don't resubmit.

As the imaginary water washes him away, the opponent is exposed to a more powerful hallucination in which they, as a ninja, witness the pain and numerous deaths inflicted on others throughout history, during past wars and battles – The illusion manifests as a representation of the pain that war brings. The hallucination is excessively intricate and detailed, as the irrevocably shattered souls of the damned reciprocate the damage and pain that was once dealt to them in the past, using the water as their medium. While witnessing this, the water will thoroughly burn away the skin as if it was a potent acid. While this is not happening in reality – It’s nothing more than an illusion – the enemy is faced with such perceived agony and fear, that his muscles will begin to uncontrollably convulse, and he will scream out in pain, unable to fight, or even remain completely still as the pain washes over him, while under the influence of this jutsu.

Description: The user will begin by effectively subjecting their target to a genjutsu through the use of eye contact or hand gestures. Within the genjutsu, the user will disappear from sight, their body dissolving into a flock of crows – Though this is only the initial effect. As the user disappears, superfluous amounts of useless ‘information’ will be forcibly crammed into the mind of the opponent. The brain will interpret the ‘information’ as a form of psychosis and induce symptoms such as auditory hallucinations, bizarre persecutory delusions, giving rise to paranoia, as well as disorganized thinking, effectively disturbing cognitive function.The illusion basically serves to effectively hamper the opponent’s ability to process thought. While the opponent is deprived of the ability to think, the user will rush towards the opponent, appearing in front of them, delivering an initial punch to the solar plexus and then the left pectoral muscle. The initial two strikes serve to break the genjutsu and catch the opponent off guard as well as induce breathing difficulties, a few broken bones. The user will finish with a powerful upwards palm thrust to the throat, palm sideways, clenching down to reduce the blood flow to the brain, knocking the opponent out, and in the worst case scenario, causing cervical fracture. What makes this technique even more formidable however is that after the illusion is broken, the information is still retained within the opponent’s mind. Hell's Call is a 8 feet wide and tall cross pike weapon that is composed of chakra absorbing metal and steel with a red design on each of the four blades.Hell's call has the ability to be imbued with chakra and once imbued the blades will heat up to the point that it is on fire and glowing red hot,but not to the point that it will lose it's strength.The blades also will b surrounded by fire balls that follow the blades.Hell's call can be thrown just like heavens call and use a similar attack.

Ok my concern here is the "time manipulation" jutsu you mention, there isn't anything of the sort in the narutoverse or our RP, if you mentioned it to keep your opponent from noticing that he's under a genjutsu then it's invalid, because the second everything freezes they will notice that they are under a genjutsu from that, and define motionless, does it make the opponent freeze in reality, as in unable to move? paralysis or not? that needs to be defined.

Custom weapon

Description: Well the whip in it's self has a unique golden look while the scabbard has a 2.5 inch length. The whip can extends from the scabbard to the length of 25 feet while being manipulated by chakra to control the direction of attack and the speed in which the whip is being sent out at. meaning this is a chakra activated weapon as the whip will only extend when my chakra has been discharged into the scabbard.The whip has a flower like end at the end of it and has a unique ability where the user's sends chakra into to blind an opponent with bright flashes and light source beaming off the flower like tip. Knowing that this is a length based weapon puppet master's would have an advantage against this weapon they can easily attach chakra string to this whip to stop its movements. the whip is made of flexible titanium joints capable of flexing and moving at high speeds.This whip works very well for subdue tactics and disabling an enemy from being able to move or make hand sign by wrapping around there body as long as the enemy is wrapped up with the whip making hand signs is nearly impossible unless you can do handsigns with one hand.

Secret technique: the user of Kinshara can change the frequency of his chakra to make a musical genjutsu that resides out of the small pin holes in the gold links of Kinshara the genjutsu is played in a crescendo type melody (meaning calming) hypnotizing the enemy leaving them motionless. Now to explain what changing the frequency will mean. By utilizing the different vibrations between raiton chakra in my hand the user can speed up the vibrations until they make a screeching type noise. Now by feeding that chakra in through the scabbard it is released out the the numerous pin holes which are setup in perfect coordination to release a melody by continuation of feeding the chakra frequencys to Kinshara.

Music genjutsu is a no, you need to have sound release and Roku NR's permission to have that, and you should in the future define the extension of a range it can reach up to, like Mid range, Long range etc, remove the flexible titanium joins, -Mugen- has Titanium release and thus your CW can't have that, and hypnotizing ability? that's a Sharingan's ability, what bright flower light? changing the chakra frequency? honestly the CW is a big mess.

The Venus Flytrap (also Venus's Flytrap or Venus' Flytrap), Dionaea muscipula, is a carnivorous plant native to subtropical wetlands. It catches its prey—chiefly insects and arachnids— with a trapping structure formed by the terminal portion of each of the plant's leaves and is triggered by tiny hairs on their inner surfaces. When an insect or spider crawling along the leaves contacts a hair, the trap closes if a different hair is contacted within twenty seconds of the first strike. The requirement of redundant triggering in this mechanism serves as a safeguard against a waste of energy in trapping objects with no nutritional value.

The Venus Flytrap is a *plant whose structure can be described as a rosette of four to seven leaves, which arise from a short subterranean stem that is actually a bulb-like object. Each stem reaches a maximum size of about three to ten centimeters, depending on the time of year; longer leaves with robust traps are usually formed after flowering. Flytraps that have more than 7 leaves are colonies formed by rosettes that have divided beneath the ground.

Prey selectivity
Most carnivorous plants selectively feed on specific prey. This selection is due to the available prey and the type of trap used by the organism. With the Venus Flytrap, prey is limited to beetles, spiders and other crawling arthropods. In fact, the Dionaea diet is 33% ants, 30% spiders, 10% beetles, and 10% grasshoppers, with fewer than 5% flying insects.[9] Given that Dionaea evolved from an ancestral form of Drosera (carnivorous plants that use a sticky trap instead of a snap trap) the reason for this evolutionary branching becomes clear. The Venus Flytrap is one of a very small group of plants capable of rapid movement, such as Mimosa, the Telegraph plant, sundews and bladderworts.
The mechanism by which the trap snaps shut involves a complex interaction between elasticity, turgor and growth. In the open, untripped state, the lobes are convex (bent outwards), but in the closed state, the lobes are concave (forming a cavity). It is the rapid flipping of this bistable state that closes the trap, but the mechanism by which this occurs is still poorly understood. Digestion
If the prey is unable to escape, it will continue to stimulate the inner surface of the lobes, and this causes a further growth response that forces the edges of the lobes together, eventually sealing the trap hermetically and forming a 'stomach' in which digestion occurs. Digestion is catalysed by enzymes secreted by glands in the lobes.
Oxidative protein modification is likely to be a predigestive mechanism of the Dionaea muscipula. Aqueous leaf extracts have been found to contain quinones such as the naphthoquinone plumbagin that couples to different NADH-dependent diaphorases to produce superoxide and hydrogen peroxide upon autoxidation. *Such oxidative modification could rupture animal cell membranes. Plumbagin is known to induce apoptosis, associated with the regulation of Bcl-2 family of proteins. When the Dionaea extracts were preincubated with diaphorases and NADH in the presence of serum albumin (SA), subsequent tryptic digestion of SA was facilitated. *Since the secretory glands of Droseraceae contain proteases and possibly other degradative enzymes, it may be that the presence of oxygen-activating redox cofactors function as extracellular predigestive oxidants to render membrane-bound proteins of the prey (insects) more susceptible to proteolytic attacks.
Digestion takes about ten days, after which the prey is reduced to a husk of chitin. The trap then reopens, and is ready for reuse.

Ablity:-When summoned the Venus flytrap comes to the summoner and sinks it's roots into the ground as soon as being summon to gain stability.

-the teeth(cilia) of the flytrap carry a deadly poison if struck by the teeth the enemy become's paralyzed for 1 turn thus incapable of movement.(this only apply's to the boss summoning.
The summoning's attack strength can be enhance by upturning the earth(cultivation effect) making the summoning happy and more aggresive during battle.(lasts the duration of the battle after being utilized).
Signer's of the contract will receive the Venus flytrap tatto mark.

The extending whip works because of the fact that by running you chakra into the joints you can make then extend or retract.The whip has a flower like end at the end of it and has a unique ability where the user's sends his chakra directly to the end of the whip allowing the user attacks light flash attacks from the flower tip. The attacks are to a limit though the flower has colored mirror's on the inside of the flower which emit light out of the flower by channelling chakra to the flower. The end of the flower has an opening where the light source flash comes out of. Knowing that this is a length based weapon puppet master's would have an advantage against this weapon they can easily attach chakra string to this whip to stop its movements. the whip is made of flexible joints capable of flexing and moving at high speeds.

- the moveable metal joints must be left in because if they are taken out then I might as well not submitt a whip of any kind as they are taken by whip arts.(which is why this is a custom whip that extends from the scabbard by using chakra to extend the joint or retract them.)

Description: This is an advanced fire release technique which is unlocked after gaining mastery of the fire release, after the user gathers a huge amount of Fire chakra all over his body, basically converting most of their chakra into fire chakra inside of their body, the user undergoes a special state where he becomes covered in a fire aura, like a faint blazing red aura around his body that's resonating as long as the technique is active, this aura doesn't grant the user any defensive capabilities whatsoever, however it allows the user to power up his Fire techniques alone in rank, meaning that any Fire technique that the user uses while this technique is activated will gain an additional rank, like A-rank fire techniques when used while this technique is active will become S-ranked, the reason for the boost in rank is that the user utilizes double the amount of chakra that the fire techniques requires so if a technique requires an amount of 40 chakra points, the user performs it with 80 chakra points instead, similar to how Naruto does with the Rasengan by compressing and utilizing more chakra he upgraded it into the Big Ball Rasengan, this also makes the user capable of performing Fire techniques with one less handseal than they originally require, and able to change the solid aspect of the fire techniques at will, meaning if he utilizes a Fire technique that causes a physical effect, he can make it like a regular decompressed fire and if he used a normal fire technique he can cause it to cause a physical effect, like smashing through earth and other solid objects like how the Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire technique works, the user is capable of doing the compression and decompression of the fire techniques as a result of his chakra usage for each technique, so if he compresses more chakra into the fire he would make it have a more solid aspect by compressing the flames together however this doesn't increase the power of the fire technique, the only power boost they get is the rank which is the initial effect of the technique, maintaining this technique is rather difficult and require vast amount of chakra from the user, so they can only be maintained for a limited amount of time, while in this technique the user will be incapable of using any water techniques, as well as the wind techniques the user uses while in this mode will lose one rank, so if the user uses a B-rank wind technique it will become a C-rank, this technique also puts a huge strain on the user's body, decreasing their speed by half of the original amount, however they are still capable of stringing handseals just as fast as they were capable of before.
Note: Can only be used once per battle.

Description: This is a simple Sealing technique dedicated to the use of Senjutsu, basically the user previous has a large amount of natural chakra sealed into a specific seal that's found onto the center of the user's chest, when activating the seal that has the natural chakra stored inside, the Seal inserts natural chakra into the user constantly allowing the user to enter Sage Mode, the constant amount of natural chakra that's transferred into the user allows him to maintain Sage Mode for a limited amount of time, normally the user has 2 Seals that has large natural chakra stored into them, by using this technique the user is incapable of entering Sage Mode again after the natural chakra in the seals run out, only a seal can be active at a time, both cannot be active and apply the user with natural chakra at the same time, when switching to the other seal that has natural chakra stored inside of it, the user has to post this technique once more, counting towards his 3 move count per turn, each seal can only be used once per battle, by sacrificing one of the seals, it allows the user to summon Shima and Fukasaku the toad sages without having to wait a turn in order to summon them, by using the mass of natural chakra present in the seal to summon them instead, by doing this it scarifies one of the seals, leaving the user with one seal left, however when used for summoning the toad sages, the same seal cannot be used to enter Sage mode, he has to use the other seal in order to do so.
Note: Each Seal allows the user to maintain Sage Mode activated for 3 turns.

Description: The Dragon Naginata consists of a hardened chakra resonant metal shaft with a curved blade, also made of chakra resonant metal, on the end. It has a stylised tsuba of a dragon, between the blade and shaft and has a hidden mechanism that allows the blade to break off under the tsuba where it is attached to a chain within the shaft. This allows for a slightly greater reach during a slash if activated at the correct time. The shaft is 120cm long and the blade 60cm long with a single cutting edge and a sharpened point like any other Japanese Katana, giving the Naginata a total length of 180cm. Through the unknown process this weapon was made in, the Dragon Naginata is indestructible when faced against similar ranked weapons and jutsu (S-rank). The chakra resonant metal this naginta was made from work particularly well with fire chakra allowing the user to channel their fire chakra into it to unleash an arc of flames during a slash, that is equivalent to an S-rank fire jutu, three time per match.
Notes:
- Can only be used by those allowed by Shinta,
- Even with the chain attachment, without a specific jutsu it cannot reach anything outside of Short Range,
- The fire arc counts as one of the users three jutsu per turn and cannot be used in succession, this must be posted as a reference in place of an actual jutsu.

Description: The Dragon Naginata consists of a hardened chakra resonant metal shaft with a curved blade, also made of chakra resonant metal, with a stylised tsuba of a dragon, between the blade and shaft containing has a hidden mechanism that allows the blade to break off under the tsuba where it is attached to a chain within the shaft. This allows for a slightly greater reach during a slash if activated at the correct time in that in can reach out to mid-range. The shaft is 120cm long and the blade 60cm long with a single cutting edge and a sharpened point like any other Japanese Katana, giving the Naginata a total length of 180cm. Through the unknown process this weapon was made in, the Dragon Naginata is indestructible when faced against similar ranked weapons and jutsu (S-rank). The chakra resonant metal this naginta was made from work particularly well with fire chakra allowing the user to channel their fire chakra into it to unleash an arc of flames during a slash, that is equivalent to an S-rank fire jutu and is capable of reaching long range, three time per match.
Notes:
- Can only be used by those allowed by Shinta,
- The hidden chain device allows the blade to swing out to mid-range and retract back into the weapon automatically,
- The fire arc counts as one of the users three jutsu per turn and cannot be used in succession, this must be posted as a reference in place of an actual jutsu. The flame arc can reach long range and can only be done three times per match.

Reaching Mid range with a single slash is a no, you need to define that this is NOT a sword when you mentioned "Katana" it lead me to say this, chakra infusable swords aren't allowed anymore, keep in mind that you can only channel fire chakra into it for the special "effects", define this "fire arc" it needs size definition, and what exactly does it look like, and remove that the sword is indestructible when facing S-ranks, instead you could just write indestructible, keep in mind that you can't use it to counter techniques because it's "indestructible" it simply means the sword won't break apart.

Description: The user, by flooding their body with lightning chakra, will convert their physical form in a contained formed of pure lightning that allows attacks to pass harmlessly through the user's body. If used to block a taijutsu attack, the opponent will receive a powerful shock from the user as they would if they made contact with any other lighting attack. When in this form the user can move at a normal pace but cannot perform any jutsu however it does not cancel any jutsu the user already has active. While the users taijutsu will be ineffective they can however try to touch the opponent to deal powerful electric shock. From the opponents perspective the user will appear normal until hit by an object or jutsu where the users body will appear to disperse in a flicker of electrical current.
Notes:
- Can only be taught by Shinta,
- Can only be used five times per match,
- User cannot make any knew attacks in this form but can move around as normal,
- Remains active for three turns unless cancelled by the user and can not be used in successive attacks.

(Doton: Hana Furi-ku) Earth Release: Booger Flick

Description: The user begins by pooling doton chakra into their index finger and their thumb as they pick their nose. Once they have a booger on the tip of their finger they flick it towards the opponent releasing the doton chakra and condensing it into the booger. As the booger travels towards the opponent it picks up momentum and begins to coat in earth created from the doton chakra, it grows to the size of a basketball and can slam into the opponent with enough force to break bones. The user can perform the Seal of Confrontation before the earthen ball hits the opponent causing it to explode out towards the opponent. As it explodes it sends out a mass of airborne spikes (ten per booger flicked). These spikes are much smaller then the earthen mass being only the size of a kunai. Ear wax can be used instead of a booger.
Notes:
-Can be used four times per battle (once per nostril and once per ear)
-Can flick more then one booger at a time but only four in total (referring to a small ball of ear wax as a booger)
-The 'explosion' has no force and it's just the ball releasing the spikes

Description: This technique enables the user cast a genjutsu on the target after performing 3 handseals in which the target believes that there are tiny cobwebs around his/her face. This causes the target to become distracted as he/she will try to remove the cobwebs from their face using their hand(s). The target will gradually begin to feel the cobwebs all over their body, making them uncomfortable, uneasy and distracted as the cobwebs become visible and in a bid to tear his/her way out of the thick cobwebs, he/she will start stumbling and walking around aimlessly in a darkness that sets in as their head starts to spin, causing them to become dizzy and hear voices of people laughing at them and mocking them. Eventually, they fall to the ground helpless, stressed out and weakened.
-Usable 3 times per battle.
-Can be used on multiple opponents at the same time as long as the are in range(short-mid)
-Can only be taught by Naizen

You can't mention how your opponent is going to react when struck by the genjutsu, only what he sees/experiences in the genjutsu has to be mentioned, things like they will tear through the cobwebs when feeling that they are on their face or whatever can't be mentioned in the technique, second part about hearing people laugh at them is done countless times in other genjutsu techniques. so basically the whole description needs to be reworded.

Description: Many years ago The Trojan War was supposedly fought for a woman named Helen; secretly, however, the The Trojan Paris had also stolen Menelaus’ spear which was given to him by his godly father, Ares. The spear towers at 7’ with a chain and brace that leads back to the users arm to it can be pulled back to the user if they miss.

-Abilities-
The spear can pierce through solid rock on its own
The spear can be used Short range to be stab with (Not as strong as being thrown)
The spear can be mixed with the users chakra making the spear have different capabilities, each of which counts as an S rank move in which case costs 40 chakra
Wind- the spear is thrown and can pierce any material and pierce up to A rank jutsu (Can only be used once per move set, counts as a move, doesn’t work against fire Jutsu)
Earth- The user throws the spear along or into the ground and the chain is broken off, the spear then is led by the users chakra into the opponent.
Fire- A layer of fire is coated around the spear causing extra damage
Lightning- The user throws the spear at his or her opponent, and if it hits a lightning strike then also comes down from the sky and hits the opponent, the lightning is unblockable
Water- works like the Earth version, thrown into the water and goes underneath the opponent, when it rises the spear has gained enough water (Infused with the users chakra) along the way to when it rises water surrounds it in the form of a shark with its mouth open.
-The chain and brace can be chosen to be put on (Will be stated in either the beginning of the battle or when summoned)

-Restrictions-
-During the battle the spear may only be used with the element capabilities 3 times per battle (Must use different elements Ex. No Wind-Wind-Wind use or Wind-Wind-Fire use)

Too many abilities, that lightning part really made me reconsider and just DNR it, you can't put a technique as "unblockable", what do you mean about "the spear can tower at 7'", can pierce solid rock on it's own? so that's pretty much every solid Earth technique out there? no, it's a big mess, make it reasonable.

Description: The Instant-Capture Kunai are weapons designed specifically for disabling and capturing opponents by rendering them immobile. Unlike most of the other weapons created, these weapons inflict no actual damage to the opponent when used. The Instant-Capture Kunai are exactly identical to a typical kunai regarding appearance, allowing the user to maintain the element of surprise. When thrown the four sides of the blade open in order to release the capturing device sealed within the kunai, the device used is either a weighted net or a Boleadora and each is woven from a sturdy metal alloy to effectively detain the opponent. The alloy is designed to electrify itself when it comes into contact with excess chakra, effectively preventing the opponent from strengthening their body through the use of techniques such as Chakra Enhanced Strength to break the restraints. That being said the restraint is able to be broken through brute force but at the cost of the restraints digging into the skin of the opponent before breaking and due to the durability of the restraints they may only be broken by opponents with immense physical strength or their allies.

Description: The Barrier Kunai is the only weapon designed and forged to be used exclusively for defensive purposes. Functioning similarly to Instant-Capture Kunai, these weapons are meant to provide the user with a quick, effective, and surprising defense against all modes of attack. Prior to throwing the blades, the user imbues them with a decent amount of chakra before throwing the blade into an object such as a tree, a wall, or even the ground. Upon impact the rear of the kunai splits into four sections and projects a barrier in the opposite direction, allowing this technique to easily block areas such as halls or paths inside forests. The barrier itself is of a light blue color and any thing, living or dead, that comes into contact with the barrier is deflected; beings that possess chakra signatures that differ even slightly from that of the user receive electrical shocks upon contact with the barrier, these shocks are meant to interfere with the nervous system of the victim in addition to inflicting physical pain. Objects such as kunai, shuriken, rocks, etc. simply bounce off the barrier and have the potential to inflict damage on the user through ricochet. In addition to the visible barrier, the kunai creates a notably weaker but invisible barrier around itself to deter the efforts of those who realize the kunai is the source. This barrier does not cause electrical shocks, it simply makes it impossible to physically grab the kunai and causes some difficulty in attempting to damage the kunai. That being said the barriers erected through the use of this tool are able to be dispersed by those with the ability to absorb chakra and may be shattered by higher powered techniques. The shape of the barrier is dependent upon the locations of the kunai used to form it and as such is determined by the user before hand, it must be noted that it is impossible to create a spherical barrier but it is possible to create a circular barrier through the use of this tool. Description: Bluffing powder is a chalky, white substance created for use in more desperate situations. The powder itself is unable to do any damage to the opponent unless thrown into their eyes and beyond that and its intended use is absolutely worthless. The user can use this technique in two different ways. The first, the user must direct a small amount of their chakra into the powder after covering their inner palms with it, this must be kept hidden from the opponent. After this process the powder can then be diffused into the air to make it seem as though the user's chakra levels suddenly surged, preferably by clapping one's hands after weaving a series of handseals. The second the user can place the pre-attached bags on kunai with the powder inside and apply chakra and then throwing it another location, then at the user's will the powder can be made to explode outwards since it contains the user chakra. Once the powder is in the air it appears identical to the user's actual chakra to Sensors and those able to visualize chakra and is meant to frighten or cause doubt to rise in the minds of the opponents.
Note: User only carries enough powder to use this technique 3 times.

Why would this limit your use of Genjutsu or Taijutsu? :sy: Why is this forbidden rank? This is nothing more than at best an S-Rank. And don't add useless restrictions that make no sense to the techniques. It will eventually only lead to a DNR.

So this can be made anywhere in the air? no, that needs to be defined, whether it is above your opponent or another location, if it's made above the opponent then there should be a gap of like 10 meters between the technique and the opponent, also remove "giant" out of the technique, it's 10 times as big as you, it's not THAT big lol.


Removed the ridiculous restrictions and removed the part about genjutsu and Taijutsu also changed the Rank and placed it as a S Rank
