A Retake on Minato

FTG can't really be overrated in my opinion. This jutsu along with Itachi's Tsukuyomi, are probably the most haxxed jutsus in existence.

And I believe that yes Minato could teleport right inside Susanoo if he marked either Itachi or Sasuke.

That is why if ninjas are ever in a fight against Minato they have to try their best not to get tagged as in one move he can take away any summons you have, while also marking you for FTG, giving him in insta win.

if he was able to do it wit just a thought it would be even more deadly if he didnt need the seal

If he could do that then there would be no point in anyone even attempting to fight him.

The need for a seal to teleport to is the only drawback, although since he can put seals on anything this pretty much brings it back to even.

Lets get a couple things straight; some people have the misconception that Itachi can just throw anything at Minato (besides genjutsu, getting to that) and win. *Itachi would win because he can just amaterasu Minato* is an example. However, people are obviously forgetting that Minato has a space time barrier jutsu, basically anything physical coming at him he can just send somewhere else. Now some haters are probably thinking, but what about the seals and time to activate etc; it takes a couple of seconds to activate, the same as amaterasu.

Other counters for Itachi>Minato regard Itachi's ability to counter all the kunai thrown by Minato because he is rated as the best kunai/shuriken thrower in the series, however, when he blocks these kunai they aren't going to just drop to the ground where they make collision, they are flying at a high speed, and are made of metal, they are going to collide and rebound in another direction, therefore minato can throw kunai from these kunai, allowing him to throw them from multiple directions basically all at once, I don't think even Itachi would be able to keep up considering Minato can just go on forever doing this, therefore one will eventually get close enough to Itachi for Minato to rasengan the f*** out of him, or whatever he pleases basically.

Then there is the argument that Itachi will throw up susanoo at this point, AGAIN everything takes time to activate.

wat lol minato wont even kno amateratsu is coming takes longer 4 him to do seals than the eye jutsu 4 itachi as when he fought sasuke his susanoo came out in no time.an i hope we r leaving genjutsu out of this if not minato loses he wont kno when itachi has him in genjutsu he just cant match up wit itachi. while he is throwing kunai he will be under genjutsu an on top of that itachi puts out shadow clones in the blink of an eye u cant even see hand sings.

throw kunai from othe kunai wat?

only thing that can help minato win is that itachi is sick wont no other way to take him down.

he has fought a sharingan user before (tobi) who is more powerful than itachi i dnt think he would wait to find out... he sees blood i bet itachi gets a kunai thrown at him and hit with a rasengan

I'll just say this...when Itachi met Jiraiya in part 1 Itachi knew not to mess with him. (that ep when we see Itachi & Kisame try to take Naruto).

Jiraiya would wipe the floor with Itachi. Itachi was under Pain in strength. Pain knew that Jiraiya would've beaten him had he known the secret of the Rinnegan (Pain admitted this after killing Jiraiya).

Minato surpassed Jiraiya, therefore Minato > Itachi. Not saying Itachi isn't cool he's actually my second favorite, but Minato was a Kage who is considered the greatest ninja of his time. Itachi isn't up to that level.

wasnt it mention in the manga that someone with enough cand hakra control can break out of genjitsu themselves? I know people are going to say well nobody can break it but family cause itachi said but i can't how many times someone said something in the manga turnout to not be true. My opinion is minato wins because no matter who ever has it sharaigan (sorry for spelling) has never been able to handle anybody with extreme speed.

Itachi is the prodigy of the uchiha clan right along shisui and 98% of the characters can't and wouldn't be able to take him on.

Let me start it out on his speed combined with his stealth surpasses mostly everybody else. Here you can see Itachi sneak up behind killer bee properly where as minato couldn't. No I am not saying Itachi is faster then Minato just his stealth is better as you see below Minato had not realized that killer had a knife towards his gut until it was too late.
