With his hands still together the user will perform 3 handseals and aim their hands at their target and release big dragon headed blast of fire from each hand.
*The blast dont have to be used simultaneously but one at a time*
*No katon jutsu for the next three turns*

This will temporarily increase their 5 sense's to the max. The user will also receive a small boost in strength, speed and agility. The setback is by activating this part of your brain you are deactivating the part of your brain that allows you to think logically causing you to have short term memory and to act just as a monkey. The user will not be able to think clear and he will attack anything he spots with blows to the body.

*When in this state you are basically incompetent and cant think straight*

This Fighting style is a very advanced kenjutsu and is mostly preferred by the people who have there sword placed on there back instead of on there waist. This is a very obscure kenjutsu style and is known only to a select few who have survived the rigorous training necessary to master this fighting style. Thanks to the extremely hard training and the low number of people able to completely master it this technique is known only to a few elite swordsman. This fighting style is more concentrated on the fluid and faster leg movements of the swordsmen in which case it relies on extremely quick speeds to attack and defend. This fighting style also helps a swordsmen to wield the blade using even his mouth. Whence using this technique the user receives a speed boost and a clarity of perception his speed now would rival Narutos sage mode speed. So basically it will help the user to move at very high speeds for three times in a battle either to attack or defend.
-Can be used thrice in a battle.
-All kenjutsu attacks or sword based attack done in conjunction with this move get +20 Attack/defense.

Description: CEB is made of high density crystal which is the reason why it's so firm and sharp. A very old and secret blacksmith technique was used to create this blade. Rumors say that all five previous owners were sealed within it, upon their death, giving it the power to become chakra infused. When it's chakra infused it gets the corresponding elements color and starts glowing. When it's infused, for example, with Fuuton chakra it starts glowing green, adds boost to Fuuton jutsus and allows the user to use its Fuuton effect. Because the user concentrates a large amount of chakra into it, it gets compressed and when he releases the jutsu it gets boosted. Same goes for other chakra natures. Once it's infused with one type of chakra it can't be infused with other, during that battle. CEB is 50 inches long and it can be wielded with one hand.
Note: Once infused it can't be infused again with an other type of chakra during that battle

Upon his death he sealed a part of himself within it, making the blade chakra infusable and able to react to Fuuton, Suiton and Hyouton chakra. When the user channels his chakra into CEB, it starts glowing in the elements corresponding color and allows the user to use its element effect. Each element has its own effect which, together with chakra infusion, counts as one of three moves per turn. If the user infuses his Fuuton/Suiton chakra into CEB it starts glowing green/blue and allows the user to use its Fuuton/Suiton effect three times per match. If the user infuses both types of chakra, due to his mastery of both and his ability of controlling Ice, his sword starts glowing light blue and allows the user to use its Hyouton effect. When the user infuses Suiton chakra into his sword he can’t change it to Fuuton, but instead he can add Fuuton to get Hyouton, and vice versa. CEB is a very light blade due to its crystal construction and its only 50 inches long so it can be used with one hand. It's also unbreakable because crystal is one of the firmest materials.

Description: The use will release many Kikaichū bugs out of his body which coat his limbs (arms, legs, etc. – the user chooses what) with the crowd of insects. The user can use these insects as an extension of their limbs giving them longer reach with taijutsu and can also be used to restrict the opponent.
Note: Must be a member of the Aburame Clan.
Note: The user is capable of performing jutsus and form hand seals while this is active.

The user creates a very thick and dense chakra coat around his Kikaichū bugs by using chakra pressure to compress the large amount of chakra. After this, the user slams his limb (most probably his arm) down onto the ground to dissipate any attack up to S-rank e.g. Earth pillars, incoming S-ranked wind/fire/lightning blast, etc. The use of this technique disperses all the bugs that had enveloped the user’s limb by the former jutsu and thus, the “Destruction Bug Kata” ends. The Kikaichū bugs used in this technique are also killed due to the sheer amount of chakra pressure used.
Note: Aerial attack can no be dissipated, the user must slam his limb onto the ground for this jutsu to work.

~Declined~ Not only is it an exact copy of your precedent jutsu (stronger), but it's not even restricted as a Forbidden technique. You have the same restrictions as the other one, except for that 15 damage to your body, which is ridiculous considering it won't cripple you in any way for the rest of the fight (which is basically what a Forbidden technique do most of the time).

Description: The user disperses his Kikaichū bugs all around the battlefield which are then used to alert the host about the location and presence of any nearby chakra on the battelfield. This is made possible due to the close relationship that the host has with his bugs and thus, his Kikaichū bugs can communicate to him and relay him information in a number of ways. By simply watching and/or hearing his bug's movements, the user is capable of interpreting their responses and can determine the presence and location of all/any chakra bearing objects on the battlefield. It should also be noted that the bugs inside the host are capable of receiving these messages from their fellow bugs and can relay this to the user - i.e. another method to communicate.

~Declined~ This is almost a 1 hit K.O jutsu. Your opponent would never know what's coming with this jutsu and knowing that are some pretty useful (and terrifying) seals that can be placed on someone (restricting their movements, elemental chakras...etc), I can't accept this technique.

Description: This technique is an advanced form of the heightened Inuzuka senses, and it can only be performed by members of the Inuzuka clan whom have achieved full mastery of the clan techniques. This technique requires physical contact with the users ninken, and it’s based around the principle that Inuzuka clan members are able to mix and share their chakra with their ninken, and the other way around. The user focuses greatly on the bond he and his ninken shares and absorbs almost all its chakra, leaving it completely drained and unable to battle any further. The great presence of canine chakra in the users body, will greatly increase the users sense of smell and hearing to a level that is far more advanced than even the most experienced and talented Inuzuka clan members. This means that the user is able to hear the opponent’s heartbeat and smell the adrenaline coursing through his veins. Because of the massive animal presence in the users chakra network, the user inherits a small part of his ninkens “6th sense” (the sense that allows dogs to foresee storm, for example) which allows him to block out unnecessary sounds like explosions. The user is able to adjust his hearing and smell by controlling the chakra flow to his ears and nose.

~Declined~ I'll give it to you, this technique is well thought out. Only a few thing to tweet. Why is there 20 damage if it's an A-rank technique? You can take it off. Make it last for a fixed number of turns (4). Lower your abilities a bit, check the bold part. Please mention that you can't use your dog (or any dog) for the rest of the fight as a drawback. Lastly, make it S-rank.

Description: The user releases a massive amount of earth chakra into the ground below him and claps his hands together; this causes a gigantic humanoid behemoth to rise from the ground somewhere short range around the user. The behemoth looks like a traditional samurai and it is equipped with a large katana and a big round shield. The behemoth and the user are linked by a chakra bond and therefore the behemoth mimics all the users movements to perfection, it cannot move by itself. The behemoth is made from the strongest minerals and metals in the earth, and it is able to regenerate most non-lethal damage by absorbing the earth around it. The users chakra is constantly coursing through the behemoth and therefore it cannot be used as a base for earth techniques. To function properly the behemoth draws on a small amount of the users life force. Because of the chakra and life force running through the behemoth, it is able to manipulate and fire great amounts of earth with the strength of an S-ranked technique, this counts as one of the three techniques that can be used every turn. Because of the massive chakra drain the user won’t be able to use advanced earth techniques for a while.

A basic lightning release technique, the user must perform two hand seals while gathering chakra either in a concentrated spot or all throughout their body. This part may be performed as much as thirty seconds in advance of the actual attack and held in till released from the users body. Upon release a high voltage shock will either travel through the point of concentration or through the body as a whole, delivering a shock capable of stunning and causing uncontrollable muscle spasms inside the intended victim. To be hit by this technique a person must be either in contact or within three feet of the user under normal conditions. While under water this effect widens substantially to within ten feet of the user. As the effects wear off the opponent may feel a burning or tingling sensation all over their body, though the technique does not physically leave more then first degree burns even when focused. This attack can also be channeled through the ground to increase the range of the attack.

Description: Morpheus and Selene are both Bleeding-Heart pigeons of average size, with Selene having a primarily light pink plumage, with blue accent around her head, giving her the appearance of wearing a masquerade mask, and on the tips of her wings as accents – the “wound” on her chest is golden, as is a large arc that extends from the tip of one wing, across her back, and to the edge of the other; Morpheus is covered in stark black feathers that have a very sleek, shiny finish, despite his rather ruffled appearance – his “wound” is snow white, as is the crown on his head. Among the signers of the Columbidae contract, it is widely believed that these two are the next in line for leadership over the contract. These two both specialize in Genjutsu, giving them rather interesting powers. While in Avian form, it’s obvious that Selene is the powerhouse. While she flies around, she rapidly molts, scattering her feathers – which give off a soft glow – all over the battlefield; this causes the opponent(s) to become very relaxed, as they start to fall into a deep, soothing sleep – this is effectively Selene’s own version of the Temple of Nirvana Genjutsu. Due to the constant and continuous nature of the Genjutsu, it makes it not only difficult to avoid, but difficult to resist. Morpheus mainly runs support in this form – he uses a form of the False Surroundings Genjutsu to make it so that neither Selene nor himself can be easily pinpointed, but constantly randomizing their location, or so it appears to the opponent. Once Selene’s Genjutsu takes effect, though, both automatically assume their human forms – and in this form, Morpheus is the one to be reckoned with. Selene starts to sing, ensuring that the opponent stays in a deep, peaceful sleep, which only helps to augment Morpheus’s powers as this allows him to ensnare anyone who hears Selene’s singing in their sleep into his own Genjutsu. He taps into the opponent’s subconscious, and draws forth their deepest fears, allowing their mind to create their own nightmares. He then amplifies them and gives them form while adding a few of his own touches, making them very real to the enemy, as if they are experiencing the most horrific of nightmares – due to the peaceful sleep they came from, the nightmares are more exhausting on the enemy’s mind than they would be normally. After a short while, with the opponent mentally exhausted from the barrage of nightmares, he makes it appear as if a large black portal opens beneath the opponent’s feet, sucking them into a large, bleak nothingness. Made it cost 80 chakra instead of 40, since it's two birds. o_O Not really sure what kind of restrictions need to be added - if it's declined again, I'll boost the rank to Forbidden and make it require a blood-sacrifice as well. o.o Also made it so that summons can't be used for five turns after these two are summoned.

Description: Mikomi was forged by ancient blacksmiths, the founders of the chakra metal weapons. They were the best and this was the last and the most powerful weapon they created. The weapon his comprised by a blade made of a very special chakra metal, Mythril, that is able to change it shape (but not its mass) by responding to our chakra manipulation. To gain full power of the weapon, the user must infuse it with blood. It requires 30 damage points. Once the ritual is done, the blade will acquire a bluish white tone and the user will have the ability to change it shape.
Due to it's material, Mikomi his extremely hard to break, but so sharp that can cut through almost anything.
*Every time the user wants to manipulate it, he must drop 15 health*
*Can only be held by Keotsu. The sword will became so heavy that the user will have it's bones crushed if he gets beneath, if attempted to be used by anyone else*

Description: After using the first Mikomi no Yaiba, this blade’s predecessor, for years, Keotsu decided it was time to forge his own blade. Keotsu took the ancestral Mythril blade and used its shape-shifting ability to transform it into an ore that he could smelt and form his own sword with. Using a process from his home, Keotsu spent three straight days forging the blade, infusing it with his chakra and life-force as he did so. On the dawn of the forth morning, the blade gleamed in the early morning light, and was completed. Infused with the powers of the previous Mikomi no Yaiba, this blade retained the ability to change its shape, but not its mass, by responding to the wielder’s chakra manipulation – and due to this ability to change its shape, the godly edge that the previous blade held was still present after this re-forging, shown when Keotsu plunged the blade into a sheer rock face and withdrew it, the weapon unscathed. Keotsu’s forging had an adverse effect on the blade, though. It created a type of “grain” on the inside of the light blue-white metal, causing energy to flow from it one-way, meaning that if he was running his chakra through it, energy could not be put into it from an opposite direction, as the blade would act as an extreme energy insulator. Keotsu’s re-forging also had one more effect on the blade: it allowed Keotsu to amplify the chakra he used for his Kenjutsu technique, boosting their strength and allowing him to use the chakra he focused into the blade to use a short-range, splash type shockwave; that is, when swung, after charging chakra, the sword can release a mulit-directional “splash-wave” of chakra that has the same cutting capability and force behind it as the blade when swung. Due to the legendary metal from which it is forged, Mikomi no Yaiba: Mythos’s edge will never dull, and the weapon is indestructible.
*The user can manipulate the blade’s form during battle at any time, but it costs 35 chakra to do so, and also counts towards one of that turn’s three allotted moves.
*The sword can be summoned using the generic summoning technique, but this also counts against a turn’s move, obviously.
*The splash wave requires a charge time, but chakra can be charged while other chakra/jutsu are being used, due to it having a neutral element; thus, it doesn’t create an imbalance within the user’s system. The wave is considered a standard A-rank jutsu, requiring 30 chakra, doing 60 damage, counting against one of the moves in a turn, and it does not receive the +20 power boost that the sword gives to Kenjutsu.
*Can only be wielded by Keotsu. When someone else tries to hold the blade, it will reject their chakra and increase its density exponentially, making it to heavy to be lifted. However, it reverts to its original density when Keotsu is holding it.



It's more of an upgrade than an update, but here are the immediate changes: lowered rank due to forbidden-rank weapons being outlawed; took away the self-damaging nature needed for transforming but increased the required chakra; added a boost to Kenjutsu techniques instead of the sword having an actual damage value; addition of A-ranked chakra wave;added the ability to the sword that it can be summoned to the user.

And just a quick question: if the upgrade is declined, I get to keep the original Mikomi, correct? o.o

~Declined~ There's just too many abilities there, decide which one you want to keep but lower the count. Also, if you keep the bold part, elaborate on it more. Yes you can keep your old sword if this one is declined.

~Declined~ How would you know the speed and energy being used by your opponent. Unless you restrict it to Doujutsu, I don't see this one getting approved. Even then you should restrict it to 3 B-rank and 1 A-rank.

After the opponent realizes that he is trapped, the one underground raises the opponent up, and at the same time the other stars are coming, they all burst, sending the opponent in a fiery, burning haze.

Description: Way to Dawn is the name of Riku's most highly favored sword. Riku constantly keeps it in his sheathe, having to often use it in battle, but if not already sheathed, he can call it to the field at any time (this requires no hand seals, so he can do it fluently and quickly in battle, but does require the above chakra amount). It's appearance is quite peculiar, most notably the wing on the inner part of it's blade. The main color of the blade is somewhere between a dark red and black, transitioning in colors from black to dark red from the blade edge to the blade's back respectively. One half of the blade's guard is compromised of what seems to be a demonic wing, whilst the other seems to be an angelic counterpart. Way to Dawn is of fair size for a blade, and Riku most often uses it with one hand, allowing for efficient and quick attacks. The blade's affinity, being that it's Riku's blade, belongs with ice-related techniques and jutsu. First, whenever the blade is in Riku's hand, he is capable of doing all ice jutsu with barely any handseals, but rather simply by swinging the blade or, in some cases such as the ice spike jutsu, stabbing it into the ground and three times per battle, the Riku can use this blade to increase any one of his ice-techniques ranks by one (obviously excluding forbidden-rank techniques). The sword can, at any time, be imbued with ice chakra that will increase it's durability and cutting power, though this, obviously, requires the user to use up more chakra. When the user does this, the blade will also become larger than normally and be covered in what seems to be a light blue coating, giving the sword extra reach, though still leaving it at the same weight and still allowing Riku to hold it the same way and still be balanced. The sword also has several other abilities (to be submitted as customs).
Note: When focusing ice chakra into the sword, the user will lose ten chakra points per turn.
Note: This blade can only be held by Riku. If anyone but Riku so much as touches its hilt, the blade will slowly encase them in ice while at the same time dropping their body's temperature exponentially. The ice will first begin to creep up their hands until it covers their entire body.

~Declined~ Check the bold part. Summon it with a special seal you need to touch, or with hand seals, but not out of thin air. Make it so it lowers your hand seals by 2-3 but change that part. Make it so it can only boost A-rank and lower by one rank.

At he end of this turn, the pillars will crumble. This technique can be controlled, the amount of pillars can be increased or reduced. If this technique is used on a human, the pillar will crush the opponent.

-If used on a tail beast, The pillars only restrict the tails by pinning them down onto the ground, any other part such as the arms and legs can still remain with motion, the pillars only restrict the Creature from running, dodging, jumping etc. While this is in place, the beast still has power to perform jutsu.

As soon as this is done, the user will form another handseal, the seal of the tiger, activating the launch of the jutsu. A demonic statue will rise from the ground, from the Head to the fingers on top of the earth,the statue rises from below the opponent, it is positioned so that the opponent is lifted as it rises in the right hand of the statue, the atmosphere and surroundings change, the sky turns blood red, the clouds black, and the grass and any other vegetation is dull in color. This demonic statue has nine closed eyes, and a scroll in it's mouth. As the opponent is on the right hand of the statue, drenched in fear, the opponent is incapable of moving, leaving te user in reality a chance to attack.On the left hand of the statue, positioned on the palm, is a small human sized replica of the staue, in full body form, this replica has only two eyes, both, blood red, possessing the sharingan.The replica then jumps onto the right hand of which the opponent is located, and slashes his throat with a specially designed kunai. As this is done, the opponent falls out of the genjutsu, traumatized, this causes the opponent to operate in a dizzy/drunken manner for the next two turns, which slows down his movement.

After the hand seals are formed, the user brings their hand to their mouth and breathes a stream of fire directly downward. The fire goes flaring up in all directions around the user, burning all enemies in close proximity to the user. It is not very powerful, earning it a mere A-Rank.

Note:Can only be used 3 times per battle.

He has the ability to fuse with the user’s head in the shape of a helmet with a horn, given him (the user) a constant flow of chakra to break or deflect genjutsu from the user. Upon arrival to the field Sesshomaru can releases a flow of chakra into any single enemy at mid-range from the user, placing them in a genjutsu known as the Rim of Possibilities (A-rank). In this genjutsu the opponent see 4 mirrors of himself dying four different ways, sending fear throughout their body holding them in place. The user can’t use any of Sesshomaru’s abilities for 2 turns if he uses that genjutsu when he comes into the field. Sesshomaru has the nature elements of wind, using it up to A-rank.

(Furuidou) - Ancestral Body
Rank : S
Range : Short
Type : Offense/Defense/Supplementary

Description : With this technique, the user is able to conjure up an avatar resembling the user around him with its thin layer made up of purely the user's very own chakra. This is merely nothing more than an ordinary chakra cloak that does basically nothing. The chakra cloak has no special features nor does it have any special abilities other than being able to prepare the user's body to enter an elemental avatar state, hence it does not disturb the user as it remains. Once being in this chakra cloak for a certain amount of time under the right circumstances, the user will then be able to start molding the element of his choice above the layer of the chakra cloak, hence forming an elemental avatar around. The chakra cloak will act as the first layer under the elemental-avatar armored layer, it will disappear once the elemental-avatar state has been destroyed or finished.

Ritual/Requirements/Restrictions/General Ability for all Elemental Avatars
One of the circumstances being that the chakra cloak will need to obtain at least 50 chakra points which the user won't be able to inject on his own. For every attack launched or used in the battlefield, the chakra cloak will start becoming bigger, as though gaining power from it without having to absorb it, more like feeding from the intensity of attacks. Every S-rank feeds 20 chakra points, A-ranks feeds 15, B-ranks feed 10, C-ranks feed 5 with D-ranks feed 2.5 chakra points. It won't make a difference if the chakra cloak gains more than what it needs to enter elemental avatar state, although if the user does not transform before it gets a 100 chakra points, the user will be incinerated alive inside his own chakra cloak.

Requires at least a turn after activation to enter Avatar state. E.g, the user activates chakra cloak in turn 1 and uses two S-ranks to obtain 50 chakra points, the user will still not be able to enter Avatar state in turn one so with this, the user has to be careful to what he uses in turn 1 unless he wants to be killed when the enemy's turn comes

Each elemental avatar may only be able to use the element that he or she is based off. No exceptions can be made. Elemental avatars can only be destroyed after being hit by any forbidden rank technique two times or an S-rank of its elemental weakness four times with the rest being neutral, five S-ranks. Elemental avatars do not take damage for their respective element below Forbidden Ranked but this is negated once being hit by three S-ranks of its respective elements. Other elements will still be able to hurt the elemental avatar.


This part is unacceptable. You're making yourself invincible as you could run toward your enemy and slay him without any opposition. Everything he would shoot at you would be blocked by your avatar. If you don't HEAVILY restrict it, I will ban this jutsu next time it's submitted.


User's movement speed has decreased a rank, making taijutsu being hard to perform along with the Elemental Avatar not being able to use Genjutsu nor is it vulnerable to it since its a manifestation of the user's elemental chakra in solid form.

No reference to the rank (it's a direct reference to the speed chart).

This technique is only able to be performed once per battle and if the elemental avatar is destroyed in battle, the user may not perform anymore of the element that the user was in for two whole turns. E.g, the earth avatar was destroyed, the user will now not be able to perform earth techniques for two whole turns.

I'll post this here since this seem to be your drawback section. You have waaaay too many abilities for the drawbacks you put there. Please find something else to add.

Two times per battle, the elemental-avatar body is able to release a strong S-rank elemental beam of their respective element that doesn't cover a wide range but pierces badly. After second usage, the user would have to wait a turn to recharge and start shooting again and the cycle goes on. Its full power can only be accessed up to mid-range, it reduces a rank when in long-range.

I don't get it, you say you're able to shoot two beam per match, yet you say after the second turn you have to wait 1 turn before shooting again? Honestly, take all that part off. You have enough abilities already with each of your Avatar. You can make it to something different, but no higher then B-rank.

Once per battle, the elemental avatar is able to concentrate it's entire life-force around it's body and release a humongous elemental wave of their respective element, similar to that of Atsugai leveling the power of a Forbidden rank technique. Once used, the elemental avatar will fade away with effects from paragraph five being in effect. The chakra cloak will also ruin away and cannot be recovered for the entire battle. Its full power can only be accessed up to mid-range, it reduces a rank when in long-range.

Take all of that paragraph away. You could basically use it in the end of your six turns and walk away with a full usage of your avatar. Even if you don't do that, this parts make your avatar OP and is an automatic decline.

Fire

The fire element allows the user to summon the fire-elemental avatar. With this, the user's fire jutsus have increased a rank and takes one less handseal in order to be performed. The avatar body which the user possesses also wields a javelin and round shield, shown in the picture above, with both tied behind its back with the shield over the spear. The user may not use any other elemental-based techniques other than fire while in this state. Once per battle, this avatar is capable of absorbing a wind technique through his shield in order to increase the damage of a single fire attack, one rank higher than it originally was.

Make the increase rank for only A-rank and under.
For the second thing I put in bold, same thing, make it an increase for A-rank and under.


Water

The water element allows the user to summon the water-elemental avatar. With this, the user's water jutsus have increased a rank and takes one less handseal in order to be performed. The avatar body which the user possesses also wields a large hammer which can be strapped onto the avatar's side and kraken shell on its back. The user may not use any other elemental-based techniques other than water while in this state. Once per battle, this avatar is capable of calling forth a single lightning strike onto the users back from the sky conditionally if the whether has been altered to be raining. The Kraken shell will start crackling with electricity and the avatar would be able to merge and enhance the destructive power of a single water attack, one rank higher than it originally was.​

Same as above for your "rank increasing". Also, mixing lightning in this wouldn't make it 1 rank higher, it would simply create an elemental combination.

Earth

The earth element allows the user to summon the earth-elemental avatar. With this, the user's earth jutsus have increased a rank and takes one less handseal in order to be performed. The avatar body which the user possesses somewhat resembles a body of a mechanical, weapon-loaded robot with a really broad shoulder. The user may not use any other elemental-based techniques other than earth while in this state. Once per battle, this avatar is capable of compressing earth so hard and delicately in its shoulder to form a type of earth, stronger than the unaltered earth in the ground. The avatar would be able to enhance the destructive power of a single launched earth technique, one rank higher than it originally was.​

Lightning

The lightning element allows the user to summon the lightning-elemental avatar. With this, the user's lightning jutsus have increased a rank and takes one less handseal in order to be performed. The avatar body which the user possesses wields a long yellow staff decorated with magical charms at the top. The user may not use any other elemental-based techniques other than lightning while in this state. Once per battle, this avatar is capable of calling forth a lightning bolt from the sky conditionally if the weather has been altered to be raining. The concept is just like how it is for chidori to control Kirin. The lightning bolt will only be directed into the user's long staff, and with that, the next performed lightning jutsu by the user will have its destructive power enhanced, a rank higher than it originally was.​

Wind

The wind element allows the user to summon the wind-elementl avatar. With this, the user's wind jutsus have increased a rank and takes one less handseal in order to be performed. The avatar body which the user possesses does not have an ordinary right hand but a one that is able to partially disassemble itself to show what it appears to be a cannon. The user may not use any other elemental-based techniques other than wind while in this state. Once per battle, this avatar is capable of sucking up surrounding wind into its hand cannon, compressing it inside the arm causing high pressure. With this, the user is able to increase the destructive power of a single wind jutsu, a rank higher than it originally was.​
