Description: Gathering heat in between both hands the user focuses it until it cannot be condensed further. Manifested as a sphere of raw, glowing energy it is at first held at bay as if only for show. Then, given any cue, the user slams the sphere into the ground, causing it to explode with the power of pure heat behind it. The user is unaffected by this burst of power, but anyone within the radius of the blast suffers some unsettling consequences alongside the devastating concussive force it sends forth.

~Declined~ OP and unrealistic. You make it look as if the opponent was an empty vase for you to poor your chakra in. Also, while you can inject chakra into your opponent's body from a distance to use genjutsu, the idea of infusing a large quantity of chakra and then making it vibrate inside his body is too far-fetched to be accepted.

Behemoth exhibits ferociousness unseen in many of the dogs of Mount Fang. His claws and teeth are clearly something many are often scared of upon seeing a simple glance. Using his abnormal strength, Behemoth power rivals that of the Raikage's which is why he is often depicted on many of the Raikage's attire such as A's belt. He only exhibits the use of one element, which happens to be wind, but twice per battle Behemoth can make soundwaves a residual effect after he uses certain techniques such as Wind Style: Pressure Damage, causing the opponent to be deafened by the piercing sound.

Description: The Four Saint Beasts are puppets made by, The Mad Hatter. The Mad Hatter once said after making them "If used by the right puppet master, they coud take down a forest in a single night." Each of the four puppets have their own abilities, weapons, and appearence to match them, they all are able to detach most of their body parts from one another, with no visable joints to the opponent.

~~ First and Slowest but most durable of the puppets is, Genbu the Stone Beast, he is made from hardened wood wrapped in iron, covering every part of his body, standing 7ft, with a large shell covering his whole back like a tortois, that is able to pop open from his tail and stand like its connected to his neck; his arms positioned in a knuckle walk position like an ape; clawed toes like a dinosaur; the segmented tail of a snake and the spiked; tusked primitive face of an ogre with large white eyes with small black pupils, with a bold black kanji on his forehead standing for power 力.

~~ Second is the most muscluer looking puppet and hairiest, Byakko the White Toger, Byakko is made of solid metal with hidden conpartments hidden under his fur like cover, standing just under Genbu, he takes the appearance of a large humanoid tiger with a mane-like sea green hair that flows down his back with light bluish fur with grey stripes on his arms, in both of his shoulders are hidden poles with 5 blades attached to the pole that spin able to cut boulders in half, also another set in his knees, with his two bottom canine teeth large enough to reach up his cheeks, in Byakko's throut is a hose that release blasts of water from it, he has a preloaded shuriken in his mouth, he is able to shoot them from his mouth, around the hose in his throut. He has yellow eyes with red pupils and a kanji symbol for beast on his forehead 獣. He wears a toga and what appear to be leg warmers in animal skins of the leopard, and has a red sash as a belt.

~~ The Third and most human looking besides the greenish blue skin is Seiryu the Blue Dragon, Tall and slim, Seiryu is the only normal sized one of them all, while possessing pale green skin and black facial hair hiding holes in his head which will release wires from them able to perice through rocks and trees with ease. His blue martial arts robe is tied at the waist by a large white strap and features the image of a blue dragon wrapping around his shoulder. To match his robe, Seiryu wears a dark, blue cap covering just the top part of a symbol on his forehead for ice 氷, and on his feet he wears a simple pair of black shoes, from Seiryu's left arm has a chakra sheild installed in it, while in his right arm he has a powerful vaccum hose installed in his palm that is able to blow and suck.

~~ Last and smallist of the Four Saint Beasts, Suzaku Ho-oh, Suzaku is made of a milable steel, has a lightning chakra that the user inject into Suzaku at the begining of the puppets useage, has long orange hair parted down the middle, with two red strands that are actually his antennae, which are able to launch at the opponent with a cord attached to them, having full control over the antena the puppeteer will use them to attack the opponent at free will, between the antennae is a kanji symbol for speed 速. Suzaku also has polls that will extened from his palms to the ground, will senbon loaded in each of his fingers that are able to be thrown by Suzaku waving his arm in the direction.

Declined. I like the puppets but thier description needs more work. your last puppet with the lightning states that it has lightning chakra infused but you dont mention what it can do with it. you need to clearly list out the abilities of each puppet and separate them from the description of the puppet itself, because right now I have no clue as to what the full capabilities of the puppets are. Make sure that attacks involving one of the elements or vaccum count as a move in the turn, and give a comparative rank to the elemental attacks and shields

~ Two berrals in his throut, the first releases blasts of Fire, while the other release shells of senbon that once fired from his throut will release the senbon just like a buck shot.

~Declined~ If he's your boss summon, make it S-rank and restrict him to 1 summon per match. Precise the added damage in the damage section of your jutsu. You can put the restriction on earth jutsu to S-rank for 2 turns, no need to be excessive about it :p. Lastly, merging with the ground need to count as a technique.

Description: The user manipulates the wind in front of them to form a large wind cannon. It begins narrow, then widens down its length, similar to a funnel. And as the match progresses the ball continues to grow into a big ball that reduces the oppents movement.

~Declined~ In your restriction you saw you can make the Tomahawk any size you want, and then you later say you can merge them all to form one big Tomahawk. Please clarify the size of the smalls one (make it fixed) and the size of the big one. Also, please be aware that I will not accept anything ridiculously big since you need to have the strength to throw it while being in the air.

Description : The user holds out his dominant arm in a figure of a gun and points it to the direction of the target point. Building up fire chakra into the tip of the finger sticking out as the gun shape would then cause a flame to take place on that specific area. By releasing the fire chakra, a barrage of flame bullets would then scatter flying all over the place in front of the user. The bullets can also be directed into a single point instead of scattering all over the place if the user chooses to. Description : In this technique, the user will first have to gather a high amount of sand which takes at least a full turn of churning for sand underground. Once the user has achieved that, he will slam both his hands onto the ground and then rise up with his hands also rising to the poins of having the pose of holding a championship belt. While the user rises, sand will also rise along with his at the desired location. As the sand rises, it takes on the form of a huge pillar with 5 meters in diameter and 10 meters in height. This pillar is fully constructed when the user has reach the highest point his arms can stretch up to, and to finish it up, the user clenches both his fists and the pillar will compress everything it has caught in its grasp. The pillar will end up having pieces of sand flying everywhere after the user lets go of his fist as the sand can't stay in place anymore from the compression it has faced.
  • Can only be used three times per battle
  • Can only be used by a Gaara biography or sand user

~Declined~ First of all, the description is sloppy. I had to read it several time to understand it, you really need to re-read and re-write some part of it. Secondly, is it an empty cylinder that will form around your opponent and compress itself once close your fists? If so then what's different between your jutsu and desert burial? I think you overdid a jutsu that already exist with less restriction, it's up to you if you want to to re-submit it.

Description : The user does 2 handseals then puts forth both the left and right hands to the front, a flash of light is emitted from the left hand, which will cause the opponent to look away fully, while a lightning bolt is released on the right hand, hence the jutsu starts. In this technique, thunder and lightning who always travels with each other in a single unit towards the sand direction, are now separated thus going in different directions. Thunder was the one who made sounds and and now by causing uproars, it would draw the opponents attention to the sound thinking the attack was coming from there and then lightning would always strike the opponent when he looked away.
  • Usable only three times per battle
  • Can only be used or taught by -Yusuke-
  • No lightning jutsus S-rank or above as long as this jutsu is active on the field
  • As long as the lightning is still kept active, it counts as a jutsu in the user's turn

~Declined~ Look at the bold part, you can't predict how your opponent will react, take that part off. Also, I'm not sure I get the point of your technique, do you want to separate the sound from the lightning to confuse your opponent? Clarify and re-submit, however be aware that to really confuse him, the sound would have to come from another point on the field, independent of the direction it's going (it's a 360 propagation).

Riptide is an indestructible katana molded in the depths of Atlantis by Poseidon himself, stolen by Heracles and later recovered and granted to Percy Jackson. As a reword for saving the earth from the Titan Lord Kronos, Poseidon recrafted the sword once more, this time allowing it to take a new form. Riptide draws its power from the ocean, which is why it works well for Percy. In its dormant form, it is a disposable ballpoint pen that reads "Anaklusmos" on the side when not in use. Once the pen is uncapped or clicked, it transforms into one of it's two forms: Sword Form or Trident Form. Its sword form blade is about 2 feet and a couple of inches,the hilt only 4-6 inches. It's second form takes on the form of Percy's fathers Trident, with the staff's length being 4 feet and the two end prongs being 1 foot long themselves with the middle prong being slightly longer. In sword form, Riptide increases the user's water jutsus by +10 damage points if channeled through the sword. It is almost impossible to lose as it is enchanted to appear in Percy's pocket if it is somehow lost. In trident form, the user gets the same boost as mentioned before and the user is able to cause an A-rank Earthquake as well as A-rank tsunami when the earth or water is struck with the trident. If the trident some how becomes lost, it is enchanted to appear on the user's back. Riptide is very territorial and will only obey Percy. If grasped by someone other than him, Riptide will revert to it's pen form and a turn later, return to Percy's pocket, regardless of it's previous location on the field.

~Declined~ I know you want to make it similar to the movie, but take out the part about it magically appearing in your pocket or on your back. Secondly, make it +5 to water. Lastly, restrict the abilities more clearly. What's with the 4 water jutsu thingy before it reverts back to a pen? I thought you could only use those abilities 3 times. If not, then make it 3 times overall (earthquake and tsunami combined (and elaborate on the size of the wave you're summoning, a tsunami sounds like overkill)).

Also this jutsu was put on hold a while back, I'm just checking up on this jutsu so it technically shouldn't count as a submission.

Description: During battle once Riptide somehow becomes out of the user's possession, be it by theft or is used as a projectile, Percy makes a one-hand handseal (index finger and middle finger pointed up with the other two fingers balled up with the thumb over those two) and then pulls out a summoning scrolland wipes blood across it or touches his summoning seals and summons Riptide back to his pocket. However, the enemy does not know this. As Percy touches the scroll, water erupts from the scroll and fills the area of short range of Percy with water, not doing any damage though. If Percy touches his summoning tattoo, he can direct the small water from his hand, still with not enough force to do damage. Percy can also choice to have Riptide appear in his hand if it's in sword form or on his back if in Trident form though if one of these options are used, Riptide can only be summoned twice a battle with a wait period of three turns in between.
*Can only be used three times a fight at the most.
*Can only be used by Lord of Kaos.
*After using, it takes a wait period of at least 2 turns in between before it can be used again.
*If the enemy is holding Riptide when this jutsu is in use, obviously they will be able to tell that it's not in their position any longer.

Well its completely new type of taijutsu which neither requires handsigns just as normal taijutsu in this the user attacks at the nervous points of opponent as these nervous are responsible for reflexes respond to a stimuli and speed , by applying proper pressure at proper points the use can affect the opponents speed and other type of senses
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CHAKRA POINTS & NERVOUS POINTS
As we know that chakra points are responsible for regulating the flow of ones chakra but whereas this art it responsible for either increasing or decreasing the speed and sense of any given person by attacking their nervous points.

Description: The user focuses incredibly high amount of chakra into his legs and arms so that his strength increases on the level that of Godaime Hokage Tsunade Senju. While in this state the user can´t use any Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. The user can use Tekken Techniques tho (will be submitted later if this style is approved). When the user leaves the state of Tekken, the user can´t move, he can only stand on 1 place and he cannot use any jutsus of S-rank and Forbidden rank. When the user is in the state of using Tekken Style, the user´s muscles are under huge pressure and cause him great pain. It doesn´t change users speed.

Notes:
Can only be used once per battle
Lasts only for 3 turns
User cannot use ANY Ninjutsu or Genjutsu techniques when he´s using Tekken Style
After 3 turns, the user can´t move from the place he´s standing because of muscle exhaustion

The armor like feathers Ra has is sturdy enough to be unaffected by techniques of B-rank and below.

Ice Release: Ten Thousand Blades Dance = (Hyouton: Juuman Ha Odori)

Description: The user will begin by performing a single hand seal and then creates an opening within the sky that seems like 2 circles. The circles are extremely big, large enough to cover the whole battle field. The first one is representing the wind chakra and the second one the water chakra. Combining the 2 chakra natures the user makes the air around the opening extremely cold, making ice form into the atmosphere. Then by using shape manipulation the user forms thousands upon thousands of countless small thin but incredibly sharp blades of ice that almost look like light blue sakura petals. In a matter of seconds the blades will rain down through the opening piercing through the opponents’ body ripping them to shreds.
Note: Can only be used once per battle
Note: The user will take 20 damage due to the large amount of chakra used for the technique.
Note: The user needs to concentrate his chakra for 1 turn in order for the spikes to be fully formed.

Description: The user begins by performing 5 handseals and then slams his hands on the ground, releasing extreme amounts of Hyouton chakra. Doing so, the user makes a huge ice castle rise from the ground. The castle is extremely big and has the user’s chakra influenced in it so that every time the opponent hit’s the castle, it regenerates. The user also gains the ability to sense everything that is happening in the castle, as his chakra is spread all over the place. Once inside, the user can manipulate the surrounding ice as a defense. With a single hand seal he can make a shield out of the ice that can stop techniques up to A rank (including). The user can also with the same hand seal, release the ice at the opponent, forming spikes of ice with the strength of an A rank technique that move extremely fast.
Note: Can only be used once per battle.
Note: The user must constantly send his chakra into the castle so that the special effects work, so he can not use any ninjutsu or genjutsu while the castle is active.

About the last jutsu. I worked on it for like half an hour and I really really like it and I think it's not OPed and approvable. Please do not label it with a Declined. Do not resubmit, i'm ready to take as much time as i must to get this approved.

~Declined~ It's not a matter of how much time you want to spend on it, I'm declining this because Zanji has/had a very similar jutsu where he would create a maze of ice that could be controlled and altered (similarly to yours). The only difference between the jutsu I have in mind and yours is that your jutsu comes in the form of a castle. (Btw, if it wasn't Zanji, it might be Akira).

~Declined~ OP. The fact that you're oblivious to what's happening makes this jutsu unstoppable to those who don't have an automatic way to get out of a genjutsu (chakra seal of some sort).

~Declined~ There's a limit to how far we can push the physical properties of a fluid-like medium. The very properties of wind (in the narutoverse) would make that jutsu devastating since you'd be able to cut through your opponent with those threads. I don't see how you can get this one approved but I'll let you resubmit it.

(Kage Oni Hikō)- Shadow Demon Flight

~Declined~ Not only was the whole concept done over and over again with every possible element, making this one a rip-off, but I wouldn't allow this one simply because I find the idea of shadow being tangible to the point of pushing air and allowing you to fly. I know we've seen Shikamaru use shadows to pierce his opponent, but I still think you're abusing the concept a bit too much

~Declined~ Take out the part where it affect you mentally. Take out the part where it gives you a +10 boost in speed (not only is it against the rule to use the speed chart as a reference, but +10 is ridiculously OP). What does it mean to "add wind to every B-rank"? I think you're stacking abilities and the fire immunity is the cherry on top. You really need to work on that one. Lower the abilities and fix what I said above.

~Declined~ 2 reasons why it doesn't work:

1st: The fact that you're making a magnetic field around you to repulse ferro-magnetic metals doesn't mean that your opponent can't "push" his metal jutsu (iron or gold) with a greater magnetic force. Your jutsu is A-rank, so it will cause an A-rank magnetic field, if you opponent use an S-rank attack, it will be strong enough to reach you while being slowed down.

2nd: How could every metallic attacks sent toward you be sent back at your opponent? It doesn't make sense if you consider that iron sand users and gold release users can make their attack come from behind you by simply manipulating the metallic particles. Even simpler, let's say I thwo a kunai at your face from a position slightly lower then your face. Considering every magnetic field follows an elliptic shape (see image below), then the kunai would be repulsed, but it would be very hard to know where it would go. Since we don't want to leave anything to chance in our RP, you can't assume it'll go back toward your opponent.

-Note.Cant Use magnetism Release for the whole battle
-Note.Once i use that attack the cells in my body weaker making all B rank jutsus and below double the damage on me for 2 turns
