Its been a complete week and few hours since my last

(Fuuton: Zennou Clap) - Wind Stye: Almighty Clap

Description: The user spread his arms and then clap with all his power in the direction of target. The huge amount of wind blows with wind blades in that direction, making the opponent flow with it by giving him the injury due to wind blades and/or repelling any fire style jutsu upto A-rank with double the speed and effect, as it has affinity and polarity towards fire.
Note: ~Cannot use any wind technique in same turn.

(Hulk Mo-Do) - Hulk Mode

Description: User passes his chakra to each cell of his body and expands the size of cells and thus user's body also gets expanded by almost double size. So that he looks like a monstor and his power and physical strength becomes 10 times then a normal shinobi. And after that he passes doton chakra to make his body even harder than diamond and because of physical strength and hardness he does not have any effect of earth techniques.
While in this mode he can take instant jumps upto 30m height and moves to any range and when landing from sky, he can destroy everything on earth's surface by punching it, within its range. His speed increases tremendously which is comparable to the raikage's speed while lightning armour activated. In this mode user can't use any of the basic 5 elements except earth and lightning (hardness and speed). He gives double damage points to any taijustu move and 50% more to other moves, and receives 50% less damage to any jutsu and does not have any effect of jutsus upto C-Rank due to the toughness, power, physical strength and hardness.
Note: ~Can only be used once per battle and lasts for 4 turns.
~Biggest demerit of this mode is that after entering in this mode, user can't use basic 5 elements except earth and lightning.
~After this mode is over each and every cell of user's body starts paining him very hard for next 2 turns.
~User gets exhausted and fatigue due to which his speed decreases by 2 levels.
~User can't use any jutsu above B-Rank for next 2 turns.
~User gives 20 less damage points and receives 20 more damage points and requires 20 more chakra points, for any jutsu.
Just try imagining him in skin color, instead of green color.

(Buki: Yoshimitsu's Dyuaru Heika) - Weapon: Yoshimitsu's Dual Swords

Description: These are the two swords i.e. green and crimson red, which were wielded by yoshimitsu and then passed down to Enzup. It is believed that they were the swords of the lightning God (green) and fire god (crimson red) which are sharper than laser. These both swords are flexible, and no-one can even touch these swords without user's will and if someone tries to do so then it will give shock(green sword) or will burn(crimson red sword) that person's hand. So, that person can't hold it anymore.

Not much is known about the crimson sword till now.

The Green Sword has its affinity towards lightning and can use upto A-rank lightning. And also the Sword can protect the user from any lightning jutsu as the user will intake the lightning jutsu of the opponent in his sword and will pass that lightning to the ground by stabbing the ground with his sword, or that lightning can be used in combo with combining it with other element like water, but that jutsu (which has to be combined with the opponent's lightning) has to be used instantly after intaking the opponent's lightning.

The user can spin any sword very fast in clockwise direction, then user can fly by facing the sword in upward direction, just like helicopter's blades.
Note: ~User can block any lightning jutsu by passing it in ground. User can do this to all lightning jutsu because he is not absorbing it, he is just simply passing it underground.
~Can be put in bio, or if summoned then lasts for 4 turns.
~Can only be summoned 2 times per battle.
~Can only be taught by Enzup.

~Declined~ Sharper then lasers, flexible swords, protecting the user from any lightning, all those makes it unacceptable. Take out the part where you can absorb lightning, many swords can already do that so yours is a rip off.

(Ninjustu: Chakra Akuma) - Chakra Demon
Type: Offense/Defense

Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80 (if got hit by sword or claw)
Description: The user releases his pure chakra from the whole body and shapes it in the form of a creature by using shape manipulation that surrounds and protects the user as it can act on his own. The chakra manipulated demon always remains with the user. The chakra demon has a sword in his right hand and chakra claw in his left hand, which can be used to attack or defend. This chakra demon has a total of 200 health, so in order to destroy it, one must give him 200 damage points, and also chakra demon can cut through some earth techniques using his sword and block some by using claw.
Note:~Does not have any effect of ninjutsu.
~Can't use any ninjutsu while chakra demon is on battlefield.
~Lasts untill destroyed.
~As the moment the chakra demon is destroyed, user gets exhausted and fatigue due to which his speed decreases by 1 level for next 2 turns.
~20 More chakra will be required to perform any jutsu for next 2 turns.
~Can only be taught by Enzup.

Its just the simple shape manipulation of pure chakra.

(Suiton : Yusaburu bakufu heki) - Water Style : Rocky Waterfall Burst

Description : After performing a total of 2 handseals, the user will slam both hands onto the floor thus causing a huge burst of water just like how a waterfall would shoot up. The water comes from underground if the terrain allows it. It will take a few seconds after the slamming of the user's hand upon the ground for the water to fully come spurting out. As the water spurts out from the ground, rock debris would also come bursting out along with the water, smashing and bruising the opponent roughly. If the user and the enemy are already on a water source, the user does not need to slam his hands on the ground but make an extra handseal, and a waterfall comes bursting up upon the enemy without the rock debris but there is no time delay.
  • Can only be used thrice per battle
  • Can only be taught/used by -Yusuke-
  • Takes a few second till the water comes spurting out
  • No S-rank water techniques up until the end of the next turn
  • If used in short-range, user might get hit by rock debris falling from the sky
  • Requires an extra handseal if performed on water but no need to slam hands onto the ground

(Bijuu : Awaikonsutorakuto) - Demon Style : Ethereal Reconstruction

Description : The user taps into his demonic chakra, utilizing it into his sand along with more of the user's own chakra. With this, the user is able of giving his sand a tinch of reconstruction within itself. The Bijuu chakra would start manifesting within the sand with the user's own chakra to supervising it and telling it what to do, somewhat, controlling it from going out of control too. Due to this, the sand's weight will turn lighter than it normally is but does not have its strength reduce as the demonic chakra hardens the outer layer but messes up the inner part. The user is now able to easily manipulate his own sand, making it quicker but more vulnerable to lightning as one hit is able to break the shell, rendering the sand useless. (outer layer)

Note : Takes a turn to fully activate
Note : Can only be used by Gaara with the Shukaku

~Pending~ I have nothing against this technique, but we don't allow free manipulation of element anymore. Unless your bio is already an element bender, no CJ will be accepted to give you that ability. I will accept it if you already have the ability to freely manipulate the sand or if you want to edit that part out and just make your sand stronger to general attacks and weaker to lightning.

Description : Much of the ultimate version of, 'Sand Style Technique', this technique can be used both for attacking and defending the user. Gaara pictures his mother from the images he has been shown by Yashamaru, Kakura's brother. In this technique, Gaara's sand takes the form of Gaara's mother from the chest up. The manifestation is much bigger than the size of a human and can even block up to a total of thiry ninjas behind its back. This technique is great for mass attack, defence or causing a distraction. This technique is not as versatile as any other basic elemental creation technique as it is only able to take the form of Gaara's pictured mother but is capable of extending its arms or any part of his body which are made of sand just like how Gaara's Sand Clone technique does as well.

(Raiton: gojou buza ) Lightning Style: Joy buzzer

Description: The user focuses their raiton chakra to create a static field surrounding their hands. The static field is really shocking and if the user puts his hands near each other (palms facing each other) raw lightning crackles between them. When the user hits a body part, it leaves a nasty burn and can cause that body part to be numb for a little bit since its raw electricity that enters they body upon contact.
Note:This jutsu lasts for 4 turns
note: due to static field, the user cant use any raiton jutsus involving handseals while its activated
note: can only be taught by Roger23
note: the static field is visible and can give the user away
note: can only be used 2 times
note: user cant use any raiton tech past A-rank for 2 turns after the jutsu has worn off

12.)(Hyouton: Shimo Hitonomi Gekido ) Ice Release: Frost Bite Rage
Type:Supplementary

Damage Points:N/A (+15 damage points to Ice techs and +10 damage points to taijutsu)
Description: The user will release a large amount of water and wind chakra around him gathering all the moisture in the air of a 10 meter radios and cover himself in it. This will look like the user skin tone is becoming lighter til it becomes pure Bluish-white, which in turn raises his/her defense due to be covered in ice(Basically able to block shurikens and kunais without special properties). In this form all Ice techs released from the user are 10 damage points stronger and when he touch something, it causes a minor case of frost bite, making taijutsu more effective. the user is also able to make ice jutsu with one hand seal.the user can not nbe harmed by fire of c rank or below as the ice around him would keep him cold and not inurjied.
Notes:
-Can only be used once
-Last 3 turns
-No more ice abilities for the rest of the battle.
-can only use ice jutsu and taijutsu while in this mode.
-must be of the yuki clan

-Technique only lasts a few seconds as its only one wave of ice fists. After that, it resumes hailing

Description: the user will make the tiger,dog, and boar hand seals and focus all his water and wind chakra into his hand. he will then make a fist and relase the chakra. The chakra will form around his fist in the shape of very dense ice. When the user punches something, he will release that ice in a unfocused burst of ice with a impact so powerful, it can be compared to that of Tsunade's punches. A hit with this ice fist won't only send the enemy flying it will also freeze that area of impact for 30 seconds on contact potentially harming the opponent even more if struck in a vital spot...
note: Unfocused burst can travel to mid-range
note: can only be used by haku yuki and taiketsu yagami
note: Usable 3 times in battle

Description: Similar to the origianal Frost Bite Rage, the user will gather all the air and water in a 10 meter radious and then channel chakra into it while covering himself in it. With the new version, the user will develope a shroud making him look like an icy ghost straight out of a myth or legend. His eyes will give off a blue hue and his body will be a pure bluish white. In this form, the user's water and wind techniques will all gain a boost in strength as all the user's techniques will take on icy properties making them more devestating (Water become almost freezing temperatures and wind becomes fridged wind like with freezing temperatures) and Ice will become even stronger in the aspects of coldness, dexterity, and speed. While in this mode all ice techniques can be created faster being able to create ice in little to no time. Also, due to his/her ghostly like shroud, they can extend limbs to reach farther targets and are able to bend them even where joints aren't since the shroad is made of ice.( Up to 5 meters away) Unlike frost bite rage, this technique doesn't have as many drawbacks due to only making ice faster, harder, and colder while incorporating ice into the two elements that make it and not making a powerful defense.

Declined. you mention that it takes tome for you to travel from one location to another, but not how long it takes to break apart, go into the sky, come back down, and reform into a human form. Also, what happens if you do happen to get scattered or evaporated?

Declined. It appears that you are still holding the chain of the kusarigama since you said you "swing it" and not "throw it", so there is no way that weapon could reach long range. it would be extremely combersome to fight with all that chain around you. typical chains are way less than 5 meters in length which is short range. Also rain is composed of water which is weak to earth so, yes, it could slice through A ranked earth, but the technique would be disrupted in the process, which should be noted.

Being evaporated results in the death of the user. They can't preform any techniques until they reform and must reform in the same turn the technique is used.

This is done due to the stress on the inner ear which houses your vestibular system that controls balance. The opponent feels different effects/levels of dizziness (Disequilibrium, Vertigo, & Presyncope) depending on how close/far the opponent(s) are from the source of the sound. Happens as follows: Disequilibrium (long-range), Vertigo (mid-range), Presyncope (short-range)

Disequilibrium- the opponent(s) feel the sensation of being off balance, and falls in a specific direction (stated by the user).

Vertigo- the opponent(s) feels the sensation of spinning or having one's surroundings spin about them, making aiming at the user impossible due to the spinning

Presyncope- the opponent(s) feel lightheadedness, muscular weakness and feel faint, this makes the opponent faint and/or become paralyzed due to the muscular weakness.

Description: This technique takes basic puppet strings and basic element infusion and puts them together. The user (without handseals) puts twice the amount of chakra needed to make normal chakra strings and infuse them with elemental chakra to make them stronger. These strings can be used to attach themselves to puppets and other objects under the user's control that are capable of moving of their own accord (weapons/like chiyo did with the kunai). The object/puppet gains that elemental affinity of the chakra string they are attached with. Each element gives the strings different abilities. The srings can be manipulated however the user sees fit.

Description: This two part weapon consists of an amulet wore around the neck and a gauntlet that dons the right arm of the user. This combo was said to be forged from the Insect King’s right arm. As the story goes, the Insect King fell into a large river, and on the brink of death was saved by a righteous human (thought to be an Aburame member). Thereafter the Insect King had the weapon combo made and gave it to the man as a sign of his gratitude, his loyalty, and the loyalty of his family and all the insects under his rule. The Insect King told the man to pass these items throughout his bloodline and the insects would be there to help them. This was thought to be the first contract with insects, the Aburame’s insects to be more specific.

Abilities: The Gauntlet can block and deflect normal weapons with ease, it has an extendable blade (kunai sized) above the wrist. It can also absorb 3 A-rank and below techniques of the opponent, and can have the user channel his chakra into it indefinitely. Upon absorption the gauntlet takes on the properties of the absorbed element (Claw of flame= Normal, Phoenix of light= Wind, Morning Jewel= Water, Susanou= Lightning, Abaddon= Earth, Hephaisto= Fire)

The Amulet grants the insects that serve/help the wielder something called chakra sharing, where after absorbing an elemental chakra into the gauntlet, it then is transferred to the insects, that help the user, giving them and elemental coating and the properties of that element. The amulet also makes the user more in tune with his insects, letting him/her feel/know what they know.

~Declined~ You stacked too many abilities. Take out the whole part about you absorbing attacks and replace it by you infusing a certain elemental chakra in the gauntlet, this way you can keep the rest of the abilities. Define in details what the coating and elemental properties do on the insects. Take out the bold part, this isn't the Rinnegan, you don't share a vision of your bugs and I don't want you to have thousands of insects as your personal eyes on the field. Where are the restrictions? There's no drawbacks whatsoever.

The origins and creation of the sword is unknown, only rumored to have been wielded by A demon king known as Nobunaga Oda, who ruled in a distant reality....Long with the swords mysterious exterior, powerful chakra lie on its interior. The chakra inside the blade alows the user to not only absorb fire natured chakra, it also allows one to mold it and shape it to their liking once absorbed.

Description: The user will coat the inside of their lungs with Katon chakra as they flow Katon chakra to their lungs and will release the sent katon chakra inside their lungs making a wave of heat flow from their lungs and out of their mouth. This wave of heat is not for attacking, this wave of heat will get rid of any microscopic particles from the users lungs that may have been placed there from the opponent. For instance, some opponents may use a jutsu that releases particles into the air that when you breath it in, it stops further breathing. If that is to happen, this jutsu will be used and will create a small volume of heat that will push the particles out. It is a fact that the human eyes can see particles if they are up close, however, they can barely see it but can still see it. A skilled ninja with trained eyes such as a swift user who has had training in swift style Taijutsu can see particles naturally and use this jutsu as a defense to techniques that use particles to stop breathing as described before. The particles would be removed from the users lungs and expelled out from their mouth in a matter of seconds.

This rain makes it impossible to use certain lightning techniques that makes lightning come from the users body like nagashi because there is so much water that's raining down that if someone tries to use a technique like that then they will shock themselves. This technique also provides a water source for water jutsus up to C rank and extends the range of water techniques up to C rank by 1 range upon creation. However this will deduct -10 damage from any fire techniques used from either the opponent or user due to elemental advantage.

- This rain lasts for 3 turns.

Declined. No range alteration. Please a little more specific about the lightning jutsu being affected. Description: Jeet Kun Do is a hybrid martial arts system and life philosophy founded by martial artist Bruce Lee with direct, non classical and straightforward movements. Due to the way his style works they believe in minimal movement with maximum effect and extreme speed. The system works on the use of different 'tools' for different situations. These situations are broken down into ranges (Kicking, Punching, Trapping and Grappling), with techniques flowing smoothly between them. It is referred to as a "style without style". Unlike more traditional martial arts, Jeet Kune Do is not fixed or patterned, and is a philosophy with guiding thoughts. It was named for the concept of interception, or attacking your opponent while he is about to attack. He believed that combat was spontaneous, and that a martial artist cannot predict it, only react to it, and that a good martial artist should "Be like water" and move fluidly without hesitation. Water is infinitely flexible. It can be seen through, and yet at other times it can obscure things from sight. It can split and go around things, rejoining on the other side, or it can crash through things. It can erode the hardest rocks by gently lapping away at them or it can flow past the tiniest pebble. The user needs to calm his mind completely, focus and wait for the opponent to strike. They will then use the opponents attacking force against them as the user moves in a relaxed state with fluid motion to take advantage of the opponents openings as the opponent attacks. Someone who masters Jeet Kun Do would have great reaction time, triple of what they had before being able to react instantly to normal taijutsu users. In close range a Jeet Kun Do master (like Bruce) can move a limb in the blink of an eye with great force, quickly catching the opponent off guard. Jeet Kune Do seeks to waste no time or movement, teaching that the simplest things work best. Economy of motion is the principle by which Jeet Kun Do practitioners achieve:

Efficiency: An attack which reaches its target in the least amount of time, with maximum force.

Directness: Doing what comes naturally in a disciplined way.

Simplicity: Thinking in an uncomplicated manner; without ornamentation.

This is meant to help a practitioner conserve both energy and time; two crucial components in a physical confrontation. Maximized force seeks to end the battle quickly due to the amount of damage inflicted upon the opponent. Rapidity aims to reach the target before the opponent can react, which is half-beat faster timing, learned in Wing Chun and Western boxing.
"When the distance is wide, the attacking opponent requires some sort of preparation. Therefore, attack him on his preparation of attack." "To reach me, you must move to me. Your attack offers me an opportunity to intercept you."This means intercepting an opponent's attack with an attack of your own instead of a simple block. It is for this concept Jeet Kune Do is named. JKD practitioners believe that this is the most difficult defensive skill to develop. This strategy is a feature of some traditional Chinese martial arts, as well as an essential component of European épée fencing. Stop hits & kicks utilize the principle of economy of motion by combining attack and defense into one movement thus minimizing the "time" element.

Simultaneous parrying & punching
When confronting an incoming attack, the attack is parried or deflected and a counter attack is delivered at the same time. Not as advanced as a stop hit but more effective than blocking and counter attacking in sequence. This is practiced by some Chinese martial arts. Simultaneous parrying & punching utilizes the principle of economy of motion by combining attack and defense into one movement thus minimizing the "time" element and maximizing the "energy" element. Efficiency is gained by utilizing a parry rather than a block. By definition a "block" stops an attack whereas a parry merely re-directs an attack. Redirection has two advantages: It requires less energy to execute; it utilizes the opponents energy against them by creating an imbalance. Efficiency is gained in that the opponent has less time to react to the nullification of their attack while having to worry about defending an incoming attack.

Low kicks
JKD practitioners believe they should target their kicks to their opponent's shins, knees, thighs, and mid section. These targets are the closest to the foot, provide more stability and are more difficult to defend against. However, as with all other JKD principles nothing is "written in stone". If a target of opportunity presents itself, even a target above the waist, one could take advantage of the situation without feeling hampered by this principle. Maintaining low kicks utilizes the principle of economy of motion by reducing the distance a kick must travel thus minimizing the "time" element.

Five ways of attack
* Simple Angular Attack (SAA) / Simple Direct Attack (SDA). Is a simple motion (punch or kick) which moves with no effort to conceal it, directly to the target on the most economical route. It can be indirect, beginning on one line and ending on another. Such as a punch that starts to the stomach (mid line) and ends on the chin (high line). SAA is an attack that is launched from an unanticipated angle that is achieved by moving in such a way as to create an open line into which to strike.
* Attack By Combinations (ABC). This is using multiple rapid attacks, with volume of attack as a means of overcoming the opponent.
* Progressive Indirect Attack (PIA). Simulating an attack to one part of the opponent's body, followed by attacking another part, as a means of creating an opening.
* Hand Immobilization Attack (HIA) and its counterpart Foot Immobilization * attack, which make use of trapping/parrying to limit the opponent's function with that appendage.
Attack By Drawing (ABD). The goal when using attack by draw is to "draw" the opponent into a committed attack by baiting him into what looks like an exposed target, then intercepting his motion. One can execute a motion that invites a counter, then counter attack them as he takes the bait

I re-did the whole description of the jutsu below

(Kanshō and Bakuya - Raiton: Dendo Kyo) - Kanshō and Bakuya - Lightning Release: Electric Void
Type: Offensive

Range Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: The user first pierce the ground/wall with one sword. Then the users charges huge amounts of raiton chakra into the other sword. The swords, having a strong bond with each other, will channel the raiton chakra. The sword that is not with the user will then release a V shaped electrical surge of lightning towards the other sword which will do the same. Once the surges connect it will fill the space in between with Lightning covering everything in a pyramid shape. Once trap inside you cannot use any suiton or raiton jutsu since the space is filled with lightning.
Note: Usable only once
Note: Pyramid will stay on the feild for two turns
Note: If the user gets hit by the surge he will take full damage
Note: User can be trapped inside
Note: Raiton and Suiton Jutsu from the outside gains +10 in damage
Note: No Raiton Jutsu 3 turns after use
Note: Cannot use any other Kanshō and Bakuya Techs until end of match
Note: Only usable if user wields Kanshō and Bakuya
Note: Can only be use/taught by WastedMonkey

This noise can cancel sound jutsu of the same rank and below. This technique also is more effective on hearing enhanced individuals of any kind and in caves, wooded areas…etc.

*just like when charging up chidori, the user wont get harmed because he is using his raiton chakra to charge it*

~Declined~ You don't seem to understand my point. Sound is causing damage, not lightning. Since you're not a sound ninja, you can't control it not to harm you, so it would still be extremely harmful to you.

~Declined~ Why would lightning protect you in any way? Furthermore, the "earplug" idea was done ages ago and is therefore considered a rip-off (the original was made of earth).

Description: Orochimaru fused the cells of Kimimaro Kaguya, into the genes of Manda. The snake is half the size of Manda with bone platelets for scales. It has the ability to use Shikotsumyaku jutsus.

~Shikotsumyaku jutsus require the use of said jutsu, and count toward the maximum 3 jutsus per turn as per Rei's R&R
~Can only be summoned once per battle
~The snake can only stay on the field for 5 turns
~Can only be summoned by someone who knows wood, or Orochimaru

Description: The user, using this sealing technique, will seal and/or unseal gases and weight compartments inside his/her body, fluctuating the weight that person weighs. Can make the person lighter than air (to the point of overly negative, allowing flight) , or weigh 100,00 kilos. This causes no stress on the body, nor does it show (meaning you dont get fat or skinny).

Note: No other fuuinjutsu while in this mode

Note: The user will not feel the difference, allowing him to move freely as normal, with this added or subtracted weight

(Katon:Kaen shippuu) - Burning Hurricane

Description: The user focuses on his fire chakra and then he releases a large amount of it which then at the same time he spits it out he combines wind chakra together to create this hurricane. The hurrican will be set ablaze creating a fire/wind combo that is quite strong.This attack can only be created in front of the opponent

Note: No S-rank fire or above the two turns
Note:If the user creates the hurricane in short range while he is in it,he will receive 1/2 the damage.

(Futon:Kaze bodi ) Wind release: Wind blade body
Rank: S

Range: short
Chakra cost: 50
Damage points: 80
Description: The user will focus wind chakra around the body then he creates a small spinning wind blade which he will keep atleast one inch away from his body and after that the small wind blades will appear around the user body this wind will slice normal objects and humans it comes in contact with but the user can control the wind blades that he sends at the desired target.

Note:Can be used Once per battle
Note:No wind for a turn
Note:Can only shoot three wind blades before the jutsu is gone

||Declined|| I think I get what you're trying to say, but the description is generic. What makes it different from a close proximity wind blade? Also, the chakra cost is incorrect.
