(Fuuinjutsu: Hiraishin Yusou no Jutsu)- Flying Thunder God Conveyance Seal Technique

Description: The user confines the jutsu of Flying Thunder God to the form of an easily transportable paper seal that the user carries on their person. This jutsu allows the user to "prime" the seal, meaning that the seal will teleport whatever it next touches to the location of a Flying Thunder God "destination" seal. The seal that this technique primes can be attached to a special Flying Thunder God kunai and then thrown. Upon contact with an object, the kunai will then teleport that object to a destination seal of the user's choosing. These seals can also be used to teleport previously-used jutsu (ie., a rock formation created by an an earth jutsu). Since this technique is simply a modification of a seal version of the Flying Thunder God technique, the number of its uses depends solely on the number of paper seals that the user has pre-prepared and on the user's chakra - there is no limit to the uses of the Flying Thunder God Technique. However, the larger the intended teleported object, the more chakra the user must put into "priming" the seal. The "primed" seals wear off after one turn; if the seal does not successfully come into an object within one turn of being primed, it must be primed again for further use.

NOTE: This technique appears to not be restricted much. This is true; the usages of this technique are not restricted, partially because of the unrestricted nature of Flying Thunder God and of the relative simplicity of the idea behind this technique. However, the complexity behind successfully using this technique balances out its lack of usage restriction; the user must first mark a destination, then the user must prime the pre-prepared seal, then the user must make sure that the seal somehow comes into contact with something, then the user must teleport that object to the destination, and then the user must take advantage of the object's teleportation in battle. While easier to use jutsus - say, a big dragon-shaped fireball that burns up everything in sight - have restrictions on the number of their uses, this jutsu, due to the complexity of using it correctly and due to the technique on which it's based, does not and should not have a restriction on the number of its uses.

~Declined~ Now, first of all, I must say this is a very well thought out jutsu and shall not touch it's core. However, this technique leaves me with many question regarding it's applications, hence explaining why it got declined, for the moment.

I want you to clearly explain the followings points and place them somewhere in your jutsu (description added notes):

-Can it activate upon contact of "intangible" source, like fire and lightning? If yes then will it trap the entirety of the jutsu or part of it? (this is tricky considering it'd have to act as a vacuum to transport all of it).
-What is the size limit and how does the seal recognize the boundaries of what you're trying to teleport? To be more precise; if you were to prime it and shoot it toward the ground, would the ground vanish? I certainly hope not, though I want to know what would happen. Also, what defines a "large" target? Be precise.
-I need you to restrict the amount of time this technique can be used to negate the usage of your opponent's jutsu. Even after reading your added explanation on the necessity for this jutsu to stay restriction-less, I feel it could be very easy to turn it into an easy way to counter almost anything (i.e: placing destination seal on a kunai, throwing it away, and throwing a primed kunai at any attack coming).

I think that's about it. It's worth it, great jutsu. Good luck ^^

Description: After summoning Monkey King Enma, the user and Monkey King fuse, in a similar way to how Kisame and Samehada fuse. The user's appearance becomes much more monkey-like - he gains a darker face and facial hair like Enma, with his hands and feet turning into claws. The user gains Enma's jaguar pelt, which is able to reflect Taijutsu of C-rank and below. The user gains the ability to stretch his limbs and body to lengths of up to 10 extra feet, a trait granted by the extension capabilities of Enma's staff form. The user also gains increased speed and strength rivaling that of Sage Mode. Additionally, the user's Fire, Earth, and Lava jutsus gain increased power and speed of use. This mode lasts for only three turns, however, and during those turns the user is completely incapable of using Water and Wind jutsus. In addition, after the three turns are up, Enma disappears, Enma cannot be summoned again during the battle, and the user is rendered incapable of using Taijutsu for one turn due to exhaustion.

NOTE: Only usable once per battle. Enma disappears after use.
NOTE: Wind and water jutsus cannot be used during the three turns that this mode is active.
NOTE: None of the Eight Gates can be opened during the three turns of this mode or one turn after this mode.

(Fuuton:Shakkuri)-Wind Style:Hiccup

Chakra Cost: 40 every turn the wind is in use.
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After performing a single hand seal the user will create a medium size wind, the wind's purpose is to enter the opponent's mouth the second he/she opens his/her mouth. Once in, the wind will enter through the opponent mouth and nose and it flows through the pharynx, past the glottis and into the larynx and trachea, ending in the lungs. After 1 of the opponents turns passes the opponent's muscles of the chest and abdomen aids the airflow to move down when the opponent inhales, and then up when exhales, causing the opponent to have hiccups and limits the user to use jutsus that are blown directly from the opponent's gut or mouth since the opponent has hiccups, the jutsus will get stuck in the mouth or trachea and damage them greatly, but jutsus like the Fireball Jutsu who only need a little blow of air and don't make contact with the mouth or gut so the opponent is safe but the jutsu will loose 10 Damage points since the hiccups will interrupt it's performance.
Note: Can only be used once per battle.
Note: The technique counts even if the technique wasn't succesfull.
Note: The user is render out of wind techniques and S-rank (and up) techniques of any kind for the next 3 turns.
Note: This jutsu's effects last for 3 turns.

(Enpatsu no Uchite Soshite Shakugan no Doragon) - Flame-haired Hunter and Burning-eyed Dragon

Description: Two blades crafted by a swordsmith who wanted to create an exact double of an already made sword of his, but each with a different pommel, one with a dragon and other with masked man with flaming hair. Their both of average lenght and made from high carbon chakra steel, a tsuba made of copper and the hilt is made of hardwood with wrapped in a pitched black cloth. These katanas are both kept inside a hardwood scabbard (each) strapped to a sword belt on the user.
Although as much as they seem normal, these swords posses a set of special abilities when used in Shinobi battles:


  • They react to the user chakra and gain a layer of fire around the blade that doens't hurt the user but it will harm an opponent. If the user's chakra flow becomes irregular (genjutsu, jyuuken etc) the swords will release flare of fire around the user before burning the user for a brief moment (50 Damage Points), dealting enough pain to be release out of an illusion.

  • The katanas can be use as a medium to perform fire jutsus, eliminating the use of the mouth, thus making the interval time between the use of jutsus very small. The time this takes is the same as performing the hand seals for each jutsu though this isn't much of a problem if the user has a fire affinity.

  • When the user chanells fire chakra directly into them, the blades can output flames as a blast to either attack, defend or to propel himself through the air at high speeds with great maneuverability. The force of the blast are the same as a B-rank technique with a long range. However if this in use, the user can only use 2 jutsus per turn.
Note: Fire, Kenjutsu and any jutsu based on these swords gain 10 damage points.
Note: The user can't summon anything else a turn before using these swords and 3 turns after starting using them.
Note: The user must stop using these swords after 5 turns and wait 5 turn before using them again, but with double the Chakra Cost.

Due to this practitioners of this style have been noted to give off a relaxed image during the fight by usually either putting their hands in their pockets or folding their arms , the only time a practitioner of this style will use their hands is to prop themselves to use a wider array of kicks. As a fighting style, the style boasts a wide and impressive array of kicks, coupled with super acrobatic skill make it a very versatile fighting technique, allowing the user to effectively weave continuous and powerful attacks upon adversaries , though the use of momentum they can use the continuous combos for a lesser cost of energy but must end the combos after a certain amount of time.

After reading this maybe (and maybe not xd) you would reconsider and approve the jutsu - I know you said "Do not resubmit", but really. Far-fetched? Isn't this jutsu one of the "realistic" ones? With this jutsu, I actually do a thing that is scientifically explainable. How about transforming you body into fire (or earth; water; whatever)? In jutsus like that you basically transform every molecule of your body into given element (yeah, definitely not far-fetched -.-) and things like that can't be explained even by science - yet, they got approved.

What I meant by far fetch is, there's a difference between the Narutoverse and our world. Even if something is possible in one, doesn't mean it works in the other. Our laws of physics obviously aren't the same in the Narutoverse.

Also, to efficiently separate the molecule into both H+ and OH-, you need to run an electrical current in the water, it's called electrolysis. If you were to separate a whole body of water, you do realize the air around you would be filled with Hydrogen, right? And since you needed to use an electrical current to achieve this, you'd most likely blow up all the air around you. When someone perform electrolysis, they generally do it on a small scale, and if they do it on large scale, it's certainly not in the open.

If you want to play with the science, do it right ;)

What happens if you're standing on the ocean? There's work to do with those two~

Description: User makes three handseals and three orbs (about size of a fist) appear rotating above their head, those orbs are symbolizing elements the user is currently able to use. The orbs can be- fire, wind, fire, lightning, earth and ice. They are all easily distinguishable ( looks like element they represent).
Depending on what orbs the user is using, the user have their body filled by chakra represented by those orbs allowing them more power for those elements. Each orb increase the power of corresponding techniques by +5. Any combination of orbs is possible but no other elements can be used other then those represented by currently used orbs.
If the user want to change orb configuration (re-invoke), they can do so by using three handseals, but it will count as a jutsu and can be only used every other turn.

- Every orb increase its representing element's power by 5
- Re-invoking can be only done every other turn
- Once per battle
- Lasts until canceled

~Declined~ I want a fixed number of turns, a maximum number of re-invocations and a minimum number of turn you need to use that element before switching it for something else.

Description: The user will take a stance, leaning low on their dominant leg as they slide it behind them, sliding the other one forward. They will then extend their non-dominant arm forward, facing the palm upward, slanting the arm at a downward angle, letting the back of the hand hover a few inches above the non-dominant knee. The user will simultaneously extend their dominant arm back, facing that palm upward as well as they nearly fully extend that arm, giving it a slight bend in the middle as the arm is slanted upward. As the stance is made, the user sends an outward wave of chakra that, should it hit the enemy, puts them under a genjutsu. The landscape around the enemy will become dark as they find moving their body to be very difficult to move, as if they were completely engulfed in liquid concrete. They will then see the user (The user of the genjutsu is not darkened, only the landscape.) standing in the center of a glowing, green, circular Eight Trigrams symbol in within which the enemy will be standing.
Note: If this technique is successful, the user must follow it up with a Jyuuken/Tai/Ken attack.

Then, using the same means of chakra manipulation as with Eight Trigrams Heavenly Spin, the will cause the chakra to spin forward, causing them to roll in that direction at a significant speed, allowing them to maneuver out of the way of techniques/defend against them while speeding across the battlefield.

Description: The user gathers a huge amount of chakra and with the teachings of the elder hyenas begin transforming from a man into a Hyena-ninja hybrid. After entering this new form the user undergoes several changes, his hide is of the densest kind of hyena hide and is immune to lightning jutsu up to S rank. The users speed and strength increases dramatically and their sense of smell, sight (able to see at night and far away distances) hearing and touch.
-Can feel vibrations in the ground, smell opponents and hear far better then human ears up to mid range.
-Can track opponent by sight even in dense mist or thick jungles up to long range
-Takes one full turn to enter.
- Speed increase to that of Rock Lee without weights when running on all fours.
- Teeth capable of crushing bone, rendering the body part useless.
- Capable of producing a laugh that traps the opponent(s) in an A ranked Genjutsu that lasts for 1 turn. In the Genjutsu, the opponent(s) will think that they are turning into a werehyena themselves, bones distorting and causing immense pain.

~Declined: I see a lot of abilities, but no restrictions. This modes grant you too many abilities, and you developed each of them to an extent that could be considered a jutsu on it's own (sight, smell, touch...etc). Also, the genjutsu is over the top in my opinion.~

Description: These two swords are each blessed by an ancient sage to grant a portion of their great mastery of an element.
The first sword is Xull'ayne and is blessed with the power of an ancient Fire Sage and can cut through any Fire technique and can be used to release any Fire jutsu by the user through the blade. The second sword is Nill'yn and is blessed with the power of an ancient Wind Sage and can cut through any Wind technique and can be used to release any wind jutsu by the user through the blade.
Due to being wielded simultaneously very often the two swords are able to perform fire/wind combos.

-Can only be wielded by Professor Sarutobi.
-Can't cut through Forbidden rank Wind or Fire.
-Can't be used to release Forbidden rank Wind or Fire.
-Twice per battle (once each sword) the user can tap into the power of one sword and coat their body in the sage's ancient chakra to use it as barrier from that element making them immune to wind or Fire for the rest of that turn. (depending on which sword is used)
-Tapping into a sword counts as one of the user's 3 moves.
-The swords are carried on the user's waist until needed, can still be tapped into when on the waist.

There are many jutsus that allow you to merge/transform into animals and they're all grotesque RP wise (I wanted to be nice the other day and give you a chance). I won't allow such jutsus.

~Declined~ Now, first of all, I must say this is a very well thought out jutsu and shall not touch it's core. However, this technique leaves me with many question regarding it's applications, hence explaining why it got declined, for the moment.

I want you to clearly explain the followings points and place them somewhere in your jutsu (description added notes):

-Can it activate upon contact of "intangible" source, like fire and lightning? If yes then will it trap the entirety of the jutsu or part of it? (this is tricky considering it'd have to act as a vacuum to transport all of it).
-What is the size limit and how does the seal recognize the boundaries of what you're trying to teleport? To be more precise; if you were to prime it and shoot it toward the ground, would the ground vanish? I certainly hope not, though I want to know what would happen. Also, what defines a "large" target? Be precise.
-I need you to restrict the amount of time this technique can be used to negate the usage of your opponent's jutsu. Even after reading your added explanation on the necessity for this jutsu to stay restriction-less, I feel it could be very easy to turn it into an easy way to counter almost anything (i.e: placing destination seal on a kunai, throwing it away, and throwing a primed kunai at any attack coming).

I think that's about it. It's worth it, great jutsu. Good luck ^^

(Fuuinjutsu: Hiraishin Yusou no Jutsu)- Flying Thunder God Conveyance Seal Technique

Description: The user confines the jutsu of Flying Thunder God to the form of an easily transportable paper seal that the user carries on their person. This jutsu allows the user to "prime" the seal, meaning that the seal will teleport whatever it next touches to the location of a Flying Thunder God "destination" seal. The seal that this technique primes can be attached to a special Flying Thunder God kunai and then thrown. Upon contact with an object, the kunai will then teleport that object to a destination seal of the user's choosing. These seals can also be used to teleport previously-used jutsu (ie., a rock formation created by an an earth jutsu). The seal does not - and cannot - activate when coming into contact with intangible elements such as fire or lightning. The seal can only activate when it comes into contact with something tangible that has chakra flowing through it - a person, a previously-used jutsu, etc. The only techniques that the seal can transport are those that create entities separate from already-existing entities. In other words, the seal cannot be used on a technique that rumbles the earth, although it could be used on an earth dragon. It cannot be used on a whirlpool jutsu created within a body of water, although it could be used on a sphere of water. Since this technique is simply a modification of a seal version of the Flying Thunder God technique, the number of its uses depends solely on the number of paper seals that the user has pre-prepared and on the user's chakra - there is no limit to the uses of the Flying Thunder God Technique. However, the larger the intended teleported object, the more chakra the user must put into "priming" the seal. The "primed" seals wear off after one turn; if the seal does not successfully come into an object within one turn of being primed, it must be primed again for further use.

NOTE: This technique appears to not be restricted much. This is true; the usages of this technique are not restricted, partially because of the unrestricted nature of Flying Thunder God and of the relative simplicity of the idea behind this technique. However, the complexity behind successfully using this technique balances out its lack of usage restriction; the user must first mark a destination, then the user must prime the pre-prepared seal, then the user must make sure that the seal somehow comes into contact with something, then the user must teleport that object to the destination, and then the user must take advantage of the object's teleportation in battle. While easier to use jutsus - say, a big dragon-shaped fireball that burns up everything in sight - have restrictions on the number of their uses, this jutsu, due to the complexity of using it correctly and due to the technique on which it's based, does not and should not have a restriction on the number of its uses.

NOTE: Regardless of that previous note, this technique can only be used to successfully transport 4 opponent jutsus, assuming the jutsus abide by the rules given in the description.
