There was nothing substantial about the changes in the manga that over supersede the movie. It can't be a retcon if events that took place in the manga are identical to the events in the anime. The only thing different is that the fight was extended which happens in anime all the time

So its only natural that he Hasan advantage on Naruto even post Rikudo boost. But I still think Naruto with his Bijuu Cloak still beats him handily, if you don't count Amenotejikara in.
