Anyway, EMS madara is probably stronger than any jinchuriki shown thus far. Except obito. Just because sasuke has been hinted to surpass madara in strength has nothing to do with him having the body capable of holding the 9 and 10 tails.

Are you seriously comparing sasuke's feats of handling curse mark and oro as bases for his possible ability to handle 9 and 10 tails? while those feats are impressive you can't compare them to controlling kurama's chakra which until the juubi's revival was un pararelled by anyone in the naruto manga shown. it is obvious that sasuke will surpass madara. But that dosen't make him any closer to handling the 9-10 tails.

Just because a lot of years pasted and the jins were kept inside their hosts and not given to a specific person (after Hashi's specific choice) doesn't mean they are the only ones.
The legends says that Uchiha and Senju were equal so the Uzumaki are inferior.

Nope. Why was Kushina and then Mito brought to the village to seal Kurama unto themselves? This has a LOT to do with Uzumaki and their prowess with seals or Fuinjutsus. In fact, the sage created one single Jutsu which was passed on to this day and it was the sealing of bijuus. Going by your logic, ALL other people are unfit to become Jincuirikis, especially Obito, whose body doesn't posses a shred of Uzumaki Dna.

Another thing I want to add to this thread is that Sasuke planned on becoming the Jinchuriki of the eight tails. This was made explicitly clear during Bee Capture arc.
