You don't need to be an Uzumaki.
Sasuke body can handle Juugo's sage mode. He can handle a jin. Especially with the sharingan.

I don't think Kurama like's the sharingan or the Uchiha in general after Madara tamed him and Sasuke's attitude would cause more problems than help, so no I don't think Sasuke would make a good Jinchuuriki for the Fox.

Obito also has the senju dna/body. Madara is not to prideful to rely on a tailed beast power. He used Kyuubi when he fought Hashirama.
