Even if Sasuke could contain the 9 tails, he would eventually be taken over, the 9 tails feeds off of hatred and Sasuke is an emotional train wreck.

It depends on his emotions ,I guess. I mean Hebi Sasuke and Sasuke at the beginning of the manga was pretty calm and confident so I thing that Sasuke could handle kyuubi. But when he lets his emotions get the best of him,he goes very dark and that would allow Kyuubi to takeover.

Nope, only Uzumaki's had the strength to contain the Kyuubi within them. Sure they could control him, but not contain him. Two different things. Also the correct word is 'than' not 'then'. Just thought I'd tell you that. In case you ever decided to not be a complete moron.
