The techniques produced from someone in SM are called Senjutsu. Senjutsu is formed with senjutsu chakra and Senjutsu>ninjutsu as far as caliber.
Since he was listing perks from the power ups being able to use Senjutsu is definitely one of them

Whether or not he could of used it by himself, was already proven by Madara when he had not shown any versaility in his MS Sharingan. Itachi aside from Sasuke, is the only person in the entire manga to have actually awakened MS and gain all the three abilities canonincally by himself.

This Amaterasu is only activated in this ocasion when Sasuke looked in tobi's eyes.

When Sasuke used his Amaterasu.
Sasuke eyes gain the form of Itachi's MS not his own Form.




Sasuke OWN Amaterasu and MS is completely different.
Itachi has Yata. Totsuka and Tsukuyomi. Sasuke not.

Itachi didn't pass anything to Sasuke beyond amaterasu to protect sasuke to Tobi.

Yes. Sasuke's Genjutsu is pathetic when compared to Itachi (Key word is Itachi). Itachi could manupialte space and time with Tsukuyomi, Sauske's genjutsu feats lack in comparison. He was never actually talented in that category, which was proved in his fights when he used Genjutsu for simple things. Rather than Itachi who takes down his opponents with Genjutsu alone.

Being able to use senjutsu is called sagemode though, there's no need to clarify since you can't use senjutsu without sage mode, that's like saying genjutsu and sharingan genjutsu are two totally separate things.
