No he's just more powerful. You confuse the two and dont realize it.

Sasuke has not mastered Rinnegan at ALL. Why do you keep denying this fact? Post #21 explains my point perfectly. Sasuke was still new to rinnegan and only performed moves that he saw madara do.

Kakashi is just as skilled with MS as Obito. Him unlocking PS is not only due to skill but mostly the six paths power it contained. The same applies to Sasuke's Super powered Rinnegan. He has not mastered it but he can use limited knowledge and still be powerful because of its innate incredible six paths power.

Sasuke has the potential to be the most skillful. He can easily get that far because he is a prodigy and the original owner. However, his NEW Rinnegan and lack of knowledge doesnt allow him to be the most skilled with it as of now. He has only barely scratched the surface of Rinnegans true abilities.

Whereas Nagato has shown full mastery over all its paths even bringing everyone in the village back to life. Not saying Sasuke cant do it. Understand I'm saying he doesnt know HOW.

Sasuke is most skilled w the Rinnegan hands down. Although he was new w his Rinnegan, Sasuke's Chibaku Tensei clearly surpasses any one else's CT. Come back to me when someone else show that thy can replace the actual orb w the person instead. And on top of that, Sasuke can actually move his own Chibaku tensei freely. He has also shown better use of the Outer Path than them. Being able to fuse all bijus inside of his Susanoo without the statue and his Rinnegan allows him to sync his Sharingan techniques w his Rinnegan , and he can travel to all of the dimensions and his skill was being compared to Hagoromo when Kurama did not even mention the same about Madara and Nagato , yeah Sasuke clearly has the most skill

Uh yea it have it's been said every Rinnegan user can access the six paths techniques. Sasuke shown preta outer and deva. Madara shown deva and preta and outer. How do they not have all six basic six paths?

That doesn't prove nothing "the sages power, your Rinnegan" Rinnegan in general is the sages power that's what Itachi meant not the abilities. Even then all six paths are the sages abilities which every Rinnegan user has.

Lmfao @ people ITT saying Nagato. Nagato having the Six Paths Jutsu isn't evidence of him being more skilled w/ Rinnegan as any user who awakened it or got both eyes transplanted can do the same exact thing. Him using it more isn't evidence of him being more skilled either. Usage frequency and skill do not correlate with each other.

Outside of Hagoromo, the most skilled people would be Sasuke and Madara. Sasuke has the edge due to what he did w/ it at VoTE 2.
