Nagato chibaku tensei was over powered by the ninetails.
Madara took longer to capture the 9 bijuu then sasuke.
Sasuke chibaku tenseid 9 bijuu with a look and got compared to hagaromo level.

Thats power not skill. Sasuke has Hagoromo Six Paths Power why wouldnt he be on hago's level? Sasuke doesnt have full knowledge of Rinnegan nor could he utilize certain paths with ninjutsu simultaneously like this.

Nagato, because he had more than three hours use of it, and made it into his primary fighting style, rather than something he simply throws in with his normal arsenal.

Nagato mastered the basic, universal Rinnegan jutsu.

Madara probably knew these jutsu, but only used some of ten. He could also perform his unique Rinnegan technique (Limbo) and could control the Gedo statue better. And of course, Madara could still use Sharingan techniques such as Perfect Susano'o with his Rinnegan.

Sasuke's Rinnegan has its own unique abilities (Ameno), as well as dimension-traveling. Sasuke also used coreless Chibaku Tensei on all nine Bijuu at once, while keeping them all under Genjutsu. Further, his Rinnegan has Enton and Perfect Susano'o, and could resist the Infinite Tsukuyomi.

I'd say that Sasuke's Rinnegan is the strongest. I can't acknowledge Nagato's Rinnegan even he can't even use Sharingan techniques with it. The two aren't separate; a Rinnegan that can't use Susano'o is lacking a major part of its power.

The kyuubi said that his rinnegan was still new, it was never mentioned that sasuke can do all of Nagatos abilities. Sasuke doesn't have the chakra nor the stamina, as much as Nagato had, since he's an uzumaki.

Sasuke has Hashirama's DNA and some chakra from him and Hagoromo's chakra and Itachi's chakra. How do he not have the chakra and stamina? :|

Nagato is easily the most skilled and strongest by raw power. Unlike the others, Rinnegan gave him mastery over all 6 elemental transformations and granted him any technique he desired - outside of KKG and clan techniques. Nagato is also the only one who could use 6 Paths techniques at their full potential simultaneously; others beside Hagoromo could not. The scale of his Jutsu were greater than Sasuke's and Madara's, who were amplified by Six Paths Chakra.

Created an CT that could fit 12 mountains at his deathbed, whereas Madara's and Sasuke's were significantly smaller, whom were amplified by the Six Paths power.

Nagato doesn't have Susanoo so this point is completely irrelevant.

He's not the original owner of the Rinnegan therefore has the least skill compared to transmigrants.

He doesn't need to be the original owner or transmigrant to be better than them, in the same Kakashi could use MS better than Obito while not being its owner.

Uzumaki Nagato was the only1 to show us the 6paths. Now all fanbases here give Madara Obito & Sasuke his feats because they have/had the Rinne. No other shinobi used 6paths Rinne like Nagato not even Hogo.

Now all of a sudden Nagato's feats belong to every Rinne user even though we've never seen them do anything close to him.. FANBOYZ I tell ya!!!!

Tbh, by feats ill say Nagato. not only is he the only one to actually display all the paths, but his combination of it was very skillfull. i think its down to the fact that rinnegan was all he had so he made the most of it and is his primary arsenal, he mastered it completely. whereas the other guys have other abilities alongside their rinnegan which they prefer to use. madara and sasuke are soosano guys and thats what they would usually prefer.

I'd like to see a scan of obito using genjutsu. He put the 4th mizukage under one but that was off panel. Kakashis better with it by feats, he beat obito in one on one while obito had his mangekyo and a rinne, nuff said

Edit: he used izanagi agains konan, kakashi still beat him one on one and they both had the same sharingan so him being better with it still stands
