Who has the highest chakra levels?

Pretty much agree with this. I don't know if Naruto would be above Kisame and Hashirama, because yes, he does waste a lot, but a lot of that is leaked chakra from the kyubi or from sage mode. I'd probably put him sixth after the Raikages but that's just me. The last ones seem right but they're not that important.

Obviously you missed something in the manga. The vast majority of Naruto's chakra goes into suppressing the 9-tails chakra, and maintaining his seal.

The leaked chakra only is used once he is out of chakra or angry.

Naruto, Nagato, the raikages, and Kisame are the top 5 characters with the most chakra. No one can really argue that.

After that it doesn't really matter but I would assume Jiraiya, Hashirama, and maybe Tsunade would be in there somewhere.

Well naruto still had chakra to spare when he fought nagato but nagato was on the very edge of empty. Remember Konan told him to stop fighting naruto towards the end or he would die. So I think naruto has more chakra

Nagato had already destroyed the village, and then later brought back all the village to life, so your argument is invalid.

Both of them have insane amounts of chakra though and are undoubtedly the top 2 with the most chakra (without a bijuu).

Kisame, Naruto, Nagato, and the other jinchuurikis are the only ones on my radar. There are others who have a high amount of chakra reserves too but these 3 are just truly beyond them...

Pretty much all the people said earlier + Kabuto since he has Karin and Juugo's powers, allowed him to master Sage Mode and Sage Mode can only be mastered by people with extreme chakra reserves

no. first of all nagato basically destroyed everythign and everyone in the leaf and he wasnt out of chakra. he just decided to believe in naruto he still couldve pulled out a couple jutsus off. and then he still had enough to ressurect the entire village. thats like 10,000 ninja died and were brought bnack with nagatos chakra

There is no way Hashirama has more chakra than Naruto. Just because he can suppress a bijuu doesn't mean anything.

Mokuton was specifically designed by Kishi to suppress tailed beasts.

Why hyping Naruto?
Who says he has got a high chakra level? (He has a special kind of chakra)
Why does he need the Kiuuby's chakra all the time when he is about to fight for real?
If he had a high chakra level then Hachibi wouldn't tell him that Kiuuby could instantaneously drain all of his chakra when he is using Kiuuby's chakra.
Nagato has a high level of chakra because of how he uses it we can see it but he died when used his last jutsu which surely took much more chakra than all of his previous Jutsus. If he had chakra enough he could still be alive.
Kisame has chakra due to Samehada and he absorbs chakra so he doesn't entirely has all this brutal chakra... Once he said "the stronger is my enemy the stronger I get" because he absorbs their chakra and not his own default chakra.
Raikage's families are those whose show openly their brute chakra level, they even use a shield made of chakra non-stop... And there are even possibility that they might have chakra above beasts levels.
Post a hint that made you think that the one you refer ain't wrong and really deserves it.

The last two Raikages have chakra said to be comparable to tail beasts.

Madara Uchiha would likely have extraordinary chakra levels seeing the things he is doing in the last few chapters. Also, if Hashirama Senju beat him, then he likely had amazing chakra as well.

Nagato had amazing chakra, he controlled six bodies, destroyed Konoha + everyone who stood in his way, and fought Naruto all in the same general time, then brought all the people he killed back alive.

I'd also say Naruto has good chakra even without the Kyuubi assisting him, he can make an army of shadow clones with relative ease.

Kisame sure has high chakra level but his chakra increases mainly because he absorbs it which means it's not his default chakra.

3rd Raikage had more chakra than A(I think so) But A's chakra didn't stop growing even tho it was already in Tailed beast level and in fact it was growing really fast, now guess if his father had lot more chakra then which tailed beast would have the same chakra level as him excluding Kyuubi?

Nah, then he has more chakra than anyone else because he is the only one that can perform an army of clone shadow without Kyuubi's help and with ease. lol
