Who has the highest chakra levels?

Naruto and Jiraiya I think have a lot of Chakra. 3rd and 4th Raikage as everyone else has mentioned as well. Kisame also has a lot of Chakra storage and I can think of Nagato as well at the moment. But I think Naruto has possibly the best as the Uzumaki's can store a lot of chakra... right? imo.

I dont think you could put Naruto in the top 4-5 but his defiantly top 10

think about how many shadowclones naruto use's , ur chakra is shared evenly with every clone, now just think how many shadowclones he uses , he uses a damn lot, if there are ninja out there that new the shadow clone and tried to make as many as naruto did over and over again then they would without a doubt .... die -.-

Excluding jin's i believe the manga has already given that title to kisame

Many people in the manga were said to have tailed beast chakra levels, so i defiantly think Kisame is the same or worse then some people in the manga

Jiraiya is really out of the picture.. Naruto has run out of chakra many times and resorted to the nine-tails chakra.

You have a good point.. I now think either Kisame or Nagato has the highest chakra level, from what we've seen I'm very impressed by them. imo again.

Excluding jin's i believe the manga has already given that title to kisame

remember that the 3rd raikage was able to fight evenly with the 8 tails and to do that he would of needed a lot of chakra near that of a tailed beast aswell

Naruto does not have more chakra then the 4th Raikage in base.. the 4th Raikage has tailed beast chakra levels.

Tsunade is a Senju, which are the origin of the Uzumaki and the younger sons descendants, which means they ALL have massive amounts of chakra, as shown when Tsunade healed the entire village with her chakra alone. Hashirama being an earlier descendant of the Senju would have amazing amounts of chakra.

So i was just wondering, who do you think has the most amount of chakra in the narutoverse without tailed beasts? Imo it would be between Kisame and the 3rd Raikage

Kisame was nicknamed the Tailless Beast for his amazing amount of chakra.

The 3rd Raikage lasted a week against an army of shinobi using the raton shield [ Which imo would use a massive amount of chakra ]

Looking at some of the replies, this is my list

Anyone putting Naruto in the top 5 have to remember how many times he has run out of chakra and resorted to the nine-tails..

How come Kakashi's in the group he wouldn't even come in the top 25

yes tsunade did heal the entire village but she used her reserved chakra in her seal aswell to do that without noticing and where does it say that the 4th raikage had the chakra level of a tailed beast ?

Deva realm or nagato claimed that kisame has a large chakra reserve even by akatsuki standards and this is by no means small feat considering there are quiet a few akatsuki members who have a chakra rating of 5/5.

Also lets not forget that its deva realm (nagato) who said this and i need not tell you have much chakra reserve nagato himself has.

If you look at his fighting style alone, this should tell you that this guy has a stupid chakra reserve, further backed by itachi and c who stated that kisame's techniques stand out too much. Believe the title goes to kisame U_U

Right now Sage Mode Jiraiya = Unlimited Chakra. So he wins.

But if Naruto learns to keep Sage mode for long time just like jiraiya then Naruto Wins.

Btw Normal Naruto at the age of 16 has 3 times more chakra than kakashi at the age of 28 or something.

And Human chakra goes on increasing by the time Naruto is 28 his normal mode will have 5 times More Chakra than kisame + samehada combined.

So cant even imagine how much chakra he will get in Sage Mode.

I remember it was said once.
If not mistaken it was when he fought Sasuke and Karin was amazed saying he had chakra level equal to a tailed beast.

No. You need huge chakra reserves to be able to keep Tailed Beast inside of you.
