Who has the highest chakra levels?

totaly differnt the uzumaki are from the land of the whirlpools and the senju are from the fire country.
they are litteraly miles appart

True, but they are blood related and Uzumaki are known for their high life force which translates to high stamina/endurance/chakra etc.

I have only one problem with this: Naruto has more chakra than Tsunade.

Obviously if all chakra is counted then the Sage (who would be at the top with or without the Ten Tails Chakra), followed by all Jinchuriki (and then probably Kisame who is known as the tailless tailed beast) would top this list; that is a given fact.

The reason i say the S06P has the most chakra is even without the Ten Tail's sealed inside him which makes him the first and ultimate jinchuriki (hope none of you forgot this ) he was able to accomplish the feat of sealing this monstrous beast inside his body itself. This alone proves he has the most chakra. I mean he created the moon from Chibaku Tensei. Just think about how when Pain used this he said it pales in comparison to what the Sage did, and Chibaku Tensei (which is Planetary Devastastion) isn't exactly a small jutsu.

Lets not forget he created/discovered the art of Ninjutsu and the manipulation of chakra.
