Ok, seeing these kind of posts then Naruto has possibly more chakra than tailed beast and so has Kisame (his default chakra?) along with Nagato. lol
Then why they get scared when something with chakra level equal to a Biju appears?

Assuming those ninjas has got higher chakra level than 3rd Raikage then they must have chakra way far above from tailed beast levels as the 4th Raikage has chakra leve = or > than tailed beasts, and having Nagato and Kisame in front of the 4th raikage then it means they got more chakra than tailed beast too... :|

its between raikages, naruto and kisame. kisame and the raikages have been compares to tailed beasts. nagato destroyed konoha and fought naruto though he did absorb some extra chakra from naruto's attacks but still very high chakra levels. Naruto is young and he can spam so many jutsus that waste chakra like rasengans and mainly spam clones which only ppl with very large reserves can even do and add to the fact he has bad chakra control so it wastes more chakra and kyubi's seal takes chakra from him. In general all 4 of them have monstrous levels of chakra.

naruto now also has SM mode and kyubi's chakra to rely on so he actually has almost an unlimited supply of chakra

PPl like madara, hashi, tsunade also have pretty large reserves as seen through their techs.

Wow I never knew Kakashi had the most Chakra haha, I thought that was his main weakness is his lack of chakra he has, because if mihe had more chakra, he would definetely be even more beastly than he already is.

You should actually mention Living Shinobi's... Since you are taking out non-tailed beast.

Because obviously with that logic... It would be So6p before jubi...

However... you can still talk about people who are jin's, you just don't add the beast, because I think Naruto has a lot of Chakra because he is an Uzamaki, I don't think he's number one.

Jiraiya is really out of the picture.. Naruto has run out of chakra many times and resorted to the nine-tails chakra.

i agree with jiraiya not having the most but you have to consider what kakashi said to naruto, he told naruto that if he wasn't supressing the kyuubi he would have 100 times more chakra then he already has so my answer for #1 for most chakra is Naruto Uzumaki if he wasn't a jinchuriki

Kisame was nicknamed the Tailless Beast for his amazing amount of chakra.

The 3rd Raikage lasted a week against an army of shinobi using the raton shield [ Which imo would use a massive amount of chakra ]

tbf know1 knows much about tobi still..granted we know he used alot of chakra creating the white zetsu's which in itself is pretty frickin amazing?? and kisame draws power from samehada so technically samahada is the tailess beast kisame is/was just able to wield him...kakashi runs out energy too quick...sasuke could use chidori more than he could when he was younger let alone now...an saying a uchiha dont sound right sharingan and chakra split them apart xS

Unless Naruto becomes the jinchurikki for the 10-tails. Naruto would have full cooperation from all the tailed beasts because they like him.

Kakashi's base Chakra isn't low. His sharingan drains his chakra because he isn't an Uchiha and he can't turn it off.
