she is a senju so she probably has way more chakra( she can heal a whole village)

What this page means that jiraiya is the strongest person in the village as of that time and since they were both teammates before,then he has the best knowledge of him and probably the village's best chance it doesn't mean they are equals.its just like saying everyone in team 7 are equal and sakura can defeat sasuke likewise sasuke-naruto.its save to say that they are all sannin level both not equals

Not Nesessarily, The chakra Reverviors Go to Tsunade For Having The Senju Lineage,And the Stamina goes to Her too for Her Uzumaki Lineage for Having the Strong Life force and Stamina, Like being able to Survive after being Bisected, Stabbed through the chest numerous times, Etc, But the Amount of Jutsu goes to Jiraya.
