Obviously body it takes time to cast it and rsm can counter limbo beat any tensenigan tech and destroys ps also easily counters ameno the body is faster and more durable and with all the bijuu can counter any rinnegan techs even tendo and soul grab if naruto was in bsm when he fought nagato he would have stomped him for frog kumite he can't see or block and the body with all rsm including hagos should be able to counter it somehow it never stated hago or hamura had susanoo so how did they both counter it . You can say hago had rinnegan but he still said kaguya succeeded in casting it so therefore he had to come up with a tech to save him and hamura which probably involved using a bijuu cloak or something but anyway the body takes this easily I mean someone like kaguya with the eye and body barely was keeping it together against naruto who has a small arsenal of moves but with all moves like hashis and hagos body wise they stomp give naruto hashis powers and skills and hagos he would have stomped kaguya without sasuke only until the sealing

This really depends on who the persons using said abilities are. From the list alone most would think the eyes have it because of all their S/T jutsu genjutsu etc.

But the problem is they burn through their chakra much too fast when using said techniques. Think about it. All the eye techniques pitted against Body users were tanked, shrugged off or negated (thanks to bijuu) Body techs include sensing.

The Eye powers are so potent that any body/sage user will sense it.

The Eye users have S/T yes, but as the Body users showed time and time again they not only sense it coming but their reaction time is far faster than when the Eye user comes out of their S/T to make an attack.

This could go either way depending on who the user of what is.

I go with the Body simply because they take a licking and keep on ticking and the eye jutsu just seem too lazy and mostly broken.
