So if Tsunade were to gather a great quantity of chakra for 3years it will increase her shunshin capabilities since the shunshin ninjutsu highly depends on the quantity of chakra you put in it

I don't know about Hashirama not being as fast as Tobirama in the shunshin use since they appeared at the same time, though in this case it would simply mean that Hashirama's body without shunshin isn't as fast as their own since shunshin is a jutsu that revitalise your body to cover great distances faster than usual. The speed of your shunshin is then highly dependent on your base capabilities

While I can agree on that she gains more strength under the effect of her seal, she is not getting any speed boost. Speed is speed, so unless she shows any Shunshin feats, Byakugou isn't boosting anything in that area.

Why wouldn't she use byakugo from the start? She knows Orochimaru, she know his fighting style and anything. If she actually feels that Orochimaru is a real threat to her she will use byakugo. I believe Tsunade mastered byakugo after being introduced in the series.

The fact he needed Tobirama to get him on the statues kind of already says hes faster than Hashirama.

But yea I would agree with the bold. But I also, believe that the amount you put into it (if this is what you were originally referring to, because i thought you were referring to their actually chakra) has a big impact also. But in the end, it depends on the mastery and control of the technique, and like you said their base capabilities.
