Orochimaru at a few occasions showed an ability to summon multiple Giant Snakes. He has at least 6 Giant Snakes at his disposal, one of which being Manda - who is stronger that the part of Katsuyu Tsunade can summon.
Snake Glare has shown great binding skill - with 1 of 2 snakes being able to stop each Suigetsu and Juugo.
Hidden Snakes are extremely fast under Oro's usage - he managed to stop a point blank attack from God Tree and Enma's assault.

3. Regeneration.

Tsunade has some great regeneration feats - all coming from her seal.
Orochimaru however, has an amazing passive regeneration as stated by Sasuke in manga. All due to White Snake powers.

a)Kenjutsu - Orochimaru is a remarkable sword user, considering that he was the one to have trained Sasuke at it and showed great proficiency with it. Kusanagi may not be able to finish Tsunade off tho, but it's great to inflict serious damage and force her chakra usage.
b)5Elements Seal - one touch and her chakra flow gets disturbed. Blocking her chakra and rendering her seal useless or seriously weakened is a serious threat.
c)Fuuton - Orochimaru can easily keep Tsunade away by simply using his Wind Release if she ever tries to get into offense.
d)Temporary Paralysis - even though its effect on Tsunade would be short, it's still giving Oro a few seconds to use to defeat her.
e)Longsword of the Sky - considering that Orochimaru can transform his snakes into Kusanagi and that he can manipulate his original one from distance, it makes this match bascally 2vs1. Tsunade has no sensing abilities.
f)8branches and True Form - Tsunade has 0 counters to them. Considering that True Form is a White Scale Snake and that 8branches is the greatest jutsu granted by White Snake Powers - they both share poisonous gas. Tsunade gets stomped by that, not to mention that 8branches head strikes are deadly too.
g)Cursed Seal ends her. Even if she was the 1 out of 10 to survive it, Orochimaru isn't giving her enough time to even do that.

So basically all Tsunade has are her punches. Even if Oro makes the same mistake against Tsunade he did in manga - using his tongue - he can easily survive her punch without any problems (also showed in manga).
Oro is much faster, can use Hiding like a mole in connection with Shadow Clone to fool Tsunade. He has shown an ability to replace himself with a clone EVEN when he was pinned to the tree with a kunai piercing his hand and an opponent right in front of his face.

Body replacement and body reattachment - these won't be even needed.

It may. After all Byakugou is a jutsu that helps a user to gather the most of chakra he can during an extended period of time. So if Tsunade were to gather a great quantity of chakra for 3years it will increase her shunshin capabilities since the shunshin ninjutsu highly depends on the quantity of chakra you put in it

Any proof of Byakugou Tsunade being faster? Any proof of it even boosting speed? As far as I remember, Madara wasn't even trying to dodge her attacks, so where's the speed you are talking about?
And about summons. She cannot deal with at least 3 Giant Snakes and Orochimaru at the same time. She focuses on 1 and gets assaulted by remaining 3.

Moreover, I'm still standing by my previous arguments. You haven't countered any of them.

I'm trying to think of a jutsu that he has other than Edo tensei that can kill Tsunade in byakugou mode. Other than his range techs we've seen which she can easily counter by creating a crater.

all his deadly close ranged techs are basically a no go as she babyshakes him in taijutsu. His niche is his oral rebirth and as i recall he can only do that a finite amount of time.

Tsunade can be in byakygou mode for hours. I think she takes him. Also no his blade cannot 'cut head off gg'. He has killing intent in part 1 never hit him to simply behead her and end it. I'm not a debater, but even i know the cut head off thing is a failed desperate attempt to anyone who uses it.
