I never claimed Tsunade canonically beat Orochimaru. None of the sannin were at their full power in that fight.
It really doesn't count. But Orochimaru did realize during that fight that he can't actually force Tsunade to do his bidding, thus he retreated with Kabuto.

And I am a huge Tsunade fan. I have always been and always will be.
