Those really do not count as speed feats at all, except the slithering thing. Surviving a child's attacks, who has sharingan, he had problems with Haku and was ashamed by Lee. I'm not saying anything about the other "feats" since they really don't count as speed. Orochimaru does have a 5 in the databook which I believe more than those you showed.

Oh come on, Tsunade moved quite a distance before Mei could finish her handseals. And Mei is not a pushover when it comes to handseals. And Gaara could have blocked them easily with his sand. But he couldn't act.
That is a speed feat.
It's not that Madara didn't want to dodge, he couldn't. The kage just misunderstood that he wouldn't be mobiel after getting half of him destroyed. But we all learned that is not the case after Tobirama showed he could use his jutsu just fine while being similarly destroyed.
And also there is the fact Tsunade was compared to A, and arrived almost at the same moment as A and Onoki to attacks Madara.

Orochimaru's snakes are really fast, but they're not exactly immobilizing Tsunade. :|

Tobirama is only faster when he has marked his enemy. He isn't blitzing anyone without the mark. Same goes for Minato. Itachi never actually blitzed anyone, I really don't recall a situation when he has done so. Whole Juubito speed thing feels weird to me, since manga has never showcased his speed. Again I could be wrong since I don't exactly pay much attention to him because he is one of the most boring characters ever.

Actually, P1 Sasuke was said to be as fast as Lee. Gai stated that himself.
And what I posted are speed feats whether you like it or not. You are basing everything on some assumptions and things that happened offscreen.

If you call reacting to 4tails Kyuubi chakra hands not a speed feats, I've no questions.

Alive Minato never could use BM cloak. That I so see as legit. But I' don't really see a point in using BM Minato in any debate because he is always already dead when he can use it.
And I don't actually have no idea why you posted that other picture. But yeah, actually, I remembered that he did actually save Naruto as a baby from Obito. That was quite fast.

My point just is that when two people are facing in a battle they only pay attention to eachother, that is why blitzing is not happening if you're not A with your v2 on.
